GOLFTEC Castleton: what do users think?
Mike B: I'm relatively new to the game, about 4 years. I'm also 67 years old. Patrick Cornelius is my instructor. I can tell you my game has improved tremendously. He's very knowledgeable but more importantly, he's patient and he cares. The entire Goltec system is impressive. I can review lessons and work on drills current and past. I strongly recommend.
logan powell: Honestly Patrick at GolfTech @ Castelton he is the best golf coach I have ever worked with with all of his knowledge he educates you on everything and he actually shows you how to perform. His helpful tips will help you with your golf game 100% after my first lesson I was already seeing improvement. I definitely recommend Patrick @GolfTec
Jake Jones: Loved it! Booked a few sessions to help with my swing! The technology here is unbelievable! You have to check them out!
Jason Bledsoe: I started lessons with Patrick last November. The technology is really impactful, being able to see my swings on screen next to a professional, illustrating where my swing was broken. Patrick gave me drills via the app is great. I’ve played the best golf of my life this summer, shaving 15 strokes off my average!! I highly recommend!!
Joseph Jacobs: Patrick, has been quite helpful with my game. He tends to forget details but understands the big picture
Caleb Kelley: I’ve been taking lessons for around 4 months now and have seen huge improvements in my game. Patrick is super knowledgeable and a great coach! He’s always accessible, even when I send him dumb golf questions on the weekend. I’ve taken at least 10 strokes off my game since I started and can’t wait to keep improving!
Eric Holler: I've been working with Patrick Cornelius since May of this year, and I have had a fantastic experience! The technology GOLFTEC utilizes to evaluate one's swing is top notch, and Patrick was able to tailor a lesson plan to improve my game.I am about half way through my program, and I can confidently say my game and swing have improved in ways I never could have accomplished on my own.If you want to get better at golf, I highly recommend getting in touch with Patrick and the GOLFTEC Castleton team to get evaluated, purchase a lesson plan, and start impressing your buddies during those weekend rounds!
Dick Watts: Go somewhere else. Really. To each their own. Spent$1500 on Ping irons. It took 3 months due to accounting error. Put on hold guessing didn't pay a bill. Did I say paid $1500. Then became a grip issue was not in stock. They decided to put another grip on, without MY input what so ever. Not professional. Find somewhere more personal. Best of luck.
Jeb Lorton: My visit started off well, unfortunately when clubs were purchased, the sales rep Patrick Cornelius decided he didn't need to speak to me anymore. Ordered irons and hybrid on March 30th. Hybrid came came in a couple weeks later with the incorrect grip. Spoke with another rep at the store and he said that order was entered incorrectly. After waiting another month, I reached out to Patrick several times via text and voicemail and no response whatsoever. Evidently he cares more about the sale than his customer service skills. His lack of communication was so unprofessional. Hope his golf game is better
Michael Lynn: Patrick has been awesome helping my son get back on track. He didn't reinvent him but identified just a few things that made a HUGE difference. I am more than pleased with how he has progressed. If your struggling with your swing the computer state of the art technology is an amazing tool to take advantage of.
BigTexXxDogg (Chef Tex): These guys are amazing! Don't be a fool get fitted here before you buy some golf clubs! Best thing you could ever do for your golf game!
Tony Craft: I am impressed with the outcome of the swing evaluation. The insight I gained was HUGE for my game. Golftecs technology and utilization of it is on point. I was very happy with Clint as an evaluator/instructor. Great experience and I will be back
Mike Stephenson: Jim has been a wonderful coach! I have only had my swing analysis and 3 lessons. The combination of Jim's skills and the technology of GolfTec have been wonderful. Because my lessons have been over the winter months, I have had to rely on Jim's homework videos and practice time when I can get to the GolfTec facility. Although my swing has a ways to go, Jim has been able to identify a key change needed in my left shoulder "tilt" that has dramatically altered my back swing and when I can do as instructed my slice is gone! This has corrected a problem that several other golf instructors have all identified, but none were able to help me find the "cure" to my problem.I am so pleased with what Jim has done that my brother has signed up for a swing analysis and my son is going to get lessons at the local GolfTech in his home town.I am looking forward to more lessons and spring golf, much more than I ever have. Thanks Jim Morse and GolfTec.MIke Stephenson
Nicholas Rader: My experience at the Castleton GolfTEC has been phenomenal. I took up golf in my 50s, and with GolfTEC's instruction I've gone from a high to mid handicap. With their program I was able to break 80 this last summer, and the ability to measure, analyze and correct each component of my swing has shortened the learning curve tremendously. Jim Morse had extensive experience as a teaching pro prior to joining GolfTEC and he is exceptional at combining both styles of teaching. Best choice I've ever made.
Tim Houterloot: Jim is a top notch instructor, very personable and you will not feel intimidated regardless of your skill level. Good facility as well, and scheduling is usually fairly easy with a short amount of notice
Brad LaGue: Excellent golf instruction. If you're ready to transform your game, this is the place. These instructors are full time teaching professionals. Whether you need some minor adjustment, or a full re-work, the knowledge and tools available at GolfTEC can meet your needs. Video capture, launch monitors, web lesson review, and a series of drill videos enhance the experience. Lessons are in indoor controlled environment which actually helps you better focus on your swing. Some outdoor instruction is also available, weather permitting, to fine tune your training. My coach, Jim Morse, has helped me understand my swing and the keys which I need to focus on for improved ball striking and scoring. When I started with GolfTEC, breaking 100 was a good day, and now I'm getting close to breaking 80.
Dwight Chernish: I've worked with Jim Morse for a number of years and have been able to constantly improve my golf game to the point that I have beat my age lowered my handicap to below 10 when I had been more like a 18. I have had a club fitting which was very informative and indicated that I didn't need to make any big changes to my clubs.
Brian Givens: My son and I both have worked with Jim on our golf game for 3 years now. Since working with Jim my handicap has dropped from a 12 to a 5. My son has always hit the ball long with Jim's help his control has improved significantly. With Jim's help my son's handicap dropped from 18 to 4. If you want to improve your game use the Golftec system with Jim Morse as your coach.
Ron Wilkins: The program that I'm enrolled in is great. I had no idea how many facets of the game there is. My coach Jim Morse has helped me properly swing the different clubs and avoid future frustration. My interest in the game of golf is greater now than before. If I had not come in, I believe my interest would have died quickly. Thanks again,Ron
Ryan Pigg: My coach is Jim Morse. I started playing golf last spring. Being new to the sport is very daunting. Jim made me feel comfortable and we established goals for myself. Goal 1 was to feel comfortable on the course and be able to have fun while playing. DONE! End of Summer goal was to break 100. DONE! End of summer goal this year was to break 90. DONE BY MAY! I would highly recommend Jim and GolfTEC to any golfer no matter the skill level. He also did a thorough club fitting as I upgraded clubs this year. Greatest investment I have made with the game.
Joshua Damjanovic: I have been working with this Golftec location now for 7 month and Jim has been awesome. He does a great job focusing on one thing at a time which has helped get my swing on track very quickly. I am now to the point when an issue arising on the course I can setup a lesson and it is fixed in one lesson.

Golf School of Indiana: what do users think?
Joe Hyland: *Wedge Fitting Review* I'll preface with Taylor (the fitter) was great guy, really personable, seemed plenty knowledgeable. I had a few rubs however with the process. A) was there for 30 min, got charged the full $125...would have been great value add if they said 'hey, got 30 min left, you want to work on something, hit some other clubs?' Would have made me feel more fulfilled and honestly probably would have generated more revenue for them B) Lack of launch monitor data. All we did we hit range balls down range and ask about feel. Might feel nice, but does one spin more/less than what i currently have. Distance shouldn't play a big factor into wedge selection. but knowing what it was traveling and the spin would have been very beneficial. C) Selection was poor outside the heads....its a Titleist shop (i think) so it was Vokey or bust. Further, just had the standard shafts which was explained to me is pretty typical unless you are in very good with Titleist or the other brands. Don't see why Prairie View wouldn't be but what do i know.Anyway, good guys just came up short in a few areas in the wedge game anyway. I am not sure if there is better out there, but for $125/hr, seems to me there should be.
Michael Harris: Worked with Matt on fitting irons and wedges. Was a great process that I really enjoyed. Happy to have them build out my new clubs. As someone who’s been in sales for 35+ years the only thing they need to do to get a 5 star rating is follow up on orders and keep customers updated on the status of their new sticks…especially considering how true golf enthusiasts look forward to new clubs.
M. MBA: This is the peak that Indy has to offer. Taylor has not only improved my swing but has made staggering improvements in my 14 yr. old daughters game. And maybe most importantly done it while making it fun. He has also expertly fit my daughters driver and new 60 degree wedge (her favorite clubs now). Moving to Indy 3 years ago I have been through several instructors. Time after time being disappointed, with a almost liaison-fare approach in kids instruction. That is until I found the GSI. Short game/irons/drivers on the range in the rough or on the mats with a track man we always walk away better for the session. I almost don’t want to write this review because I greedily want to keep this place to myself!
Ryan Fleming: I had Matt fit me for a full set of clubs and it was the best decision I have made regarding golf. I never knew it made such a difference in how the ball reacts off the club face. Matt is patient, knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy. I have also taken lessons from Brad who is a wizard when it comes to diagnosing swing ailments. I still stink at golf, but not as badly as before. Thanks so much for all of your help.
Joe Armstrong: Golf School of Indiana is a top-notch club fitting, practice, and instruction facility! The Carmel/Indy area is lucky to have a place like this. Matt Glenn is an excellent club fitter and will work with you to get your sticks dialed in to improve your game, with awesome service and prices. Definitely check him out next time you're looking for clubs.

GOLFTEC Carmel: what do users think?
Brian Wallace: Great instructors and technology. Ryan, Kacey and Aaron are the best. Get your clubs fitted and take advantage of the tech to really see what is going on with your swing. Outstanding results.
Paul Bogdanoff: Yesterday, I was the first student to return to Golftec and felt very comfortable with the preventative measures and was happy to be practicing again. Ryan and Aaron are amazing teachers. I am looking forward to a good summer of golf.
John Melind: The technology and instruction I received was absolutely top notch. The virtual driving range/golf course and the data it spits out was very helpful and Ryan helped straighten out my drive and correct my swing plane. Also, if you haven’t hit the new twist face Taylor made driver, go check it out!
Chris Tillery: I want to share my experience in training at GolfTec Carmel with both Ryan Schrecongost and Bryan Greer. After playing baseball my entire life, through high school and college, I was very superstitious and never played golf during baseball season - which was year around. When I would play golf, I'd shot high 80s - low 90s.When I graduated from college in 2013, that's when I hung up the baseball cleats and picked my clubs back up full time. I had a few lessons with another golf pro at another golf club, didn't really get much out of it except working on tempo... In May of 2014, I actually shot my first hole in one, so that was cool. After my hole-in-one, I got "Golf Fever" - I kept thinking to myself, I want to make a career out of this. But in my eyes, I was a few years behind - the reason being I never played golf in high school and I never played in college. I was already behind - in my game, in lessons, playing in tournaments. Then one day I was watching Golf Channel and a commercial came on for GolfTec, I thought to myself I should go check it out. I live right up the street from there. So I jumped in the car and headed on up. That's when I met Ryan. Told him about me, he showed me around the place - and I told him I'd come back. After having wrist surgery in December of 2014, I was hesitant and pushing to get back golfing. I took my Dad over to GolfTec and Ryan talked to both of us in detail on how everything works. My Dad was sold and wanted to do it.So now we can fast forward to March 6th - I started GolfTec with a 18 handicap. It was time to get in and swing away! I had my swing analysis with Ryan and before I left we were already work on things. I had a golf tournament coming up at the end of May - and that was the goal we were working towards. My schedule at GolfTec was turning me into the ultimate "GolfTec Student". I would have a lesson either on Monday or Tuesday, I would go back in and practice either Wednesday or Thursday, and only work Monday - Thursday, I would play golf Friday - Sunday (Looking to always play at least twice a week). That's a lot of golf and that's a lot of swings!Working up to the a tournament in May with the schedule above - I WON the tournament. So I was flying sky high and wanted to learn and do whatever was going to make me better.By May - I was shooting in the 70sJuly - I shot my first par 72, and I shot my first under par 69Now - I am a 2 handicap and shooting 72-75.Things were going so great, I've actually become great friends with my GolfTec coaches, both Ryan and Bryan, outside of GolfTec. I played in a golf outing with Bryan towards the end of the season last year and we actually won. It was awesome to be able to play and see how they play outside of GolfTec.Going into 2016, I am buying more lessons with GolfTec - I have started working with a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) instructor, I am joining my first golf club, and I am now playing in 5 Indiana Golf / PGA Events through Indiana.GolfTec has truly helped my game tremendously! I am thankful that both Bryan and Ryan have worked with me for this year, through the good times and the bad... Believe me, I had a couple bad times playing golf haha.I would recommend GolfTec to ANYONE at ANY AGE! I saw a kid, maybe 12 years old, maybe young, getting a swing analysis with Ryan and the first thing I said was I wish I knew about GolfTec at that age. I'm 25!Bring on 2016! Give GolfTec a call!

Correct2Compete: what do users think?
Terry Massey: Staff at C2C do a great job developing a program to fit with your goals. Great environment and client experience
Michael Schumaker: As a former collegiate golfer, C2C has everything you need to further your game no matter your skill level. Over the past few years, the combination of consistent functional strength training, speed stick/Stack system training, targeted golf practice and lessons from experienced teachers has allowed me to increase my swing speed and further my overall game. C2C also has enhanced its recovery area to include cryotherapy, normatec compression, MarcPro, and an infrared sauna which all helps to speed the recovery process. Even if you’re not an avid golfer, C2C can offer a great place to further your fitness with a safe, functional and structured approach. And the staff is always kind, helpful, and fun to be around.
Buck Hatcher: As a golfer and interest in fitness this facility and staff are the best. The staff's level of expertise along with a broad variety of facility resources allows specific needs to be addressed and the opportunity to excel in both knowledge and conditioning.
Sarah Harker: Cannot express enough how wonderful the staff is. This facility is incredible. You walk in immediately impressed and then the staff takes it to the next level. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Adam is awesome. He took the time to answer all of our questions. I came with a big group. Both my parents and in laws and kids and they handled all of our needs with ease. I also got a massage at Knead Therapeace and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Some of us did cryo or used the sauna too. All great experiences. I’m so glad I brought my family back with me. If you’re thinking about checking it out, go!
Latif Majeed: Couldn’t be happier with my decision to join Correct2Compete in November. The trainers are outstanding and the focus on mobility, strength, speed and functional movements have me feeling stronger and healthier. The facility has all you need to take yourself and your game to the next level!
Joe Botich: The team at C2C is outstanding. The trainer led workouts that focus on your specific needs and your sports goals are great. Workouts paired with the golf instruction make a huge difference in your game. The facilities are top notch, recovery services including Normatech, sauna and cryo get you ready for the next workout. The amount of time i spend at C2C is a little ridiculous at this point.
Andrew McCoy: The team at C2C is fantastic! The trainer-led workout programs and golf instruction are strategically planned programs designed to make you a better overall athlete. My overall fitness has increased substantially, and the golf-centric workout programs and access to training, coaching, and recovery tools have all made me a better all around player. C2C is the place to go if you want to improve your fitness, and your game!
Beresford Jones: Great place to work on your golf game. Staff is very friendly and eager to help players improve their golf game
William Gbelee: Dont waste your time anywhere else. If you want to improve and train effectively, this is the place. Great staff, and facility too. S/o to my guy Nik, he's a quality instructor.
Simon Wright: Justin was really awesome. The evaluation process thoroughly evaluates your entire game and physical limitations. Great concept! Looking forward to working with the coaches.
Josh Fritcha: “Leith and Biv are the real deal! I got to spend the afternoon with them testing out new putter fitting systems and learned so much about my stroke and the process. Their willingness to explain the science behind the golf equipment and stroke while contrasting many of the “fads” in the industry was uncanny. I can’t wait to get out on the greens and practice my new stroke. Thanks a million!”
Madie Hamsley: This place is incredible, they have everything I need for my health and training needs. I am able to workout, get a massage and see a physical therapist all in one stop.
Jim Erickson: They do a great job!
Bryan Feilen: Honest and informative feedback with state of the art equipment and facility. Thank you for helping my swing!
Joshua Garrett: This place has transformed my life from a couch potato to a super stud ... well, maybe the second part is a bit of an exaggeration, but I am in the best shape of my life. I will admit I couldn't do a pull-up during my assessment, and I can do them in bunches now. In addition, I'm a much better golfer ready for my tour guide ... okay, that second part isn't true either, but I am a better golfer. I've done individual workouts, group workouts and golf training. I've got my kids coming here too and I've seen the results in their various sports. The sims are fun, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anybody at any skill level, beginners to advanced.

Shortee's Golf: what do users think?
Graham White: Nice staff, and not much grass
Peter Brehm: Locked my car away in their parking lot after I left it there for 15 minutes at noon on a Friday??????
Ryan Feiock: Great for beginners and people looking to work on their short game
Richard T: Only need 3 clubs for this place. I would say this place is great if you are up for something simple and quick. Best use for this place is to go before you play 18 somewhere else!
Brock Lucchese: Location is good. Driving range is basically all dirt with a bit of grass. They also have mats to hit off, but the rubber tees are all broken and the mats leave green streaks on your club head. If you are lucky enough to find a patch of grass, the prices are reasonable. It is what it is.
Michael Hatten: Best short par 3's
Matt Lawson: I find the prices very reasonable for the course. Staff is also friendly and welcoming. My only complaints are when I go on weekend morning (9-11am) I've had to deal with sprinklers on the greens, and people driving equipment around the course whether it be mowing or something else. I'm not naive and think upkeep shouldn't be happening. I just think the morning of a weekend, or the weekend in general, isn't the time to be doing it.
Troy Swafford: Nice place to practice. Putting Green is a bit small.
Nicole Akey: One of our favorite par 3 courses!
Sameer A: Fun small course at a good price.
Bob Chambers: This place has been here a long time. I haven't been here since it opened. I took my daughter (adult) to give a few lessons on the short game. I've read other reviews and I guess I'm the only one who thinks this place is in bad shape. I'm not sure the goats would want to be here at the goat ranch. Tee boxes are beat up to the point there is no grass. The mats to hit off of look like they have been here since day 1 with weeds and sometimes brush around them. Most of the grass everywhere is crab grass and weeds. The greens were so long and fuzzy there was no true putting. Sorry, I expected better. Won't go back. The staff was very friendly and kind. (It felt like "they sold the place and are not putting anymore money into it.)
Justin Bates: Loving Shortee's. Just moved to Carmel in January. I come here for the driving range mainly, but the course is a great for short-mid range shot practice. Greens can sometimes be damaged here and there, but the low price makes it worth it for sure.
Linda Hansen: It's a bit noisy when using the driving range. We went early evening, so it wasn't crowded.
Kelly K: GREAT!! Not crowded. Very convenient! Highly recommend.
Unseal Epstein: Due to the physically threatening nature of the following incident. I have decided to post this under a different name to ensure the anonymity of myself and my family in case the individual decides to come after us personally:I have enjoyed this course thoroughly for over a year. I would come at least 3 times a week and encouraged my 9 employees to frequent it to support a fellow local business. The staff is friendly, the course is well-maintained (for what’d you’d expect) and the prices are fairly reasonable. I even shot my first hole-in-one ever on hole #16 last April.Having said this, I will never be going back again after my short experience with who presented himself as the owner of this establishment.Today, over lunch, I approached the facility in my vehicle to practice, and in doing so, drove over a tiny patch of grass next to a parking spot so that I could pull back into the parking space easier. This grass is not manicured, and there are no curbs or signs whatsoever stating to stay off this small patch (in fact when the facility is busy I have seen multiple cars parked on the grass further on the grass than where I was).As I began to collect my things, I noticed a man blowing leaves on the putting green staring at me and screaming “You F***!!! A*****!!”.To say that I was shocked would be an understatement. I want to be clear that I am not defending my action - because regardless of whether or not I felt it ok to do what I did, it turned out that this was an error in my judgement due to the fact that it clearly upset the owner of the property.Where I have a major issue is when an honest misunderstanding turns into a violent outburst from a gentleman that offers children’s golf lessons and is running a family establishment. The appropriate response would have been to kindly state that he would appreciate it if I wouldn’t do that in the future, and I would have happily refrained from doing it in the future out of respect to the owner. What transpired wasn’t just the man screaming obscenities at me, but when I pulled up to clear things up, him pointing his lead blower into my car to blow debris into my face, after following this up by stating that I have a “D-Bag” car. Very classy sir.As a business owner myself that serves the Indianapolis community, there are times when the general public does things that don’t exactly make me ecstatic, but I HAVE NEVER called ANYONE an insulting name, or treating anyone at my business with such disrespect. This to me is an unhinged man that if I were to consider bringing my kids to an event at this location, would strongly reconsider. It is a shame that such a relatively convenient location to hone your skills, that is staffed by a generally friendly team, and that is reasonably priced, is run by such a man.I will not recommend this place to anyone in the future.
Hugh Benson: Great for kids. Not too long not too short. This was my first golf course. Good Place to learn. My name is Owen and I’m 7 years old
James Neese: Par 3 and 18 holes a nice walk. A nice driving range too..
Levi West: Par 3 and great to practice the mid to short game!
Jesse Ziegler: This place was awesome! We were able to go through all 18 holes in under 2 hours. I think we were the first ones through this year, because the mats they had at each hole were all overgrown and pretty dirty. But other than that it was awesome! The people there were very nice and showed us where we needed to go.
Bobby Ingals: Greens need work!
andrew jones: Nice little par 3 with a good range.
