We had a lady on the trolley who freaked out because we left a little late and was worried that she wouldn't be able to pick up her granddaughter at exactly 5:00. She threatened to leave but he calmed her down. I've been to Indy ten years in a row for DCI and was surprised how much more there was to see that we hadn't before. I learned a ton, saw some great sites and the driver was nice enough to drop us off at Shapiro's so we didn't have to walk there. Highly recommended.

Taylor Pierce: We got married last fall and used Travel Leaders Indy to book our honeymoon to Belize. Not only were they SUPER responsive leading up to the trip, but they also customized our whole trip just to what we needed and wanted to experience. The main reason I will use them again and recommend them to others is that on the night that we were to fly out, there was a huge storm and our flight along with many others was cancelled and we were not able to get out until the following Monday. As these were tickets booked outside of the agency and we did not book travelers insurance (most definitely will moving forward) I was not super hopeful we could make the trip as planned. But our Travel Agent, Amanda Steele, was fantastic! She answered an email on a Saturday (which I was not expecting) and she was able to alter our trip to accommodate our new dates within a few hours. She went above and beyond what I expected of her and their team. My husband and I enjoyed 5 days in the beautiful Belize and it was all thanks to these guys!

TJ Petrucce: Won a $500 certificate with these guys for donating blood. Then I went to cash it in for Disney World tickets. The total was below the $500 mark, but I still had to hand over money. Really? I know it's a business, and businesses exist to make money, but when you give a certificate as a charitable donation that's a tax write-off for you, you still have to profit? You used self-imposed policies to justify extra charges because I didn't need or want to let you upsell me a bigger package. Shame on you. I still got a $500 value for $50, but this practice is shady and unprincipled.

Ashley Cornacchione: Met the owners at a Bridal Expo. Discussed a custom backpacking through Europe adventure and the desire to take the over night trains. At the Expo this was possible. Set an appointment for 2/21/2015. When we came to the appointment we were greeted by the owner, despite our appointment being with Courtney. No biggie, she had a sick kiddo and couldn't make it in.We went over how we wanted to take the over night trains and how we wanted a day in each city. We were told "I wouldn't want that." Well good, YOU are not going with US!We were told that we would receive follow up - it is not a month later and we have yet to receive a call or email or anything.Good news, we have booked our flights and spent time on the web learning the Euro-rail, so we will book this all on our own.
