Kyle Miller: This is the Pinnacle of downtown Indy! If you come here go ahead and ask that bum sitting on the side to take a picture of you and your friends/ family. Conner Prairie: what do users think?
Megan Steiner: We had a fantastic time learning and exploring. It was very nice seeing accommodations in signs, quiet rooms, and accessible equipment in the play spaces.
Marlene White: Love this Historical Museum. This is the second time that I have been here. Very family friendly with lots to do, the staff does a wonderful job interacting with the children and it really does feel like you step back into time. I would plan to spend at least 4 hours to get the full experience. They also have a barn with a petting area that the children can pet the baby goats, see baby chicks etc. You also have the option to ride the hot air balloon.
K. L.: For school field trips it’s great. Not so much for a family outing. Not very much to do at all. Tess Kossow: As a mother of a toddler, I am extremely concerned with the lack of professionalism and safety at this facility. Coming from an HR background, I expected to be contacted the first business day after my son was hurt upon their property, but instead I had to reach out twice to the HR department for response. Then once the legal company, Everest / Hylant did call me, they completely denied any liability for my son needing emergency care after slipping and falling on one of the holiday displays made available for children to take pictures on. Even worse, the legal team told me that since my son is the "only one this has ever happened to" that it's my son's fault for cutting his chin open and not the liability of the event. Absolutely outrageous behavior and unprofessional demeanor coming from a so-called family facility. If you are a parent, I would be highly skeptical of ever taking your child to this unsafe location.
Fany Euceda: Increible
D Dieter Bell: Ok at best. Def not worth $22. There is a lot of walking - couple attractions between walking. Tubing hill is not much, and a long line for tubes.Sock Skating is a good idea- but a really small arena . we didnt want to take space little kids could use so we didn't do it. Tram is a 5 min tour of parking lot. Carousel line didn't look bad, but took 4 or 4 turns to get on. Hot cocoa is $6 for quite a small cup.Lights are pretty but they're too spread out to really give you a sense of awe.I really don't see what all the buzz is.

Krista Wanko: My whole family, kids aged 14 to 2 years old, had a wonderful time at the Headless Horseman fu . We took the hay ride and went down the dry tubing runs. All four of my kids loved the activities so much, even my 2-year-old and 4 year old :-)I feel like the dry tubing runs could be set up a little bit better. It took forever for the patrons to drag their tubes up the hill. I think there should be a solution so that more people can get down more efficiently. But it was very cool anyway. We had a wonderful time and everone wished we could stay longer. The corn maze is gorgeous this year, and all the employees are so friendly. It's really a wonderful place to visit, especially if all fall with the gorgeous leaves all around.
Stefanie Miller: Went on school field trip and was sadly disappointed. Not everything was open. At least our kids was left out of a lot. As far as I understood if extra was not paid upfront then they couldn't enjoy some of the activities or even look at the animals. Which I think was discrimination. It may be one fee to get in but just know that you will be nickel and dimed to death for everything else. Was not a good time at all.
Kyle Fasick: would NOT recommend. just came here on a saturday in october, it cost $25 to get in, the balloon was down, the slide was down, no hayride, no inflatables, NOTHING! it was all part of the “festival” at night. what? so strange - never seen anything like this. do not come here, all they care about is profitVisited on Weekend Wait time Up to 10 min Reservation recommended No Price for adult entry $21–30 …More
saikat mukherjee: Decent place. Not very well maintained but ok.The place is near Indianapolis. It has an auditorium where one can host events. Other than that it has some information on the lives of early Europeans who came to Indiana initially and started living in the prairies. If someone is interested in stuff like that, this place may be interesting.Personally I did not like this place that much. Ok place but nothing extraordinary and definitely does not deserve the very high rating it seems to have on Google maps.
Joseph Truitt (Author): We did the Headless Horseman event and for the most part we enjoyed it. However, most of the event is geared towards a younger age (4-12). But my daugter and I really enjoyed the Headless Horseman wagon ride. Its worth it for that alone. The wagon ride takes you through the old town of historic buildings and although some of the decorations are a little cheezy, things get real when the Headless Horseman rides out swinging his sword. Its $5 extra for the wagon ride so make sure you add that to the cost before going. The food is a little pricey in my opinion. $15 for a brisket sandwich. We sat and listen to the band play spooky music when we ate and to be honest, the band was really good. However, the cornmaze was fairly boring.

They even had a photobooth where you can put different art style filters over it!! Super neat!! Highly recommend for a fun day out!!

danicka refugio: Had a photographer pass to go to the Newfields Spring Bloom event. Right after I got proposed to (literally right after. I said yes and we hug) a worker came up to us bugging us if we had a photographer pass. We could barely comprehend he was talking to us bc we were still on a high from our engagement. The camera our photographer brought is huge too (tripod and all) and we wouldn’t have been able to get past security without the photography pass. Very much ruined the moment. Please train staff to give people space. Needs better communication, transparency between coworkers and review of policies.
Amber Love: I have been a long time patron of the art museum but I'm disappointed by the direction the curation has taken. Many of the old favorites are no longer on display (it makes me ill to think of all the incredible artwork just rotting in the basement), and the ones left on display feel disjointed. I used to spend hours at a time in a single room, absorbing the paintings and enjoying the atmosphere, but it's different now. In an effort to bring in new artists, they've alienated many of their oldest fans. So many of the pieces feel like they were dumped randomly in a display case together--I feel like I've seen employees at Goodwill take more care in sorting like items. The spaces that had the most character, like the rotunda with the stained glass artwork and the early Indianapolis oil painting, leading in to the room with the O'Keefe lilies, is gone completely, and the lilies aren't even out. Overall, I'm really disappointed in the "new" museum and wish they'd return to the classic IMA exhibits.

Dan Stuck: Went to Imax theater, John Wick 4Restrooms: Plenty of clean facilities
Martine Janvier: Perfect for an afternoon stroll. I like to go late afternoon and catch the sunset on the white river state park . The park is well maintained. My only negative point is that there is no free parking around . You will have to park off the street and pay the park meters or pay the outdoor parking or underground .
Nitin Singh: Amazing and scenic
Jade West: Windy but absolutely lovely
Michi H (michitravel_channel): If you would like to see cherry blossoms in Indiana, this White River State Park is the place to be. Every year at the beginning of April, the 52 cherry trees in the park bloom; in 2023, they were in third bloom on 4/1-2, so they will be in full bloom in a few days. The State Park also has a canal, making it a great location for a spring picnic. There is a fee for parking, but it is a good deal as it is only about $6 for 2 hours.
吴锐恒(Ruiheng Edbalt Wu): You cannot miss this when you visit Indy. Really nice in the morning.
April Bladen: We LOVE this place!! We go walked around the park as much as we can. It is so calming especially for being downtown. They keep it cleaned up and always looks nice. Lots of things to do!
Brent Dawes: Beautiful place to visit!
Vinal Lee: The canal is a must when in Indy. Great place to walk, plenty of sights to see, plenty of museums to visit. Great park.

Holliday Park: what do users think?
Rene W: Beautiful place, with a lovely piece of history. There is a small nature center for children to explore. Along with groomed grounds for outdoor play with dogs and kids. The building, which only has parts remaining, came from New York. It has three men carved into the stone and they hold the building on their backs. Two statues of robed women stand on either side of the main building, while stone critters flank a fountain.Restrooms: There are restrooms at the site, but not sure if they are open.Dog-friendliness: Many people were out playing catch with their dogs.
bobbi bone: All of the trails were pretty neat. I liked how you could walk along the river. It was neat how the restrooms were incorporated with the ruins.
Michele Hamilton: I always love Holiday Park. I took my granddaughter here twice now. She's 4. She looks forward to going now.
Brittney Moseby: A perfect place to take engagement photos! My clients love coming here for theirs! 📸
Julelz Clayton: This is my Favorite park!!

Dunia Cala Bértolo: One of my favorite dog-friendly parks in Indy. It has a playground area for the little ones, hiking trails, woodlands, and a riverside landscape. I'm looking forward to summer to see their flowers bloom.

The Nature Center is a great educational resource, and the park's serene atmosphere provides the perfect escape for city dwellers. Highly recommended for a relaxing day out!
Krista Wanko: Beautiful place with many trails to walk and enjoy. We had family pictures taken here and there were so many wonderful, cool spots. The creek beside the park makes for a nice hike.
Debra Stong: I would've given this unique park a 5*, but the amazing trails weren't wheelchair accessible ♿ and their Nature Center was closed on a Sunday! Who closes a park on a precious Sunday when you want to go out and be with God in nature. Does not compute! Weekends are the only time most of us have to go to the park. But the playgrounds were exceedingly well built and even enjoyed by my 14yr old grandaughter! That's saying a lot! Thank you, Holliday Park!!!
Alisson Aguirre: Beautiful park! Nice playground area!
Sean Staley: This is a beautiful, well kept park that is really fun for the kids.

Chloe Fox: A lovely space for an easy hike or a picnic, with cool art installments throughout
Anthony Cunningham: Great little greenhouse with some really cool plants! Definitely recommend
David Che: excellent garden
Devi: This is a beautifully maintained hiking path and lake. Lots of sculptures also surround the trails - the most popular of which is “Funky Bones”. There are multiple different paths you can take; each of which are scenic in their own ways. It’s quite pleasant in the early spring or early fall. Not too many bugs around that time, and there’s still a cool breeze with warm sunshine.
Michael McCrory: This is a cool park with sculptures all over it.
Lou Ann Hoster: Such an awesome place..
Gilbert Durham: Cool spot...great for photos or just hanging out. I wonder if there are more spots like it in the city...would make for a great tour to getbaround the city.
Chessa Rae: Super accessible park with tons of play structures. Also, garbage cans and bathrooms! I hope they continue to develop the park and add more green stuff.Playground: Many small art/play structures most suitable for kids 8 and up.Restrooms: 2 clean portapotties, including disabled access.Dog-friendliness: Dogs on leash!
SHIN eunjeong: Good food
DL G: Playground: Coming soon newRestrooms: Porta potties
Tim Arden: One of our favorite places to visit as a family! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Lots of unique areas and features to explore.
Phil Criswell: Wonderful spot to hike in nature and art. Go all the way back to the visitors center to see a cool building, and use the only bathrooms in the park other than the port-o-lets near the parking lot. Since you can no longer walk all of the grounds of IMA (I refuse to use the new name) for free, this is the next best thing right next door. A bridge over the canal connects this park to the museum grounds if you are visiting there. There have been recent renovations to the park including removing a stand of second-growth woodland in line with the Lily house and returning that portion of the land back to native wildflowers and grasses. They have also shorred up the levee between the river and the park's lake, so you can now go all of the way around the lake again Whether you walk in, bike in from the canal path or drive to the park, it's definitely a great place to spend a few hours. There's is plenty of art to see, places to walk, or to throw down a blanket to read or have a picnic.

Paul T: I took the family to breakfast in downtown Indianapolis. We were walking on the canal and decided to warm up in the sunlight when we found ourselves at the steps of the Indiana war memorial and museum. We enjoyed everything about the experience. From the moment we entered we were greeted by a friendly employee who answered our questions. We dove in and had no idea what to expect. We were all surprised with the quality and quantity of amazing memorabilia, artifacts, an actual pieces of history. I was able to show my son every uniform camouflage I wore in the US Army. I was also able to show him every unit patch I wore. For crying out loud, there is a AH-1 Huey Cobra on the Vietnam war era! Everything about our visit was a success. You are the gold standard of museums, and in Indiana fashion, rivals the Seoul South Korea War Museum in I-tae Wan.
Ben Miller: Great museum in downtown!

Harsha S: We went here on a Sunday morning after hearing that this would be a good place to visit and learn more about Indianapolis. We parked at a street nearby (free parking) and walked over to the museum. It was a little chilly outside, and when we entered were quickly greeted by staff and directed to walk a specific way to get to the museum. There was no charge to enter the memorial. The museum has a collection of US military history spanning from the Revolutionary War to the Iraq War. It pays tribute to the men and women of the armed forces and recognizes their contributions. There's so much history to be found walking through these halls, and I was surprised to see the evolution of weapons and uniforms/wear in each conflict. There was also a staircase leading up to the top of the memorial that honored everyone that sacrificed their lives in WWII.

DElightful Photography: This museum takes you through all the wars in chronological order. It's amazing the amount of memorabilia that's here and many items we haven't seen before (and we've been to a few war museums!). The shrine upstairs is absolutely stunning!! Even though there is a lot of Indiana information, it was still worth seeing being from a different state! Set up very nicely and we enjoyed it immensely!
