His words: "it's whatever I feel like it on that day". No way in hell I would use someone with this type of attitude towards potential clients. Easy pass.

We have hickory floors and they worked with us to find the right stain combination to get us the color we were looking for. Lets Talk Indy with Cara Conde: ProSand Flooring sanded our floors. They applied the final coat, but my son (not paying attention) walked on the hallway and left foot marks all over. We called ProSand and they were very responsive. The next day, Carl came by to see what they needed to do to fix it. Within the following week, his crew came back and redid the affected area. Johnny: Interviewed for a position here and as I was joining the virtual meeting the hiring manager canceled the interview without notice or follow up. I sent an email to inquire what was going on only to be told in the most flat an unprofessional way that they decided to go in a different direction. Looks like I dodged a bullet..

Give HR clipping hammer work 24 hours straight on every Holiday and after 30 years they might get it. There is no test for busting your Butt!

Patricia Vaughn: I'm a little overwhelmed and choked up with thankfulness over what The Jack Laurie Group did for me. I experienced water damage from an old Water Heater in my home and had to purchase a new one. This happened in April. A few other problems occurred during the clean up process and the Jack Laurie Group made it right by installing beautiful new Carpet in my home, no charge. There are not enough words to express how I feel. But, thanks Jack Laurie's Group with all my heart. No one has ever done anything so kind, and wonderful like this for me. I sing your praises. Ashton Russow: Awful company to support. They use and abuse their employees and will lay them off without warning. The foreman is high on most jobs and typically does not know what’s going on - as well as most of their employees.
