Antionette Johnson: Today, I went into this store and received the worst customer service from the front line manager, Eubriso. We made eye contact, and not once did he ask me if I needed help. I had to ask him was he working because another employee was assisting someone else. He failed as a manager, and he also lost the company money because I refused to purchase anything. I will never return. The expectation to provide good customer service should be a top priority for managers, and if he does not like his job, he should quit. No greeting, no apology or any empathy exhibited. Don't shop here!

Honest Reviews: They have a very small selection but I come here often because they usually have what I need for my 6 year old son. However today was different and I felt like I was being watched when I was trying a pair of shoes on my son both male employee's were watching over me like a hawk. I felt very uncomfortable I probably wont come to this location again.

The associates inside the store continued to walk past me and did not offer to assist me AT ALL!!!!! Extremely patient as my son has wide feet so usually takes trying on lots of shoes. He was helpful, friendly, professional and we walked away with a pair of shoes for my son! Michael Kivett: I don't personally have an issue with this Foot Locker, just didn't have anything worth buying in the shoe section in my size. Other than that, the store was super clean, employees were super cool and nice, and it was very well put together. Me not finding my size isn't particularly an issue that I don't have anywhere else, so Foot Locker, don't take it personally. If it wasn't for that, I'd have probably given them 5 stars. I've still NEVER hit on any of the FLX raffles at any of the Foot Locker brand stores either so that's probably part of the reason for their poor rating. And I've contacted customer service due to issues at both Champs and Eastbay (both Foot Locker brands) and wasn't satisfied with any of my experiences with them either. They've got some work to do. But this store is ok.

The supply of shoes was somewhat low, but that's to be expected due to the start of all schools this week. It's upstairs on the second level I believe. There's not enough signs in the mall that tell you where to find what store unless it's the big giant map at the end of the 6 mile mall. Great customer service, great sale prices. Krush Kamp: My experience is okay I went there directly after March madness took place here in Indianapolis Indiana so I expected them not to have my size and shoes but the problem came in when I try to order the shoes and have them delivered to me via online and when I looked at my receipt I noticed my apartment number wasn't on there so I guess the manager was training a newer employee and how to do that process of online purchasing so they went back into the order so they told me and then they said they corrected the problem but they never did correct the problem I had to actually have my mail stopped just so I would get my shoes and it wouldn't get sent back to return to sender and when I went back in like a day or two later and let them know that they didn't fix that problem the lady assured me that everything was okay and I totally get that you want to protect your friends and you don't want to see your friends get in trouble but business is business and she should have felt like she could have been a little more empathetic to my concerns and she really wasn't she was just tell me what I wanted to hear in trying to get me out of the store and it make a long story short when I got my shoes from the post office they didn't have my apartment number on them and if the lady didn't know me the mail woman didn't know who I was I should say she would have sent them back so I was kind of disappointed by that

Jennifer Garcia: Will not be returning to this shoe store. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else with better customer service and better management. I went in and bought a pair of shoes for my 3 year old brother and returned them all within 4 hours. The night time supervisor told me I couldn’t return them because both was dirty when he only tried on one shoe and he was freshly showered. When I brought this to their attention all they had to say was “so you bought a dirty shoe?”. He had an Attitude the whole time and showed no effort in trying to find a solution. They never even let me see the box until I had already purchased them. I was told I could return them by their employees even after then being worn as long as it was within a 45 day period. There was a lack of professionalism and accord. Won’t be coming back, there’s better shoe stores elsewhere with more attentive employees.

Ellie What: Wasn't allowed to try on the shoes and walk around in them before buying, like I have done my whole life. They were worried about these shoes getting creases.I ended up spending $145 on a pair of Nikes that are quite uncomfortable to walk in and it feels like they rub blisters on your ankles.Would have been nice if I could have at least taken a few steps around so I would know if I should or shouldn't buy them. Just been an hour after wearing them and my feet/ankles hurt, getting blisters already, etc.The size is fine, it's just the part up around the ankle that is uncomfy.Accidentally left my bag there as well, so I have no receipt. Not sure if they'd let me return them anyway...Edit: the atmosphere, music, and everything else was great. It's just unfortunate I couldn't find a pair that don't hurt my feet or try any on.
