Kenny Armour: Had a few minutes to kill near the Castleton Best Buy so I thought I'd check the price of the Echo Dot. I have an eero wifi system and you can use a 5th generation echo dot as a wifi extender. The salesperson came over to assist me and promptly told me that this was not possible. He was condescending and was sure he new more about this then me. I started to show him the info online but he quickly discounted that. I didn't want to argue with someone who thought he had all the answers and was not open to learning anything new. It's sad that he wasn't open to learning anything new. I just got the wrong salesperson who wasn't as smart as he thought he was.

Joni Heredia: I went in needing (I thought) ethernet cables. I was greeted and after looking around for awhile and finding the cables I needed, I asked for help from another employee. He answered ALL of my questions as I explained my situation with my child's new gaming computer in the basement with the modem upstairs, he explained my options, and I am very happy with the solution I found and the product I purchased. We were also helped to find a precharged mobile battery to use on the go. Great service at this BestBuy!
rj lee: Went in to purchase a new fridge for our basement. Went in at opening and waited in appliances for 20 minutes. Finally went to the front and the guy said he would call someone. After 15 more minutes of waiting we went to the front where three managers it looked like were discussing something. We asked for an appliance person so we could buy the fridge, and after telling them what happened they all looked at each other and said there’s no one in appliances in? So we said forget it and left and they just said sorry and kept talking. We went to Home Depot instead and they have a better warranty and staff always eager to help. We only go there for large home appliances so it’s unfortunate we won’t be back again.

Hannah Land: I had purchased a washer and dryer from this company, first they bring the wrong ones. Then the men that delivered it complained and refused to take out our old dryer. They also lied and said they couldn’t install it due to bad parts on our end. Turns out all of our stuff is fine.We hired someone to install it and turns out they never brought us all of the pieces to connect to dryer. It seems as if the box that came was a returned product missing multiple pieces. Most items shown on the diagram on the box were not included. Would not recommend spending this much money to not get the products you paid for or the instillation. I am highly disappointed and very frustrated. Here I go to the laundry mat yet again….to spend more money

John Robinson: First, I was told my order wasn’t ready despite having an email saying it was. It turned out to be ready, but took three associates to find it. The item was either a lower quality version than I paid for, or it was described incorrectly on the website. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience.

The past few times I have been here it's been a mess but yesterday was out of control. It literally looks like someone walked around through all of the aisles throwing things in the air and on the ground. The clothes are an absolute mess, you can't even walk around in that area because there are clothes all over the floor and hanging off the displays. The sale/ clearance clothing area is a disaster. It doesn't really matter what department you walk through, they all look like this. I'm not sure what is happening at the store but I hope they get it together.

Maxs Starman: Well one of the main reasons I like Target is because it's not walmart. Ever since Walmart came in they came in with their cheap prices and combined everything in one store shopping. They closed out the mom and pop stores only to drive their prices up. And then created automated lines to fire 30,000 employees. So I do not try to shop at Walmart and I was not trying to do this yesterday. But when I came to Target I was looking for Universal TV stands not TV mounts TV stands. So if they had it for way more than what Walmart was charging. So I still had to go to Walmart. The only way you're going to beat out Walmart is if you sell your stuff cheaper than what they do now so they can drive their prices down because automated machines can't buy products they don't need them you need your employees because their money buys your products. Because if all the stores decide to change up to automated technology to where they don't hire workers to work for the money to spend back in their stores then they're going to end up closing down anyway because robots can't won't buy and don't need products. So in the nature of the giving season I wanted to do my shopping at Target to which it went to no avail. You can't have a multi billion dollar place with no employees and just robots. You will continue to lose money and close down because robots don't buy or need your products. I will go to a store with employees and no automated machines first before I ever go to Walmart. I promise

Shelves are half-stocked or empty CONSTANTLY with the pallet/box just sitting in the aisle literally 3 feet from the shelf the stuff needs to go on. Don't even bother with the electronics section, no one is ever around to unlock the cases. They've got local PD in the parking lot by the front door all the time, every single day for the homeless folks who take the bus up there and steal, because of course our tax dollars gotta go to the hood-mart security force they can't just pay for themselves... What a disaster.

Matt Erickson: I had been contemplating upgrading my very old T.V..and was curious about an entry level LG OLED that appeared to be on sale for an excellent price. Shawn Campbell greeted me and helped me sort out some questions I had about UHD, QLED and other technologies. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and ultimately helped me look no further and make the decision right there.We ran into a technical issue in opening my account that would have saved me some additional money and the store was getting ready to close. Shawn brought the manager over (Jerry) who worked with me to resolve the issue in a creative way.Excellent customer service from both and in doing so they probably saved a sale and earned future business. Thinking I'll be back for a soundbar on the next good sale.Thanks, Shawn and Jerry! Well done! Very much appreciated.
House Hostt: Staff is racist. I went to the store to check some video games. As I was looking around, couldn’t decide what console to get. Them a girl named STORMY from the staff team just approached me with 2 other guys (on a bad way) saying I was bothering people and they have proof but they didn’t have to show me the cameras o even say who those people were so I should just leave the building. I did nothing wrong and as I went to the cashier (yes I ended buying a game) I told the guy I have OCD which means It’s hard for me to decide when picking up a console. He said he didn’t care and I should just leave the building. So as a client I was kicked out of this place, it never happened to me before on any other BEST BUY. It wasn’t the nicest experience thanks to that from that day Best Buy doesn’t feel like a safe place to buy for me. I felt like being kicked out from a bar without any reason.

madmagician 1303: Bit disorganized. Had long wait while they looked for the item I wanted. Salesperson wasn't familiar with what I was buying and sold me extra item I didn't need. Took it back next day for full refund so no problem. Christmas season and black Friday have to be awful to work there.
