The Barre Code Indianapolis - Downtown: what do users think?
Madelyn Miller: A very nice barre studio compared to others I have been to. It’s really nice that there is a lot of space, it’s clean, and that there are heated classes. It’s also nice that they offer other types of classes like a kickboxing type class, a cool heavier weight and less impact class, a stretch class, and more. I really enjoyed the instructor Abby as she gave me stretching ideas and modifications I could make for my hip and knees during my second class with her since I have arthritis. All of the instructors were very nice and motivating in general. It’s also got nice facilities, water, and lockers available for personal belongings. I wish I could have continued for longer because I really enjoyed the classes but my knee got injured and I cannot physically do them anymore. I do appreciate that the owner was able to work with me and accommodate this. It’s also nice that you can mix things up because at some small boutique fitness studies you can only do 1-2 different types of classes. Give it a try if you really love dance, kickboxing, weights, or just being able to mix things up at a locally owned boutique fitness studio.
Samantha Sivovlos: The best barre place around! The instructors are all so welcoming and each class is a little different which keeps things interesting and so fun. The workout is the best around!
Betsy Nesbit: One of my favorite places to be! The instructors are always so positive, helpful, and supportive and you always leave feeling refreshed. Couldn’t say more positive things about Barre or the Barre community!!!!
Victoria Blackwell: I’ve been coming to the barre code ever since it opened and I can honestly say coming to classes is one of my favorite parts of my day/week! There are so many options for classes and the teachers are all amazing!
kayla jacobshagen: A great environment for those needing a confidence boost and feel empowered !!
Jordyn Nelson: What can I say? I’m obsessed with The Barre Code. From the variety of classes offered, to the knowledgeable and encouraging instructors, everything they offer is top notch. I spent the last 6+ years as a member of a CrossFit gym doing high intensity interval classes (HIIT) but my body started to break down and I knew I needed to change it up. I was worried that a barre studio wouldn’t fit my needs, that I would lose muscle and core strength, etc. Boy, was I wrong! After 1.5 years as a Barre Code member, I am leaner, stronger, and my core is the most solid it’s ever been. I’ve never been addicted to working out, but I now look forward to class each day and can’t wait to get my sweat on.
Kelly Lenkay: The Barre Code Indy is amazing. The classes are fun, challenging, and high energy. The instructors are fantastic; it amazes me how quickly they learn who you are! It’s a very welcoming place and I’m happy to have found it.
Elizabeth Culp: Absolutely best place to workout!! The instructors are so positive and motivating, it’s always so clean, and they are always doing fun challenges. I also love the variety of classes. It has been such a joy joining the Barre Code- I actually look forward to working out here :)
Kalin Hagedorn: I love the barre code and all the instructors! Such a good workout and fun environment!
Lorena Linares: Best place to workout, challenging and variety of classes and props. Everyone is so nice, facilities are extremely clean and the decor is so cute. Big pluses are the parking onsite, different challenges throughout the year and virtual classes available. They make working out fun and encourage body positivity and strength, rather than weight loss.
paikmk11: I've always enjoyed barre but I really love all the class options with the Barre Code. The Barre Code Indy instructors are the best and I look forward to taking their classes every time I sign up! I love the inclusivity and positivity in the studio. Additionally the studio is really clean and has great amenities. It's an all around great place to work on your strength and health and find a supportive community!
Nick Schlueter: On top of the great workouts, The Barre Code downtown Indy offers a community that supports you along your fitness journey. Whether you’re just starting out or looking for something advanced, there’s something for everyone!
Alexandra Blackwell: The Barre Code Indianapolis - Downtown is hands down my favorite place to workout. I have tried a lot of studios and gyms over the years, and The Barre Code Indianapolis - Downtown (and Carmel) definitely has the best range in class, ongoing challenges/ the classes are always fun and different, and they have the sweetest, most encouraging teachers. I look forward to my classes because I know they will be fun and effective! You should definitely try a class - Barre, Brawl, HIIT, Bootcamp, Strength Training, Burn - they are all great!
Jessica Cox: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThe Barre Code is amazing! The instructors are encouraging and upbeat. The facility is spotless. The variety of high impact and low impact classes keep your body guessing. The class routines are always different. You won’t regret giving The Barre Code a try!
Emily Lawrence: Awesome classes! I've attended barre and brawl and got my butt kicked in a good way. The staff has been friendly and inviting each time, which is great when you are new to a studio
Katie King: Barre Code is the best workout for toning and getting in a good mind set for the day!All the instructors are amazing - so upbeat and inspiring! 💫I did it all throughout pregnancy and postpartum with no issues - they have modifications for this and beginners if needed 💪They have taken COVID precautions seriously throughout as well and offer outside classes when the weather cooperates 💯Highly recommend - and parking is free and easy 👏
Haley Waldkoetter: Brand new studio space, super bright and clean! Great for commuters with a parking lot, big bathrooms with showers, and several changing rooms if you need to get ready before work or wanted to workout during lunch.Instructors and owner are all very friendly and make a point to welcome new people. Great variety of classes and props (weights, resistance bands, balls, kettlebells, etc.) so you don't have to worry about classes getting repetitive or boring. Instructors all have a very high energy style so class flies by and you don't realize how hard you worked until the end.Definitely give it a try!
Lauren Feuerstein: The Barre Code is one of the best places to workout in Indy! The instructors and staff are amazing, kind and always motivate you for a great workout. There is lots of variety in classes ranging from traditional barre classes to cardio kickboxing classes which you don’t get with many other studios!
Savilla Smith: Amazing instructors and an awesome variety of workouts! Always a positive and fun atmosphere!
Patrice Spence: I love going to the Barre Code downtown! It's a great location and the staff are amazing. You can take the same type of class all week and the workouts never repeat! They utilize different equipment which is great for muscles too. A perk for people who commute via car is that there is a nice parking lot. With consistency, you can see a difference physically and mentally! There is something for everyone.
Alyssa Rysdyk: Super instructors!! Love having a barre studio downtown xx

Orangetheory Fitness: what do users think?
Andrew Rodeghero: 4 showers, 15 stations, easy parking and great staff!
Autumn Storm: They want your credit card info but their not going to charge it… so their probably sell your info. I’ve recently had my info sold by just giving companies my email. DONT DO IT!
Debra Belskus: It is a great combination of cardio plus weight lifting. I truly enjoy the coaches as well. It is a fun environment to do a well thought out workout! Plus every day is a different one!
Savvy S1: This studio is amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. If your visiting Indy this studio will make you feel your at home away from home. All the trainers were wonderful especially Lizz….Keep up the great work!!
Lola Jane: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityOrangetheory has been a game changer for me with my physical and mental health. I set a goal at the age of 40 to look great in a bikini and guess who is ready for summer!! I’ve been to several studios but OTF Downtown Indy is my fave!! Do yourself a favor and join the fun of being in shape.
Matthew Holley: Admittedly, I have a love/hate relationship with OTF. Most often I dread walking in but I always love when the workout is over and I know I accomplished something. But seriously, I always appreciate walking in knowing that the workout is structured and I'll leave sweating. It has helped me supplement my weight training program with structured cardio. Although my location draws a younger crowd, I don't feel out of place - other than struggling to hear the coach over the loud music. And if needed, I modify elements on the floor.
Serese Manson: Thank you for the great service!!!!
Andrew Lampe: Beautiful OTF in downtown Indianapolis. I had a quick drop in and the people there were very welcoming and easy going. Will return to this studio in my next time to Indy.
William Cheng: motivating exercise! will come back :)
Angie Hall: One of my best decisions ever when I joined a few years back! The coaches and staff add the flavor and fun 🙌🔥💪#orangeland
Brad M: Front desk is great, classes are good, but they're the only studio that consistently cuts classes to 54-56 mins instead of the full hour (including stretches).
Lindsay Gritt: Positive:Quality
Blake Bowers: have only done free trial session. signed up right after. amazing workout. class sessions to compete are huge
Isaac Kantor: This place is amazing! The facility is immaculate and has the best tech in town. The staff get to know you personally and always make you feel welcome. The coaches are incredible (you have to do a class with Lizz to see what I mean) and will give you one-on-one coaching moments when you need it but give the entire class encouragement. I never thought I’d enjoy group workouts or going to the gym, but I love both and look forward to my class all day.
VICKIE CARPENTER: I like that each workout is a challenge. I know that I’m going to work hard. The coach is always there to support me. I appreciate the office staff who are always kind and helpful. It’s the best workout that anyone can get because it's full body in 60 minutes. Regardless of your level of physical fitness, it pushes you to be better and stronger.
Christopher Rost: Glad to be back at OTF. I joined an OrangeTheory studio in Chicago and glad to be back at it in Indianapolis.
Shayla Smith: Review after first three months: I LOVE ORANGE THEORY. In the past, I have focused on running, hot yoga, Pilates, weight lifting. I was always intimidated by Orange Theory thinking it was too intense for me. I signed up for the free class and haven’t gone back to other workouts since! My favorite things: the staff and coaches are SO kind and helpful, and they even remember my name already! The classes are a different “template” every day, but you’re always doing a bit of weights, rowing, and power walking/running so I feel it’s a full body workout, but it changes every day to focus on certain things (strength, endurance, power, etc.)You can make the workout as intense as YOU want and I truly never feel like I’m competing against other people, so it’s not intimidating.I always walk away from the class feeling strong and amazing. The location is super clean and nice. Can’t recommend enough! I’m so glad I decided to try it out.
nancy hankins: I’ve been in fitness for over 30 years. I work out at OTF downtown Indy whenever I can. The workout is hard but achievable because of the positive vibe in the room. I’m one of the older ones in class and always feel welcomed and appreciated! The coaches are well trained and top notch in this industry! Thanks OTF!!!
Emily Sell: Very welcoming and fun group!
Michelle Clarkson: Great studio and great staff! I’ve been coming to the studio since 2019; I took a break while I was waiting to get vaccinated and have surgery but as soon as I was able to come back I signed up again. While I had been consistently taking classes-I recently went through some hard family situations and a funeral unexpectedly so I wasn’t able to come in for a month. They were kind and understanding and helped me with my membership. Management and staff were easy to talk to and want to see you reach your fitness goals. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great place for group fitness.
Alanna Szypura: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityNo matter what time of day, I always feel welcomed. High energy, effective workouts. Clean establishment, friendly and supportive staff.

Indy Performance Authority: what do users think?
Mark L: Unparalleled equipment, space and expertise.
Alexa Pangonas: IPA is a great workout place! Tyler helps you reach your goals and stay confident in the gym!
Brent Hall: Love IPA! Tyler is an amazing training and get results. The new gym is one of the very best I have worked out at.
Ashley Hinton: Dan is my trainer and he's deeply understanding but doesn't let me quit. Very clean, professional, affordable and they get results! Would highly recommend 👌
smpmcb: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI've been going here for about 4 months now and I've never felt stronger, had more energy, or was as excited about my fitness as I am now. If you've been thinking of checking this place out, no time like the present!
Rachel Snell: My mom and I have been working out with Tyler for a year and absolutely love it!! We have done a lot of different workouts in our lives but the ones he designs are by far the most effective and challenging. He listens to your fitness goals and knows just how hard to push you during a workout. He also finds a way to make it enjoyable, even at 6am! Definitely good for all fitness levels and you will see a significant change in your appearance, strength, and confidence 😊💪🏼
Kristen R: I have been working out with Tyler for the past 4 months and have been thrilled! Not only have I lost weight. My energy levels, mood and overall health have improved greatly. I see Tyler 1-3x a week. His knowledge that he has passed onto me has given me the confidence to go back into the gym myself on my off days. If you are looking to get started or take your fitness to the next level...I would highly recommend Tyler at IPA!
Deb G: My husband had been working out onsite at IPA, but since the start of the pandemic, Tyler has been training both of us via Zoom. It's awesome!Tyler has such a fantastic positive attitude that our 3x weekly workout is something I very much look forward to, even though he tortures us in the nicest possible way. I don't feel we lose anything from the Zoom format, and Tyler was even nice enough to suggest equipment for our home gym.Plus I've lost weight, and am fitter and stronger than I've been in a long time.I highly recommend Indy Performance Authority and especially Tyler for anyone looking to challenge themselves and get strong.
MakeupByCaitpitch: I have been going to Tyler at IPA 2x a week for about 2 years now, and I absolutely love working with him. Every workout is different and creative, which I appreciate, because I don’t get bored. He doesn’t allow me to slack off and I leave each session feeling like he really pushed me to do my best. He keeps me accountable while I am at the gym with him and outside the gym as well. I HIGHLY recommend Tyler at IPA If you are looking to start a fitness program or are stuck in a rut with your current routine. You will not be disappointed!!!
Lauren H: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityTyler is great! Prime location to zip in and out for a good workout. Whether you are just starting to work out, or looking to switch up your current routine, this is the best place to get results! Every single workout is different, so the variety keeps me motivated. Definitely worth a visit to kick start your fitness routine.
Cherysh Getz: Tyler has been the best trainer I’ve had. I’ve seen significant results in just a few months. His routines and workouts are different from anything I’ve done in my past. He is professionally, competent, and pushes you to your max potential depending on the goals expressed. Working out at IPA has been a great experience.
Jay Schaber: Great place to train! My girlfriend and I have been training with Tyler for 3 years and are thrilled with the results.
Jake Smejkal: Tyler, without question is one of the most knowledgeable, understanding, and genuinely interested PTs I have ever spoken with... though it was only 1 visit, I can say with 100 percent confidence you would enjoy his company!ThanksJS
Drew Barth: BANG!! Indy Performance Authority is awesome. Dan & Tyler are exactly what you want in a trainer. They are going to make you hate them because they make you work hard & hold you accountable. But, they are going to be like your best friend too, because they are personally invested in you and the results you achieve. My wife & I have been going for a little over 2 years now & we wouldn’t know what to do without them. If you actually are serious about getting fit and being healthy, this is where you need to be.
Shashank Suresh: I loved my experience at this gym. Dan is an excellent trainer and worked with me to set and achieve measurable and reasonable fitness goals. He was very flexible and always went out of his way to fit me into sessions that worked with my busy schedule. He documents your measurements from day one so that you have a good sense of your progress as you go along. I found each session to be very productive and rigorous, and Dan gave very helpful and detailed critiques of my form so that I could improve and perform the heavy lifts safely. In summary, I highly recommend this gym with professional, well qualified, and friendly trainers who hold you accountable to your fitness goals.
Emily Speckman: I went to IPA to be "skinny" whatever I thought that meant at the time. Not caring how or what I had to do to get there. Over the past 4 months working with Tyler I have shifted the way I look at my body. With his help I have learned to focus on becoming stronger and healthier as a whole. In turn over the past 4 months I have lost 5% body fat, 5 pounds and a total of 6 inches. I am transitioning to online training with Tyler and look forward to continuing to build a stronger, healthier and happy me!
Krista Gremos: Indy Performance Authority is a great place to train and get in shape. Tyler and Dan know what they are doing and strive to keep it fun and interesting. My husband and I started working out with Tyler in August 2016. I had never worked out with a trainer and was always afraid to try. No way would my overweight, out of shape, middle-aged body be able to keep up! However, Tyler tailored the workouts to our abilities so I never felt like I was lagging behind. I started noticing a difference in my energy levels and abilities within the first few weeks. I began taking the stairs more, walking at lunch, swimming, and riding my bike again (after rarely doing much besides yoga for over 10 years). In fact, I did my first bike commute to work (22 miles round trip) six weeks after I started working out.I am happy to report that we have both lost weight (65 pounds for me and 15 for the hubby). In addition, Tyler's workouts are building muscle, improving our strength and coordination, and increasing our stamina. We love that the trainers customize the workouts to the individual and their outside interests (swimming, biking, and hiking in our case). We are currently working on power lifting which is a lot of fun. I am going to try my hand at stand up paddle boarding in a couple months when we go on vacation. An activity I thought was out of my reach. I no longer think anything is out of my reach if I try hard enough. With Tyler’s help, we expect to reach our goal weights, continue to increase muscle and strength, and improve our stamina and coordination. Give IPA a call and start your own journey.

F45 Training Indianapolis Downtown: what do users think?
Eric Booher: F45 has been a really good fit for me. I’m 50 years old and I used to do CrossFit and wanted something with less injury factor. I did orange theory but it’s way to corporate and people aren’t friendly at all. I started doing peloton during the shut down but I was ready to be social again and f45 is exactly what I like! I show up and I’m told what to do so there’s no thinking but I can customize to make it to how hard I want to work that day. Plus they allowed me to try it first so I knew I liked it before I spent any money. Another great thing is that I can choose to work out everyday of the week which really makes it great for my schedule.
Brian Hall: Best work out, environment in Downtown!
Kiara Moore: F45 Indianapolis has really changed my life. I used to hate working out, and while I don’t enjoy it quite yet lol, F45 has made me realize my strengths and made me confident working out in a gym full of people trying to get in shape. Jarrett is one of the best trainers there, he corrects my form, and is also so positive in the mornings. Would absolutely recommend this gym to EVERYONE
anvaya bhusari: I’ve been enjoying the strength workout sessions at f45 ! The class has a great energy and make me feel motivated to push myself !
Taylor Trieloff: I have been going to F45 for a little under a month and have been loving it! A great workout that flies by with a fun environment and fasted paced stations
Annalissa Kammeyer: Love the workouts, staff, and environment! Such a great place to workout!
Cynthia Hurst: All the coaches are super supportive and really make each class unique and fun!
Emylee Eyler: Absolutely love F45 + the trainers at the Downtown Indy location! The weekly structure between strength and cardio, 45 min commitment, the ability to personalize each workout to your needs/abilities and the variety of classes and workouts keeps it exciting and manageable! You will feel yourself getting stronger after each class! Totally worth it!
Megan Reynolds: Wonderful experience all around. The classes are worth the investment. Friendly coaches and members who keep you motivated to come back and work your hardest.
Ashleigh Douglas: F45 is such an inclusive fitness opportunity. The coaches are welcoming, supportive, & do such a nice job hyping everyone up. They provide modifications for people who are intimidated by the workouts & also push you to do better each time. I am so grateful to have joined f45 downtown Indianapolis!
Valerie Ostrowski: I enjoy the intensity and variety of the classes - it never gets boring or repetitive! I’m always looking forward to coming back!!
Jennifer Lauria Clark: Kip was energetic and welcoming as a trainer and a professional. This was my first time checking out an F45 and he really made me feel comfortable. His ability to manage the entire class and help each of us with our form gave me the workout I was seeking. Two thumbs up for F45 and Kip and Alex!! Thank you for you amazing hospitality! I highly recommend trying them out today!
John Ebright: Came in from out of town for a couple days. Brought my coworker who has not worked out in a setting similar to f45 or any circuit style. We were both very comfortable and treated very well. No “intimidation factor”, great workout; clear explanation, easy to follow, attentive and motivating instructors. The facility was very clean and well organized. I will definitely return if/when back in Indianapolis.
Alan Alvarez: F45 is fantastic! All the instructors are energetic, incredibly kind, and friendly; they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and included and push you along the way during the class. The workouts are pretty challenging, and you never do the same thing twice. Also, the music is always a blast, the remixes are straight bangers, and it feels like there's a live DJ in the gym every time. (Also, the speaker quality is excellent, they have some nice JBL speakers.) Lastly, the people who attend are pretty supportive; they always give a shout-out after the workout is done! F45 is probably my favorite gym I've ever worked out at.
MacKenzie North: I joined F45 a couple weeks ago and I already am feeling so much better about myself in terms of energy levels, physique, and overall mood. I was feeling very stagnant in my previous workouts, so having a trainer and other people pushing you for 45 mins a day is really encouraging. I have loved all the trainers and the community F45 provides. The workouts are intense and challenge me, which is what I needed. I would highly recommend F45 for anyone feeling stagnant and needing a change, because that was me. I am now excited to get up and get my workout in, and I am excited to see the results and progress I make with this membership.
Lexy Hanas: Love F45, it’s fun and also a great workout! Highly recommend if you like group fitness classes.
Ben Adams: Big fan of everything and everyone associated with this place! From the minute you walk in the door to when you’re dragging yourself back out, it’s an incredible atmosphere and experience. Can’t say enough great things about the people running this gym. My one regret is not joining sooner!
Meg Schleter: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI’ve had a great experience so far through F-45. The coaches are super supportive and go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. I would recommend this location & program to anyone!
Joseph Jackson: Big fan of F45. Classes are short and non-stop, so you get a great workout in, in a shorter timespan than you find with a lot of other places. The days alternate between strength and cardio too, so there's a solid mix of variability that keeps you from ever feeling stagnant.
Allison: Positive:Professionalism,QualityCoaches are all very helpful. It's a friendly and supportive atmosphere!

Indy City Barbell: what do users think?
Ryan Kelley: All equipment one could hope for plus an extremely kind, helpful manager (Naz).
Elijah Erny: Best gym in Indy. Great staff, awesome equipment, but the best part is great community of athletes. If you are serious about lifting, ICB is the place to be.
Cornelius Elliott: If you want a real gym
Shane Cohsn: Great gym! Steve is a great owner!!!
Jose Rockiett: If your a gym rat and like old style golds gym feel i highly recommend this gym. The staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful. Its a very good vibe with a variety of equipment.
Kortney Musselman: Great place if you are serious about lifting
George Ruckman: Love the atmosphere here
Johnny Up: Awesome powerlifting gym
Alex Murphy Metzger: Good gym to train at if you're tired of the commercial gyms. I switched to ICB sometime last year and have really liked it. At previous gyms I was harassed by other gym goers which is the real reason I made the switch. Everyone at ICB is very focused on their own fitness, and I feel comfortable training there. There are quite a few personal trainers & athletes that workout there, and I've learned a lot since joining. I would recommend this gym if you're looking for a change!
joseph carmer: Kickboxing and BJJ in the back. Awesome spot for downtown. Great vibes
rambow70: This is a great gym that fosters a great lifting community. Everyone is friendly and sociable. What sets this gym apart from other gyms downtown is its compound lifting equipment. If you like to deadlift, squat, or bench heavy this is the gym for you. They also have a great selection of weight machines.Sadly I have to discontinue my membership here due to a personal injury but I hope to be back soon! 💪
jason strain: Great gym open 24 hours with key fob for safety
Stone Crowbar: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityIndy City Barbell is the kind of place that will give the result you are looking for. There, you will find an "old school" ambiance where everybody train hard and respect each other. Indy City Barbell is the antithesis of PF or LA F.
D. Joe Kaufman: Best gym in Indy
Alan Glen: If you lift, this is the place to be in Indy! Great equipment and staff!
Hintof Lime: Professional equipment... top notch staff... actually got a tour with the owner! I signed up.
KING KONG: Fantastic gym if you're interested in results oriented fitness. Great equipment and a supportive community!
salty Dalty: Awesome Gym with an Amazing Culture. Anyone interested in getting in phenomenal shape, learn new exercises and reach new levels of performance and fitness in a supportive growth focused environment should join Indy City Barbell. The owner Steve is a athlete, world class powerlifter and a coach of the highest pedigree. Definitely a great resource when it comes to creating a plan to reach your fitness goals.I recently hired Stephanie Flesher as a coach to help guide me in my journey to my first classic physique competition. I have worked with other bodybuilding local bodybuilding coaches in the past but none can compare to the time and attention to detail Stephanie gives. She takes the time to check in with me as needed. She is constantly learning how my body responds to each macro nutrient and making adjustments accordingly to improve the plan. Her training sessions are awesome! she does a great job of finding my weaknesses and turning them into strengths. she is patient when I am learning new movements and provides great support. she is a coach that genuinely cares about your success as an athlete and your overall wellness. a rare find.Indy City Barbell holds true to Barbell culture with top notch equipment including Atlas stones, tires, yokes, logs, belted squat, sleds and turf and much more. In regards to functional fitness equipment that help improve mobility and performance Indy City Barbell is the best equipped gym in indianapolis.
rustymcmuscle: great setup for serious lifters
Wes H: Came in for a drop-in, while visiting town. It's got an old school vibe, and tons of unique equipment. If things like Pit Shark belt squat, (Westside Barbell) Reverse Hyper, Texas barbells (deadlift and squat) EliteFTS power rack, etc, are your jam...then this is the place you've probably been looking for. They also have all of your standard machine weights, and carpeted area with a few bikes and an aerodyne for cardio/plyo/etc. Thanks for letting me come by for a workout!
Second Amend: I called this place 6 times yesterday between 12pm and 3pm to inquire about joining and not once did anyone bother to answer the phone. What kind of business doesn't answer their phone during staffed hours? I guess they have more business than they know what to do with. Looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere.

One America Tower Fitness Center: what do users think?
Tony Looch: Very nice gym. Rather fitness center😅 They have 2 squat racks. Various barbells, dumbells, plus all the usual machines. Day pass 10 bucks.
Isaac Sant: Unassuming spot, but they offer daily passes for $15 (I believe) and weekly passes, which is what I opted for, for $25. For such a small & somewhat hidden location, their equipment is top notch. Two well kept squat racks with plenty of weights, benches with a variety of dumbbells ranging up to 100lbs, and plenty of strength & cardio machines. During my trip to Indy this place, which open early in the AM, has been crucial to me.
Nasim Hasan: A good fitness center
Puppy Dog: a good and positive energy experience
Melody Cherrette: Beautiful building. Fav doc works here.
Amy Thomas: I had a meeting at the skyline.....wonderful
Clint McCollum: Great facility if you work downtown. No weekend hours.
Jeff Anderson: This gym has an excellent staff that's very friendly and encouraging. The weights are all taken care of and a great ambience. Briston who is one of the trainers is excellent and very friendly. Great gym!

The Hot Room® Indianapolis - DOWNTOWN: what do users think?
Jonathan Garcia: Recently took advantage of their 2 week promotion.Great instructions from staff. I've learned allot
Yamill Marte Valdez: What a great place to start your yoga journey! 1st time in my live doing yoga and I love it! The instructors are phenomenal! such talented, motivating, and inspiring people that treat you and make you feel like family. They make each class unique and special. I’m thankful for been part of this community 😊
Leo Milletary: I went to the hotroom on sunday. Jen led a great class. This is difficult but they let you work at your own pace. I recommend it to anyone.
Angela Smail: I love The Hot Room I’m Downtown INDY! I’ve practiced yoga in various places and ways for decades, but The Hot Room offers new and different challenges with the heat alone (and the variety of classes and coaches). The facility itself is well-kept, staff friendly, and the location is convenient.
Christine Robinson: It's one of my favorite places to be. I love how I feel when I finish a class. All of the instructors are motivational and helpful.
Chelsea Phillips: If you're looking for a place to step away from the chaos of life to satisfy your mind and body — look no further. This studio is aptly named (so perfectly hot!) and brings together a brilliant community of teachers and practitioners alike. They have so many events and partnerships throughout the Indianapolis community as well.I haven't been able to find a more flexible schedule or more reasonable unlimited prices anywhere else in town! There are so many locations that make it easy to frequent the studio, but the DT location has been my home since the beginning. 3
Megan Elliott: I’ve been a member of the hot room downtown location for over 2 years now! The hot yoga practice trumps all other yoga for me. The staff and instructors are always welcoming and encouraging. I do wish they had parking for students and that the price point was more accessible for all communities. Happy March Matness 😜
Katie Butler: I’ve been coming to this location for about 6 months and I absolutely love it. The classes are challenging but the environment is not intimidating. I’ve improved a lot in 6 months and love getting sweaty.
Andrea Vinson: Great workout with amazing teammates and instructor. Aaron talking me through my tough spots. I cannot wait to come back tomorrow for more. Keep it up everyone
A Hodges: Nice studio
Jalyn Warren: I came to this studio for my first hot-yoga experience and have absolutely fell in love! Great facility. Phenomenal staff.
MsRasene “MsLovelyChic” Newson: Great for the body.
M. H. Lovens: Yes. Yes. Yes. Visiting from out of town and so grateful to find a home away from home at the Hot Room. Took 2 classes downtown & 2 uptown. Both locations are beautiful and offer great amenities with lovely people. Ilsa Uptown was sooooo kind and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Kylie had great upbeat energy Uptown and fun playlist. Nasya downtown has such a beautiful and grounding presence. Loved her from the front desk and then really loved her after taking her class!!! It is clear she is doing her inner work to create a safe and empowered space for yogis in Downtown Indy. Nasya’s confident and gentle command of the room and creative sequence has my body and mind feeling strong and balanced. Sooooo grateful I was able to make her class this morning- the perfect start to a long day of travel. I look forward to visiting The Hot Room again next time I’m in town.
Natalie Weiss: This is not a true yoga studio. It is heavily focused on “working out” rather than a combination of working out and meditation. They don’t play music during the class. The class instructor talks the entire time on a microphone.Check out the yoga studio in broad ripple or invoke downtown for a better experience!
Liv Brubaker: The Hot Room is such a wonderful place to practice yoga! They offer several modalities so it's easy to switch up your routine. The studios are clean and welcoming. If you're considering starting a journey with yoga check out THR, the instructors are knowledgeable and can help you modify anything, as they say, yoga is for every - body!
Moliann Gross: The hot room is a place that allows you to show up as your authentic self and to stand in your power. Going here has helped my confidence, strength and flexibility. Try out a class to see what the hot room can do for you.
Rachel Scott: Inclusive, welcoming for people at any level, of any size. Super positive. They make it all about you as the student.
Angela Montgomery: I absolutely LOVE everything about The Hot Room! The staff, all the classes, the never ending supply of clothes to shop through… it’s a very uplifting and empowering place to practice and I’m so happy I made my way back.#markingoffabingospace #thehotroomdowntown
Em Joy: The Hott Room is everything I would ask for if I got to make a perfect workout & facility. The teachers start on time & are straight to business. They don't talk about their weekend or whatever. I learn new moves, they don't go fast so you understand & really feel the move. I've been doing pilates & HIIT so far & I'm hooked.
Sarah Harbert: The BEST community, coaches, & environment. Will soon become your home away from home - and by that i mean your phone might just recognize it as "home" because of how often you are at the studio. The entire team is great but my favorite classes are with Leia. She is a wonderful manager and keeps things on track as well as helping curate the entire experience. About to hit 75 classes in 6 months and never looking back!
Leila Naderi: Amazing studio & team of teachers that truly listens and cares for their students! The range of classes offered here targets a huge variety of skill; perfect for all levels of experience, including beginners and experts. During my time practicing with THR, I have especially loved the unique challenges offered to students that have pushed me far out of my comfort zone: completing outdoor classes, 6AM classes, and new-to-me classes. The teachers are smart & fun, bringing fresh music and thoughtful lessons to the studio each day. I highly recommend The Hot Room to both residents and visitors in Indy searching for health, fitness & community. Thank you so much, THR!

Myriad Health + Fitness: what do users think?
Eve Anderson: I’ve been a member of this community for about 8 or 9 years… through expansions, transitions to new facilities, rebranding, changes in programming, addition of new classes, new scheduling, coaching, and members (and a bunch of my own life changes). Through these years and changes, here’s what remains 100% constant and predictable: outstanding leadership, the coaching staff has always been knowledgeable, motivated, approachable, and dedicated to helping me reach my goals (even as they change), the programming is always outstanding, and I’ve never doubted whether it is efficient, and the environment is always motivating and welcoming. I’ve stepped away briefly to explore new gyms and programs with friends, but always come back to myriad. Ive been able to achieve fitness goals I never would have imagined possible at certain points of my life, but also have been able to maintain great levels of fitness when life limits how much time and energy I can spend fitnessing. It is a place anyone will feel welcome and will be able to achieve their personal fitness goals.
Ty G: This place is literally a "life saver." When I walked in the door the first time, I had the same apprehensive feelings about working out in a group environment. The Myriad staff immediately puts you at ease with a welcoming hand. They live by the motto: "You Do YOU" and will scale workouts to your own ability. The community aspect is the best part of this bootcamp class. People are super encouraging to others often cheering us slower folks on as we finish the workouts. Lastly, I do not believe I would have survived my heart attack had I not been a loyal, frequent member at this special place.
Matt Parrott: Jared and the staff at Myriad are second to none…. Keep it up!
Jason Woodnick: Myriad has become my home away from home for the past 3 years. Myriad has a variety of class options for people of all skill levels. The members are fantastic and the coaches are some of the best you can find. Myriad truly cares about each member and strongly emphasizes inclusivity within their space. A 5 star business on every level!
Daniel Waninger: I've been a part of bootcamp for several years and it's been a great part of staying healthy and fit for me. The classes are able to be scaled to any fitness level so is challenging (in a good way) for both new and regulars. Great way for working professionals to stay fit.
cody barron: I have been to many gyms in my life, Myriad is among the best. The facility, equipment, staff, and community are all great. Would recommend.
Nate Eddelman: I have been w this place since they were Naptown fitness off Delaware. This place has become my refuge. From starting CrossFit, finding my way in love boot camp and doing yoga. They hold me accountable especially Momma Leslie, which I’ve come to fall in love, bc she corrects, and tells me when I’m wrong. (Not just In the gym but life) I truly love and respect this gym! I love them and I promise you, you will as well!
Taeyong Ahn: I highly recommend Myriad Health and Fitness. I was nervous about joining the gym since I hadn't been very active previously. All the coaches made me feel very comfortable and guided me through my fitness journey. Myriad has become a big part of my life and I am very glad that I decided to join Myriad.
Kyle Goodberlet: "If you want to be the best version of yourself and join a community that will help you grow as an individual - drop-in and then join Myriad.Best Gym in Indianapolis to achieve your goals. They have so much variety to keep your mind and body consistently challenged - Yoga, BootCamp, CrossFit, Weightlifting, Personal Training...you'd have to join 3-4 gyms and pay thousands of dollars a month to get the same services offered at Myriad Fitness."
Shannon Albers: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityGreat coaching and community! I always feel welcome and encouraged.
Scott Husband: The overall experience at Myriad Health and Fitness is fabulous. It is a great example of a business that is clear on its mission, purpose and values and strives to live those on a daily basis. The member community is very supportive of one another and the resulting atmosphere is fun and motivating in which to work out. The programming is great, in the respect that there is variety built in to assure a full body workout. In addition, there are choices provided that appeal to different levels of athletes. The coaches in staff are extremely knowledgeable and take great care to assure their members are performing the various exercises in the proper manner to avoid injury. I have been to a lot of gyms over the years and I highly recommend Myriad Health and Fitness
Jack Walker: I've been going to Myriad for a few years now. I started coming because I wanted a group fitness class and coaches that would hold me accountable to work out hard. Whenever I try and workout myself I always give up too quickly or don't push myself like I need to get a good workout in and stay healthy. Myriad keeps me honest and disciplined. The Myriad coaches are great at working with people from all skill levels and meeting them where they are at. The Myriad community is very inclusive, inviting, and supportive. It's a great place to workout and meet new people.
Blaise Vincz: Myriad has been such an incredible journey thus far. What started out as a humbling solo endeavor has turned into a daily reprieve with my friends. I’m so thankful I joined, it was exactly what I needed.
Sammy Guinn: Myriad is an awesome choice if you are looking for a gym in the downtown Indy area. They have many different programming options, the workouts/classes are approachable for people of varying fitness levels, and the coaches are very knowledgeable and welcoming.
Marcus Ardiel: Great place/ community to work out and build a hobby around fitness!
Kevin Swihart: Honestly, always a bright spot for me. Staff and members are supportive, workouts are varied, and sometimes there’s a new movement I discover that’s a lot of fun.
Tori Boucher: This is the best gym I have been to. The coaches are super knowledgeable, but are also really good at breaking things down so you really know what you are doing. They make sure that you have a variety of options so that you can fin the movement that works best for you. They are really good explaining things so even someone with little to no fitness experience can be successful. It's not just a gym, it's a whole community. People are super supportive here and judgement free. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, I definitely recommend this place. I always feel like I am improving and getting better.
Mike Cremisi: I’ve been an unlimited member with Myriad (previously Naptown) for almost 3 years now. As someone who has moved cities and been a member of a few other CrossFit gyms, Myriad is my favorite! The community, coaches, diversity of workouts, scheduling, and convenient location is what sets Myriad apart. I even highly recommend the Bootcamp and Move classes.
Jen Woerter: Myriad Health + Fitness is helping me get back on track to healthy habits with nutrition and wellness coaching. At least once a week, Aisha, my nutrition coach, reaches out to touch base and helps keep me accountable. From sending me recipes to make meal planning easier to helping me identify tangible goals, I’ve noticed positive changes in my nutrition and sleep habits. I highly recommend Myriad Health + Fitness to anyone who is seeking guidance on nutrition and fitness.
Katie Small: Myriad has so much to offer from various exercise classes, to nutritional support, to an incredible sense of community. I love the bootcamp and yoga classes. Every instructor does such a good job making the classes fun and safe for everyone participating. I raved enough about Myriad that my husband also became a member. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Ruben Hernandez: I love the fitness community is created regardless of age , background , gender and fitness level . All the coaches are amazing

CrossFit NapTown: what do users think?
Benjamin King: Joining cross-fit was always something that I was skeptical to try mainly to the fact that I was afraid I would injure myself. This is something that you do not have to worry about here! The trainers are very knowledgeable and will coach you on proper technique rather than how much weight you can lift that day. This is a great community to be apart of. You will get the chance to meet a lot of great people!
Lucas A: Had the pleasure of dropping in while I was in Indianapolis. Setting up the drop in was easy through the website. Filled out the form and got a quick email and text. The coach, Richie I believe, we friendly and welcoming. Equipment was in good shape and the workout was fun. It looks like there’s some construction in progress and the gym will improve even more. If I’m back in Indy, I’m sure I’ll drop in again.
Will Fresch: Great gym, great coaches, fun community!
Lemar Kearse: I’m a long time CrossFit veteran and crossfit affiliate, and I really enjoyed my time at Myraid CrossFit. Coach Nick was super cool and made my stay during my business trip downtown very enjoyable.
Amanda Hepler: I started with Practice Indie Yoga way back in the day. The atmosphere is welcoming and casual. So many types of practice to fit your needs. The Yogis care in a way that's incomparable.
Savanna Lueken: Shoot, how have I not reviewed Practice Indie Yoga yet when it's one of my most cherished local businesses?!I can not rave enough about this community and the yoga classes offered here. But it's really not just about yoga when it comes to Practice Indie; this space offers so much more than that. They've brought me guidance and motivation during their yearly Goal Setting Workshop. I've learned Tarot and Astrology through other various workshops they offer.. which speaking of astrology, I absolutely look forward to their Wednesday Astro Flow with Megan Hanna each week. The Saturday morning Spirit Journey class with Shannon is always a sweet treat usually leaving me with fun life / philosophy wisdom to ponder all weekend. All of the instructors are just the most beautiful, inspiring, and genuine souls who will greet you by name ensuring you feel apart of this community. The monthly membership is legit affordable and they have different options per different lifestyles. Also the way they pivoted to offering Hybrid- Zoom/In-person classes during the pandemic may be my new favorite addition now that I can practice from the comforts of my home. I could go on..But this place is doing all the right things so take it from me- I've tried a few other studios around the city- Practice Indie Studio is a magical, hidden gem that you want to find yourself at - literally & figuratively.
Michael Flint: Rocks
Parisa Mansoori: Practice Indie is the best yoga experience in Indianapolis. Full of friends, community, yogis, and inclusion. Shannon and her glitter gang have created a gorgeous space full of love an commitment to improving the community. No matter your practice level, there is a place for you. They offer so many classes to suit your needs, and their motto "you do you" yoga, allows for everyone to feel comfortable in class. There are many teachers and many styles, so you can find your fit. I love the heated classes and the energy of all of the teachers. Would recommend to everyone looking for a place to practice!!
Isabella S: I love practicing yoga here! Everybody is so nice, and from the first moment I stepped inside I felt welcomed. There are many different classes suited for everybody, and the schedule is very convenient. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.¡Me encanta practicar yoga acá!
Miranda Dafoe: Practice Indie is more than a place to practice yoga, it’s a community of people who want you to be your best self. Since joining, I’ve grown so much deeper in my yoga practice and mental clarity. Every instructor brings incredible energy and skill to each class. The instructors make modifications for you no matter your skill level and offer adjustments with your consent to help you reach further. As a bonus, there’s always sage or incense burning which helps you zone out when the vinyasa gets a little intense so you can just focus on your breath. Also— sometimes there are fun, special treats like free tea samples or a community clean up project that help bring members closer and give you more reasons to be thankful for the community. I’ve been a member since January and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
Maggy Spolnik: I have been practicing here for about 8 months now. I feel very welcomed and this studio gives you more than just the movements. They encourage and support their students often teaching life lessons that you know, but need to be reminded of. Teachers are very skilled and this is place that welcomes all.
Aubrey Kearney: I have been practicing yoga for years off and on - have never enjoyed a studio like this. The instructors at Practice Indie can accessibly introduce you to a new pose, push the edges of a pose for you, and even help find meaning and intention in a pose that you struggle with. Everyone is so approachable and kind and welcoming - if you are looking for a "yoga home" I can't imagine a better one. Prices are very reasonable, and there are many classes to choose from that are each very unique. Come for the instruction, stay for the community 3
Emma Doud: A cute, welcoming studio with an incredible wide range of classes. Lots of class times available - I still need to check out that competitive napping!
Britni Farace: Everyone here is so sweet and kind. I love the accepting and inviting atmosphere. Foundations of Yoga is a great one on one program to help you feel out your ability level and what modifications you may want to use, and get ready to join regular classes. Love this place!!
Aron Parker: Dropped in from Florida. Great coaching and workout!
Monica Scruggs: CrossFit Naptown was very welcoming to me be a short term member while I was interning for the summer. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, the other members are welcoming, the workouts were tough but had lots of scaling options and facilities were clean. Overall a great box!
Bobby Medler: Dropped in from outta town. Good gym with friendly staff and athletes! Fun and challenging workout!
Humaid Alnuaimi: What an amazing gym!! I joined this gym for about two years, and I really love it. It has very good coaches and awesome community. My fitness improved very well for the last two years. I strongly recommend it.
Jillian Lain: Practice Indie is truly a community. I participated in their Yoga Teacher Training this year, and the teachers were welcoming, super knowledgeable, and created a great space for learning and personal growth. The training allowed me to deepen my nearly 10 year practice in a way that taught me how to implement the knowledge/experiences I already had through my own practice, and also apply to knowledge given to me in order to create a safe and educational yoga experience for students.
David Krause: Best CrossFit gym in Indy. They have classes for all levels of CrossFit and weightlifting, as well as multiple levels of yoga. Amazing coaches. The Nutrition program is also excellent.
Heather Givans: Practice Indie and Shannon Brasovan are the real deal. If you're wanting to be among practitioners who care about adding to the light of this world, you've found a friend here. Practice Indie is a beacon for yogis wanting to deepen their hearts, minds, and practice. I recommend this studio without reservation.
