Brandon Troxell: The only thing that bothered me. Was even though I placed a mobile order mins before walking in the door. Our Burgers were already prepared (mind you with the wrong toppings) and sitting a top of the Fry station. I assume that's the only way to try to keep food warm. But they still wait for the customer to enter before preparing any Fries you may have ordered. So why not make all of the food fresh when the customer arrives?

Tera T: Decided to get delivery tonight. Got a typical bacon cheese burger bowl with a variety of toppings and an extra patty. 2 milk shakes and a little Cajun fry. This is the 2nd time I've gotten my food and was missing the extra patty. My double stuff oreo (creme and cookies) shake was missing the oreo part. So all I got was vanilla. Recieved a small credit from doordash for the issues and against my better judgment ordered another bowl for lunch tomorrow. Same thing I got before.....no extra patty. The paper on the bag clearly says 3 patties. Still love the food, but disappointed that people can't count.

Michael Self: Would have been a 5⭐ , except for the young lady at the register ignoring the guy asking her to make milkshakes. He asked three different times and she didn't. He left his area and made them for after I stood there for 10-15 minutes. She did even look my way, ask me what types of shakes I ordered. I understand helping those in line ordering, but when she's done helping them, then she walks away as if I wasn't there or he had not said anything about my shakes.

Nomore Names: I don't understand how this store is even in business. Your employees are beyond incompetent they are actively hostile to customers. Is this even a real business or some kind of weird money laundering front? I have never been treated so poorly for just trying to GIVE SOMEONE MONEY. I refuse to believe the good reviews are real. This store is the reason chargebacks were invented. Next time you open a business maybe try teaching your employees that getting snippy with customers trying to get the food they paid for in less than 20 minutes is going to end poorly. Better yet, just never run a restaurant again, you are a horrible presence in any community.

Theodore Jenkins: I wish I could review the actual food here but when I arrived to pick up the order I placed ahead of time they said they already gave it to someone else and they would not remake it for me. So they let someone steal my food and then get snippy with me when I ask for it?Just a really weird experience if I was the owner I would not be happy my employees were handing out food to people for free and then not even fixing their mistake when the person who actually paid for it shows up. Oh well I guess that's what chargebacks are for.....

Latanda Kennedy: I’ve been door dashing for two years they were supposed to have an order ready for pick up by 8:35 it was 9 the customer became rude and while trying to desculate them door dash called store and general manager Chris was very rude to door dash management on phone and me as well he provoked an argument and said racist rude comments after provoking me yelling and shouting at me infront of the customers after he provoked the whole arguement because I told them what they did was not niceAlso I did not add manager Chris also attempted to provide DoorDash with false information saying my order had left because he was getting tired of having to listen to there DoorDash partners I stopped him while on the phone so this may have been why he became upset however wrong is wrong I stood there and waited respectful and patiently and deescalated an upset customer she could have just canceled her order the door dash rep had clicked over to me and heard the whole altercation as well and has filed a complaint aswell and had to keep apologizing on his behalf I hope this review really stands out.

Gloria H: Came for an interview since they're short staffed. It took multiple calls only to show up for an interview and then be stood up for a schedule. Short staffed and mismanaged should've been what I was told. In dealing with the General Manager Chris, it is very easy to see why this place is a dumpster fire. Spend your money elsewhere.

Twice!!Its not like I was ordering anything out of the ordinary or bizarre. They just have employees who dont have a clue or cant read. Go to the Brownsburg location. Clara Torres: Why 3-stars? It comes down to value. The food is undeniably great. If you haven't yet had a Five Guys burger, tasting is believing. They're made from fresh smashed burger patties (not a frozen puck) but they're still juicy and flavorful. Standard burgers come with two patties (versus the "Little" version with a single patty) and they have paid upgrades like cheese (only American) or bacon. The free veggie and sauce add-ons can customize your burger to your heart's content, offering both grilled or raw onions, pickles, mushrooms, jalapeños and more.The fries are cut fresh in-store, mostly crispy and very potato-y in flavor. Because they're fresh, they won't ever be as crispy as McDonald's using frozen fries. The fries are filled to overflowing, which is appreciated. Both the regular and Cajun varieties are excellent.But the downside, which is significant, is the price. For a burger and regular sized fries and no drink, expect to pay a little more than $15. That's comparable to casual restaurant burger entree prices. For a somewhat bright and tacky fast food ambience, they're charging for what nicer restaurants are for a comparable food experience.I rarely go because I can't justify the price regularly for the overall experience, but when I do, the food is always on point. If the prices were lowered, I imagine there would be lines out the door all day long.

kenner family: We usually order from another location but the Noblesville location was more convenient this evening. Ordered online and picked up our order immediately. First time we have ever had a barely warm Five Guys burger. It did not appeared to have been prepared fresh. The cheese was not even melted on the hamburger patty on both burgers purchased. Perhaps the quality has changed with this Five Guys location - Noblesville.
