Pdot: I love Community but this has to stop. I'm trying to get this job and had to take a drug test. I get to the kiosk and sign in. It says my appointment is for 12:40 and it's only 11:40. So I go to the car until 12:20 then head back in. Sat there from 12:23ish to after 1:00. I missed another appointment I had but was still seen in like 5 minutes. I go back to Quest and was told there weren't any more appointments available and to schedule an appointment. Well they don't allow people to set appointments. I'm not going to keep playing with these people. I let one of the rude ladies know the issue and she says she got me, and to stay there. I watch them get everyone else in and out but me. I had to leave to get my daughter from daycare atp. I'd almost rather say forget the job if I'll have to keep going through this. Just ridiculous. They make men feel wrong or weird for even being there to get tested. Now I have to wait until Monday for them to open. I'll take hustling if this is what the job industry has come to 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Jacob Leisure: There is no one working the front desk. It is all virtual and staff was very rude and unhelpful. Came in for a simple drug screen and initially told it would be 20 minutes. Actual wait time was an hour and 45 minutes.

Brad M: Drug test was set for a 10 minute wait. Then jumped to a 45 minute wait. Actual wait time was 100 minutes to pee in a cup. Others waited much longer. You aren't able to schedule an appointment either. Most employees took time off at standard lunch hours which is the busiest time for patients to show up. Counterintuitive and inefficient. This place is awful and shouldn't be paid for the service they are providing. Imagine if I had to take time off work then I'd have to schedule half a day including commute times.

Ausum Watson: Do not go here for a drug test the first time they cost me my job because they gave me false information . The second time around they lost my drug test and almost cost me my game again smh they need to shut this down asap this is outta hand.

Thhd Ghjknd: They try to make you take off your clothes for pre employment test very weird place

Jeffrey Gates: Completely unprofessional. There were timeframes they didn't have any appointments scheduled and yet they didn't allow people to schedule appointments during said lunch hours. I wasted multiple lunch breaks sitting in a sea of walk ins and still didn't accomplish the pre employment drug screen I needed to do. Add that to very limited hours and it's functionally useless for anybody who already has a job. I'd rather the employer allow me to pay for my own drug screen so I don't have to waste more time with a group of people who obviously have no sense of urgency.I'd give them 0 stars if I could because they didn't even provide me a service.

Peg Strodtbeck: Very easy to make an appointment on line, and I didn't wait at all to be seen on my appointment day. Great service from a highly professional staff member. I'd never used this service before so was a bit wary---but I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Tina DellaRocco: Very poor company to deal with. I have had nothing but billing problems since they took over Mid America Labs. I have been charged for services I believe I don't owe. I haven't been able to contact anyone to respond to my problem. The site only gives you information on multiple ways to pay your bill. I have emailed them and received no response.I received a response to call customer service. Said press 1 for English. I found this insulting. After having to transfer many times finally got customer service. Waited on line for 12 minutes never got an agent. MACL shows I owe nothing. Quest says I do. Per Gail at Shadeland office requested Doctor's office to fax new codes. This was done 8/5/2021. Said would refile immediately. Never happened. Turned account over to collection agency for something I believe I don't owe.You keep sending me a standard answer that doesn't help me. I can't get anyone from customer service to answer the phone. Your apologizes are meaningless if you don't respond in a useful manner what good is it.

B C: Firstly, It took a week to get my labs scheduled. this is understandable. When I went to my normal draw location, I was told that it was scheduled at a different location, but not to worry they would call the other location and let them know about the mix up. When I finally arrived at the other location. I was quickly told to leave I had missed my appointment (by 5 minutes) and would need to go home and reschedule. When I tried to explain what was happening and why I needed them. The nurse very coldly turned away and was not hearing my plea. I am a cancer patient and need to have my blood draws done before I can begin my next round of radiation. I really hope that my treatment is not delayed because I could not get a few minutes of someones time to draw my blood. I understand bad days but that is just not warranted.
