He then proceeded to contact the local BestDrive office. Upon arriving to the office, the store manager and other employees who helped were absolutely amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently to help find us tires and keep us on our schedule. Everything ran so smoothly and effortless we can’t imagine these guys don’t work on passenger vehicles. Jimmy Brown: Been sitting in Lebanon Indiana since a little after 2 yesterday with a steer tire blow out. I have call several other places and nobody was doing road call service. Thos morning I call several times again and still nothing and sone wasn't even open. So I call Bestdrive to see if they would cone out and change my tire and wheel. They told me it would be two hrs but it was a little over a hr they came out. They had me ready in about or maybe 30 minutes he was done and it was a awesome price for the job. Dena Thompson: Kind staff, but they didn't appear to manage their time well. Called ahead to drop my car at 4:45 on a Wednesday, they said they might be able to get it done before they closed at 6. When I arrived, they said they wouldn't get to it until tomorrow morning--no problem. I left my flat tire with them and took my car home. They said they'd assess the tire first thing Wednesday morning, call if there were any surprises, and scheduled for me to come back at 1pm the next day to put the replaced/new tire back on the car. I arrived at 1pm and they told me it should take about 30 minutes. I did not hear from them beforehand, and they didn't seem to have looked at my tire at all. I sat in the waiting room for about 40 minutes before they explained that I'd need a new tire and that they would go ahead and put the new tire on my car.All in all I waited almost 90 minutes in the shop for them to assess and replace my tire. I'm not sure why I left anything with them if they didn't manage their time to get to it before I arrived and I still had to wait in person for 90 minutes for the work to be done.

Since they weren't open I checked the pressure and found a screw in one tire.Monday morning if went to Goodyear. I couldn't leave it so he set a late afternoon apt to plug the tire. They checked and aired all the others before I left.When I came back for the appointment. They plugged that tire, checked for other leaks and checked all the other tires. All others were fine. NO CHARGE. What?! Customer appreciation he said. Well yay! Definitely staying my go to service place. They also have bottled water for customers. Nice touch.THANK YOU GOODYEAR TEAM!

Andrew Hoyle: I've been going to Best One here for probably 4 years with multiple cars and different issues, and I have never dealt with a better mechanic shop. The manager Ron is extremely insightful and the rest of the staff is very helpful. They are honest, transparent, and don't cut corners to make sure you get quality parts in your car. I've had some electric or acute issues they couldn't fix, but they have always had a recommendation for a specialist who could. Solid prices and timely service. I know from experience how stressful finding a reliable, honest car mechanic is, and I would recommend these guys for any issues you are having.

Bob Wallace: April 2023. Had our RV airbags replaced that the Freightliner dealer didn't want to mess with (?). The tech I spoke with told me they are starting to do more RV work (Yay). Quite happy again with the work and the crew there. As an added bonus, they give vets a discount!June 2018 We had a flat on our Class A during Memorial Day weekend while camping at the 500. Was referred to Best One. Brad (commercial side) was very helpful; even mentioning we consider joining FMCA to receive discount on the tires we needed. Their service tech, Brian, came out, changed the tire manually (!) and was professional. My only complaint, and it is extremely minor, was a mixup on how to pay for the tires. Just FYI going forward, one needs to register a credit card with Michelin. All in all will use them going forward.

Stressed me out, found another store on way back to California in St Louis and the said tires were several ounces off! Perfect now ! I won’t ever buy tires at this company again ! Just horrible tire balancing, second time this month on brand new sets of tires ?? Apparently they are not trained in this important issue? Randall Schuyler: They don't lie to you ! Walmart does !! Walmart tried to tell me I needed to buy 4 new tires. My tires were 7/32 out of 12/32. Lots of tread left ! I needed one because of a blow out. So I bought a pair 2. The tires were regular $255 a piece. They were Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain plus. 12/32 tread depth when new. I showed the salesman the Walmart app where the tires were $201 each. Discount gladly matched the price and took a extra $7.00 off each tire. All I need for a deposit was $25.00 which I put down. I bought the last set of tires at Walmart because they are open 7 days a week and there so many locations. But with Walmart BS and decepting sales tactics I came to Discount Tire because they have the best overall prices and good sales reputation. Yes, Discount Tire is closed on Sunday, But Sunday is the Lord's day. Not as many locations as Walmart, But the continue to expand their number of locations to do their business. I'm am now and will be a Discount Tire customer for life !! No more Walmart Tire Games and their BS !!!!!!

Keith Karnafel (TheOnlyCure): A few years back my truck had a flat. Took it there to repair after about an hour wait (it was busy) had it fixed they said rust had built up on the rim causing it to tire to lose air. They had ground it off and tire was fine. Was getting ready to pay and they told me no charge and just to keep them in mind next time I needed tires. And so the other day I did with my GF vehicle. One tire had been losing air. Turned out rim was cracked and needed new. Showed me tires still had a little life to them that they could just replace rim and use old tire or get new but one tire would have different rim. Given the past curtasy they gave me I went ahead and got new tires and rims. They showed me different price levels and didn't steer me to buy most expensive. My GF Mustang now feels like a totally different car driving. Much improved. Although there were two cars ahead of me vehicle was finished in less than hour .

Chestena Roberts: I'm not sure whether or not is because I wasn't a paying customer, I only stopped because my tire pressure light came on and I needed air. But I just had the most rude customer experience of my life. I did not know which bay to pull up to just to get air and I pulled up to the wrong one. One of the technicians came out gave me a weird look I kindlysaid hello and said I just need air and he said you have to pull to the first one so I did. Another young man came out and put his hands on his hips and stared at me, he filled my tires with air and once he finished with the last tire I went to say thank you and he walked off with his back to me without a word and went back in the garage. I will not be back even if I do need service
L Norris: My experience was horrible. Came in for a flat tire and left with both my front tires having the wrong lug nuts on them and of course I the customer was blamed for the error. Even though I could have gotten killed after leaving this establishment with tires not securely on my car and about to fly off! FYI my car never made a sound or rocking motion prior to this shops visit. It literally was just gifted to me by my grandparents who takes great care of their cars. The manager lacked responsibility, accountability and professionalism. Never again!

Car was with them for 1 WEEK, then they called me & said there is no issues with tires!I drove home & I sprayed water around tire-valve and found bubbles, & took the car back to them, where they changed one tire valve for $80! Fine, but when they returned the car, at the GoodYear parking lot, I realized that the radio volume was on maximum on an Spanish channel (why do you change my radio channel & settings?) Ok not a biggie, & also the little device that records car parameters was on the floor mat (perhaps they forgot to put it back) which is Ok, but I also saw a NEW ERROR MESSAGE on my dashboard says “Auto Lamp Function Inoperative”. I walked back to the shop and told them about the error message issue. She (by the way she is a nice person) told me: we don’t know what is the reason for this error! The error remained for several days & I took the car to a mechanic shop, & they said the error means the front SAM electric module damaged!It seems like that the unprofessional mechanic (or his assistance) messed things up, & the manager perhaps even didn't know about it, & they are not fair either to tell the truth about what possibly happened during repair!

Adelino Esquivel: This location is always taking care of paul's customers with care and precision. And I came here looking for assistance for my Jeep. On what type of tires may be needed if I had alternate tires that I Was needing ordered how long? It. Would take to get them in for tire rotations? How? Long that would take ended up making an appointment and coming in to see the associates here even with an appointment. They were swamped and it still took about an hour or 2 To get in and out.But that's not necessarily a bad thing all of their days were full and they didn't have a full staff on hand so that just shows that people are. Returning for future business because of their positive business practices and habits they have established with their clients including myself.Because of the great consistency and friendliness of the staff and knowledge that they share when asking questions they don't make you seem like an. Inconvenience? Or incompetent for not knowing? Something in the automotive world. That has something to do with tires as if we all studied for that they're very accommodating.I would most definitely recommend this location for any of your tire tire rotation needs and things that they do for your vehicles very impressed with their way they handle. Themselves they have now handled A total of three vehicles for my household and I have not had one issue with either of them.
Tim Rednour: I went to Discount Tire on US 31 around Stop 12 and I had 4- Tires Balanced and are Worse then before plus the Didn’t put my Center cap back on correctly and it Scratched the Hell out of my Rim. Not Happy!! I wish I could post pictures of it. I will be back tomorrow to see what they say about this. I will update after 4/16/23

Secret Stevens: Today, I actually had to use the warranty I purchased 2 years ago with a set of tires on 2 blowouts. Well, I'm happy to report that they honored the warranty with no argument at all. I drive a GT2 Stinger, so they really had to go the extra mile to find tires to fit my car, especially since the ones they put on 2 years ago are discontinued. I went ahead and bought the other 2 since they were able to get a full set. There was a slight hiccup with the installation, but not too many people are familiar with the Stinger setup, so it's just something that has to be learned through experience. I personally communicated with Clark and Bruce. Both are very professional and nice. I do want to mention, though, that when they lifted the car up to fix the hiccup, Bruce was pretty good with trying to make it a teaching moment for the guy actually doing the labor. I watched the body language through the window, and I'm glad he chose to make a positive lesson out of it. At the end of the day, I drove off. That's the best case scenario, and there's nothing more to ask for. Thanks for taking care of my car.

ScreamNShout Thompson: I cannot give these guys enough praise. After a spat with the tire company where I purchased my tires, these guys went above and beyond in an emergency situation. When I left the house on a -10° day, my vehicle said my tire pressure was very low. While getting gas I used my pressure gauge to establish which tires needed air. After removing the pressure gauge air was streaming out of the tire from ice build up around the stem. I had 25 PSI then but by the time I got to Discount Tire, it was at 15 PSI. Thank you for being open on the most miserable day of the year this far. And thank you for ensuring our safety on the road.

I was visiting from out of town and a tire went bad and needed to be changed immediately. Called a dozen or so places, nobody had it. Paul let me know that there was a tire available and if we come in he'll let us know if 1 needed to be changed or all 4. We get there, and he had such a sweet demeanor. He let us know that our car manufacturer has indicated only 1 tire should be changed (didn't try to get money from us by saying all 4). Then it turned out that they didn't have our tire, but he directed us to another shop aka their competition down the street and didn't try to push us in to waiting until Monday to get the tire serviced through them. He still gave us an estimate with a discount just in case we did need to wait until Monday. Such a kind and honest person. I will tell anyone I know in Indianapolis to go there.
