Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center: what do users think?
Lisa Fox: I've struggled my whole life with opiates and I myself have been trying to get clean with the help of the methadone clinic and I finally did it. My counselor Stacy and Dr. Moe have helped me through so much and never gave up on me. I absolutely love everyone in that clinic. I will never say that it's been easy cause it wasn't BUT I'm still here and that's what matters now.
Vanessa “Nessiie” Banda: Stacey and wade and gene and now Tuesday are the BEST!!!
Justin Wayne S.: Not possible to find a better clinic for comprehensive services. Every entity will have it's flaws, but this clinic's willingness to address them and treat the patient ad an individual is unparalleled, it is the pinnacle or MAT.
surely moorehead: It's one of the best clinic
Sheldon Robertson: I've been a client at NTP for 8 years, every clinic in the United States, Stacy is the best manager that Midtown has ever had. Dr. Moe and the nurses and counselors are top notch, if you're serious about getting clean this is the place!!
CRIMINALLY ARTISTICAL1982: This place is more then just another program. They actually get involved and show care kindness and concentration to all whom seek true recovery and want to succeed in sobriety
Michelle Benefiel: This is the best. Place to revive opioid help. The counselors are great . It fast in an out no wait really. If your seeking help please check out this out for treatment. You won't be disappointed!
Angie “Ang” Steineck: I love my couciler and love the nurses. There's neverba line when I get there. The doctor knows what he is doing. I've been to a different clinic before midtown and that place was horrible
LadeeBugZ714 Z: I am treated with dignity and respect here by the nurses and counselors. This place has saved my life. They accept most insurances and Indiana Medicaid. The lines are minimal and it takes about a total of 10 minutes to dose and get takehomes. I highly recommend this clinic.
Jason Decker: It's the best treatment center in Indiana. Great nurses and councilors who know you by name, treat everyone like you matter, and always make time for you.
Stephanie Sandlin: Midtown saved my life I totaled my car while attending itc they were dropping my dose due to bad counseling couldn't get stable or clean I have been at midtown 2 weeks I am stable at 80 mg and start back to work tomorrow my life is saved I haven't used in two weeks for the first time in years I am sober and starting over new job and about to buy a car in a couple weeks I couldn't be happier
Madison Bronstrup: I’ve been working with the therapists here since 2019. Lovely staff! I recommend this place to any one ❤️
Bryant Dickerson: 💪💯
Tracey Forrest: This place has saved my life...I started at the other clinic when I was about 7 months pregnant with my youngest son.I went there until the day I had him.I live in Bloomington and drove my self every day.It was very hectic going to the other clinic cause they allowed so much to go on there.I was seeing people high and stumbling everywhere and people selling in the parking lot.It was a lot.So the day I was released from having my son I started at this clinic. That was 13 years ago. This place has truly saved my life.Everyone is so kind and caring here.As long as you do whats right and asked of you here then things go great..Ive done good since day one so I get bottles and only have to come up twice a month.I love the meetings and getting to meet others who are going through a lot...This place has a lot of help if your really needing it and want it to work. There are different types of meetings. There is even art ones..You have a councelor you can meet with to talk to if your having any issues..Just a lot of help.I would highly recommend this place💜💜💜
Luciana Howell: This place has always been amazing in my eyes .this is my 3rd time here no fault to anyone but my own .they always tried thier best to help me .this time I'm working the program like I should and things are amazing in my life now! My counselor is Ryan he is always so friendly and understanding. The staff I cant day 1 bad thing about any of them they knew my name day 1 & every time I go in they greet me by my 1st name ,such an awsome feeling to be treated like a normal person!!! I highly recommend midtown if your wanting to turn your life around & get support while doing it ! Side note your only in there 5 minutes tops ! Quick, friendly, clean, life saving location ❤
Paul Christie: A very pleasant place to go to every day. The ladies up front are so nice. And most likely soon as you start, they e already remember your name.My counselor is Meagan and she is great! This place is definitely a life saver!😎
Misty Westbrook: I'm very happy with my experience at Midtown. It really is the best thing that has come into my life . The ladies up front have beautiful smiles and our always on their toes and if ur mad or got a problem then your probably just guilty of something cause the counselors all go out of their way to help. I will end say it's good to have a friendly officer present also ...Love u all at Midtown you are a blessing!
daniel wilson: This place is soo great..Life changing even.I unfortuneately was a patient at ITC for 8yrs or so before I got the opening to and fed up enough to transfer here and now I'm mad at myself for not transferring so many yrs earlier.Every single person in the staff are friendly,caring&professional.Dr.Moe is great and they dont slow walk you to a stable dose like ITC tries to do either.Cant say enough good things about Midtown as a treatment facility.
Irene Jade: have helped me get back on my feet. now have my own home and my kids back and working. the counselors and Drs and nurses are amazing here! they truly care and will help as long as you are ready to help yourself
Darren Laughlin: I have been going here for two years. This place literally saved my life. The people here are wonderful and they don’t judge you they help you. My councilor Adam is the best. He listens and tries to help in any way he can. And Sally the lady in charge is great if I ever have a problem she does her best to help. They are quick here. I don’t think I have ever waited more than 15 or 20 minutes, and that’s even if I had to give a urine sample too. But mainly it’s the people they treat you like a person not a drug addict. The ladies that work the front where you check in are great also. Even if there is a line it takes no more than a minute or so to check in each person and they are nice and polite. Dr. Moe has helped me tremendously. I mean what can you say about a group of people that saved your life.
James Mcelfresh: Pretty good place to go

Ascension St. Vincent Stress Center: what do users think?
kaitlyn mcnamee: ran out of cheese and crackers in inpatient
Beth Sparks: All the employees are wonderful. Don't expect alot from meals served. Food is always cold. Just ask for cereal, milk and yogurt. Meals brought from the main hospital always arrived cold. The stress center offers food from hospital. Ask for something from the refrigerator
Joshua T: More interested in maintaining societal status quo than meeting patients where they are at. A shining example of why patients don't feel like they can be honest with their mental health providers.Acknowledging substance use will result in reduced access to the care you are searching for. However, if you are able to meet the arbitrary guidelines and afford treatment (at a place with "Service to the Poor" as a headline, this isn't well exemplified), you may find that group therapy is transformative. Psychoeducation has its value as a place where you can explore the topics with other patients.
NotATroll aNoob: I live in Muncie and have had many unfortunate mental health emergencies and this is the only place I go. The staff are very caring and compassionate and will go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible while being treated. The days are structured with lots of time for rest in between specialized group therapy settings. The doctors are knowledgeable and will listen to you hearing your concerns and validating them. There are two phones available for use at almost any time. They do shut them off during group times. The rooms are large and comfortable with 2 beds. If you are in distress and need help this is the place to go !
Jeremy Ninness: I really appreciated the staff and my peers helped me the most. Big shout out to Anthony, Nick, Ms Caroline and Ms Dee Dee for making more positive moments while I was there. Even though I am weighed down with my own problems - I am thankful for a staff member like Robert, willing to come to work to help even when he is awaiting a kidney transplant. Thanks to everyone else to!
Captain Slow: The definition of failure in the American healthcare system. I had a female social worker laugh about my situation to a family member and gave her political views on "Our great governor, Mike Pence" when "he got rid of Obamacare"Absolutely unprofessional. I suggest going to Hendricks Behavioral hospital in Plainfield, IN.
Michelle Healy: My son just got released to a homeless shelter 3 hours away from there. I'm sickened at the whole experience and I work at a place for long term behaviors psych ect and they can't take him because of his psych yet these ppl let him just go to a homeless shelter. Paper scripts w/ a broken pelvis and can't put weight down on his leg.... and DOESN'T HAVE THE BALANCE TO US THEM AND IS STILL NOT TRULY MENTALLY STABLE TO SIGN ANYTHING. WOW
Lissandra Dawson: I don't understand the bad reviews. December 2021 I reached rock bottom, broke, nowhere to go, feeling devastated by a break up with a quiet Borderline (I was diagnosed regular borderline) I lost my mind and broke a glass door at a hotel. I was taken to st Vincent and my condition stabilized and I was able to get on anxiety medication. I now just take it occasionally. I was treated very well and overfed as much as I wanted to. The second floor groups were very helpful. I left after 4 days. I did start therapy elsewhere which was only mildly helpful. But October 23rd I accepted Jesus back into my life and have been rapidly improving. I am not depressed or drinking anymore. I am less anxious. I am not playing the victim about everything.i have better identity and worth. I am less angry and I forgave my abusers that began my craziness. I do not have a fear of abandonment anymore. I am productive, working full time for the first time in 13 years and looking after my roommates neglected cat. I'm looking forward to all the money I'll be putting in the bank! Now I need to choose a Christian therapist and a church to go to. I'm only alive today because of Jesus. And I did have a good start to recovery at St Vincent. I wish I could go back and visit the staff to say hello. God bless.
Phyllis Laughner: I love this hospital the women are magnificent and caring.
Linda Wiggins: My Daughter was here for treatment and they were excellent.
Skyking929: The inpatient facility is very clean and the employees are more than kind, caring and helpful. In particular, Dr. Cornett was and is a compassionate Godsend! God bless you all. As a former licensed Health Facility Administrator I can tell you that these people are doing 'it' well! We were blessed to land our son here. Your team made the difference in our son's ongoing recovery. Again God Bless you for what you did and continue to do.
Auna Woodings: They refused to release me until I said I converted from agnostic to Christian. Refused to give me my anger management which is mandatory due to legal reasons. Discriminated against my lifestyle. And sent me home without all the proper medicines.I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.
Austin Neal: Finding a place to get help with my mental health was one of the most challenging experiences of my life. In my experience most places won’t help you unless you feel suicidal. Before coming here I probably called 7 other places with absolutely no luck and honestly after reading the reviews from this place I was absolutely terrified to come here. While reviews are important, Keep in mind that the people it doesn’t go well for are usually the people who leave poor reviews. Therapy isn’t a magic pill and you won’t heal simply by coming here. You need to want the help they provide and if you do you’ll find that this place is absolutely incredible. The staff has been amazing, Therapists have been amazing and the other patients have been inspiring with the progress they’ve made. My insurance didn’t cover everything here and I was without a job or any money and St. Vincent has options for you. This place saved my life and it might not work for you but the quality of the facilities and employees cannot be matched. Thank you to all the HEROES that work in this building.
Anna Keller: Literally brought my son to them tonight with fourteen fresh cuts on his arm just to find out that they don't think he needs to stay.... what a waste of our precious time. Smh.
Rockin Andy C: I really don’t understand the negative comments at all. I stayed at the stress center for a week to get help for depression and suicidal thoughts. The staff as far as I’m concerned went above and beyond to help me. The group therapy was an amazing experience as well as group activities to get me reflecting and back on track. I met some inspirational people there and made a lot of friends. I could clearly see that Staff worked so hard to help me and they cared. Lovely to talk to and are so supportive. Thanks to this establishment, I am no longer surviving, I am living again. Thankyou to all the staff at the stress center!!! You saved my life!!! God bless you all!!!
Hxstyl _: this place is horrible
John Morris: Just called stress center, Person I breifly talked with had Indian accent. Realized Stress Center has farmed out hotline to call center in India! Just shoot me.
Lilly Kasinger: THIS PLACE WAS BAD!!!! The NP Maddi was really rude and made everything feel like it was my fault. She kept using the wrong pronouns for me, as well. They also wouldn't let me go to the NP after I graduated IOP. The receptionist was really mean, and wouldn't really explain why. The therapist I was given, Tracy, showed a generaldisrespect for peoples' pronouns, and would keep using the wrong ones for the person, whom at this point would just tell her about their pronouns repeatedly in hopes that she got them right. All in all, those were some of my worst 7 weeks. Best wishes 3
Sarah Ferguson: Honestly just awful. Their outpatient therapy is 3x a week 1:30 to 430pm for adolescents. What parent can do that schedule? Nevermind their schooling. They wont fill out fmla forms until you take them to their first appointment and some people can't afford to take off work. Let alone the gas of coming there 3x a week. The people on the phone are rude and unsympathetic.
kelsey strachan: Very unprofessional. When I called and spoke to the front desk they told me I 'got the wrong number' then hung up on me. Even though I did have the correct number.
Rachel Nunlist: I am a social worker and I was trying to get someone admitted with suicidal ideation and a plan for an inpatient stay. I can understand when I first called they were full. In trying to get this person admitted a few days later I was informed there would possibly be openings the following day. So far everyone I spoke with was kind and willing to work with me. Being proactive I sent in all the documentation needed to admit someone just to get phone call from a staff member, Dave, scolding me for tying up the fax line because I was told there was not an open bed that day. I tried explaining that I wanted them to have everything they needed for when someone discharged the following day because it took a day and half from the initial referral just to get a no we can't admit this person. Really 1 1/2 days to deny a suicidal person with a plan ridiculous!!!! Anyway back to Dave after explaining this I was asked to try to stop the fax from continuing because once they received it they were going to shred it anyway because they couldn't keep the paperwork overnight. Well as a social services director let me say how disappointed I am in your customer service and if they are treating me like that, someone referring a person that is crying out for help, how Is that person going to be treated once they get there? Dave you should be ashamed of yourself and the length of time it took just to reject someone in need!!

Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center- 3171 N. Meridian: what do users think?
doggi doggi: You guys have been a very important part of my recovery and I must say my experience from the psychiatrist to the therapist and the group facilitator are all wonderful at what they do and I want to move to another state but I don't think I will find the level of care and professionalism I've received at midtown.
Danny W. Brooks: I completely love this place and their programs are all designed to help you get sober, you just have to utilize the help that they offer, but it's the best place that I have had with all their counselors that talk to you and they genuinely want you to succeed, and they do everything that they can to make sure that you succeed. They truly care about you and your sobriety, All you have to do is follow through and do what they have laid out for you.
M. Woods: Lovely and concerned staff.
Kregslee: Been coming here for years. Great staff.
Lisa Hall: My psychiatrist continually lets my important medications run out of refills and then I have to go through the trouble, nearly every month, of trying to get to the right person to get it filled. I have withdraws had to miss work yesterday due to withdrawing, and I rarely get to speak with my therapist or case manager. I have never seen such incompetence and unprofessionalism in my life this place is a joke I am going to go elsewhere for my behavioral health needs!!
William Sims: Trying to get clean went in with nothing in my system and had a clean test and because of it they denied me help.
Gabe Stealingyoursoul: They never call back, and neglect you. Don’t go here.
Brice Siders: You couldn't ask for a better staff.I went here for severe drug addiction. These people truly care about you getting sober. I believe to this day this clinic saved my life . Thank you one and all staff and doctors at this clinic
April Lawson: I've been going for over 20 years. The care coordinator, my therapist, and my psychiatrist are the best. They go above and beyond for their clients. Page, Denise and Dr. Danny thanks so much for all you do!
Laura Hicks: First time I ever been to mental hospital so caring loving they truly saved my life and diagnosed me with something that finally made sense I'm so truly grateful
Kimberly Walker: They help you and the people here care about your mental health
Anne Lise Spiegel: Very therapeutic
Kim Kiki: Staff is really friendly. And therapist is insightful & really listens to my concerns I have each week
mindy haffner: they didnt treat my child for bipolar disorder which is what he has, they wouldnt switch his meds to something that would work for him at all, all the med dr did was say boys will b boys and he is a teenager so we really cant switch his meds, he was mad all the time n he was takin his meds but they told cps that i wasnt givin him his meds when in fact i was givin him his meds but they were not workin at all for him, cause they didnt listen to me n called cps n lied i moved him out of there to another place where he got the right meds n is now doing fantastic on them !!! i will never take my kids to midtown again
Ashley Fox: Loved the group therapy!

Gallahue Mental Health Services Warren: what do users think?
Steven G: Dr Beth Delambo and all the staff there have been wonderful. Our family has received the best and most courteous of service and treatment for the past 4 years.
Clyde Gaw: We are most grateful to the Staff at Gallahue for their efforts and care of our loved one. Thank You All for Your service to the community during this historically difficult time.
Kristen Reckert: The epitome of a failed system. Staff needs to be completely disbanded, and new people hired. They couldn't care less about the people they inconvenience.
SoundMIND Guru: Please take my review seriously, it will save you a lot of hard ache for you and your family. Find another place to take your love ones to receive treatment. My experience at this establishment was less than stellar. If I could, I would give no stars for the type of care I had received from this facility. I was receiving mental health treatment for nearly 3 years from Dr. Douglas Cook the psychiatrist and my therapist(s) Mindy and Jennifer Weimer (another therapist). My social worker during the time was Matthew Miller. All the staff at this facility caused issues for me and my family. First, they don't respect the wishes of the patients. They lied to me and use different forms of manipulation in order to maintain control over anyone within their care. During my time within their facility, my rights were being violated by Gallehue including a staff member in one of their group homes name Alice. My social worker Matthew would frequently miss our appointments with no call and no show whenever things were scheduled. I tried my best to speak with him and his supervisor about this but he never stop doing it and Shannon (the supervisor) didn't help either. The security officer is rude to anyone who he deem is a threat to the culture of Gallehue. I tried multiple times to be discharged from their facility only to have situations where I was met with resistance. If you have to scream in the waiting room demanding to be discharged because of poor treatment then there is a problem. They will utilize anyone including your family in order to maintain control over you. The doctor tried to trick me when I asked him who do I need to speak with in order to be discharged. I asked my clinician or social worker Matthew Miller and he told me Dr. Cook. The next time I spoke with the doctor about it, he insinuated that I should speak with, "Your clinician." A clinician is anyone within the medical field...(Doctors, Nurses, Social Workers, Therapist, etc.) I was eventually released but not without consequence. You are not a client, nor a patient but a prisoner of a broken system that needs to be fixed. I appeal to those individuals who have not received treatment and are looking for help and guidance. Again, please take this review with the utmost seriousness and don't send your love ones to this facility.
Christy Bartram: I got billed for copays for several (8) visits where I had paid cash for the copays instead of using my debit card. Luckily I had kept all receipts to prove I had paid but even so, I was forced to email copies of all of them to the office manager and they still treated me like I was lying and billed me for them again. Took tons of phone calls to get it straightened out and the conclusion was someone in that office was pocketing my cash! Then we got billed for a service that we were told would be covered by insurance, which it was not. Trying to speak with the office manager and director only to bet put off and not called back for months. This is the most dysfunctional office staff I’ve even encountered. To top it off, nothing was accomplished with the counseling except wasting time and we handled the issues at home. Not surprised so many people do not reach out for help. Sad place. Should be 0 stars
Alessa Rose: they never seem to answer their phone
Ileen weiner: Great place for mental health and wellness. It’s a great service for people with more severe mental health problems. They have psychiatrists, therapists and a clubhouse with a lot of programs including supportive employment.

Adult & Child Health: what do users think?
Kira Andrews: Pretty good I see Dr Stephen Brandt for both substance abuse problems and behavioral health but they didn't want to prescribe me subs for nothing till I started to go to journey road even after I kept asking they just kept trying to push the victrol shot. after I told them I didn't want that as I had already tried it. So I started to go to journey road as my boyfriend was going there and then I got subs through them well once I went to my next appointment through adult and child they threatened to drop me if I didn't either pick either just them or journey road as they said that it wasn't appropriate to be seeing two providers for substance abuse issues. Thankfully they did start prescribing me subs but all this could have easily been avoided if they just would have done that in the first place. It really makes no sense to basically completely not listen to your clients request and then not only that try to push them hard on something they don't want and then next threaten to drop them if they go somewhere else to get what they asked you for first. Not only that I told him Zoloft was doing absolutely nothing for my depression and anxiety at all and asked if we could possibly try absolutely anything else and he said that basically it was the best and just upped the mg. Now this is exactly what I was just saying instead of trying to prescribe me something else as I know there is many options for not only depression but anxiety you neglect my request to try something new. The only benefit is appointments are rather fast maybe an hour or hour and half and they don't keep you waiting long you can get your prescriptions there before you leave and it only takes maybe tops 20 mins.
Beverly Harris: I get billing from here. Try to get ahold of billing directs me straight through voicemail. I have charges that wasn't done on billing guess I will have to let Medicare know they are ripping them ofg
VA L: Behavioral health talk therapy should be at least once a week- these people are demeaning and will try to get you to go to 1 session a month as they had a massive walk out and are just trying to keep the doors open at your expense! Why they don't pay psychologists/therapist. Insurance won't want to pay for once a month sessions and will harass you to accepting 1once a month session which is a waste of money and insurance won['t allow it once they see the amount of therapy. Uncaring and abusive.
Some Guy With a Tophat: if this were a private medical facility, they would have been sanctioned by the state board of health. The employees here are the reason some 'professionals' work for the state, where they can't be fired and don't work in the private sector.
Meg Nicole: Dr. R. Chambers Is Amazing & So Helpful (psychiatrist) ABSOLUTELY HELPED ME IN SO MANY WAYS TOOK ME UP UNTIL 27 years old to get the right cocktail of medication, we are making progress. But we got somewhere finally.Thank you Dr Chambers. I highly recommend him for people in serious need of help and who are serious about their mental health needs and wanting to get a handle on it.
Kyle Trimnell: The doctors themselves are actually very good. But if you need to get ahold of your psychiatrist, therapist, etc. between appointments...well Good Luck Charlie.
Erica Atkinson: Dr. White listens to her patients. I have never left feeling unheard or rushed in her office. If she is unsure about something she will refer you to a specialist, which goes a long way for me. She is what makes the difference between a good doctor and great doctor, because she realizes it takes a whole team sometimes to get our health back on track.
Pamela Marie Herrera: I’ve been attempting to receive medical help from this agency. It’s been months. If you are attempting to get services for mental health or medication look else were. After years with adult and child they have finally crossed the line and lost my trust. Do not go to a dry well. And that’s all this place is.
Susan Lapack: I didn't enjoy the reason, why I had to go here. But, I totally enjoyed, having a SPECTACULAR AND VERY CARING MR. HILL, for listening, to "WHY" I did the problem that I should of not Ever done. I definatley, should of found other revenue's to do, insted of what I did. Mr. Hill was a vey, helpful, and caring about the whole situation with me. Mr Hill will always, be a very special, individual. In my heart and mind. Also, all the other staff was, very, very kind and caring. I thank everyone, for there dedication, and help for my problem . YOU ARE ALL THE BEST ! AND MR.HILL ! GOD BLESS ALL ! SUSAN LAPACK
Jason Smith: I've been going there for the last 2 years they saved my life I was lost when I first started and a very special person help me find my self thank you L.W.
Carl Steward: My doctor is the best doctor i had ever
Z M: My therapist was good but this place is too unorganized.
Ms Swiper: I gotta say that Adult and Child at the Ohio location has been a lifesaver. Aaron at the front desk is so sweet, warm, and helpful every time I'm there. My therapist Robbie is amazing.Anders (who is at a different location) went out of his way to help me get started with services and navigate the (admittedly kind of crazy) new patient process. After being treated like... Just really awful by Community Behaviorial Health, it is such a relief to be getting help from Adult and Child.
Haley Garmon: They deserve less than a star, the kind of staff that they have those people are the reason why others don't seek help because the world is cruel and simply dont care, I called them today to seek help and guess what the lady simply didnt care and she didnt even offer me to talk to someone instead just told me to walk in, well not everyone is able to walk in but in the manner that she treated me was horrible and im glad i called before i walked in because god knows how they could of made me feel next. Suicide is not the answer but people like this staff member clearly could make someone feel helpless.
mark branham: My new family doctor is at this clinic love this place filled out paperwork and was back to see Dr. Mark super quick maybe 15 -20 minutes Dr. Mark is awesome nurses and check in lady are really nice really convenient location not to far from monument circle this place rocks !!!!!!😸
Daen Tyler: Communication is lacking. Docs and therapists are helpful. Support staff is iffy. Ask a lot of questions (politely) and they will help you out
Meghan Ahaus: They don’t know how to answer the damn phone, DONT GO HERE IF YOU NEED HELP. They don’t want to help people, they just send you right back to the operator!!!!!!!!!!!
P Proffitt: The ladies who work the registration desk in intake upstairs could sure use some customer training. Now the folks who work downstairs and the staff that I seen thus far have all been extremely caring and excellent.
Shelly Mills: Every one that I have met have been very friendly and helpful.
P K: I concur with previous review. Was told on 2 consecutive days that no-one would be able to help me that day. This was after being told by phone the previous week that they couldn't see me till Monday of current week. Staff was uncaring and cold. Stay away from here.
micah narruw: Poor company, people no help, not nice. Sad
