Pure Soul: The BEST of Everything!!After our basement flood repairs had been made, we decided to add vinyl and carpeting. We got to know the entire staff at BPF. Everyone was really kind, helpful and accommodating! It was so easy to work within our budget and plan! The install was professional and timely. We love the final outcome, both vinyl and carpet look great! Our new space has never felt so good!!

From the moment I walked in they made me feel so comfortable and helped me with my selection process. After final selection of my carpet, the gal helping me said I would be really happy with the padding and carpet and not to worry (because I do!). She helped me not spend excess money for selections I did not need. My new carpet looks wonderful and every time I walk on it, I literally say “aaaaaah”. It is awesome! I also am OCD, and every little imperfection bothers me. I had a total of 3 bedrooms, a landing and stairs (with another small landing) carpeted. The installation process was amazing! They were very nice and very respectful. Ultimately there were no areas of imperfection in my new carpet. They did an incredible job, and I am so happy! My total cost was less than my estimate. My next project will be to put in hard flooring in my main level! Please go see their showroom – you will NOT be disappointed!

Needed carpet replaced in basement due to flooding and some laminate flooring installed. I looked at the local home improvement places as well as most places with carpet in their business name. EXHAUSTINGI went to Best Price about midway through my search. Don't let appearance scare you. They are in an old store front that is actually very well laid out once inside. This is a family run business in every sense of the word. Father,Son Mom,Granddaughter they all are a part of what makes these guys tick as a business.No funny business pricing here, probably the best you will find by a wide margin, as I did. They have a great selections of both carpet and laminates/hardwoods and decades of business knowledge.They are easy to work with and I cant say enough about their dedication to their customers. They brought in a crew of workers to do the work at my place and they were polite, personable and did not fail to ask for feedback when required. Most of them have worked together for years and that tells me something about their business.Chris the owner, was onsite for most of the work. They knocked out the work, cleaned up, went through what they did with me and answered all questions. They absolutely are efficient but took the time to do the job right. They run multiple crews so no job is too big or too small.Lastly, I have to take my hat off to Andrea who helped us with the selection of carpet on multiple visits and scheduled us multiple times as things came up that required changes. She was a great communicator and so knowledgeable about material.Highly recommend you give Best Price flooring a try next time you have the need. Phil, the owner, came out next day to see how home. He offered us multiple flooring options where we could provide the flooring if we wanted a particular floor they didn't have or we could chose a flooring he purchased. He provided estimates of all options so we could make an informed decision. He even brought samples to our home so we could see the flooring inside our space! This was all before the pandemic also! Phil never pushed or tried to sway us in any particular way. He offered us professional and considerate advice and actually listened to what we wanted. Phil and his team have exceptional craftsmanship, are prompt, polite and very reasonably priced! We were able to replace all the flooring on our entry level instead of just the damaged area for less that we thought prior to meeting with Phil! Indianapolis Floor Store was able to beat their competitors by an average of 30%. Not only did they beat them financially the quality of service was beyond belief. Crews showed up on time and always called beforehand to let me know they were on their way. The crews never interrupted me or made me feel uncomfortable. They were willing to work late to complete the job if required and always asked beforehand with plenty of time to make arrangements if needed. It turned out to be the best decision we've made with contractors since purchasing our new home.Bob was welcoming to a young, clueless couple entering into the situation for the first time, and we never once felt pressured. He walked us through our options patiently, and he was very transparent about the total cost. Although it was higher than surrounding chains, we were proud to support a local, family-owned business--and we believe the level of service and quality of work more than made up for the cost. (They also offer reasonable financing through Key Bank, which was helpful!)Our new Coretec Pro Plus floors are gorgeous and, most importantly, secure. We could only afford to do the living room, dining room, hallway and den right now, but we're excited to have Brown's return to do our bedrooms once we've paid off the flooring in these common areas. Would highly recommend.

He came to the office to assess the needed repairs and quickly presented us with a very reasonable proposal. I had to take into consideration that we would be seeing patients as the repairs were being completed, but I was still able to schedule the installers with ease. The installers Chad scheduled for us were professional and very accommodating. They were quick but very conscientious, making sure our patient flow was not disrupted. In order for us to repair the busy area at our front desk, they even came back on a Saturday afternoon when the office was closed. Our entire experience with Chad and the installers from Integrated Flooring Solutions was definitely a positive one. I will turn to them again for any future repairs or new flooring needs we have. I will also highly recommend Integrated Flooring Solutions to anyone needing commercial or residential flooring.

When I finally called them to find out where they are they had an attitude of "we don't know when we can get to it". I could only imagine what the "finished product" would turn out like..

We were only one week from initial measure to installation. Their installation crew did an absolutely fantastic job with the install and were done in a matter of hours. The price was good as well and we were very happy with the service.
