Brittany Carter: UPDATE AS OF 4/21/2023 - Yet another replacement /exchange that again I have been told they have the wrong piece. This is a $3k couch I have been patiently waiting on since 12/29/2022 and no one is handling this with urgency. I have not filed a BBB complaint yet however I am today. UPDATE 4/18/2023- I had the scheduled delivery for the right piece of the sectional. It arrives & it is STILL incorrect. I am paying $3000 for this sectional that is going on 120 days since I originally ordered*** original review was left 4/3/2023 — My stars are related to the service & experience offered. The furniture is beautiful decently priced. The salesmen are attentive and quick on their feet. The actual process is a NIGHTMARE! I ordered a sectional right after Christmas about 12/29. I was told it would be 30 days before it would be available, okay fine I agreed to that. I was told I would receive weekly updates on where we stood in the shipment; that did not happen. I received an email the end of February stating it was ready for pick up. I scheduled for pick up then the day of pick up was told it was NO LONGER AVAILABLE due to scheduling more than 72 hours later! Furious is an understatement, however I believe in being pleasant and understanding even with it being OVER 30 days of waiting. With that being said, since I have been more than fair, do you think they have offered any compensation, discount or anything? NO! I just NOW got my furniture 3/27 - this has been 90 days vs the 30 I was told at purchase! I have not made one complaint I have not been nasty or rude with anyone. I picked my furniture up and started the set up only to realize I received two of the same left arm ends to my sectional!!! I called and spoke with my salesman who told me since I picked my furniture up I need to return the duplicate piece & it will be two weeks for the right piece to come in! This is UNACCEPTABLE & so INCONVENIENT!! The communication the inconvenience this has been! There’s not one person trying to rectify or fix this! I am disturbed that they are just treating me ANY KIND OF WAY! This is absolutely horrible customer service and the worst experience I’ve encountered purchasing new furniture!

Grace Reed: I went in yesterday to look into buying a mattress. John showed me a pillow top gem-hybrid mattress and I went ahead and had them order it. The mattress was delivered today and it is not a pillow top mattress, it feels like a memory foam mattress. I immediately called customer service and they informed me that they could only give me a credit, because I accepted the delivery. Now, how would I have ever known it was not what I wanted if I didn't take it and open the box? I hadn't even had it for an hour yet. So, then I had to go back to the store. I spoke with the lady in the office and she explained that the model of the bed that I ordered had been discontinued. So, can you all explain why it is still out on the floor??? The manager in the store said the beds feel the same, but John who sold me the bed agreed that the beds do indeed feel different. Also, one is a pillow top and the other is not. Finally after all the run around the lady in the office agreed to give me a refund. They said I would get my money back once they picked up the bed on Saturday, but they would not refund me the delivery fee. So, now im out 40 dollars for nothing! She explained oh it's because the bed was delivered. Well it is not the bed I wanted! Also, your salesperson failed explain that the old model that was being displayed is discontinued, so why do I have to pay a delivery fee for something I didn't want?!?! I want ALL my money back. You all have waisted my time and my energy, now give me my money, you all are stealing from me, because in all actuality it was your mistake for not removing that discontinued bed from the floor. Oh and also corporate is like impossible to get ahold of. What kind of company is this!?! Terrible customer service and I never received an apology for any of this.

I have cancelled my order, and requested a refund.Warm welcome by Beth, questions answered quickly, a couple recommendations and we were left to shop. Found exactly what we needed with no high pressure sales.

Tyler Ozbun: Bought a couch from there a few weeks ago and still do not have all the parts for it experience has been awful and they don’t really care that they screwed up the order, and keep sending me the wrong parts which I have to wait 2 weeks to tell them they sent the wrong part, for them to then once again send me the wrong part. The best part is I haven’t even been able to sit in my couch yet and there are already staples coming out of it so quality isn’t great either.
Christopher Dowdy: Marcus Murphy was our sales man and I’d give him a 7 out of 5. Now the men that delivered the sectional and chair. I would give them a 0 out of 5.They pretty much destroyed my landscape light, my steps and hand rail.I even paid for this 🙄. Warning do not have them deliver ever. Get it yourself and put it in your house yourself.

Robby Morton: Junk that won't last 2 years. Couch framed with plywood and falling apart. Kitchen table, coffee table and desk all laminated and easily scratches off. Will not make the mistake of buying this junk again. If you want your furniture to last more than 2 Years go somewhere else. Been trying for over 2 months to get a claim with the warranties. We have a one year warranty on th couch from manufacturer and purchased AMF warranty for extra $200. Both have denied my claims. Have made several calls to both warranties and AMF manager. Manager keeps telling me to file claims with the same website. Have done it 3 times now. My one year warranty expires tomorrow. Showed up at the store just to get the same run around. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A WARRANTY!

Matt Eddington: Initial purchase experience was amazing and straightforward. Now we have issues with our furniture and have been waiting months and months for resolution. No communication from Ethan Allen unless we reach out. We are past the timeframe we were given to have our repairs completed and…shocker no communication. If you’re debating buying from this place vs your budget or normal furniture store don’t bother.

Jennifer Utke: When they say be kind to others because you never know what someone is going through, they should follow that motto. The “supervisor” as he calls hisself which he must’ve just became since the manager quit should be fired! My son is autistic therefore he moves constantly and has to be doing something. We have been going there since I was pregnant with him and he is now almost 4. It has never been a problem and everyone who has worked there or even still works there knows my children by name. This “supervisor” grabbed my child and said “Hey you need to stay with your mom!” Him grabbing my child was a instant problem. Use your words don’t touch my children. What is wrong with that man? If I could give no stars I would. Not only after that incident I made my child stay with me and put the bike back where we got it, as me and my kids are walking by this man gave me and my children the most disgusting look. Worst experience I have ever had. Even the cashier said, “I am so sorry.” Being she is one of the ones who know me.

Ikekwem Ninian: This is probably the worst place to buy anything. The staff are so unprofessional and proudly told my husband and I that they do not care about our money and customer satisfaction. We made a purchase on a recliner sectional in this store last week and scheduled delivery to be on Nov 28. When the delivered yesterday, they couldn't put the sectionals together. You could see the hook that's made to fix into each other and ones you try to move it a bit, the sectionals dismantle. We were told at the time of purchase that if we notice that the furniture is broken or non functional that we should call the store immediately. When we noticed the struggle the guys doing the installation were going through, we contacted the store. The lady in the store told us outright that sales is finally. . Like really even when the sectionals is not able to be put together? We explained the danager of the hook since we have little kids who might get injured, but we were ignored, She ordered the guys to abandon the furniture in our home and leave which they did. We went to the store today to see if there is anyone we could talk to to help resolve the issue and probably replace or exchange the furniture, but the lady lied against us, yelled at us. Are we supposed to be loose over $3000 because we can't use such furniture in such condition in our home for the safety of our kids. It is in your policy to report non functioning or damages during delivery which we did but we have been ignored and treated unfairly.

Stacy Kasch: I can not speak for other Aaron’s but this location has the worst customer service. I ordered a mattress from them and 6 months in , it started to sag in the middle. Obviously this is the manufactures defect, but it took me 5 months of calling them to get them to replace it. Every phone call was a lie or a promise to follow up. I’ve had their staff members hang up on me, and call me a lier. Their manager set up a delivery date, I took the day off work and nobody showed up or called. They didn’t call me until I called their corporate office to complain and ask for a refund. But of course all they can do is give me a new mattress, because you pay for what you use. Well I have not used this mattress since February because the whole middle is sunk in! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!

Then they said they would send me a replacement and I waited til 7.00 pm just for a guy to take more pictures and send it to corporate to decide. So they lied to me. If I had the money I'd send this set back and buy me a set . This is poor customer service. Becareful buying anything from them.
