Ruth Keis: I've been doing laundry here for years, it's always clean, their employees are extremely nice and helpful. You can also pay on the machines with a credit card which is very convenient.

It was $91.35 for 63 lbs of clothes or three backets full. I added a photo for reference. Which i thoyght was a little pricey but considering i do not have to bring detergent, bleach or fold the clothes was perfect for someone who is lazy like myself lol. Great servicem i even used the chat. They responded very quick and answered to the best of their ability. I will come back.

Southern Boy: If there were 10 stars I'd do it. Betsy is the nicest most helpful person at a business I've experienced in the last 5 yrs. Wow. The place is also spotless and machines in perfect order. I'll be back.

The woman helping me suggested size of machines based on what I had as well as talking me through how to use the cards to pay. It was fairly busy, but still plenty of room for folding, etc. Being at the corner of 96th and Allisonville, it's a fairly busy intersection, but a light nearby makes it easy to get in and out.
Jacob Pyle: This laundromat is definitely worth the 15 minute drive from Noblesville. Friendly people that work here! They even have drop off service for anybody who prefers to drop their laundry off!

These folks at Royal are always punctual which is nice because I can go before work.The prices end up being the same as most other places and it’s very clean, I’ve never had trouble finding an available machine. The payment cards are very convenient, I like that I don’t need to carry quarters.The staff is very kind and helpful and they have an awesome pick up/drop off service.

Ketchup “SK” 1983: Clean. If you're white, they'll greet you. I'm asian female that went there 3 times to wash my bed sheets, mattress pads, and comforter. I went there past Wednesday. A brunette female was sitting down listening to music, no greeting, just gave me a nasty stare. 20minutes to wash all that in one huge washer. 10minutes past and the guy I guess the owner shows up with bags of clothes. Loads it near the washer I'm using. The female works there was just making things up to cover her laziness. Greets everyone in the store but me. I just want to wash my stuff, not to get rude ignorant vibes from strangers

Not sure how often the washing machines get cleaned but I feel like it needs to be done more often. The dryers....🤦🏾♂️ the dryers are good when they work.. 0.25 gets you 7 minutes. But majority of them are out of order. Hopefully they'll get fixed soon with school coming to a close for the summer

Christine Edwards: While the machines are new this is the only good thing about this laundromat. They don't have AC and nearly never trun on the fans. Heatstroke waiting to happen. I have spent thousands of dollars over the past 7 years in this laundromat . The new owners are not good to their customers I'm really wanted enough change so that I could finish washing my laundry. $1.75. The female owner gave me a very serious problem about obtaining this amount of money. I do not like being hassled. I don't know any customers it would. Because customer service. Even though most of the washers are new many of the dryers are still not new. So you must be careful in some of the older machines otherwise your clothes can be ruined and it would be your fault it will not accommodate you. I strongly suggest that you find someplace else to go to do your laundry. I have five other laundromats that I will be able to choose from just fine I don't need this one.

Samantha Stillings: I used to use this laundry mat when I was in my 20s and lived on capital place it was great did my laundry and would play the quarter machine they no longer have that I am now in my 30s and have once again moved back to the Southside I am not a fan of this laundry mat its like 2.50 to wash and Like 50 cents to dry I no longer care for this laundry mat it seems to gone down alot since I was younger the benefit is that I can walk to the gas station and get a soda

I love the fact that the attendant that is at the front desk she stayed busy cleaning, and making sure the place stayed clean the whole time we was there.I have been a housekeeper for at the University of Notre Dame for 18 years, being here today washing clothes it made me feel like I had to stop the lady that was working and let her know how much I appreciated how much she kept the building clean.Please forgive for not asking her name ma’am please forgive me.My son even told me mom you got that look in your eye. Justin M: I used to come here as a child (30 years ago) with my mom and haven’t been back since. Stopped in to do a couple of loads that won’t fit in my washer at home and this place hasn’t changed a bit. And I think that’s why it’s one, if not only, still affordable laundromats in Indy. They still have the smaller $2 washers which I appreciate and the prices on their larger washers are priced fairly. The place is dated but it is clean and enables the owner to keep the prices low. The owner was very helpful in finding my way around. Will certainly be a returning customer.

Kyla buckley: Matt as racist as a single mother I have to do laundry I don’t want him that I’m new to an area and just found a laundromat I went into exchange coins and then move my car the guy who was in there assumed I wasn’t going to do laundry and assumed I was going to take the coin and just leave the truth is I was just moving my car . As I was moving my car he yelled to me do not come back in so I was unable to wash my laundry and then began to try to take plate and pitchers of my plate this is the most racist establishment in Indianapolis Indiana do not go here.
clean music group: I am an individual who ,like most these days is going through a hard time. I live in my car but being clean is very important to me. I gathered all my silver change that I could and headed up to clean my cloths. The employee made me feel very small that I needed to cash my coins in for quarters ,and infront of others. Heartbreaking.

La La Johnson: Quick and painless I think it needs a few touch up and new equipment but everything that's there works just fine washer are now 6.25 for large 2.00 for small .25 for 8 minutes for dryers
Kelly McDonough: Wonderful laundry center , quiet , love the retro vibe inside . Been coming here for years only when my dryer or washer out. Sometimes come here to do blankets quickly, only few minutes from my home . Great place!
