Extended Stay America - Indianapolis - Airport: what do users think?
David Yewande: I find this place amazing, wonderful, loving and beautiful. I decided to live here for good. No other contemporary hotel is measured to American extended stay.It beats up the expectations . I love this hotel more than anywhere elseRooms: Big size apartment. The best ever.Safety: Very safe. Very attractive. Very beautiful
Jose Roman Garcia Santos: Muy buen servicio de parte de las personas que atienden
Bethia Sierp: Got the room, and it was fairly clean. Never got new towels, stayed 2 nights, my car got hit in the parking lot and they wouldn't look at the cameras to see who did it. I also looked behind a chair in the room while I was inspecting the place and found a clear white capsule pill with a white powder inside. It was NOT a Tylenol or anything of the sort. The people in and out of the hotel are not the best. Seemed like an apartment complex with bad tenants and the ones I saw were very 'methed'out looking and I didn't feel safe here. They charge for pets and they don't refund the money if the room is clean from the pet and like I said, my car was damaged from another person side swiping it in the parking lot and they wouldn't look at the cameras to see if they could assist in anyway for me to get information on who damaged my vehicle. I'm now replacing a tire and rim and have massive markings down the side of my vehicle from this. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all to anyone. Also, the key cards are awful and had to be reset multiple times. Cigarette burns on the sink and toilet and it was not a pleasant stay.
B Metzger: Place is a dump. The other extended stay around the corner is almost just as bad but a little better. My suggestion is to stay somewhere else.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Jose P: Almost no food options nearby, hallways smell like weed and their "breakfast" is just coffee and a small granola bar or a tiny muffin.
Heather Brower: This was not a great stay, at all. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. I had to ask for someone to come up to the front so I could check in.When we arrived on the 3rd floor we were greeted by a horrible chemical smell. It smelled like nail polish and polyurethane mixed together. It took your breath away! We learned that they were redoing the bathrooms with a spray concoction in 14 rooms of the 3rd floor. Including those right next to and across from our room. When we arrived into the room the bed was covered in stains. We are unsure if it was human waste or blood. There were cigarette butts under the bed. And multiple stains on the carpet. The curtains were broken. I’m not sure what manager would allow this room to pass the “10 point inspection guarantee.”While our our way to discuss our issues with the front desk we noticed the elevator certification is expired. The front desk informed us that they did not have a house keeper available to change the sheets nor did they have any sheets in our size clean. She was able to find us a set of sheets for a king sized bed, our was a full. The king bedding set had a cigarette burn on the so called comforter. We took what we could get at this point and made WE made our bed the best we could. We were assured that the smell coming from the 3rd floor was not toxic to our health. We left at this point for several hours as I felt light headed and dizzy from the 10 minutes I had been in the room. I was not subjecting myself or my child to this smell any longer. We closed up our room with the dirty sheets to try and block the smell coming in.The only positive thing I can say was that the bed was comfortable.
Randy Wilson: I had stayed at this location for the first time and it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time the rooms were clean and the housekeeper (I think her name was Amy) was a great help all around I would say a o out of 10Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Angela Griffith: SERVICE IS A 4 AND NOT A 5 DUE TO BOOKING OVER THE PHONE AND THE PERSON NOT BEING TRANSPARENT ABOUT FEES AND DEPOSITS. I only found out at check in. That's why service is a 4. However that person does not work directly at this location. They are just an agent.ADDED A DETAILED VIDEO I TOOK AS PROOF OF ROOM CONDITION AT ENTRY. It does have some *spicey* choice of words. However it is a good look at what a single queen sized bed suite looks like and what you may get if you book. The WI-FI has been fantastic and that's without paying for "better wifi," as you have the choice. We're also on the 1st floor though. The TV has had no issues either, and has some decent channels to watch. You can see there are dead bugs in the light, however, we haven't had nor seen a single bug anywhere what so ever. I did notice that there are small bait traps in the cabinet above the microwave. I am being 100% transparent with this review, and my experience. I am literally still in my room the date I'm posting this. Some chipped paint, loose drawer handles and loud vent exhaust doesn't bother me. There's no violence, loud parties, drunk people, or the like.Absolutely fantastic so far! We've been here 2 weeks so far. Any issues we have had they take care of immediately. There was a constant smell of smoke in the hall so they performed room checks to find out who it was, and this was beyond appreciated due to the fact we have 2 kids who have asthma, and have a toddler. We don't want smoke around them at all. So it was greatly appreciated. We stayed at the ESA in Park 100 and had an amazing stay there as well, there they had actual blankets, unlike here. There are no bed bugs like previously reported. I came in with camera rolling and video'd every single thing. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the fact that they give you a sheet to cover up with, no actual blanket at all. Plus after booking over the phone we arrived and only then were we told about a deposit. That is it. Otherwise, the rooms aren't what you'll get at the Marriott Hotel. They're decent rooms though. Hotel staff can't prevent others from making a mark or two on the carpet, and then you getting the room after them. Kayla was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. I just walked down to specifically ask her name so I could make sure to name her here. She deserves so much from ESA, and I truly hope to see her grow with them. She is the type of employee that any employer would beg to have. Sam the manager was fantastic as well. She made sure all was well with our room and ensured us that during our stay we would be taken care of. Which was absolutely true. We have had no issues with changing bedding to get new clean bedding, getting toiletries or any other needs. Kayla was the one who always made sure we were satisfied each and every day, and when Kayla was off, Sam was in her place. These two women deserve recognition, because the entire time and even now- Kayla is out there making sure customers are taken care of, but she's putting her heart into it. Kayla and Sam should be making amazing money, but I'm sure they're not, when those two are the reason for the business here, and why people are returning to stay. GIVE KAYLA AND SAM A RAISE. Also, for it being off the interstate, and our window practically being right next to it, you can't hear the traffic nor the very low landing planes.I truly hope this 1) helps someone, 2) gets Kayla and Sam better pay because omfg those girls are saints and 3) helps clear up any confusion about the place. XxRooms: The rooms are in decent condition. They're in no way perfect, but you're not paying for a perfect room either. Our room was clean, but not deep deep cleaned. I always wipe everything down with bleach though. I one of those 😂Nearby activities: It's Indy, everything is nearby. We have like 14 parks to choose from. Gas station is walking distance.Safety: Safety I'd say I can't really talk much about. I can tell you I feel safe and my husband feels safe. I feel comfortable walking outside at dark alone or even my kids with me. But I won't let my kids outside alone. I don't know this area enough to give you a safety rating for your kids or you.Walkability: Not the best, unless you're employed at one of the warehouses right here or one of the other hotels. Otherwise the gas station is the only other thing that you could walk to- but it's a good mile away.Food & drinks: There are none in this vicinity, except for the gas station a mile away. If you are willing to drive you can find any type of food you want along with whatever drink.
BitchFaceRADIO: Quick and simple check in...the halls and elevator smelled gross, an update is needed, stains on the furniture and slight smoke smell in room.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 2/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Magnus Pauly: This hotel chain has the worst cancellation policy I have ever experienced. My reservation was for 4 nights at a cost of $427, due to a debilitating medical emergency I needed to cancel my stay 8 days after making the reservation and 32 days ahead of the reservation. I was told there would be a cancellation fee, no problem totally understand. The fee was $427. My advice is to avoid reservations with this hotel chain unless they are the only option.
Tactical: We are still currently staying here due to housing shortages, and have been here since last September. The $100 wasn't an issue for us, although for some I can understand why it could be an issue. We got it back so no issues with that at all. The staff is friendly and we've had no issues with any of them at all. We love having the full sized fridge and two burner cook top. Our room is fine. Generally we clean it ourselves and purchased our own vacuum cleaner as we feel that being long term it is up to us to do our best to keep our living space as clean as possible, considering we also have a lot of our electronic cookware and cooking utensils that would make it difficult for staff to clean around. There are trash rooms on each floor for long term guests to take their trash to so that staff doesn't have to be inconvenienced by trash being set out by our door every few days. The only improvements I could suggest would be to let long term guests know where trash rooms are located on each floor so that the guests can take their own trash out to those designated areas so as to not clutter the hallways up with trash bags. Which in all fairness hasn't happened in several months. Most long term people know where the trash rooms are located so there's been a sizable reduction on our floor anyway, of trash bags being set outside doors. There is an in facility laundry room as well, of four washers and I think 6 dryers, maybe eight. Those take debit cards for our convenience and this is great bc we do not have to go to a laundromat to wash our clothes. The laundry room is well kept and pets are welcome here. We have found our stay here thus far to be overall way better than some of the other hotels around. You can also opt to have higher speed internet which the cost will be added to room cost but its a great option to have if you need to have a stronger WiFi for business or gaming. The rooms are dated, but honestly, who cares? The service is great, the hotel manager is a great guy, and the staff is very helpful. Their breakfast is muffins and breakfast bars with coffee and hot water for tea or hot chocolate. But this isn't the Hilton, so I don't expect a fancy continental breakfast. Great place to stay while you're trying to find your forever home, or here on business for a few months. There's not a whole lot of decent eatery places in the general vicinity, but there is a family dollar down the street and a Kroger's not far down on Kentucky Avenue and Mann Road. There is a Waffle House however and it is really good for a greasy spoon restaurant and easy on the budget. This area may not be the best, but it has been cleaned up from when I used to do armed security in a different hotel chain in this area. The staff is very good at identifying problematic guests and those type of guests get asked to leave if caught doing anything nefarious. Five stars for diligence and doing their best to keep their guests safe and comfortable. Five stars for service, and five stars for taking care of issues (leaky faucet) in a timely manner. Also, they do offer cookware and plates and eating utensils when they have them in stock. I brought my own as I'm picky, but its good to have that option for people who do not have those kind of items with them. The "nasty" smells a previous guest mentioned is generally from people cooking and not everyone cooks the nicest smelling dishes. And you do occasionally catch a whiff of "skunk" but again those who get caught smoking said unnamed plant are asked to leave. Unlike some of the other hotels in this area, I have not seen any drug deals going down in the parking lot or loud music being played out in the parking lot. Most guests are friendly with each other, but generally keep to themselves. So no one is knocking on doors bothering other guests. Again, this isn't the Hilton, so I don't expect 5 and above star service. The prices work great with our current budget and I am just grateful to have a roof over my head, friendly and helpful staff and a bug free environment.
Mr. Truth: Sam, the GM here helped me check into my new room. Today was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an Extended Stay. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟If you're looking, come here instead of the one down the street. I stopped by there twice to ask a few questions before booking because I work in the area. They didn't give me nearly the same quality of service so, they lost my business at that other location after speaking to two separate individuals on different days. Thank you, Sam!

Dina I.: The room was clean and comfy except for some dust on the tables and TV. I didn't care for the location, but it was a great value for the money. The staff were nice as well.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Gage VanRisseghem: Decent location off the highway. Stayed here for the first night of our road trip. Pillows were really small and hard. If that’s your thing, great but I thought it sucked personally. Front desk attendant was kind of rude. There was a nasty smell throughout the lobby and hallways. Otherwise, served its purpose for what we needed. Just a place to crash for the night. Nothing special
justin Wampler: Haven for people renting rooms to have all types of good times if you get what I'm saying, if you looking for a cheap room that likely has a hookup on whatever you want, this is your spot. If looking for a place to sleep..... go to the next exit

joe brennan: Cleverly situated immediately next to a busy thruway. If you get a room facing the thruway, you will be treated to loud vehicle noises at all hours of the night. Maybe the opposite side rooms are better. My curtains didn't close all the way, maybe I'm being picky.Breakfast was a joke. Just coffee and a few granola bars, no juice, no milk, not even those little boxes of cereal. No muffins. No fruit, no yogurt. Breakfast is a complete fail.Whether by default or on purpose, this property caters to sketchy long-term clientele. My particular room smelled like curry was baked into the walls, the floors, it was saturated with the smell. Now I love a good curry--but I don't want my hotel room to smell like it.Good cheap place to crash if you are a guy working construction long hours, or a single guy, it's tolerable. Or if you are desperate. I wouldn't bring my family or small kids here on purpose. It is cheap tho just keep in mind you do tend to get what you pay for.

Tim Derrow: Rooms: Our room had cockroaches tv remote did not work right had to deliver dirty towels to get clean onesRooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Casie Skiles: While the front desk staff was helpful and honestly one of the easiest checking we’ve had, that was the only good part. We paid the $100 deposit to keep us from smoking, using candles, air fresheners etc. yet as soon as we walked down the hall there was the smell of marijuana. Then we get to our room and it looked like the floors hadn’t been swept or vacuumed since the last guest, there was dust all over the tv stand, and the silver part of the door knob looked like it hadn’t been touched in weeks 🤮. We had to keep running back and forth to the front desk to get our keys reset, once it was two times in a row before we could enter our room. It was literally almost every time we used them. Worst of all we had no running water on Sunday morning when we woke up, no warning, call, nor explanation whatsoever! I understand things happen but no water is completely ridiculous!
Sarah Jean Hastings: We got a suite and it is the same size as a regular room and cost double the price, the only difference is the door that halfway closesRooms: 2/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Kirill Filatov: Price promised on the online differs from what they offer on site
Ali Irons: Pretty good place to stay. We stayed 2 nights and it was very quiet and customer service was great. Don't set your expectations to high on free breakfast just coffee, oatmeal, muffins, and some granola type bars. Also, the rooms need some updates but it's manageable. We had 5 in our family and our oldest daughter was going to sleep on the pull out couch but it was broken and when we finally got the bed out the mattress was disgusting so we put it back and our daughter slept on the couch which was not comfortable, the bathrooms also need some update....there is no water pressure in the showers or sinks and the toilet struggles to flush unless you hold it down. Overall a pretty good stay would have been better with some upgrades on outdated furniture and water pressure to take a proper shower.
Lena Beam: Checked in at 3pm and got a call for a family emergency at and had to leave they gave us our money back!!
Brittany McDaniel: Besides the location this is actually the best hotel to stay at when in the area. Maintained cleanliness of the whole facility is beyond what's least expected like most hotel quality. I've been impressed.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Amy Hay: Awful. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in! The halls smelled like marijuana smoke, people were playing loud music, the sofa bed was broken, the pillows were wrapped in what looked like garbage bags and then covered with pillow cases, the bathroom was falling apart, "breakfast" was some granola bars and bite sized muffins, and the front desk wasn't at all accommodating or helpful. If it had been earlier in the day, I would have asked for my money back and left. Zero stars!
sam cepeda: Nasty 🤮

Madison Gorden: I would give it a zero if I could. I have called 15 + times and I cannot get a hold of the front desk
Kent Hickson: I booked a room on Priceline with $55 when I get to the hotel they want to charge me extra $100 deposit and $52 for the room that I already paid forand a $25 pet fee that is not worded in there website says their pet friendly it doesn't say they charge you $25 for your pet button say they charge you $100 deposit when you get there and you booked a room online so when you get there you have to deal with that moron but they have working the counter he's a real disrespectful person.Noteworthy details: If you have any disagreements over your amount that you paid online be rest assured you're going to argue with the person at the front deskdisrespectful person

Alex Nelson: It's a little rough around the edges. They did however do some painting, the staff is niece, the elevator is a little scary (there's kind of a popping noise between second and third floor)The room was nice, the bathtub was peeling on the inside, but overall it was ok
Adrianna Davis: Me and my boyfriend stayed here this past weekend for about 3 nights . When we first entered it smelled great, better than the other hotels around! We chose this hotel due to Shamika (may be wrong) the lady who met us the front the desk ! She was very welcoming and accommodating ! She made the stay feel more comfortable even gave us directions!

Bridget Jack Jeffries: Booked through Expedia. I called the hotel at 10:25 AM in the morning and told them I'd be arriving late. She didn't say anything about having to check in by 11 PM. UPDATE: The Expedia e-mail clearly says "check-in at anytime."Got to the hotel at midnight and they had no one there to check me in. The phone said to call for after-hours check-in, so I called. The lady basically told me, too bad, we're not checking you in, and she couldn't even refer me to a local hotel that had all-night check-in.How are you located next to a large city like Indianapolis and don't have all-night check-in? And how hard is it to refer guests who miss the cut-off to other hotels? Not to mention the Expedia e-mail did NOT say "check in by 11 PM," it said "check in at anytime" and "call if you'll be late," which I did.Should have read the reviews. Live and learn.UPDATE: They promised me that I would not be charged for the room, then charged me $96.88 anyways, which they refuse to refund. Now I've had to file a chargeback to get my money back.

Candace Bolling: If I could give 0 stars I would. Our suite was supposed to have sleeper sofa and did not. Was told we were charged a deposit at check in then when we tried to extend were told we weren’t charged a deposit even though the charge is on our card. Rachel the front desk clerk was super rude we asked to have some extra time to move since the hotel messed up the deposit and not us and we’re told no. Absolutely awful I will be escalating this and hopefully Rachel won’t be in hospitality anymore cause she is very bad at her job.
Lakshmi Lewis: No idea there was a $100 deposit. The staff was NOT professional.Room was not properly cleaned, found dog food all over the room, plus the whole room smell like cigarettes. Breakfast was awful.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Vicki Haddix: Raggedy and ghetto
Andrew Stone: Staff was rude. Online reservations were very easy to make. Told them I was on a budget. They said they understood. Reserved a room for 2 adults.and 2 pets. There was a fee of 50 dollars for the pets that they didn't tell me would be included. When I asked the staff about it at checkout the woman looked like she was about to spit in my face and told me to call customer service. When I did they wouldn't budge on giving my 50 back for the animals. I stressed when I made the reservation that I could only spend so much and they should've told me about the 50 dollar fee for pets because I would've went elsewhere if I'd known. She agreed, apologized and said there was nothing she could do. Ridiculous. I was outraged. Never again.

Malachi and Genesis Siblings: Booked online and when I went to the hotel to check in was told that my card didn't go through. So I swiped in person and still no luck. Checked my account and showed the clerk where it says ES to the money out of my account she stated that she couldn't book me. I ended up leaving booking at another hotel for the night. Next day checked my account to see if the money was refunded and saw not only did they take $451.29 out but I got charged for the incidental fees. After a letter to the corporate office I did receive the refund for the 451 but they still have not refunded me the 100.00 that never should've been processed in the first place. I DO NOT recommend this hotel and if my 100.00 is not back in my account TODAY my lawyer will be contacting your office
Miranda Grissom: It was a quiet clean place to stay the night after the Chris Brown concert! It was great!
Richard Lebron Jr: Worst hotel I’ve ever been in!! I had two rooms for me and a family. One room had roaches everywhere in the bathroom. Other smelt like dog urine. I will never book here again and honestly don’t recommend it to anyone!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 5/5 …More

They also claimed my credit card didn't work for their $100 deposit so I ended using a debit card for their charges and the deposit...But the deposit was immediately posted pending to my credit card and didn't fall off until 9 days later. The heat didn't work in the room and cleaning was minimal at best.
Malay Malay: All the employees are rude unprofessional smart mouths and very dirty looking. Never at the front desk. Dewayne was cool when I checked in other that that. Hotel stinks dirty shower dirty dishes. Cancelled my two week reservation after 3 days lolDon’t STAY HERE!!!!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Extended Stay America - Indianapolis - Castleton: what do users think?
Aaron Way: Of the local hotels that DON'T have bed bugs, this is the worst one. Appliances don't work in many of the rooms and the housekeeping crew is somehow always busy, but rooms are embarrassingly unkempt. Lots of people use this place like an apartment, so often you will get a room that someone lived in and smoked in for months that BARELY gets cleaned. There are frequently people living in their cars in the parking lot and the hallways are thick with the smell of overcooked microwaved meals and cheap weed.Supposedly you can request items at the front desk, but rooms do not come with dishes, likely because the place attracts a clientele prone to theft. My current room reeks of old cigarettes. There are holes burned/melted in furniture and floor. There is blood or some rotting condiment splattered all over the curtains. The cook top is half functional and covered in oil.If I have to travel to Indy and EVERY other place close to work is booked out, I end up here. It's relatively quiet and located perfectly across from the hospital, but that's where the positives end.
Cathy Haynes: Very nice rooms. No actual breakfast.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Shannon Mason: Not knowing we were going to stoo and get a room we tried 2 other places and they were not so appealing. We walking in this extended stay anf fekt at home as soon as we walked in. The property was clean, our room waa spacious and in order. Qur stay was so relaxing that we booked a second night just to hang out and Felica was amazing with top notch customer service. Thanks to the whole staff..... much appreciated,................................. so that was after 2 days. We return a week later to a whole new sceen. We stayed a week and both of us work nights so with an approval from felelicia we pay in the nornings for the previous day. We do thiis all week. Then comes brittany and words can not describe. We were 1 day away from my better halfs company paying for the room for 90 days based on her contract. We have a reservation under titian medical for that day and brittant says ....you have to leave the property immediatly. .....We explain we have an agreement with felicia the hotel gener manager and can we speak to her. No we cant and we have 15 minutes to be gone and brittany states it dosnt matter what felicia says i am the reginal manager and her boss" (turns out brittany just works the front desk) I say "you can get as loud as u want but there is no way we are packed up and gone in 15 minutes. In a lobby full of people this very light skinned lady calls me a f'^#@&ng cracker. Yes you read that right. Then calls the police....they came and we spoke to them for 2 minutes and they left. Little did brittany know that mandy is the go between for her agency and the hotels that incomming travel nurses stay at... since the day of our situation here she has refered a total of 284 qualifying stays at hilton properties in 11 states And more than 100 nights at wyndham locations. You do the math. Worse part is that we had the money in hand to pay the room and never got a chance to. Its amazing how 1 person alone can single handedly destroy your opinion about a business in a matter of seconds.

Extended Stay America - Indianapolis - North: what do users think?
Z. Hillary Harris: Go here of you don't mind bedbugs, dogs running around over your head all night and poor service.👎Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
prashant agarwal: I recently stayed at Extended Stay in Indianapolis-North, and while the reviews had me a bit worried, my experience was quite nice. The location of the hotel is a definite plus, with Fashion Mall and plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. One downside was that the breakfast offerings were quite limited, with just coffee, muffins, and oatmeal on offer. Additionally, I was disappointed that I had to ask for cutlery and there was no milk available for coffee. On the positive side, the hotel did provide cutlery when requested, and there are several nearby parks for a morning run. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.Overall, while my stay at Extended Stay was pleasant, I would recommend exploring other options in the area if you're looking for a more well-rounded experience with better breakfast options. However, if you're looking for a basic, no-frills stay in a convenient location, Extended Stay may be a decent option for you.
Johnie Simmons: I went out there to go to the Dave Ramsey Event that I had booked about a week prior to that. Finding a hotel was good because I was only going to be out there for less than a day. When I got out to the location, I asked could I check- in early to my room which was hassle- free for me to do that considering available rooms and other things like that. The customer service was great and did not have any issue with my stay. My room was clean and shower / bath was great. Thank you.

Sam Love: Booked a room for our employees, a worker there came in the middle of the night while they were sleeping and stole money from them. I requested a manager call me, but received a call from the same employee stating that the she, the manager, will not be calling me back and to tell my employees they are being removed from the property. The hotel has a copy of the police report, they know this happened since they have universal keys that register every time it is used. We book tons through extended stays for our company but will never again.
Mark Palmer: Extremely rude clerk who told us we had to wait “10 minutes” while he “counted the drawer” before we could check in despite the fact we had already paid online. After 30 minute we informed him that we had to check in so we could make our dinner reservations, he was then snapped at us and said he has to finish. He was clearly frustrated from not being able to count his drawer properly. When we asked him if he could hurry, he deliberately slowed down and bizarrely threatened to call the police on us for “not letting him do his job”. We told him to go ahead, but he didn’t. Finally, after a 40 minute total wait we were able to check in. Took him 10 minutes to get us keys to a room we had already paid for online. Also the room smelled and had burn marks all over the carpet.
Steven Clouse: Bugs everywhere. I have went to the front desk and told the clerk about the bugs. I was asked if I tried to kill them. She never wrote down my complaint. I reported the bugs several more times with no help at all. They have no problem taking my money but no help with the bugs. Can anyone help? Everyday I find more. I just reported bugs again, today, 12/28/2022.
Khalil Cole: They kept harassing us about a pet fee, charging our card w/o our permission. Never once said anything about a pet fee, the white boy checking us in was too busy worried about if my boyfriend looked good or not. When they did say something about it, the girl said we already had paid it. They tried to lock us out of our room the next day cause they kept saying we didn't pay it & charging our card w/o our permission. All the while theres roches & roach corpses everywhere around the room.

Raymond Johnson Jr.: Was the worst experience dealing with a front desk personnel I have had. Could not check in to my reservation when I came in from out of town at 6 a.m because they cancelled it and gave it to someone else. They charged the full 3 day stay for not checking in before 12 o'clock the previous night. They were booked up, they said, so we couldn't even get another room. Even if we could of gotten a room they wouldn't of let us check in until 3 p.m. I would rate this hotel a 🤬
Gilbert Kamwendo: I wish there was zero stars option, this place is Nasty and so I lady at the front desk. Everything is Zero at this placeRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Daniel Oyler: Easy review COCKROACHES!!! Ran across the street to the very very nice Marriott. Cost about $60 but I would have lived there literally. If I could afford it. We will be getting with Priceline and Extended stay for a refund!!!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Calvin Loser: We made it about 30 seconds into our room when roaches started crawling down the walls. Got our money back and went to the holiday inn.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Lora Rodefeld: I regret having not read the reviews before booking. This hotel is seriously roach infested. I was offered another room a week into my month long prepaid reservation. As if my room was the problem and not the whole hotel. It was insulting to say the least. There are no luggage trolleys so the thought of packing up my whole room to move to another roach room was not an option. Then the pest control guy offered to spray my room if I would clean out my cabinets and put everything out on my bed but would not be able to do so for a week. I asked if the hotel could provide an over the counter spray so I could treat it myself and was advised that other sprays would interact with their chemical spray and cancel each other out. Being that I only had a little more than a week left of my month-long stay, I declined. It has been horrible trying to sleep knowing roaches are everywhere.

Keia Friend: Ms Karen in house keeping Shant'a the general manager are God send.Shant'a was respectful knowledgeable professional and downright friendly. AND goes out of her way for guests. Not just my family but me watching encounters her with other guests as well. There was an issue with flooding that she handled so efficiently my family had NO idea there was even an issue. And the stress didnt affect her work ethic. she keeps a smile on her face no matter how difficult. You can see and feel the pride she takes in her work. SHE NEEDS A RAISE.MS. KAREN is thoughtful patient kinda and above all the woman canCLEAN. You know when she has been in the hall cause the smell goods for her linger. She is always asking if we need something. And always always asking if we are okay. I ended up needing someone just to listenAnd she sat (OFF THE CLOCK MAY I ADD) and just let me talk to a fellow human. She doesn't know it but it prompted me to stand up for myself in a situation I normally would be a door mat.You have truly caring people working here. I sincerely appreciate EVERYTHING you guys have done for my family. This will be our go to hotel and I will definitely tell our family and friendsThank you
