We could not have asked for a more positive experience. The whole staff went above and beyond for my dad, mom, and extended family.

shonda castro: I lost my 17 year old son a few months back he was shot and killed right in front of our house. I was lost and broken and knew nothing about planning a funeral. I started by looking up Google reviews to find a nice place to have his service. I actually chose Lauck & Veldhof by their pictures it was a beautiful location. I called them and spoke to Jeff and he was great, extremely helpful and walked me through all the steps I would have to go through. We set up a meeting to see if it was a good fit and to make a long story short he absolutely impressed me. He is very easy to talk to and not at all judgemental and overall he is just a great SOUL. I was alone trying to handle all this and he helped lift that burden off of me and took control of the situation. The service was beautiful and perfect and I wouldn’t change a single thing if I had the capability to do so. I’ve talked to him a few times afterwards to get some details handled and he went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed. GOD FORBID I have to use his services again but if I lose another loved one I wouldn’t consider going somewhere else. If you are reading this you are where I was a few months ago and I’m sorry you are going through this but I highly recommend this funeral home- you will not find anything better out there. You have come to the right place. Thankyou Jeff for being a friend when I needed one more then anything else in my life❤️
christine beeler: I would definitely give this funeral home 4 stars. I lost my daughter in May of 2020 during the Covid strict restrictions and the staff at Lauck & Veldhof Funeral home took me in and treated me as if I were family, I didn’t feel rushed into making decisions, I was able to have my whole family there, my daughter is one of 8 children . Our family just made sure we were circulating in and out. The breath taking situation I was having to experience as a Mother was very much taken into consideration. I can’t thank them enough.

David Driscoll: Our experience with G. H. Herrmann’s was as positive as I think an interaction with a funeral home could be. From the day we made pre-need arrangements for my father through the day of his inurnment, the staff were unfailingly courteous and professional. The well-appointed and maintained Madison Avenue facility provided a fine setting for our memorial arrangements. Our family loves dogs, so the fact that several grief-comfort dogs are “on staff” was a definite plus for us. We recommend G. H. Herrmann’s highly.

Denise Hill: Indiana Funeral Care was so helpful to our family when my Mom died. It was hard to do things long distance and everyone I talked to there were so kind. Jen Ford: 6 years ago I used IFC for my dad's veteran service and cremation. The service they provided was so wonderful that I knew when my fiance passed just recently I was going straight to them. Wonderful service. All the girls were so nice I can't say enough about them. They had no problems with anything I asked of them. I would highly recommend them.
Ally Epperly: An incredibly patient, accommodating, and compassionate team. I lost my father unexpectedly and they made one of the most difficult experiences in the first days following his death one of the easiest. I never expected to be responsible for managing my father’s remains, but Indiana Funeral Care helped me to understand my options and make hard decisions with confidence and peace of mind. Someone from the hospital recommended two local funeral homes, but the quotes we received for basic cremation services from both locations were way higher than we were expecting. We kept looking and eventually found Indiana Funeral Care, and their affordable services were such a relief to see. I highly recommend their services to anyone, especially families that are looking to have their loved one cremated.

I will say that O’Riley - Branson conducted the entire service for my brother with the utmost dignity, care, concern and compassion for our family. Every question was handled respectfully and promptly. My brother was always known to be a huge Dallas Cowboys football fan. He had a special request for his casket. Ronnie Roessler: I don’t even know where to begin… My wife’s passing happened so quick. I have been to a few services at this beautiful parlor so I knew that is where I wanted to have her service, as we had discussed it many times in the past. I reached out to Christina Naughton, as she come highly referred. From the first phone call I knew she was my lady. We met planned a beautiful service, and Christina made sure that is what I wanted from the very first word until I walked out the door. One and a half days later one can only imagine how surprised I was when I walked in for the family viewing. It was more than I could’ve ever asked for and I know my Lori was pleased and smiling down on us. There were so many extras it wasn’t really mentioned in the planning yet ended up to be the perfect touches the entire staff it was absolutely amazing! After the service, I started working with Macy regarding a lot of the final touches and I could feel that she legitimately, just like Christina was concerned for my well-being not only during the service but still continues to this day and it’s been a couple of weeks . I could go on and on from these two amazing women through the entire staff that I have worked with. In the word outstanding, and the only reason I did not give them 10 stars is because I could only do five. Angela DiCicco: The staff at O’Riley Branson Funeral Home went above our expectations for my father’s funeral. They listened to what we said and personalized every detail based on our conversations. Colleen Brickley: Amazing experience with this funeral home. Chuck was very personable. He was very patient with us and our large family. We lost my sister unexpectedly and had never buried anyone before so we had no idea what to expect. Chuck was very helpful and kind. We loved them! My sisters service was perfect! micaela sherwood: I honestly would of loved to give this funeral home 5 stars. The staff is very nice, the facility is very nice. However I spent over $6,000 for my brothers funeral which him being laid to rest and everything being perfect meant a lot to me. Well started off so many misspelled names in his obituary & wrong birthday as Wells I was told they would put another one out in the paper with the right spelled and dates (he has 4 young children who I wanted to save them for) that was never corrected. Fast forward to the day of the showing. I went in and paid the remainder of the $ I counted it out in front of the man he came back and said I was short $100 which I knew for 100% fact I wasn’t I couldn’t it a million times even in his face, I asked to recount it he said I couldn’t because he already put it up so I over paid $100. we was supposed to have something like 200 of the little memorial cards we had maybe 30 all with the wrong birthday yet again on them. They ended up bringing more with the right date but the picture on the front had lines thru it looked like their printer was running out of ink. I finally decided to look in the memorial book we all sign as we come in the showing yet AGAIN my brothers birthday is misspelled and most of his siblings names. Then to put the icing on the cake I received the 4 death certificates I ordered from them and ALL have the wrong birthday. I called a couple weeks ago they said they would get the issue fixed and Calle me right back. I still haven’t heard a word. I’m just super upset because all of this for my brother should of be perfect!
