Deana Carter: This place is a joke. We ordered a varsity letterman jacket on December 8, 2021. ($389.67)and paid in full at time of ordering. At that time we were told we were looking at the first to second week of January is when it would be ready. On January 30th we were finally notified the jacket was in. I had ordered 2 patches- neither of which were ready. Fast forward two weeks the patches were in. The “softball design” (his writing not mine) patch was was done in a awful dark gold and had navy blue stitches. I ask for it to be remade in the actual softball design. (Neon yellow and red stitching- which the son agreed were the correct colors for softball design) That was February 28. He said he was reordering THAT DAY. (Keep in kind at this point her jacket is still just hanging on a rack) Fast forward to Saturday March 19th. Daughter goes in with another family member to drop off her varsity letter she earned and her jacket is still hanging in the same spot. Older man tells her they’ve been waiting on us and pulls out the dark gold and navy softball patch. She tried explaining. He gets hateful. Starts blaming us for his mistake. My adult cousin who is with her tries to rectify the situation and calm everything down. No go. Daughter calls me I tell her, you know what- forget it, get your jacket and we will go somewhere else. Old man refuses to let them leave with the jacket because we haven’t paid for the softball patch (she wasn’t taking it with her) and demands payment ($32) for said patch for jacket to leave. She pays. Brings jacket home - no patch and now I realize this is the shotty embroidery done on the back. Literally big gaps that have no embroidery. Oh and his varsity jackets have NO lining. They are made in Mexico and are literally the wool with silk fabric sewn in at the top and bottom. No quilted warm lining like every other varsity jacket has. We have shopped at this store for years- soccer stuff, athletic socks, shirts and apparel but never again will this man get a dime- and I’ll do my best to make sure no one else spends a dime in there. Go to The Locker Room in Danville or Team Sports in Brownsburg. And I wish I could give a zero.

Granted, they gave me $10 off but how do you do that when you're in the business of embroidery, sewing, and iron on patches. Their attention to detail is terrible! We will definitely find another company to put the rest of his stuff on. They didn't even offer to redo it for us. Now we're stuck with a patch on his racing uniform that's crooked. I think Mike is the only person in the store that knows what he's doing. The customer service when picking up the uniform was horrendous. We waited in an empty store for 10 minutes and then somebody finally decided to come out of the back office. I would never recommend or ever use this company ever again. We didn't even receive an apology. Sorry Mike! Buyer beware!

Adam Stanford: Came in to trade a set of clubs in on a different set of used clubs. Called ahead to let the store know my intentions and to confirm the clubs of interest were still available. Drove 30 mins and was at the store by 7:45pm. They close at 8:00. I was told all trade ins stop an hour before closing. Would have been nice to know that when I called at 7:15pm and driving 30 mins. So I contacted the store owner and was told come back and we will give a premium on your clubs trade value. I’m told to allow an hour for the consideration and appraisal of my clubs. It took 15 mins, ironically the same amount of time I would have had to do that the night before. Ok whatever.So the two younger employees had no idea about the previous day experience or all the emails that were exchanged and nobody I had been emailing was there to speak with. Even though they knew I was coming to move along with this process by 3:30pm.We moved forward with my clubs and selling for credit towards another used set, which have a multiple day guarantee. I tried them out and found a couple of them with similar issues. I purposed taking my old clubs back and they can have what they sold me. I contact the store by email again and I’m told the issue is not performance related but I can return them if I wish, but my old clubs already sold and there is a restocking fee because they paid a premium on the clubs I sold them.Every retailer has the right to do business how they want. I’m just letting the public know to avoid getting taken advantage of here like I did. These folks are not interested in keeping a long business relationship with anyone. If they were, I would expect better treatment for the experiences I was given!

Lucia Zafar: It is rare for me to post something bad. However. My family spends a stupid amount of money in this store annually, with shopping and gifts. Most of what we wear, probably comes from this establishment. After gifting several items to each member of the family from this store for Christmas, one item needed to be exchanged. My daughter tried, but didn’t have a receipt as it was a gift. They said they would refund .48 cents, because it was the lowest amount it would be sold for. It was five days after Christmas. So I went in. The employee told me that it looks sketchy to return something without a receipt. Thank you, young girl for the scolding. Could you be more rude? Never mind the fact that a scan of the tag would immediately pull up any information you need. (Yes, in retail that’s actually a thing) but that’s not the point. So I gave her my receipt, and she reluctantly refunded it so I could then regift it in a card. Thank you for the tedious, disrespectful experience. The literal thousands of dollars annually will be spent in a different store from now on. Customer Service? What might that look like?

RJ Wells: The Carmel store has a great selection of cleats and other gear and staff is very friendly. Online ordering is very slow. Took 7 days to get a pair of cleats that should have been 2-3 days with the USPS Priority Mail. You are going to lose a lot of customers with your slow shipment processing. I waited 4 days and had to call customer service because I still did not have any tracking information and then later that day I got the tracking but no customer service call back. Package was not actually shipped until 5 days after I ordered it.
