Le Méridien Indianapolis: what do users think?
Trevor Miller: Rooms: Nice room. Cozy.Walkability: Many things to do nearby within walking distance.Food & drinks: Nice bar
Isaac Thompson: Food & drinks: We chose this hotel because of its location directly adjacent to St. Elmo's. It was incredibly convinient for this reason as well as being a comfortable establishment in its own right.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
C King: Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice just small. Not a lot of space in the one we had. Was in good location and easy to find. Finding ice was little difficult but had to go down to check in desk. Was quiet and no issues hearing people around us or above us.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic …More
Daniela Ra: This has been by far the best Customer Service experience I've had from the staff reception! I left my passport in their security box and after a couple weeks notice they were able to expedite it to the shipping address needed. Always acting kind and human, something that tends to be forgotten now a days! Thank you for sharing the care!
Terence G: Went to a Laker and Pacer game this location was perfect. Five minute walk, the staff were very nice and professional.
Chuni: This is beautiful boutique hotel, high end and well maintained, good bar and restaurant, and a walkway to mall. But what really stands out are the staff! In most hotels the staff are nice, in special hotels the staff are extra nice, but here the front desk staff are extremely nice and friendly! Kathrine remembered my name from 6 weeks ago when I stayed here, she’ll offer me a water w/o asking, and always offer assistance, yesterday I requested a microwave, the maintenance tech had already left, Aniyah from the front desk personally brought it up for me, I’ve been traveling for a while now for work, and have never seen such dedication from a front desk employee!!They deserve a big raise! They’re doing a phenomenal job! Thank you for the great service! 🙏🙏
randy hayes: First trip to Indianapolis in a few years. Decided to stay at the Le Meridian since it's downtown and close to everything we wanted to see. The entire staff is extremely helpful and the property is very nice. Aniyah at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Both employees at the front desk were what I'd like to see at every hotel stay!!
MGD: Beautiful Boutique Hotel housing the AMAZING St. Elmo’s Steakhouse…Beautiful Rooms, Great Service combined with Much History!!!
Efrem Herrea: Have a great serviceRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Courtney Gerald: The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and that hotel itself was amazing. The bed was a soft as a cloud in the bathroom was perfectly clean. The location is great and walking distance to many restaurants and bars and stadiums. We ordered room service and the food did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend this hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Colton Haney: Absolutely LOVED my experience at this hotel. I stayed here based on the recommendation of a friend. While the room was comfortable, well decorated, and clean, what made my experience top-rate was the staff. Zahra was there for my check in - she was friendly, guided me through the hotel amenities, and made me feel welcome as a Marriott elite member. I then engaged with Caitlin, the night auditor, who helped me get an additional key. Finally, I also engaged with Kathrine, Kati, & Amber on my way out of the hotel, all of whom were welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!
Adam DeJans: Rooms are a bit small, but the location is excellent! Very close to a lot of downtown attractions. The staff was all very helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ricardo Johnson: I work here and spoke and stealsNoteworthy details: Awesome even though it was a work stay where I work 😂Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly …More
KRISTINE Black: I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of this hotel and the TOP NOTCH STAFF. As a germiphobe myself.. and my adult daughter who is even more of one...we both were SO comfortable here. The air...cleaner than clean! The room... sparkling.we have 2 small dogs and 2 cats. When they say pet friendly...they mean it! They even remembered our pups names when we took them to walk them. We were hit with the minus 10 degree Temps and spent a lot more time in the hotel then planned as a lot of events got cancelled in Indy. It was a pleasure The beds...the shower...so comfy! The staff knew we has a rough go getting there with the ice. They were so sweet at check in. I adore this hotel!
Stephanie: It's always difficult to decide if reviews are being too harsh and how they will align with your own expectations. Unfortunately, when it comes to Le Meridien Indy, I have to agree with the critical reviews. This is definitely a 3-star hotel with a 4-star rating. The hotel has been renovated, but parts of it still manage to look rundown and unclean. As other reviews have mentioned, the hotel is very small, and one of the main draws for staying here (beautiful lobby/hangout area) was closed consistently for private events. I was looking forward to the Corner King room that I had booked- only to be extremely disappointed once we actually saw it. Technically the room was located in the corner of the 6th floor of the property, but there is another building attached to the hotel... Our room was definitely a Deluxe, but we paid for a Corner. Very deceitful. It also lacked robes, slippers, and complimentary water bottles. All in all- the decor is cute and the staff is mostly friendly, but this is definitely not a luxury hotel.

Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing: what do users think?
Tati Raz: Good hotel for the price!!! Beautiful lobby but there is no breakfast included , the bar and the restaurant were not popular and situated right up front which seems uncomfortable. No fee wifi or parking. valley is like 25 a night. The are is nice with all the stores and restaurants around. The best part was the front desk! Super nice and helpful!
Tia-Lynn Hatcher-Gary: Everything was great. Didn't care for $15 per night parking in the garage but what can we do about that. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was lovely! Everything was clean. The only thing I would change is having some control of the AC. It got a little stuffy in the room but overall...Thanks for a great stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, High-tech …More
Connor Shaw: Only went in the lobby and it was very nice so I really can't rate much better then a 4 starFood & drinks: The eggs were cold but everything else was pretty good
Leonard Lorentz: Really disappointed with my recent stay at the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing. The staff was not very accommodating and seemed annoyed with our needs. We were first assigned a room with no towels. We asked for some only to get called later on asking if we still really needed them. The room itself was musty and could definitely benefit from a deep cleaning. Maybe even a new carpet. At night there was a loud party going on until 5 am. I didn't know exactly what room, so I was unable to get the staff to help. I will never return to this property.
collene hayes: Would not recommend. Older rooms being renovated. Mold in room by window. Ac vent super loud. When moved to newly renovated room there was no TV remote, no toilet paper holder, loud fridge, no streaming service online, room phone not hooked up. Management does try to correct issues. Comfortable beds and hot water is the best they have to offer. Staff is also pleasant and accommodating.
John Maxwell: Furniture is extremely old. They are remodeling now but wow the rooms thst have not been remodeled are bad. I'm surprised Sheraton allows there name to be on this hotel. I had a drink and something to eat at the bar. Service was extreeeeeeemly slow and the food was bad.Rooms: Dingy and old. Some under renovation. Not mine.Food & drinks: Drinks fine good bad.
Taufeeque Ali: Nice place to stay in this area. Hotel was amazing. One of the best and only 4 star hotel in this area surrounded by outlet malls, eatery, and tourist spots. Will definitely stay here again.
Sarah “Sarah” Phillips: Our bed was a crime scene under the sheet. Great staff. Left a gift bag behind and called immediately but it was nowhere to be found:( Bartender Michael was great!!!Food & drinks: Cheesecake factory
Gaby Ferreira: The hotel is outdated but they are working on renovating. My complaint is some nights they give you free cookies and waters and are great. Other nights nothing...Mandy IU never know wheat to expect. I don't like the inconsistency.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Paul Heimann: Shower didn't work right. Most of the water didn't redirect so the pressure was very low. One of the lights in our room was out. The coffee maker also didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but I expected more than that. The bar was poor. The bar tender was unknowledgeable and way too stingy for the over priced drinks. The parking was also awkward. At checkout, we Indicated that we would like someone at the hotel to follow up with us about our stay, which was more than two week ago, and we never heard from them.I'll stay somewhere else next time.
Claudia Weitz: Our original room that we were given had not been cleaned properly. Surfaces were sticky with visible cup rings. Bathtub was dirty and peeling. Bed was disheveled. Carpet was ripped. We were given a new room, however it was not what we originally booked. No apology from staff and no discount given. Will not return or recommendRooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Joel Hector: Great service and very relaxing
Jacob Tidwell: This location is located in north Indianapolis with easy access to local streets and the interstate highways. It’s attached to a shopping mall and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. It’s clear this is a more affluent area.I arrived in the middle of the afternoon, but my room wasn’t ready. The lobby was comfortable and it was easy for me to work for a few hours. The staff clearly saw me there working, but never once approached me if/when my room was available. The room was spacious and appropriately furnished. The beds weren’t amazing, but they did the job. There’s some remodeling or construction occurring, so be prepared for a little noise during the day and false fire alarms.Overall, it’s a Marriott property, but clearly not concerned about overall service to guests or Bonvoy members with status.
Coty Waldron: Rooms: Brown s*** in our shower and they would have left a stain after you washed it off and we think there is yak on the pictures the pool in the sauna was awesome though no hot tea ran out of coffee downstairsRooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Destiney Wainwright: Nice room friendly service hotel smells wonderfulRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Akira88: Great hotel for business. Professional staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Underground parking. Valet service.Cons: A/C in the room is very noisy. Breakfast at the restaurant was bad. Oats had a weird taste and the pancakes were undercooked. There are many breakfast options walking distance though.
Calvin Beisner: Small, cramped room, fancy shower with too little pressure to rinse hair well, cheap thin single-ply toilet paper I'd expect in a lousy gas station restroom, no microwave. Nowhere near as nice as a typical Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, or similar, but about twice the price.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Gabrielle Ferguson: Very clean on the insides, it was great being attached to her convention center! Was able to walk thru the center all the way to Lucas oil stadium without being outside!Rooms: Very CleanNearby activities: Right downtown and easy walking to Lucas Oil Stadium and many restaurants and bars.
Deep Jariwala: Prime location in downtown Indianapolis.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jason Lye Ph.D: Very very noisy. I hardly slept the first two nights because of guest room doors slamming shut so hard that they made a very loud boom in my room. The walls in my room seemed to shake each time someone on the corridor used their door. In addition, the shower dribbled intermittently, and I was woken up one night by the plumbing gurgling inexplicably. Downstairs there was also some construction (which I'm sure couldn't be helped,) so all in all, a sub-optimal stay.
Marcin: I really enjoyed the new modern style. Not sure when it was remodeled, but the hotel looks great. Just surprised the bathroom had no ventilation at all. Was it just ours? Location is perfect too.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great value …More
Joe: Loved it
Melissa Illies: The hotel and rooms are absolutely beautiful and area is phenomenal. However for the price you pay per night, you would think they could upgrade the hotel doors to close softly. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. We barely slept all night because of listening to all the doors closing. I won’t ever stay here again because of this.
Joe L: So if you want sleep don't book here. Doors slamming all night are flat out outrageous. The absolute worst hotel I've ever been at that seriously needs door assist asap. Will NEVER stay here again.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Patricia Raynor: Very comfortable and quiet hotel. 4 stars because our room wasn’t the cleanest. Great customer service and great location. The food was decent. We enjoyed our stay overall.
Bernd Green: A bit crouded at breakfast.....restaurant a bit too small for that size hotel. Otherwise a good place to stay.Rooms: Rooms are perfectNearby activities: Most activities and food places in walking distance.

peter stack: A really cool place! The room was lovely with a small porch, and a really high quality bathroom. The common room was nice. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, especially for longer stays. And some small breakfast items would be great.Being on the bike/walking trail was cool, and it was really close to a bunch of cool restaurants.
stars _and_ janelle: Have stayed here 3 times and it has consistently been a fantastic experience.

The rooms are clean, staff very genial and helpful.when I travel I make Drury my choice of hotel..Food & drinks: You cannot beat their dinner and breakfast..how often do you get 2 nutritional meals included in the price of the room and you don’t have to leave the hotel. It doesn’t get better than that.

Deb Hutchinson: Wow, what a circus. Guests were loud and obnoxious. We saw numerous children in dining area without proper attire or shoes. A group of adults brought a large cooler full of alcohol to dining area. Not sure if that's illegal in Indiana but it is in Michigan. The pool area was overcrowded and there was a toddler in a swim diaper using pool. We opted not to use the pool or hot tub because of sanitary issues. We were awakened by children running up and down hallway at 11:30 pm. Room was comfortable. Small fridge, no freezer. Could hear adjoining rooms tv, road noise and hallway noise. Staff okay but perhaps a security guard is necessary here because the staff didn't seem to keep unruly guests in check. Didn't feel particularly safe here. I explained my discomfort and disappointment of my stay to front desk clerk and she comped our room. Thanks. Drurys is the one of the few hotels that care about your comfort.
Kim Barclay: Whenever we travel we try to find a Drury. Never disappointed.Rooms: Always clean and niceNearby activities: Usually there's always somewhere to walk toSafety: Always feel safe parking.Food & drinks: Their breakfast is awesome, in the wind down time is just wonderful

Kate M: We enjoyed our stay and felt it was a good price for what you get - full breakfast, dinner, snacks, and drinks included. We had a 2-room suite, which was clean and comfortable. The main room was the main bed, yet there was a smaller room with a door that had a pull out couch, TV, sink, microwave, and mini fridge. Most hotels I've been in, it's opposite- the couch is in the main space and the bed is in a separate room. I actually didn't mind the way it was set up as our little one had her own space, and felt pretty special. All of the windows had blackout curtains - we had no issues with lights (8th floor). The food: the dinners weren't bad, we had one out of two dinners, only because they didn't offer much for one of us in our party on the second night. The breakfast would have been great if the food was hot, or even warm... both mornings the food was cold. The only part that was good were the biscuits. We got 3 drinks per adult on the room per night. They were fine. Not great, yet not bad.The pool is an indoor/outdoor pool. While they say it is "heated", it can only be so warm as half the pool is exposed to the outdoors. There is a garagedoor that separates the spaces. Therfore, if it is 40 degrees outside (like it was when we visited), the indoor air was super warm, yet the pool was chilly. We still swam and had fun, yet know the pool may be chilly if it is colder outside. There is a hot tub that is warm, yet our second night it was pretty dirty, so we skipped it.Location: it was a good 20-30 minutes from the zoo and children's museum. We booked this hotel as it wasn't too far away, but it had so many perks to help us save some money, which we did.Service: we didn't need much during our stay, but when we checked in the front desk were super friendly, and all of the staff we interacted with at meal times were also friendly.Solid 4/5, mainly because of the cold breakfast (2 days in a row) and cleanliness of the hot tub. Some aspects of the breakfast were inedible in my mind.
