Charlie Bell: Highly don't recommend. The business staff were cold and not helpful with cost and insurance. I paid a bill within 45 days of receipt of invoice and yet received a letter from a collection agency today. I'm very glad I went to another provider that was much less expensive and the team was all very friendly and helpful.
Kerry Logan: Met with Dr. Tigges, for possible Hernia. He performed a very thorough exam, used information from a CT Scan and said it was just a sprain; NO Surgery Needed . . .Yea! Dr. Tigges, his PA Elisa and his staff were amazing. They were very kind, took time to listen and showed a genuine concern for my well-being. I recommend Dr. Tigges and the Naab Road Surgical Group most highly!

Donna Kort: The Best Gasotro doctors in the city. They are all great in this office. Dr Wilson spent lots of time with me before giving me a colonoscopy . The doctor comes out after your awake in recovery to explain what he found and what he did. They have great bedside manners.
Joshua Kirsh: I had used this surgical group two times. Once for an Umbilical hernia, and a second time for a suspected Lipoma. There were some issues with communication the second time, but Dr. Andy Isch was very helpful and accommodated my concerns with clear communication and much help. Sheri French the PA was also a great help and likely the most sympathetic and empathetic person I have ever met; Fantastic bedside! The scheduler named Mary was one of the nicest people I ever had the pleasure of working with.
Steven Cain: I had a nerve block done here in the summer of 2018. They got my insurance sent to the wrong place and we have contacted them about every 4 to 6 weeks since and keep getting the run around. Everytime they say "oh that didn't get refiled. We will get right on it" and when we call back same story. I would never go back to this place again.
Angela Hagaman: Dr. Michael Rowe is an extremely caring Doctor... My daughter had to have her gall bladder removed. I can not not say enough good things.

Craig Parmerlee: I had a very severe intestinal problem that brought me to the ER in dire condition. 4 hours after admission in the dark hours of the morning, Dr. Singh performed emergency surgery. Of course, I did not choose him. It was a matter of fate that he was the surgeon available. I am recovering now under Dr. Singh's care. As I have had the opportunity to learn more about my condition and the range of medical practitioners in the area, I have come to realize how fortunate I was to have ended up under Dr. Singh's care. He and his team have been wonderful.

Out of the hospital within a day and back to my regular routine in just a few weeks. The operation had been explained to me and I felt very comfortable in Dr. Sing’s care. He is an amazing surgeon with a great bedside manner. He explained everything that needed to be done and how he was going to do it. After a three hour fairly intense laparoscopic procedure he called my husband and put his mind at ease.The office staff and nurses have been just wonderful. I am not one to complain about pain and when I did they listened and validated the reason for my continued pain. They called in the necessary pain meds.I would highly recommend Dr. Singh and his staff for anyone needing any gastrointestinal surgery.

Patty Harrison: Yes if you had colon surgery and had a hole in your colon turn him in I could have died and I am going too sue you over and it was not the machine either it was you. I am not dropping my complaint you need too lose your medical license my husband is mad also. What was you thinking you won't be doing anymore surgeries on me or any colonscopies either a more certified doctor will be doing that.
T Wilson: Dr Singh did a Whipple Procedure on me and I will never be able to thank him enough. He took excellent care of me in the hospital and always took the time to answer any questions my family or I had. Even after my 11 1/2 hour surgery, he stayed and talked to my family and told them exactly what he did and what to expect. He is also a very compassionate and caring individual.

IU Health North is phenomenal, facilities are clean and very professional at all times. My wife was hospitalized a few days and they knew me by name and made a great experience out of an unpleasant experience bearable.

I met Dr. Diekhoff June 29th 2020 at community south for a emergency bowel obstruction surgery. I was so scared and hadn’t been away from my now 3 year old since he was born . He reassured me everything was going to be fine and things were going to be good . He explained in detail what was happening and how he was going to do the surgery. 5 months later I can’t thank him enough for getting me back to normal and feeling healthy again 💜💙

bo reece: i had hernia surgery early in the year. two months later it failed. went back in august and had it repaired. about a month later i kept having a pain in my groin like i was being cut with a knife. so i made an app. but canceled it so i wouldn't have to miss work. went to reschedule the appointment today and they told me i would have to pay because i was one day past my warranty. i just think after paying for two surgeries in the same year for the same thing the guy could see me to see what went wrong without adding to my bill

Bethany Cupp: Absolutely 5 stars! I have had an annoying cyst on my scalp for many years and finally got up the courage to get it removed. When I got there, Dr. Delumpa and staff were very professional and wonderful! The receptionist was nice and funny, I was making nervous jokes and she made me feel comfortable. After filling out paperwork, I was seen immediately (yay no long wait time!) The nurse was also nice and professional. Dr. Delumpa numbed me up and removed my cyst in about 10 minutes and I was out the door quickly after. One week later and my surgical wound is basically healed. I had no problems with infections, pain (except the first day or 2) and the scar looks nice too. This experience was truthfully the best I could have hoped for. It was quick, easy, and quite painless. Thank you for your help and I will recommend you whenever possible!

JimandCathleen Vieceli: Dr Delumpa did my emergency appendectomy in 2004. Last week he did my husbands. Dr D is so kind, caring & compassionate. I saw him a month ago because a scan my regular doctor requested showed a hernia. As it turns out the hernia is very small. Dr D said surgery is not at all necessary at this time. Imagine that. A doctor/surgeon chose not to do surgery. His staff is awesome as well. We highly recommend Dr Delumpa!!! We are so thankful for Dr Delumpa.

Michael Hale: He is very friendly with a bit of humor. Dr Robb has quickly became the best surgeon I have ever dealt with (out of 4 I've had in my adult life). Dr Robb is very efficient and proficient while being thorough and intelligent. He's the best at what he does IMHO. I also like that he is very informative in his explanation and assessment of his procedures and patients respectively. He makes me feel safe and comfortable and I will never look for a different surgeon so long as Dr Robb is practicing in Indiana. Mr Robb takes his time to make sure you understand what's going on wait time is minimal at the office for visits and at the hospital for surgeries. Thanks a million Dr Robb.
Sam I am: This review is for post surgery care. During the surgery something happened that cause pain in a completely unrelated part of my body. His horrible nurse Ms. Hammond was nice enough to say that this is unrelated to the surgery, even though the pain started after the surgery and NEVER before. They ignored my requests to do imaging, they refused to treat the pain and treated me like I am an enemy not a patient. 3 months later, I have no diagnosis of what the issue is and the pain is still there. His office manager got involved and agreed they did not behave properly, I requested an apology at the very least for the attitude his staff gave me. I am still waiting for the apology. Do not go to this doctor or this whole organization, they are trashy.
C Shoultz: Dr. Robb was great. The only problem I had was with other Drs coming in to check on me after surgery. They came in every day with Dr. Robb or his assistant, never even examining or even talking to me but I received bills from them. I appreciate what my Dr did for me but shouldn’t have to pay Drs to walk in and out and send a bill.
Robert Clayburn: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTORHe did not provide proper follow-up after my wife surgery when she was in the hospital at IU North Carmel, PCU unit, which lead to her becoming sepsis. Four and a half months later and she is still in the hospital with 3 IR drains, a fistula, and her colostomy has never worked. She will require many more months of hospitalization. I had to transfer her to Cleveland Clinic for care. He is unfit to practice medicine.

Through all the ups and downs, they never let me feel alone in my battle. Every single person I spoke to, even on my worst days, treated me with compassion and understanding. Dr. Robb has the best bedside manner I've ever witnessed in a surgeon. His experience, education, knowledge and instincts are unmatched. I thank God every day for this team of amazing people that I was blessed enough to have on my side. They saved my life!!!!H

S T: I just recently used Dr. Wagner for a Breast Lift and Breast Implant replacement. Everything looks great and is healing well. I also used Dr. Wagoner 10 yrs. ago for a Tummy Tuck and Breast Augmentation. I couldn't be happier with the results from both surgeries. Dr. Wagner and his staff are great to work with. Very friendly, professional office. Kara Couch, Dr. Wagner's assistant is very prompt on answering e-mails and the scheduling of your surgery. She was very helpful through the whole process. Great place and highly recommended for any plastic surgery work as Dr. Wagner takes the time to explain everything and make you comfortable prior to surgery. Great place.

SMW: Zero stars. We went here years ago, the experience was awful from the start. Very rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, staff and doctor. They do not stand by their performance. Botched my wife's surgery, and would do nothing to make it right. She has lived for years now, with pain and deformity, and no chance of this place making it right. Dr Wagner would be solely to blame. Doesn't stand by his work. Will mess you up, and then on to the next person with money. That is what it's all about right???? Money, not quality work. Dr Wagner has ruined her life. Please do yourself a favor and never come here. Try somewhere other than Indianapolis all together. Awful people with no soul. No stars.

All steps of the surgery and after care process were explained to me thoroughly so I could be prepared for everything. Due to other health issues I fainted in their office at one of my post-op check ups. Not only did his staff stay with me until I could get checked out in the hospital, they even called me the next day to make sure everything was okay and I didn’t get hurt. This is an amazing place and I definitely would suggest it to anyone who needs any sort of plastic surgery in the future!

Of course they offer a “revision” but that again will cost for what they did not do the first round ( it was all talked about and agreed when paper was signed even had marks on my body before surgery for this area)NOT HAPPY!

Kara (his cosmetic coordinator) is also the sweetest and most knowledgeable woman ever, and she makes the journey of plastic surgery so easy and fun. From consultation to post op, I felt 110% at ease, my questions were answered promptly, and I never felt like just a number.Real talk- I emailed so much after surgery. I forgot to ask a few things (bra questions, sleep questions, etc).. and my emails were answered immediately. leslie zito: I went to Dr. Wagner for a revision of a previous revision that was extremely messed up by another surgeon. My prior revision was a complete nightmare causing me a lot of pain plus lowering my self esteem beyond belief. I had a couple of consults with other plastic surgeons as well as one with Dr. Wagner because I wanted to make sure I picked the best one so I wouldn't have to go through what the previous surgeon put me through. I knew right away Dr. Wagner was the one. He took the time to examine my issues and thoroughly explained what he could do to help me. He didn't make any false promises or try to "sell" me anything. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone at Wagner and Associates was really nice and helpful, especially Kara who is simply amazing. It's been a little over 2 months since my surgery with Dr. Wagner and I couldn't be happier with the results. I can't get over how good my breasts look now. They're pretty much perfect and look nothing like my prior revision. I would recommend Wagner and Associates to everyone who's interested in breast augmentation or who's looking to get a revision. In the future, I plan to go back for other types of cosmetic procedures because they are the absolute best in my opinion.

Dr. Wagner removed 12 pounds of excess skin. I went from a size 8 to a 4/6 and i'm down 158 pounds total. Dr. Wagner and his team are the best. They've been very supportive throughout the process. He always takes his time and explains everything in detail. I've already scheduled my next surgery to lift my arms, legs, and possibly get breast implants.
