Charles Beougher: Was told when I bought 2 NFL hats that I qualified to have signatures stitched in the hat for free. I was leaving the mall and they said I could come back. When I went back the manager said it started at 16 dollars and that he would not honor what his employee stated.
J Van: 1 employee couldn't stop looking at his phone once to even acknowledge me let alone ask if I needed help. I was only customer and bought the hat I wanted online from a competitor for less while in store

Keith F: The store is way to small, and the limited selection of different hats was not worth the trip, and has been getting more limited over time. Seemed like the sales rep there at the time had more important things to do than be concerned about me.... and I was the only customer in the place. Have always loved Lids/HatWorld, and still have the first membership card... but this location left a foul taste in my mouth and mood.

Katrina Bebee: This location was poorly staff. Only one person ringing up. It was just one guy ahead and I waited 15 minutes. To be checked out.
