Andrea Halpern Bryan: So sad… on a rare occasion to take a family member shopping for school and work clothes, we selected items to try on only to find the dressing room being closed and a barricade being placed by a managerial employee several hours before store closing. The woman claimed they had no one to work the area and resumed walking about the store. Obviously H&M wasn’t going to make any sales the remainder of the day either.

Never seen anyone who worked there besides when I went to check out. Their selection is minimal with the clothes being pretty plain for the most part the prices are good though if you like the clothing I did end up getting a pair of dress pants that was it. Will I go back probably not just not my type of clothing and it could be maybe I'm too old idk lol

I was asking what she meant by i had to look it up, she then said "whatever just pay" . Also was made to feel like it was my fault the clothes didn't ring up correctly. One lady said "well the price is wrong, we were supposed to "upcharge it with a sticker" what? Not my problem at all I wouldn't think. I want to pay the price the sticker says? Then instead of refunding the price difference. She re funded it all. Then said "well if you still want to buy it you can". Idk what even happened in this store the last few months. But as we were walking out another lady was talking about how rude this Maci lady was. Love this store dearly but... its been a mess lately with staff.

Rome Gentry: I don’t particularly care for the store, nor some of the employees at this boot barn. To begin with this definitely is not your one stop shop for everything pertaining to your western wear.And secondly, BootBarn is evidently a place called Shepler in which I ordered a belt which did not fit so I was instructed to take it back to a boot barn and intern they do a refund but then you have to wait for the money to get back on your account but if you want another belt you got a pay for it so then there’s another $65 . And thirdly they have a very limited boot selection in my opinion, and had nothing there that I cared to even wear for my style.

Kendra veganbombshell: I went shopping at DXL as a fat non-binary person. The sales rep that greeted us was super friendly and didn't even blink when we explained that I wanted try on more masculine or gender neutral clothes. I found some pieces that I had to have and some that I'll probably come back for. All in all, it was a great shopping experience!

Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact thing I was looking for. So I had to go to the Greenwood location (which is near where I live. So no big deal). And found what I was looking for.
