Shannon Kryski: High traffic makes it difficult to shop due to tight spacing of racks. Decent selection, would be nice to see it change up a little more often, but that's clearly a corporate issue. Manager is always friendly and willing to assist as not all staff are well trained with handling issues or technical difficulties.

Sam Bailey: Best local Hot Topic store in my opinion. The staff is always very courteous and willing to help. Although prices for certain items are not as realistic as one would think, the sales most times make up for that.
Relly Wade: One woman seem rude when I told her I can’t hear her cuz we deaf and she seem talk loud and she point that thing rough like she have no patience that I can’t see the price only I see word say “hot topic” on that thing to pay on it but i was look at her confused she lazy to write it down or walk to look the price when i don’t see the price. I didn’t even said thanks or wave cuz she being rude. I don’t think I want to go back there again.
