Amanda Taylor: While in the beginning i felt i had a first class attorney. Literally just came from court where JB ghosted me for the 2nd hearing making me be Pro Se and him FTA. When court admins tell you they haven't been able to reach your attorney, its time for a new one. PS no active listed address or telephone numbers any more. They are vacated or out of service.
Jennifer Vang: If you are a mother do not use this guy. He is disorganized and will charge you for work he doesn’t do. He was completely unprepared when we went to court, and he misdirected me even down to the place we were meeting at before the case.

Kelly Wilson: I called Justin Bowen because I needed an attorney for my recent DUI and being a RN that only complicated things. I was very anxious about the whole ordeal. The office staff and Justin had a calming quality about them which just helped me to calm down. Justin knows the law and what needs to be done. If any surprises happened throughout the way he was on it and dealing with it to get things resolved. He went with me to the Nursing Board which can be a very intimidating experience. Not all attorneys accompany clients to the Nursing Board. He prepared me and told me how to speak what not to say and what to say which helped tremendously. I am very pleased with both outcomes regarding the criminal side and the professional side with the Nursing Board. Stacy and Lindsay get credit as well. dennis blankenship: If you are a father and love your children go elsewhere. I was assigned Rex Padgett to represent me. Over the course of 4 months he managed to send me other clients paperwork, failed to cc on emails to the opposing council, dragged out my case by falsely telling the opposing counsel I was refusing mediation, and missed a rescheduling of the hearing causing it to be delayed an additional two months. After spending over 8,000 and never seeing a hearing eventually I hired an attorney at another firm that had to start from scratch to represent me. Put your kids first do some research and find a good attorney somewhere else. Cordell knows that clients are having issues with Rex (just read through the reviews) and refuse todo anything about it.

Holly Davis: Honestly I really wish I found someone else. I had a very simple child support case and it still cost me $3000. I highly doubt she actually spent 17 hours working on my case. We didn't even go to court, we came to an agreement. And Vanessa nor her employees were much help when my case was over. You have a question? Be careful if you send an email that gets a one sentence response, it will cost you $82 for something that took 2 minutes. As a single mom, I asked if I could take partial payments and got charged $82. Overall very disappointed. I am not getting back pay like I was supposed to be and now it is all up to me to figure it out on my own. Missing out on $600 because this lady didn't pay attention to what she was doing FOR MY CHILD. Also I was never told that I should sign up for direct deposit with the child support office, I thought after paying 3 grand there would be some guidance. I was wrong. Will never recommend this office. Please go elsewhere.

Andrew Cundiff (namelesswalaby): Communication with my attorney was non existent. First off he didn’t file his appearance for over a month, I had to leave multiple voicemails to get that done. He would tell me he would call me back and wait until the morning of court to tell me we had to show up to wait another three months. Once I got my deferment he stopped taking my calls and won’t return my materials that he didn’t use. Every time I tried to fire him he basically refused to quit. I really can’t recommend this firm to anyone. I’m sure not all of the attorneys are like this, it seems that they just appointed one guy to handle ALL cases out of Vigo county and he’s overworked. Better communication would have improved my feelings about it. After reading more reviews here I see this is a common problem with Matthew Daley but he appears to go on practicing uncorrected and without reprimand. I still have not received a call about returning my materials and the secretary doesn’t answer for me anymore. It really feels like they are avoiding me for some reason. I may have no choice but to go to the Indiana BAR association about this. I mean what’s so hard about calling me back to return a folder of photos he didn’t even use? Why did I get an evaluation from a psychologist and send in my workplace denials if he was just going to sit on his hands for a year and not even talk to the prosecutor?

I definitely don't recommend her at all. I got maxed out on my sentence that is for sure. And she didn't even fight for me.

Randall Bertram: Mrs Edwards was appointed GAL in my custody case. Let me make this very clear.... DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN. Record every interview, in person and on the phone, you have with her. There are good apps for this. Video your home the day of her home visit. Her report had numerous false statements and errors in it. Indiana law protects the GAL from being sued, giving them the ability to say or withhold anything they want. This law needs to change... Protect yourself..

Jess Turner: I will say Sam Fife was nice enough but the firm overall was bad. Got a dui Oct of 2021, took till November 30th to go to court and get it resolved. To start off my original lawyer James, I believe, ghosted me with no word for 3 months. Was told my case was dropped because "I have a good lawyer" with no other info when it really wasn't. When it was picked up and I got passed to Sam, it just felt like a waste of thousands of dollars. Never did he negotiate or get the plea change. The court changed it once to "year probation to. 'Blank' probation". Same made it sound like he did something in when reality the change to blank was to factor in if I had jail time. Same told me to do what the judge would have ordered if I was convicted, but common sense and a google search with a free attorney would have been the same. A year later in court when the state prosecutor suggested my punishment and the judge saw I did all the classes/treatments she very nicely gave me time served and let me off for my mistake, Sam wasn't listening or something and piped up that he wanted to argue . Lucky for me the judge has a sense of humor and made a joke along the lines of "I already said he's free, do you want me to add more??"So in the end this lawfirm suggested I do a victim impact panel and get a substance evaluation and not anything else that I can tell. And let a simple dui stretch over a year instead of trying to throw it out or get it done quicker.
Andrea Williams: Mr. Andres was very patient and very kind. I’m a difficult person to deal with, even when I thought I was plucking his last nerve, I wasn’t. He assured me everything would be ok, even when I was in doubt he gave me a little confidence. If I have to sue anyone it will be with Austin Andres with Keffer Hirschauer.
Josh: Really bad experience. Simply needed the paperwork filed for a divorce. The lawyer was almost impossible to get ahold of. My ex and I had everything sorted out, but just wanted it to be perfectly legal. My retainer was gone immediately and ended up paying almost a grand more. Nothing was debated and I’d wait weeks for a response and have to call 4-5 times to ever hear anything. The whole process took about 6 months and we provided everything they asked for within a day or two, at the longest. The lawyer stretched it out to make sure he billed for the entire retainer. Even after it was complete, we had to do more paperwork and had the state telling us the filing was incorrect. There is no way I’d recommend this firm to anyone when they couldn’t even file a simple, uncontested divorce correctly after 6 months. Shameful.
Derick Jones: When faced with ridiculous protection order full of lies from a crazy neighbor, Drake Spears handled our case with great poise, skill and professionalism. He was able to get this bogus protective order dismissed and we were happy with the results. My wife and I have never been in need of a lawyer until this all came about. ericka nelson: From the time I was involved in an automobile accident, last year 2021, the end of August I endured trauma, it was very scary, and a painful experience. I knew I would need a lawyer. With there being so many accident injury lawyers, I honestly did not know who to choose. I decided that I didn't want the usual Lawyers that you see on tv, so I did some research and looked at some of the reviews. I decided to go with keffer Hirshauer LLP, as my choice that also specialized in accidents. My lawyers name was Austin, who I will say has excellent knowledge, and knows his job. He informed me on what I needed to do, which I followed every step, and what he was going to do to help me with the case. He did so.much, which was a big stress release for me as the client. He worked very.hard. Most of all he knew what he needed to.do to get the job done right. Communication is a key factor. It takes alot to be a good lawyer. Mostly to satisfy the client, to which he had done. I am very greatful for all his hard work. I strongly would recommend this Law firm as the one to choose in the event of an accident. No one wants to be in an accident as it can change your livelyhood that can create unfortunate circumstances. Luckily God was with me, and I got through it. Lucien Scott: Very bad experience for me. Communication was terrible. Couldn't get ahold of my lawyer Adriana more often than not. Was told wrong dates or times for hearings, and took off work wasted time going downtown for a scheduling hearing I didn't even need to attend and was done with zoom anyway. No representation when a preliminary order came out which forced me to move out of my house within 3 weeks, and I was still responsible for paying the mortgage of $1,300, and child support of $180 a week my lawyer didn't even both to contact me and let me know any of this. I received this information from my x wife. They did not waste any time sending me a final bill with the threat of garnishing my wages if I didn't pay it though after the terrible financial situation I was put in due to her lack of counsel. Of coarse I fired her and got much better council somewhere else.
Deanna Wheeler: We used attorney Adriana Zeljkovic. She put a ton of hard work and dedication into our case. She was prepared for the absolute worst case scenario. We were informed every step of the way. We personally ended up with the best results imaginable for our case. The case was dismissed. Even if it had not turned out that way Adriana was informed, prepared, and professional. She helped us be prepared for what was coming as well. She recommended a great custody attorney. I remember crossing my fingers hoping the attorney would fight as hard as Adriana does and she did. I absolutely trust her advice. I am thankful the case is over, but I'm also thankful she was there for us through it. She also worked with us on payments. We still have a little ways to go on that, but at the end of the day she was worth every penny spent. The case was out of town a good way. She had no problem commuting, zooming, whatever it was she needed to do. She was there every step of the way. I spoke with many attorney's prior to Adriana she took a more strong defensive approach than other attorneys from the beginning. If I had a single thing I'd do differently it would have just been calling Adriana much sooner in the case. I am very thankful to know such a hardworking, dedicated attorney. I hope we wont need her for any thing like this again, but if you find yourself in a tough situation calling Adriana right away is my recommendation.
