Bryan Henson: Hello, my name is Bryan Henson. I wanted to write a quick praise letter on your employee Cole Askins. My property has hail damage from the storm in June of 2021. After reading several reviews from many different contractors around the area, I decided to go with Big Boys for the repair. Cole came out and did the inspection. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. However, this is not his greatest strength or the reason for this letter. Since that day Cole has been in constant contact with me on my claim. We are having trouble with State Farm on this claim and honestly it’s frustrating as all get out! I’ve been lied to by State Farm. Stalled by State Farm. Ive been denied to speak with a manager by State Farm. It’s been 3 months and still no progress as State Farm continues to use stall tactics it’s known to use. This is where Cole’s greatest strength(in my opinion) shines. He has advocated on my behalf with State Farm. He’s gone above and beyond what I would consider his job. He’s firing off emails every day to document State Farm’s blatant disregard for their policy holder. He's made several phone calls to them with me on 3way. He’s personally calling shingle manufactures for advice. Calling and setting up engineering inspections and so on. I’ve received several texts from Cole way after business hours. I don’t mind the late hour text, but does he ever stop working for the customer? I truly don’t know how to put into words how grateful I am for what Cole has done so far. Whatever Big Boy pays Cole, I can assure you that it’s not enough! I will personally be showing my appreciation to Cole when this job is completed. Please let whoever needs to see this do so. Scott Blake: Bone Dry was recommended by my insurance agent after I talked with them about getting an estimate and the process to determine eligibility for roof replacement after wind damage. From the beginning, Bone Dry was organized, communicated with me throughout the process and keep me updated during the roof replacement by sending pics of the actual physical roof and plywood after the tear-off, sending additional pics during the install and then final pictures once the job was done. They had a huge crew of guys and did the job in just a few hours and were in-and-out in one day. Not only did they do all that, but the manager came a week after the job was completed and did another video recording walking the roof and looking at all the nails to ensure everything was done correctly and high quality. Can’t imagine another roofing company going above and beyond like these guys did…they did an exceptional job!!! Jacob Cazzell: Contracted with Bone Dry to replace our aging roof. Materials were delivered when they said they would be, crew arrived when they said they would. The crew foreman sent pictures of the work throughout the day to let us know what was happening on the project. They took care to cover all the windows with sheets of OSB, tarped all around the property to catch shingles and nails, and did a very good job of cleaning up the debris when they were finished. Following the completion of the work, Bone Dry came by the next day to review and inspect the work.
