Rachel Earl (Realtor): Stylist Kate was an incredible help choosing dresses catered to what you’re interested in and creating a show stopping experience.The whole process was genuine. The ladies love what they do and the owner Young is very involved as well, helping you choose accessories and giving advice! It felt like a very personable experience, compared to some of the other places that just want to get people in and out quickly.I would definitely recommend coming here whether you have a higher or lower budget! Get information on what their starting price is and know there is a TON to choose from!
Alexis Dames: WOW. I had such an incredible experience at Marie Gabriel! I went in for my appointment truly not having a clue for what I wanted (when I say my inspiration board was all over the place, it was). My consultant, Kim, really was able to listen to what I liked and didn’t like out of certain dresses and found the one for me! I honestly would have never picked out the dress I chose for myself but she NAILED it. The entire staff is welcoming and so friendly. I cannot recommend them enough.
David Copher: Going into the day my fiance was very nervous about dress shopping. Idk what made the consultant feel the need to be so rude, but The asian lady made my future bride feel terrible about her body. Everyone in the party though she was rude. Thinking shes a manager/owner. I hope no one else has an experience like this. Someone needs to step up and fire her.

Maria Whitfield: Best Wedding Dress Shop!!!!If you’re a conservative bride, like myself, trust no other place. I originally wrote this place as #1 on the list to check out, but I decided to start with David’s bridal and work my way up and I’m so happy that I did, because from the moment I walked in I felt like I was treated like a queen. The lighting, the atmosphere, all the ladies, and the way everybody was dressed was just so elegant. It just felt like a royal place. It felt very inviting and comfortable!I was helped by Kim, she was hands-down, THE BEST. She sat down with me, and we just basically had a girl chat, and she got to know me without making it feel awkward, she asked about my wedding, she REALLLY genuinely cared. she didn’t just get paid to sell me a dress! She got to really know who I was with being in the Military, wearing Camo/green everyday you lose sense of all girlyness and Kim helped bring out a side of me that I have missed. We found my dream dress. In the end she’s the kind of girl that I want to contact in the future. Out of the stressful 9 hours of dress shopping, She was seriously the highlight of my day! I’m so happy that she was the person to help me through this. She made me feel beautiful, confident, and so special. I am definitely adding her to a page in my scrapbook ❤️

I happened by this place kind of by accident looking for a specific dress I found somewhere else but could not get it in my size there. I did a random search online and found other dresses by this designer at Marie Gabriel Couture. I called them up and they said they would be able to order this dress for me in my size! I was super excited. I told them as well that I saw other dresses I liked on their site and they basically scheduled an appointment for me on the spot. I made the 40 minute drive up and while I was there I tried on other dresses and came across my absolute dream dress, not the one from before but I knew this was THE ONE. I worked with Maria and she was wonderful. Very professional and she made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. Thank you Maria and Marie Gabriel Couture for helping me find my dream wedding dress!
Caroline Dillow: I had such a wonderful experience here! All the staff was very kind and encouraging. It was very low stress and I found exactly what I was looking for as my wedding dress. They had so many dresses to choose from but it wasn’t overwhelming. My stylist was super helpful, really listened to what I had to say and was mindful of my budget when deciding what dresses to show me. All the dresses I tried on felt really well made. I highly recommend them!
Kylie Amick: I have been to Marie Gabriel in the past as my friends have purchased their gowns from the store, it was a nice experience. However, I recently visited to shop for myself. My consultant had a great deal of work ahead of her as I was unsure my desired style. She was patient enough with me and eventually put me in a dress that was a good fit. Only after telling me I had expensive taste and bringing in a dress that was nearly $1000 over my stated budget. Long story short, I was put in a high-pressure situation and told I had to buy that day in order to receive a small discount. I let my consultant know I had one more appointment after I left Marie Gabriel’s, she informed me that I would find nothing like what I had just tried on at the specific store I was visiting next. I’m extremely glad I went to my last appointment and did not give MG or the consultant my business. I found a gown in a similar style, within my price point, and felt 0% pressure.Word of advice for future shoppers, do your due diligence and shop around; don’t be afraid to say no to the high pressure tactics at this store.

Natalie Huntine: I couldn’t have been happier with my Marie Gabriel experience! I tried other shops and was so disappointed with their selection and staff. The staff is so professional and are all obviously very well educated in every aspect of wedding dresses. It really felt like they were focused on the perfect dresses for me and not pushing me on a specific ones at the top of my budget to make a larger commission. I ended up purchasing 2 wedding dresses (one for the wedding and one for the reception) and I never imagined I could possibly find 2 dresses at one shop that I loved equally while each being unique! I had Maria as my consultant and she was truly amazing and made the entire experience so much fun! I highly recommend Marie Gabriel to anyone looking for the perfect wedding dress.

After searching at stores in a few different cities, I made the trip to Indianapolis for Marie Gabriel and I found my dress! They have a huge selection of wedding dresses, and Maria was super helpful in helping me find my dress! I had a great experience here and if you’re looking for a wedding dress, you need to make an appointment at Marie Gabriel!

I asked for a mermaid dress, she was trying to give recommendations but she proceeds to say... "she has nothing there, nothing at all" multiple times and as I walk away she says "tiny very tiny". I don't care if you are big or small you should never comment on a persons body so negatively.There are plenty of people who are way more body conscious than me and that comment would have broken them. Luckily I know what my body looks like and I absolutely love it but I still think it was unprofessional the tone it was said in and the emphasis accompanied with that tone.

I loved being able to change into dresses privately and see it first and then walk out to show my family. I found my perfect dress and I CANNOT wait to wear it. Everyone there was so supportive and found me the perfect accessories.
jessica coonce: Fabulous for prom dress shopping! Very welcoming interior, spacious, clean and the staff was fantastic! Prices were comparable to the other stores we visited but the selection here was much better than others. Also, my daughter is not a size 4 which makes it hard to find dress options and they had many choices in a size 14 and up. Highly recommend!

Crysten Custer: Long story short: I had 76 days till our big day & had a dress I absolutely hated. My sister, also my matron of honor, refused to let me get married in a dress I hated. Which brought us into Gretchen’s Bridal Gallery.On the way there I had told my sister we would go to Gretchen’s first because I don’t think I’ll find anything there for me. It should be a quick in & out.We were welcomed immediately with a very warm greeting. We went in on a Saturday morning with no appointment but was told they could give us a tour and we could browse and they could see about getting us in later that afternoon. While browsing, they advised us they had a cancellation & could get us in a room right away.Our consult was wonderful. Very bubbly and so excited to help a stressed bride on a time crunch find her dream dress.Upon putting THE dress on-the feeling hit me. “This might be the one.” It fit perfectly. Walking out of the dressing room, standing on the podium, multiple employees were in awe of how stunning the dress looked on me and they really made me feel like a bride. Not wanting to jump on the first great dress we left and went to another store.The experience I had at this other store was day and night different. The atmosphere, the employees, the dress selection, none of it compared to Gretchen’s. I did find a dress at this store I loved & did have to put some thought into which I wanted more however, due to the overwhelmingly great experience overall I had at Gretchen’s, I picked the dress from there & took it home same day. I said YES TO THE PERFECT DRESS in a store I initially thought would be a quick in and out and on to the next store. So glad I was wrong!Thank you Gretchen’s Bridal for giving me a dream experience at finding my dream dress!

alyssa goodpaster: My appointment at Gretchen's Bridal was my very first time searching for a dress for my wedding. I went in with lots of excitement, but left feeling very discouraged, disappointed, and guilty. When trying on dresses, I did not feel like my stylist was listening to my feedback. I gave her direction on some dress styles I would love to try, and I felt as if she continued to bring me dresses that did not match my description. Since she was not bringing me dresses I was interested in, of course I didn't love a good portion of dresses. She seemed to be disappointed in me and was making me feel guilty for not 'saying yes to a dress.' When I told her I was going to continue shopping around, she tried to talk me out of it. I felt pressured to purchase a dress, which left me feeling guilty when I didn't. It truly seemed like her only interest was making commission. She didn't seem to be having fun, she wasn't hyping me up, never one time complimented me in a dress (whereas EVERY other stylist I have seen since has made me feel beautiful in every dress) and overall I felt stressed out and pressured by her. It seemed very unprofessional. However, I do want to say that Gretchen's Bridal as a whole seemed to have a wide selection of dresses, at a GREAT price! I wish I could have gotten paired with another stylist because I believe I could have had a much better experience.
Abigail Fleming: I LOVED my experience at this shop. Tara is the best consultant in ever. Seriously if you want that perfect “say yes to the dress” moment ask to be paired with Tara. She really took her time to make sure I was able to try on any dress I wanted and made me feel so special. The dresses are all STUNNING and they are not over priced like other shops in the area. All of the staff makes you feel so special during your whole appointment and they have very inclusive size options so every bride can feel beautiful. I went to several shops on the Carmel area, and I’m a very picky bride, and this shop was the best. I wanted something that didn’t look like every other brides dress that I had seen and I was able to find a dress better then I could have ever imagined. If you are a future bride looking for your dress, do not skip this shop. You will find your perfect dress and you won’t go broke doing it!

She was so helpful when finding me dresses based on my style and just overall made me feel special. I walked out today with the dress of my dreams and a great memory to go along with it.

Ellie was my stylist and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, she was a perfect match for me and I am so thankful for her. She was so kind and sweet. She pulled a dress that was outside my comfort zone and it was 100% the dress for me. She made me feel so confident and amazing and made dress shopping stress free. Multiple consultants told me how wonderful they thought I looked in my dress and the experience was amazing. I could not recommend Gretchen’s enough. It was absolutely phenomenal and I’m so excited to wear my dress next year at my wedding!! ❤️

To top it off, it was under my budget!! When showing me options, she really made a point to be very conscious of my comfort level with going a little over budget. She even made a point to ask about the price before showing me the dress so I wouldn’t fall in love and push myself out of my comfort zone with price.

Kaitlyn Myetich: We got married in September of this year and I knew very early on in our wedding planning I wanted to have a custom suit made, as being a masculine presenting woman it’s hard to find suits that either don’t fit because they’re “men’s” fits, or they’re too feminine. Alyssa Crawford: I had Lei make me a traditional with a twist wedding dress. I knew going in I wanted something that unmistakably a wedding dress, but also had some purple. From there, Lei and I figured out the details together. More than anything else, Lei wants people to simultaneously look like themselves and absolutely love how they look. They therefore are focused on facilitating the client figure out what they want, and making that happen rather than dictating. After seeing a little bit of the process, my MIL decided to get a custom outfit made as well for her to wear to the wedding. She started self conscious and usure what she wanted, and Lei worked with her to create something she loved.My dress came out stunning and perfect. Several people commented how amazing it looked, and more importantly my husband and I loved it. It also somehow was very heavy, and comfortable. Since it was designed for me, the weight was distributedBeyond being an incredible dress designer, Lei is a very supportive, amusing, and overall good person.
Megan Frisina: There is not enough time in the day to express my gratitude to Leila. From day one, they were welcoming, collaborative, and knowledgeable. We worked together to create something that was so true to me. And Leila brought it to life. One thing I didn’t realize throughout the process is how seemingly tiny changes can make such a huge difference, whether it’s making a sleeve a half inch longer or pulling a seam in a centimeter. Throughout all of the minute changes Leila never made me feel like I was asking too much. No change was unimportant, and they were affirming throughout the entire process, truly caring as much as I did about getting it perfect. Randee Hitzfield: Couldn’t recommend Curvy Custom Bride more! She saved my dress. I had originally taken my dress to a different seamstress due to a recommendation from the store and I totally regretted it. Curvy Custom Bride saved the day! She helped fix my dress basically as soon as I called her and explained what happened. I had to have it done ASAP because it was 5 days until my wedding! Scary, right? The other seamstress had my dress for 10 months while Curvy Custom Bride met with me and fixed my dress in only 30 minutes. How does that happen! She is an absolute miracle worker and my big day wouldn’t have been the same without her. Seriously, she’s the best seamstress in town!
Amy Eberle: I was married on 7/3 and I wore a dress that Leila created from scratch. The entire experience was so awesome…. From sketches to fabric swatches to fittings to edits…. it was an awesome part of my entire engagement process. I am not a “must have custom” person….. probably the farthest from it, but I realized that I wanted someone else to do the leg work on “finding” a dress for me. It was affordable (the thing fit without added expensive undergarments and I had NO alteration costs) and I just got to stand and enjoy the experience. I would recommend that anyone getting married at minimum consider the option of custom made AND top of my list is Leila at CCB!

Kasey Hadaway: I am so lucky to have found Leila to tailor my wedding dress! She was so welcoming and inviting right from the get go. You can imagine the level of stress that would ensue when you try on your wedding dress 6 months before the big day to find that the back zipper is not even close to zipping. You have 2 options at that point, only one was viable for me --scrap it and find a new one (nope, not when this one was my dream dress!) or find an incredibly talented tailor/dress designer to make it work (yep, thankfully I found Leila!). In addition to the challenge of making it fit (& it ended up fitting like a glove), Leila also added a beaded belt that I know took a ton of work. Gorgeous! She also worked with my mom and sister to surprise me with a fabric heart from my late grandmother's dress. Not only did she clearly lay out her plan of action, she made me feel so comfortable about the situation. After the initial consultation I knew I was in good hands. I had 3 fittings, all of which were extremely professional and had me feeling confident. I was an out-of-town bride so Leila was also very flexible and understanding with my schedule. In all, Leila had her hands on a lot of outfits for our wedding -- including my dress, my nephew's ring bearer outfit, my sister's bridesmaid dress, my brother-in-law's usher pants and my dad's jacket! Every. single. article. that had tailoring turned out impeccable. If you're looking for a 'cheap' alteration, this isn't that place, but it shouldn't be - prices were very reasonable for the task, especially since this was the biggest day of my life and I couldn't be happier with the result! All in all, great experience and I highly recommend Leila to anyone who is needing either a custom piece or a wedding dress alteration!
Faith Wegener: I honestly cannot express how I N C R E D I B L E Leila is and how amazing the work is that they produce.**Story time** I first met Leila when my sister stumbled upon their studio for her wedding dress alterations. Shortly after finding myself engaged, I was at my childhood home and my mother pulled out her old wedding dress and her mother's old wedding dress. My grandmother's dress was gorgeous and fit me eerily well but since it was well over 60 years old it desperately needed repairs. I figured if I was going to seriously consider wearing my grandmother's dress for my wedding, there was only one person for the job: Leila. So we set up a phone call and some amazing ideas were cooked up. I brought the dress in for them to take a look at and see how badly the lace had worn away.Leila painstakingly and gently took apart the dress and brought new life to it-- she made a new bodice for the top that mimicked the original but also gave it a modern spin and changed the silhouette of the skirt to match the picture I had in my head. My biggest fear with my wedding dress was having to change my weight or body to have the dress look the most flattering. Leila is not only incredibly talented, but she makes you feel comfortable during an uncomfortable and stressful time. She has so many helpful and creative ideas to make any dress unique to you. Her favorite thing to say is that the dress fitting/ making/ alteration process is a dialogue, and so she listens and encourages you to speak your mind, all with the goal of making sure every bride feels confident and beautiful on their day. COVID-19 derailed my original wedding plans, including the plans for my original dress. In a matter of weeks, Leila stepped in, designed a custom gown from scratch, had several fittings with me, and had my perfect, unique dress ready before my wedding day. She also made me and my then-fiance custom masks and also tailored my then-fiance's suit. On top of that, she framed her sketch of the gown and signed it for me to keep as a keep sake. I have that beautiful sketch hanging in my bedroom as I type this. I had no idea when I started wedding planning that my alteration specialist was going to be one of the best parts of my wedding, and yet here we are. I received so many compliments on my custom gown, I felt like a queen on my day, and the dress will forever be one of my favorites. Thank you for everything, Leila!

We had a great time at Luxe Redux! I worked with Matt, who did a great job of pulling dresses based on my preferences (even when I felt like my preferences were out there sometimes!). The shop is pretty inside and the inventory was better/more interesting than the full price shops I went to. As soon as I saw myself in the veil, I was immediately in tears and I felt genuine happiness from Kelsey and Maya for me which I was so thankful for. After a last chance to find the color I had envisioned for my bridesmaids, I found that Nancy's had the dress line that I thought would work. We drove 2 hours over the weekend for our scheduled bridesmaids appointment. Even though the store was busy everyone was super inviting and kind.I told the women who was helping us the brand of dresses we were looking for, she pulled them all out for us so we didn't have to spend time looking for them individually. They made the time fun and warm, measurements were quick. The whole experience was just wonderful!!

When I tried it on afterwards, sooo tight, she suggested that I must have gained weight. She charged $1,400 for the length, cups added and strap adjustment.My wedding dress straps ended up breaking during the ceremony.I should’ve looked at the reviews before coming here.I will be sure to upload the receipt on my alterations because I know that they’ll come back and say it was cheaper!

Grace Pretti: Went to this place for bridesmaid dresses and I highly suggest a different place. We had no help at all, which I understand we are not brides, but there were workers just sitting down. We got showed where the dresses were and that was the last we saw of the ladies. On top of that, the dresses were not organized. They were hardly organized by color, notorganized by size or anything, they were just thrown in wherever. After going to different stores, this one was one of the worst. After working at a dress store myself, this place was just overall a mess, unorganized and with no help.
Baylee Johnson: I had a very specific vision of my wedding dress, and Nancy's had the most dresses available to fit this vision out of the 4 Indy bridal stores I visited. Their in-house alterations have been an absolute breeze, I have been for four fittings and the price stayed the same from the very first quote. They store your dress for free for as long as you need them to. Everything surrounding my dress has been so stress free and I cannot recommend them enough!

Molly Williams: Scheduled an appointment to look at a specific dress with that information noted in the booking. Dress brand, style, and color were all listed. Despite having my email and my phone number, no one contacted me to tell me the dress I was specifically looking for was sold out. I drove an hour round trip (on my day off!) to experience poor customer service in person. Absolutely will not be back.
Angie Leimer: My sister-in-law and I were looking forward to going to Nancy's Bridal Boutique. Upon entering the establishment, the decor was great. However, the consultant did not greet us when we came into the establishment, and we didn't even get her name. The general response to us being at Nancy's was lukewarm at best. The consultant was pinning dresses to my sister-in-law. The pins were poking my sister-in-law and irritating her skin. It took my sister-in-law and myself saying something in rider for the consultant to use clamps even though my sister-in-law said numerous times that the pins were bothering her. The consultant failed to provide dresses that catered to my sister-in-law's general style in shape. The dresses suggested by the consultant made my sister-in-law look less than stellar. Definitely not size inclusive. I would not recommend shopping here for a bridal dress. Given the prices and decor I would have thought that Nancy's would be more customer focused.

I had a consulate who kept referring to my dress as a prom dress (I have a black wedding dress). A couple times a few employees referred to it as a prom dress or bridesmaid dress an it's really discouraging, buttt today we went shopping for a dress for my mom an my daughter and I got Raeann she is TRULY A SHINING STAR!!! She honestly needs a promotion her customer service was beyond amazing! She went above an beyond for us in more was than one and I genuinely couldn't believe the service we got I will recommend her 10/10 times!!! She is a huge amazing asset to this location this was the best experience we ever had!! I still have to go back for my alterations but she definitely made me feel way more comfortable trusting them with my wedding dress an my party! I don't think I thank Raeann enough for all the effort she put in for us today! She deserves 5 stars!!! 🤩 but for my previous experience in different wedding dresses the overall business 4 stars

Shereese Bunton: The sales associate was not very attentive to my wedding party. She even left my small group (all of which needed dresses) to assist another bride to be who already had her own sales associate. And yes my wedding party is black and the other bride is white. We found two dresses for bridesmaids but not for anyone else in the group.
Amanda Rose: We found our stylist to be unhelpful. She did not provide helpful directions as to how the appointment should go, what she could and would be helping with, and my family and I were the ones that walked around looking for dresses for my bridesmaids to try on when we did not know really where to look. Our stylist did not help find dresses or offer to go look for more if we wanted to try on different ones. She remained quiet for the majority of the appointment and rarely made suggestions. We were hoping for the appointment to be more memorable.

Kelsey Fisher: Personally, I would give negative stars if possible. Scheduled a bridal appointment a couple weeks ago, they called before hand and I told them what I was looking for. Upon arrival of appointment, the stylist helping me had zero idea why I was there and seemed very new and not confident. I felt I wasted my breathe with the phone call before the appointment. We eventually ordered a dress that I wanted to try on, but had to pay in full to get the dress in the color I wanted just so I could see it. I was told the dress would arrive the second week of April. I watched the girl place the order and we made sure it was ordered with long sleeves. The dress came in March 29th so I went to look at it today and get it sent for alterations. $1300 later, I open the package to find my long sleeve dress is in fact sleeveless. We take the dress back up to front and the girl says she will go speak with the manager. They ‘exchange’ the dress and now the dress will not be in until August 27th. I do not understand how there is a 4 month difference in turn around for a 3 week difference. The girls kept saying it was a warehouse error. I asked if I was going to receive some sort of discount and was told that was not possible. We asked to speak to the manager multiple times and I never did see a manager before we left. I was told there would be plenty of time to get alterations done before November. We will see if this holds true and I will continue to look for a different dress in the meantime. Very disappointed in both visits so far.

Haley Eveleigh: Erin altered my wedding dress to perfection and has done alterations/redesigned numerous dresses for me. I would trust her with ANY item and always know that when she's done with it I will feel more comfortable and confident than when I bought it off the rack. Most recently she altered a bridesmaid dress for me for my sister's wedding. I bought the dress when I was 5 months pregnant and wore it three months after I had my son. Erin was willing to make changes to the dress all the way up until the weekend before the wedding, given my fluctuating figure. She also put cups in the dress for me for more coverage. She handles every project with professionalism, expertise, and skill.
Colin Poling: She did an awesome job with my wife's dress. And when Classic Cleaners destroyed my wedding suit jacket two days before our wedding, Erin repaired it expertly!
Michelle Moore: Do not trust Erin Young Designs with your special occasion! I hired Erin to custom make my mother of the bride dress and was left scrambling the week of my daughter’s wedding. The seams, buttons and hem were all uneven, the straps were different widths, the bodice was not straight, and the fabric was stained. Erin lacks professional integrity, is dishonest and never on time. Save yourself the stress and heart break and take your business elsewhere.* After reading Erin’s reply to my review, I feel inclined to once again note her dishonesty. My dress was picked up unfinished the Saturday before my daughter’s wedding. I was upfront with Erin at pickup and told her I was taking it to be completed elsewhere. She stated “the seamstress may find more things that need fixed.” Final payment was made and canceled immediately once I was made aware of all of the issues with the dress.
Maddie Hineman: Erin helped make my dream dress for our special day. Erin completed alterations on the bodice and hem of my dress and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. She is as talented as she is kind and pays close attention to detail. When you’re working with her, she makes you feel like your project is all that matters - A great listener to help make the dress fitting process as easy as possible and makes you feel beautiful from the get-go! We love her + couldn’t recommend her enough. So thankful for her time and talent to make this day so perfect!She also helped my mom decide on a Mother of the Bride dress. christianna herb: Total NIGHTMARE!!!Erin left town and closed the store the week of my wedding without informing me. The appointment I had to pick up my dress was not rescheduled or even tended to! My maid of honor was incredible- thank God- and found Eric's personal Facebook page. She messaged her via Facebook and made arrangements for us to pick up my dress. When we got there, my dress was torn, my double layer veil was not attached, one of my veils was missing, she had thrown away my dress material that we were using for bouquets, my dress was a wrinkled mess, my mother's vintage dress was shoved in a corner on the floor and thrown into its box in a crumpled ball.This happened the day before my wedding. I was in a panic two days prior to the wedding because we were unable to contact her via her work number or any contact information Erin gave to us previously. Erin also regularly forgot what days and times my appointments were, and she accused me of not knowing the dates and times of my appoinynents- impossible because I am very well organized and had a wedding planning binder for every detail of the planning process. Erin was always rude to me and I never felt comfortable going to my appointments alone due to her cold, disrespectulful demeanor. She also never remembered the date of the wedding, regardless of how many I relayed it to her. She was disorganized, chaotic, unfriendly, never punctual, and very over priced. I would never recommend her services to my worst enemy. Dealing with Erin was nothing short of a nightmare. My dress always had a new button missing or a new tear at each appointment, regardless of the fact that it was in pristine condition upon transporting the dress to our first appointment. Summary: my experience with Erin was a bride's worst ideation come to life. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!

Melissa Nelson: I cannot recommend Something Wonderful enough! When I received by dress from the bridal store, the sleeves did not fit, they were way too tight and I couldn't bend my arms. The bridal store was sending me new sleeves to be sewn on, but I was worried I would not get these in time. Sarah assured me that even if we did not get the sleeves on time, she could make it work. After my first appointment, I felt such relief and I knew there was nothing to worry about with my dress in her hands! Eventually, I got the new sleeves, but then they were too short. Sarah also handled this and added more fabric to the sleeves to lengthen them, and you couldn't even tell! My dress of course ended up fitting perfectly and I got so many compliments on it. Russ Ray: We've been here before looking for prom dresses and got a lecture from the staff that they won't help you without an appointment. Well, this time we did make an appointment and then got a lecture that they don't normally make non-bridal appointments. It was then obvious that the lady did not want to help us at all, rolling her eyes at us and sighing every time we asked to see another dress. I guess our purchase was not enough of a commission for her? Store was also kind of messy but it was a Saturday and they were busy.

I found the dress I loved and they showed me great ways to change/add sleeves to make it even more beautiful. I love all the accessories they let me try with it to really make sure it was the one. Ashley Stingley: We went to find a dress for my daughters prom. And when we were about to walk out without one two ppl stopped us and was like let us help you see if we can add a corset to help things fit better. She found one. We were told that it would look great etc. so we went with it. I was happy for their help then. But when we went back to pick up dress completely different experience it was here is the dress, we did get a little help with trying it on but it was never is everything okay etc. they literally disappeared. My daughter was unhappy with the dress but it was def. No one rushing over there to ask how they can help this time…. Prob since dress is sold it didn’t matter. I even had to ask for a bag for it. Upsetting
