James Blahnik: Great customer service in valet by Jeb!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Harold Pollard: I've been here to Homewood suites a few times, they've always treated us very well the rooms are clean the staff is fantastic and their breakfast is to die for.Rooms: It's like a two-bedroom apartment, you have one bedroom with two beds a living room and a kitchenette. Beds are fluffy, really had a great time.Nearby activities: downtown Indianapolis, everything was real close and had a great timeFood & drinks: Different breakfast every day for our stay, the biscuits and gravy are awesome and it was a super clean facility.
Fatih ALTUNBAS: Rooms: TozluNearby activities: Gece kulüpleri varSafety: IyiWalkability: Konum iyi
Hope Hernandez: The hotel is just ok.We called down for extra blankets and we were told “they weren’t ready.”I’m not sure how they don’t have extra blankets ready…And it was for my daughter who is here for her Riley Hospital visit.I’m not sure we would recommend or come back.
Kenn “FitzFlaad” Stewart: Great location and nice clean rooms. Love the decor. Across the street from city center mall and Helium comedy club.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Nichole Wiesehan-Monnier: Great area close to everything! Hotel and staff exceeded expectations! Will definitely be back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jeremy Keirsey: This place has the highest and most wonderful cathedral ceiling you can imagine (1st floor) and a modern classical decor that is very inviting. Also, this is in walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. I'll be returning to this wonderful hotel!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jeff Moore: Initially when you wake into your room all looks well but not so fast! The faucet in the bathroom is so loose I thought it was going to come out of the sink. The walls and baseboards had many areas of concern with stains and damage I started cleaning some of the areas myself! When I came back from my event the digital door key would not work I tried a regular key it would not work had to march down to the front desk. Keys took about 6 attempts even after that. If I could attach pictures I would. Best part is location.
David Cremeans II: I always have a great stay here. I choose this location anytime I stay in downtown Indy. Great valet team!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Stephanie Davis: It was so clean and nice. I really enjoyed the room and how close it was to everything.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Uncle Burt: Enjoyed the stay. Great location with many dining and entertainment options. The only downside is that they don't wash the breakfast dishes and throw plates, bowls and utensils away. I'd expect that from a less expensive hotel. In fact the Homewood Suites on the canal is definitely more environmentally friendly as they wash and reuse dishes. Something to consider if the earth matters to you.
David Powe: Great room, breakfast n staff
Andrew Rives: Rooms: NiceNearby activities: Was conveniently located to everywhere I needed to be.Walkability: Perfect location.
Gerardo Santiago: Super location, great people, respectful, friendly and service. Super room, clean and organized. Great breakfast options and selections

Rob Love: Great place to stay while downtown, easy access to the convention center, lots of restaurant options close by, the rooms are huge, high ceilings, kitchenettes, very handy
Maureen Thompson: Staying here was a wonderful experience. It was clean, hot breakfast, spacious room and the service was excellent! We will gladly stay again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Sue Thomas: Very comfortable guest roomsRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Daniel Starr: The hotel itself was quite alright it accommodated all needs and had a great pool and hot tub as well. However, I had over Four Hundred dollars worth of clothing stolen three days before i had to checkout. And they were of no help even though they vehemently agreed that a man had stolen other peoples clothing as well they simply implied there was nothing they could do. Not to mention the area it was in was absolutely saturated with drunks and junkies. you could not go outside at night for a smoke without being bothered by them.
Linda Bertke: Safety: Rooms are spacious, the kitchen even has a dishwasher. Beds are comfortable. The last time we were there the breakfast was good. This time they had a few families there because of tournaments and it was too crowded to even try to have breakfast. We’ll definitely go back. It’s a great 1/2 way to meet our kidsRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Kid-friendly, High-tech …More
Joel N: Overall a great experience there. Clean hotel, breakfast was good, staff was friendly, self check in and door lock from the phone worked great. Would stay at again. Only thing I would change is some of the other guests, but can’t do that.

Shakyra Danquah: I was waiting for my sister to come and she was running 3 hours late. Jessica who works at the front desk allowed my kids and I to wait in the lobby, provided a charger and even shared some pizza with us, after all of her kindness, i was tired of waiting and was about to leave and my youngest started crying, so she allowed us to go in the pool ahead of the party because we had spent so much time waiting, even though we didn't stay over she represented the business and i would book with the hotel any time.
Whoodo Hall: Gooood eveningA few nights I have been a patron at homewood suites nw Indpls, In. I have been refused accommodations for inquiring about chain of command regarding my experience here.I requested my receipts and saw where I had been double charged. On wednesday I was asked to reserve a Saturday room at 195 dollars bout a 50 to 70 dollars difference . I was later informed by a sales rep that I would have my current rate after she looked into the computer that day.The morning of Sunday I brought these matters to the front desk rep Christiana . I first asked if studios were available she replied” no”. I specified a clean room , her reply was “ I’ll take a loook and see” nastily. Upon her search she found rooms and went on to reply “ you can’t check on till 3” nastily and by this time the housekeepers were in her presence. I go on to say I checked in at different times as rooms were available. So the refund I had to wait for a manager. The manager and I were okay at first despite what she’d said about me to him. Upon inquiring about the chain of command things escalated . He also asked me how’s I know there were rooms available? She Christiana got beside her self snatching at the computer and yelling. End result Matthew would no longer accommodate my stay. What an inconvenience . Matthew says “get off his property” there’s other hotels in the area”! In the presence of other patrons and that his decisions were because of my actions. You would have thought I’d done something wrong. What managerial skills can’t hold his employee responsible for their actions? I don’t have to say much. Please see belowNote to the owners : the cameras will show you the character and professionalism of your employee(s)
Kim Day: This post is in regards to the experience my sister had here. She’s pregnant, has 2 younger children and was harassed by one of the employees here over a payment issue. Instead of helping the situation, the attendant escalated the situation saying things like “you don’t look like you’re packing” and rushing her to get out. No sympathy or professionalism was found in his behavior nor the “manager” Kyle’s behavior. The police were also called because my black pregnant sister “wasn’t packing fast enough” in this day and age you’ve got to be kidding me? As I said everything was escalated due to poor management on this hotel team. No leadership was to be found. My sister could barely put a diaper on her son without being harassed by the hotel clerk and manager. I myself am a rewards member and fortunately live elsewhere but if I were to visit home or knew someone who was I absolutely would never recommend staying here. Have some courtesy and dignity. Do not treat humans like that. Get better leadership. Would not recommend and will be sharing this review/story with anyone willing to listen. This cannot be swept under the rug. I hope this feedback is valued.
Cici Anthony: The supervisor Matt James was extremely awkward at checking in. I was attempting to check in with my spouse when he came from the back office. I would have not stayed if I known he was the manager at this location. My card had already been charged so I decided to stay. If I had known this was the location Matt James worked I would have never booked a room. Via social media he has many times tried to contact me and offer me “rooms for the low” on Facebook but I have ignored him every time. After checking out I noticed my card that was on file was charged another $150 for a “smoking fee” which is not true. I believe I was targeted out of jealousy . Hilton needs to hire more professional employees

Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Canal IUPUI: what do users think?
Alyssa Elrick: This is a fantastic hotel to stay at! Not only is the location great for getting anywhere downtown quickly but it is new and always so clean and the staff is INCREDIBLE!! They are very pet friendly. I am a travel nurse and stayed here for several months with my dog. Every single member of the staff from the valets to housekeeping to front desk to maintenance team was so kind and welcoming and helped with anything we needed. They really go above and beyond for their guests. They add extra special touches to make it feel like home while you stay :)Walkability: Very close to convention center, Lucas Oil Stadium, Circle Center, downtown restaurants.
Kasha Jones: If you have a problem… don’t count on staff to get the problem solved. First night here our neighbors were having a birthday party. Ended up calling for noise complaint with seemingly no change of behavior. Called again… still loud and crazy. 3:03 am neighbor still making cocktails and playing music. Hotel response: they did send up security due to noise complaints (obviously that didn’t work)… music and noise continued. In the morning we asked to change rooms as our neighbors were booked for another night. The only room they “could” give us to was a smaller room that didn’t have enough beds for our family. Tell me how that benefits us. Why is this hotel ok to let the people causing the problem be unaffected by their behavior?? The manager’s response: I can give you extra points on your Hilton account— I don’t care about that! I want to be able to sleep in my hotel room and not be kept up all night. Is that too much to ask from a hotel??? Oh yeah… smaller room and no refund from having to swap rooms.
P Rose: Rooms: The rooms were absolutely awesome We were in the studio over looking the canal it was quiet since it was a studio the rooms were large and spacious would definitely stay here again. The staff was wonderful Jared was one of the staff that we interacted with most but everyone that we spoke with from the valet to all at the front desk to housekeeping were kind polite and made the stay so welcoming.Walkability: This is very close walking distance to downtown to restaurants and the convention center.
Marc Davidson: I booked this room well in advance for a work trip. I was notified less than a week before my trip that I was moved to another hotel 25 miles away outside of Indianapolis. The area is now fully booked making it impossible to find a new room close to where I need to by as staying 25 miles away is unacceptable and I will now have to pay for transportation cost being so far away.
John Shelton: Great staff, very clean, great amenities and a very great location for various activities 👌🏽Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Great value …More
Melissa Hughes: Wasn’t worth the price of the stay. First, I called earlier in the week and asked if we could do an early checkin. They said shouldn’t be a problem, but that they couldn’t guarantee it, and that I should call back the day off. (We had a three hour drive, and we like to plan ahead.) I called the morning off, and they said they still couldn’t guarantee it, but they would try. When we got to the hotel they made it seem like they had no idea there was an early checkin request on the room. Just got the vibe that there’s little to no communication/organization at this hotel. We finally got our room, and the AC was broken. Four girls and we were all sweating while getting ready. The maintenance guy eventually made it up, however wasn’t able to fix the issue because it was still warm when we got back from our concert. Wouldn’t stay again. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend.
John dekievit: Stayed here for 4 nights to attend a swim meet. Room was huge, clean and very nice. Location to the iupui was .7 miles away and an easy walk. The staff was on top of everything and nice to us as well. The canal is a nice walk also. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and could say it’s one of the better places I’ve stayed.Thank youWalkability: Plenty of things within walking distance.
Mourad Belkas: Welcoming and kind staff, complementary breakfast, swimming pool, gym.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Casey minard: Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! My son had a doctors appointment so we stayed in the city to make it the next morning. We were instantly greeted by a staff to direct us were to park and then checked in by Jared, at the front desk! He was so helpful in every way. The room was beautiful, huge and CLEAN! I felt so comfortable here. I will be booking with them again for future staysRooms: The rooms are super nice ! They are clean and smell fresh
Derek Deschaine: Gave me a room that was already occupied. Had to go to the front desk to correct the issue. After I was settled in I attempted to use the wifi with my login only to be denied access. At least the room was comfy besides the dirty towels left on the ground.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Uncle Burt: Digging me some Homewood Suites! This one is great. Modern layout, great gym and pool. But the thing I like best is that they use real dishes for breakfast. Big plus for me as it helps our environment.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Burton Joyner: Loved this Homewood Suites! Great breakfast, gym and pool! Location is great too!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jenika Turnquist: This hotel is perfect for anyone! It fit our family great and the location was ideal! You could walk to most restaurants and the canal was such a nice and clean walk! Great service, location, great space! I would stay again!Rooms: Spacious, cleanNearby activities: Food, canal, Star BucksWalkability: Withing 10-15 walk to lots of foodFood & drinks: Lots of choices near by
J L: Location and rooms were nice but hotel service was pitiful and unnerving. I had a couple items stolen from my room that I had assumed I misplaced and when it was brought attention to the desk they lack-lusterdly said they'll let the manager know. Not once did a manager contact me on this or on another privacy issue. (Came back to my room to find jelly spread all over the counter when I had none. They didn't even offer to move my room. They never checked my ID past check-in after I asked for them specifically to. Housekeeping only came a few times during my stay which resulted in an uncomfortable room. (Once in a week and half period)The cherry on top was getting charged a smoking fee after the room smoke alarm went off brieflyonce from me using an e-cig. They were very rude to me when I mentioned it and refused to remove the charge. Overall, they sucked...BTW if you wanna drink They do not monitor nor will stop you from buying all the alcohol of your hearts content at the shop, even if you have obviously over drank. LOL definitely legal
Thomas “Ben” Cockrum: Was there to visit family. Across the street from IUPUI and it has a Starbucks!Rooms: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Amare Fruits: The room was 5star! Enjoyed every bit of my stay
Diana Plating: Well I checked in about 1 hr ago. I have contacted Homewwod suites several times in the last few weeks, to emphasize that I needed connecting rooms. I understand that they couldn’t guarantee it but they told me each time, I had connecting rooms. I even called and spoke to the front desk before I did my digital check in. When I arrived, not only were the rooms not connecting, they weren’t even next to each other. I also called twice about invalid credit card. I was told that it was fine and they took a new card. I still received a text saying otherwise, the day before arriving. I asked to be transferred to the hotel. The hotel told me they don’t ever show a new card being entered. They entered the card again. That being said, the rooms are very nice.
Shawn Fox: This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. This trip we stayed 4 nights. Upon check-in, Jared was extremely welcoming, professional, informative, and thorough when checking us in. I appreciated his attentiveness, as I was traveling with my teenage daughter to attend Jamfest. The room was very comfortable and clean. Even though we were located near the elevator, there was not much traffic noise. In fact, the only noise I ever heard was a door closing from across the hall.Breakfast was as expected. Typical free breakfast with some hot items, breads, juice, fruit, etc. You can eat in the lobby breakfast area or on the 2nd floor. Both were good and had about the same options.Where this trip fell short and the reason for my 4 stars was because of the front desk staff member, Melissa. We were scheduled to check out on Monday after the cheer competition. When we went to the lobby for breakfast, I asked for a late check out as our flight wasn’t scheduled to depart until 5:45. She explained she could only do 12 as they were at capacity. First of all, this was not the case as many departed the night before as the comp ended on Sunday. When I questioned this she started talking down to me. In addition, I explained that people I traveled with were granted a 1:00 check out the day before. Her response was some people bend the rules so she couldn’t help that! I explained as a HH member, I usually received 1:00 at the least. She went on to say she was sorry but that 12:00 was all she could do. She told us we could “hang out” in the lobby (let’s not mention how cold it was due to the constant opening and closing of the lobby doors and it was 29°).After walking away, I inquired from another employee what the front desk person’s name was and if there was a manager on duty.As my daughter and I were walking from the lobby, Melissa proceeded to talk to all of her coworkers about what had happened. We returned to our room where we hurried to pack up as I had to join 2 conference calls and finish getting ready to meet the 12 checkout. After we returned to the lobby, promptly at 12:00, we looked for a place to unload all of our bags and sit comfortably for a few hours. As we were sitting there, my daughter tried to connect to the WI-FI but since we were officially out if the room, access was denied. I went back to the desk and mentioned this to Melissa, explaining since she had us get out of the room, there was no longer access. She had an attitude the entire time. There was a young man in a suit that walked by where I was sitting in the lobby and I asked if he was a manager. He told me yes but proceeded to tell me he was the parking manager. He assured me he would let the front desk manager know I would like to speak with them. They never came out to speak with me.Finally, as soon as our UBER arrived, he told me they were on their way out. I explained we no longer had time to wait and we were leaving. He took down my name and number and said someone would call me ASAP…and of course, that NEVER happened. It is now a day later and I still have not received a call.If we return to this competition next year, I doubt we will stay at this hotel again. It’s such a shame as it is in a good location and overall it’s a nice hotel. I certainly do not feel like a valued customer and certainly not a Hilton Honors customer at that.
Sonya Grimes: I had a wonderful Christmas here and the staff was very nice.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis-Keystone Crossing: what do users think?
Chris Kellett: I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and spacious and breakfast was excellent. Scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, make your own waffles, oatmeal, etc. The showers were great and the pillows soft and comfy.
nipsey nunnzio: If you're ever thinking of staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis at Keystone Crossing, don't. Read this experience I just had...The first set of keycards I was given during check-in were not programmed and didn't get me into my room. Back to the lobby I went. The next set of keycards I was given worked, but it was to an already occupied room. Thank goodness the person was not aware of me opening their door. I immediately left the room. Back to the lobby I went again. Did I mention that returning to the lobby meant getting back in my car each time, with all my bags, to drive to the main building? Third set of keycards I was given worked for a different room that was ALSO OCCUPIED! Yep, you're reading that correctly. It happened twice. This time I walked in on a woman laying under a blanket on her couch. You can imagine the horror for her and for me. I apologized and left. Back to the lobby I go again. This time I was visibly upset and confronted the manager. He apologized many times. I insisted he personally check the next room to make sure it was unoccupied. He did. It was unoccupied. The room was old, dirty, damaged in places (see photos that show security latch missing screws, mold inside picture frame, water leaking from refrigerator, decay in and around front door), and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Ok fine, I'll deal with that I guess. However, the room had a broken security latch on the door. At this point I just dealt with it and pushed the couch against the door each night. You can imagine I already felt unsafe in this hotel given the two occupied rooms I was given access to. Who's to say they aren't going to accidentally give someone access to my room?Needless to say this is the most unsafe I've felt at any hotel ever. And I once woke up in a hotel in Atlanta with a cockroach on my chest LOL People are shot for less these days. It's not an exaggeration to say I could have been shot and killed for entering two occupied rooms. Heck, in the news today I see some cheerleaders were shot for getting into the wrong car. Anyways, I also feel really bad and embarrassed for that woman I walked in on. This is not a situation I ever want to be put into again.Sadly this level of incompetence is becoming all too normal no matter where I go and what I do. UGHRooms: Dirty, old, smelly, damaged.Safety: Very unsafe.
John M. Griffiths III: Good experience that only lacked adequate coordination during check-in and room service requests. The staff was cordial, however, it took multiple attempts to relay requests to the cleaning staff.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Shawn Ryan: The beds are old and need to be replaced, the room was dirty, and needs to be renovated. My room didn’t have a bar of soap in it, but the staff was helpful in rectifying that. I like the room size, but I would not stay here unless there is nothing else available!!Rooms: Big, old, dirty, and the beds are garbage!
Jason DiModica: Lobby and location are fine. Room smelled like Mildew, door was rusty and nasty. Faucet was held together with caulk. Do not stay here!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
wayne eck: This suite felt like a Motel not a Hilton Suites. Dark and Dingy rooms. Very Dirty, Very misleading conception of others Hiltons Suites that I have stayed in the past or what's depicted on there actual website. This was a recommendation from the Indianapolis Dinosaur Museum website on places to stay.First impressions nice off the road feel (cozy), lobby looked remodeled in the last 5-7 years. (Looked nice) but looks nothing like there website.I was asked to sign waver for no smoking and no parties, that should have been my first clue. I received the key and was direct to my location with a map.- First room smell like cigarettes not fresh, old cigarettes like it’s been smoked in for years. I had the wife come in to confirm. We are not smokers, and this was unacceptable to stay.- Drove back to the lobby. Desk clerk informed me “not everyone follows the rules”. Received the new room and key card and proceeded to the second room. Smelled like a wet dog. Something was splashed on the wall across the picture, but never cleaned up. The lamp shade was dented and stained with maybe same stuff on wall? The veneer was peeling from kitchen cabinets. The kitchenette table laminate was bubbling up off table and floor receptacle in main room had a hole the size of a quarter. ( I have a six year old) where my son could have put his finger in it. I never went any further to the unit as if was not acceptable. So headed back to the lobby.- This time Manager on shift came out to hear my complaints and proceeded to give me a third unit key. Walking up to the unit second floor unit, bird poop everywhere and it’s been there for a while. I walked into again the veneer cabinet peeling again on kitchen cabinets. The suppled dishes were wet and still in the dishwasher. The refrigerator looked like it was wiped down with a greasy rag and it was just smeared whatever it was all over it. The Couch had large black stains all over the cushions and front edge. The bathroom sink was completely cracked and spiderwebbed across. Shower was filthy with soap dish completely missing from the shower and dirt or mold growing on where it was previously. Bathtub facet was so nasty like nobody has cleaned it in months. Oh yeah, forgot to mention the dry dog food scattered on the kitchenette counter.Again rooms advertised are nothing like there website. Totally misleading.Went back up asked for the Manager again, explained the situation of the third room. I Told her we will not be staying and asked to not charge for room. She complied and understood.I was totally disappointed in my experience with Hilton and how filthy it was, as the standards of this location need to be looked into by Hilton Corporate office.PS - Credit card statement still shows a charge pending and its been 1 day since visit.
Annabell Hicks: I had a great stay! Even though they do not have a indoor pool so I did not get to go in the pool. The breakfast was great even though I accidentally threw the plate in the trash can. And they had a lot of security. I loved it I would recommend going there so would go there again too!
Mary Hardy: Mostly good experience. Reservationist was Awesome! Checking out, agent barely acknowledged us & told us to "put keys in basket & turned back around!!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Dia C.: I normally stay at Hilton brand hotels and this location was awful. It was hard to locate the rooms with the current signs they have up, the room smelled like an ashtray (nonsmoking rooms) and more cigarette smell kept coming out the bathroom vents to the point I had to put towels under the bathroom door to keep the stink in there, the bedroom door to separate the living area couldn't close for privacy and the best part was the dishwasher had roaches living in the door (didnt see that until nearly midnight).... I reported all this to the front desk and left a letter in the room to make sure they knew. Front desk apologized and was nice. I was told I'd receive a discount on the night's stay....not free but a discount, due to all the issues. But in checking my credit card I was still charged the total amount. Luckily I was only there 1 night. Just go someplace else for a comfortable stay.
Chrystel Wells: Great staff - very helpful and friendly. The Suite was clean and comfortable- a great place to relax for a weekend visit. Our bathroom needed some plumbing repairs (tub faucet dripped quite a bit) and maybe an update. Parking near the entrances to the units was at a premium, although there was ample parking in an adjacent lot. A tiny request would have been to know ahead of time that the fireplace in our suite was a WOOD BURNING fireplace, and not a gas model. We weren't really comfortable building a fire in case we set off the smoke detector. I was kind of looking forward to relaxing in front of
#TeamCooke Qbc: Love the location but the room wasn't clean thoroughly. But overall it's a good stay.Rooms: Tub wasn't cleaned and some of the towels had stains on them.
Ian Minter: If I could leave no stars that would best identify this stay, 2/28/2023. Check in wasn't terrible, however, you can tell the staff is newish and inexperienced. This comes across as more of a retirement community style hotel than a business location. Room 230 was very outdated with ripped drapes and cabinets that are withered and well past their point of replacement. This room was on the second floor; the water pressure in the bathroom sink was poor and the shower was run for 30 minutes in any position possible to try and achieve a warmth of more than 35 degrees that may have ticked for maybe 37 degrees at one point but would dive back to freezing. To get the shower to even engage out of bath tub mode I felt like I was trying to pull a tree root out of the ground it was so stiff and potentially corroded from lack of use. There are no drain covers so plan to keep your jewelry and tooth brush away from the edge of the sink. When brought to the staffs attention all that was provided was an "I'm Sorry, we hope you stay with us again in the future." This is fantastic for the next person if attention to detail isn't managed based on complaints made.My only positive experience was the bed was comfortable and the quality restaurants were close enough nearby you could walk to them and even in the pouring rain you didn't get too wet.You couldn't pay me to stay here again and this visit further identifies why I am a loyal Marriot customer with this exception to follow my co-worker on where he typically stays so we could conduct business.
Sarah Crocker: This hotel should be ashamed to call themselves a Hilton. It is evident that deep cleaning and preventative maintenance is never done at this hotel. The gentleman that checked us in sent us to the wrong room. Had to go back and wait in line. The TV in the main suit area did not work. There were many stains and smudges on the walls and furniture. There’s little to no soundproofing and the walls are very thin. We could hear the people above us until about 3 o’clock in the morning. The only Redeeming factor is the location. There are quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was fairly decent as well. Overall though this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life.
Dianna Pittman: Great place if you need a suite outside of downtownRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Desiree Dunomes: Rooms: I couldn't get hot water in my tub. Ironically, there was hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. When I complained about it to the older woman on Thursday morning, she was snappy and rude. She gave the reason that it cold as to why the water was cold. I called later that night and the desk worker told me the system worked fine. He didn't know what to say. I talked to others at my training who told me it was a huge drag on the hot water from so many people being there. I was told the best way to get a hot shower was to take one between 5 and 7pm or between 3 and 5am. Why should I have learned this from others and not staff? Why should I have to learn this at all? I was grateful for the cooktop and the two pots they provided. I used them to heat my bath water two nights in a row. It took heating the pots three times to get enough hot water to have a hot bath. Just be ready to make due if you miss the time to have a hot shower.

Jarp Jarp: I’m a Diamond member ,I’ve stay at many Hilton hotels,This Homewood Suites in Plainfield, Indiana, is one of the worst, checked into my room, walked into my room, no toilet in the room. Can in town for a funeral, had to wait until after the funeral to check in. Try to get in contact with the manager she’s never available . The 2nd room very outdated in smell. It’s been over three weeks and the manager have yet refunded me my points excuses excuses is constantly being given. The manager even promise more xtra points have yet to see those as well. This is not something that I would have expected from a Hilton hotel..
Paul Opuda: I belong to Hilton Honors and this was one of many Homewood suites I have stayed in all across the country. The room was spotless and the parking was plentiful!
jim mcdonald: Hotel is under remodeling, its dirty and noisy. Plastic sheet was hung by my door to keep dust out. Maid cleaned my room without request and through all my business receipts away I had laid on the kitchen table. No receipts means no thing to turn in for my per diem. I appreciate the vacuuming but if it's not in the trash they shouldn't be touching it. This mess up cost me 3 days of per diem (- roughly $200).... they didn't offer anything in exchange, not even reward points or a free night in the future. Just an apology. Breakfast was available but it was like eating in a closet and with just 6 people we were elbow to elbow.Never again

Kenny Delanois: I have found that the Hilton brand always tries to excel in guest expectations- but it starts with the first point of contact- we were fortunate to have Madeline at the front desk. Her bubbly personality is contagious and she puts the guests first. Kudos to you Madeleine!!
Gerardo T: Let me start by saying that I'm a Hilton Honors Diamond member. After COVID-19 travel restrictions were lifted, I have been traveling regularly because of work. I've stayed at many Hilton properties throughout my life and for most of those occasions, my stays have been very positive and the staff and facilities have been excellent. That changed after I stayed stay at the Homewood Suites Indianapolis-Airport/Plainfield. My stay at this property was not good, not good at all. This hotel is the most mismanaged hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The facility is run down and there are signs everywhere showing that things are falling apart. There's an east exit door with a sign that says: "This Door is not currently functional". The door is a very convenient shortcut to the parking and from the looks of the sign, it seems that the door has been broken for a long time. The bushes and trees were overgrown and looked like nobody had trimmed them in a long time. The hot tub…broken. The gym is the smallest one of any hotels I’ve stayed at and the water fountain was out of cups. You know…small details. My room didn’t fare any better. One of the air conditioners was not properly attached to the wall. There was a big gap where animals could have crawled into the room. The cover of the latch of my bathroom door…broken. The TV in my bedroom…no signal. And to top it all off, I had multiple mishaps with hotel management throughout my stay and with my final bill. I had to call back, at least 4 times after my stay had ended, to get my final bill corrected. It was a very unpleasant, frustrating, and unwelcoming experience. It was the opposite of what a hotel stay should be. Like I said before, I’m a “Hilton Guy” and I still prefer their properties, but I recommend not staying at this particular property. Spend the extra money and stay at the Embassy Suites across the street instead.
R Thomas: Think this hotel is having trouble with having staff as a lot of businesses these days unfortunately. I hate to have seen one employee doing two people jobs. The front desk girl cleaning the rooms and front desk setting up breakfast. Then when you go to the front desk no one is there you have to pick up the phone to call someone. The trash cans in the halls stayed full for days. The rooms are old furniture the carpet on the floors in rooms. Old dirty mattress on bed. Tub was chip and rusted. The hotel has Dish which was good so good TV.They really don’t have a gym at this hotel. There are two pieces of equipment in a smelly small room.
Ron Hill: Very nice hotel. Multiple options for breakfast. Spacious rooms with full kitchen area.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
