Lisa Lightle: This hotel has been beyond amazing. From the valet to the front desk everyone is so friendly and helpful! This is a perfect location too as everything is within walking distance! We will definitely be back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Joe sisco: Very nice place to stay, the people are very polite and helpful. One thing that stands out to me is the hotel restaurant, the fried maple glazed chicken with Bacon-mash potatoes was the best meal I have had in a long time. I may schedule a trip through Indy soon so I can experience the food one more time, it was very good and the chef was very friendly and thoughtful and came to ask if everything was alright, excellent.
Michael Holsapple: I would highly recommend this place. We stayed here for a weekend and had a wonderful time. The staff was so friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place to stay downtown close to everything this is the spot.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Hailey: Perfect location to walk to everything! There's a parking garage just one block over or you can use valet. Very clean and friendly front desk staff.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
sanjeet chandra garimella: Located just steps away from the iconic monument circle, this Hilton Garden Inn is a great place to stay in Indy. Again, being in downtown you can walk to any and all downtown restaurants, convention center, and other places.Rooms - Amazing, with the exception of bathroom counter, sink, and bathtub, which need to be upgraded a bit.Lobby/Food - Nice checkin area alongside a restaurant which serves breakfast (charged separate), and also has bar/food options. The place also has valet parking at decent rates compared to other downtown hotels, parking garages. The carpet inside the elevator can also be uplifted to maintain standards.Rooms: Nice, well maintained, and amazing views.Safety: In downtown with constant patrolling.Walkability: Can’t beat the distance to convention center, mall, restaurants, coffee places!Food & drinks: Had its own restaurant in the lobby. If not, it’s in downtown - so you chose your cuisine !
Joseph Moore: Fantastic stay here. Hotel is very dog friendly. Very close to plenty of restaurants, the park, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Only a 10 minute walk to the arena. Solid breakfast and a very friendly staff around the clock. Will definitely stay here again when we come for a game!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
James Winters: Friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities. This is my new go-to spot for Indianapolis travel.Walkability: Right off the circle. Many attractions and restaurants nearby.
Brian Huntley: Excellent hotel, used to be a bank, very cool hotel off the circle.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Shawn Roney: Nice clean convenient downtown location close to walk to the convention center and the stadiums.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kaycee Means: So big and clean and amazing. Super nice staff too.
Stargazer: This beautiful and historic building was incredible. Walking distance to some great coffee, parks and restaurants.Valet greeted us in a timely manner. Didn't expect the loud hip-hop music when we entered the lobby to check-in playing through their speakers. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with a great view of the city.Cons: Breakfast buffet (which was recommended by the front desk) hot food was cold and unappetizing. For $15.95 I was extremely disappointed. But Karen our waitress was super friendly and kept our coffee topped. When I read about the buffet that their past guests didn't care for and the response to those guests that they'd improve upon it, didn't seem to rectify the issue. Quality control is a must for the the most important meal of the day.Only other complaint would be the sheets, pillow cases and bed. Itchy sheets and pillow cases, thin mismatched pillows and lumpy, sunken bed.Overall, I would come back. But avoid the dining room and eat outside of the hotel. Maybe bring my own pillow and pillow case.
Becca Selkirk: Rooms are a little price but the columbine was intown...Food & drinks: There is several good restaurants in walking distance from hotelRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More

Samuel Mihalich: This place went above in beyond in all regards. Front Desk Leslie, and General Manager Whitney were very accommodating and exceeded customer service in every single regard!Great hotel!
Angelica Nuno: Super convenient. Clean rooms and the breakfast made it easier to start our day.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Charlie Franklin: Beer and wine are available at the front desk for a small fee. No free cookies, but the hotel was clean.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Steven Cain: The service people are professional and great. The room is fine if you don't mind it being small. My wife and I are writers and we like to get some writing done on a trip like this. The smallness of the room doesn't contribute to two people writing in it. It's on the south side of Indy and the location isn't bad. If you don't mind walking a little bit. The real problem with it is if you approach in a vehicle, it's really awkward. If you unload, you have to drive around the block to get into the parking garage. It was a bit noisy because there was a stoplight right outside our room and I heard people stopping and taking off all night long. Don't get a room that faces the Colts stadium.
Keith Angell: Leti at the front desk was very sweet and personable! Remington was a big help as well, he even suggested great recommendations for local dining options and entertainment-Great staff! I use a mobility scooter and sometimes traveling can be a challenge but they really made my stay very comfortable. THANK YOURooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Dionna Ford: This Hilton location was 2 blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium, mall, restaurants, and more! The price was awesome and so was the staff! Stays like this makes me happy to be a Hilton Rewards Member!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Lynda Kelley: Less than a 5 minute walk to the stadium!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Lynn Fredrickson: Parking is crummy and $30/night in a VERY sketchy place, location.. Homeless guy drinking alcohol and doing his toenails RIGHT at the entrance area. And ANOTHER one sitting in this parking area. Groups of questionable young men stopping at many tinted car windows on the street.and with those scooters. Room is VERY SMALL cramped, no coffee in room, no microwave in room, mini fridge in room not working. Way way Too far to walk to the fieldhouse (and most definately not safe!). Graffiti all over the buildings. Spend the money for a better place. No pool, small lobby, Not worth the cost. No room in room if you need an extra cot or place to put your suitcases. Clean for the most part, but allergies hit hard because its "pet friendly" and that dander is everywhere. Indy has a reputation for being super dirty and it sure is.I do recommend driving to Bru Burger for awesome food tho!
Tammi Alexander: We sent an email regarding the shower fall due to faulty shower seat that was installed by staff and that there was no grip on the handicap bars to help when the shower seat failed. The management and staff were great throughout the entire stay including this incident, which is why I am giving a 3 rating overall. However, after this incident happened is when we were offered a roll in shower, of which we were asking for since we booked the room, but were told they only had ADA rooms available (which is what we had with no roll in shower). We were disappointed that it took a fall to be able to gain access to a roll in shower room. Also I had told the front desk the room was very warm and would not get to temperature and the walls were paper thin. We had a stand alone room, 529, and had hallways on 3 wall and windows on the other. We could hear the conversation of the guest room across the hall as if they were sitting in our room with us. We booked this room as it was 1 block from Lucas Oil arena and made for walking to and from the arena with a wheelchair a bit easier but it was on the outskirts of downtown and no other establishments were really accessible. For DCI finals next summer, we will be choosing a different hotel.
Gage Cook: Great location right by Lucas Oil stadium, free coffee and breakfast, and parking available on site for a fee.Rooms: Clean and new rooms
T “TiLee17” S: Warm welcoming staff clean and close to everything
Robin Yutuc: This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. It is now my go-to each time I have to do a work trip to Indianapolis. What I like are: breakfast, clean rooms, and the digital key.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Yinzú Nairouz: We had a great time in the hotel. Breakfast is included and had a good variety. The decoration is nice and everything is clean. Everything was better that expected for the price and the type of hotel. The location is amazing. The soap and other products available had a good smell. It Walking distance of several places for entertainment, food, or drinks. I gave them 4-stars because parking is $30 per night and only one elevator was working.
Nicole Pritchard: Hotel was very clean. Great location. Easy to walk where we needed to go to safely. Rooms were nice! Breakfast spread was amazing! Loved the fun pancake maker! Easy check in and check out with the Hilton Phone App. Parking is $30 but it’s a nice safe garage and typical for any city. Minimal encounters with staff, since there was no need really for us with the app that can open your door/elevators and check in and out so easily….when we did encounter them in passing they all were very kind. Shout out to the hard working breakfast staff. Fresh hot food! Thanks for a great stay!
Amber Larkin: The location was beautiful! The staff was friendly, however, no room service! Had to go down to front desk to get towels or anything else I may have needed. Parking was an extra 30$! And the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast kinda sucked. But we made the best of it.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Marquise H: Hotel desk lady is rude she wouldn’t even give her name won’t let me change the reservation or cancel it won’t be coming here save your money and go to Marriott
Rajat Obheroi: Probably one of the most terrible hotel I have stayed in my recent travels. I booked this hotel because of it location and it seemed decent in pictures. Only until I got here I got to know how bad it was. Firstly, I was having a terrible day, I had to miss my flight to Indy because I had to go to ER as I had dislocated my shoulder before boarding my flight but due to some important commitments in Indy, I took a later flight for here. I had booked my room through Expedia and due to some error the booking wasn’t reflected and instead of the receptionist being friendly or showing empathy, she was super rude towards me. After a long travel while suffering a lot of pain due to my injury, I kinda expected some empathy and help with my situation but instead was treated rudely. I myself work in customer service and we are taught to show some empathy and go above and beyond for customers you are facing issues but looks like that’s not the case here. I feel like Hilton needs to reevaluate their criteria for their receptionists. Secondly, the rooms have a weird smell and are very tiny. No closet, just a bar with hangers to hang your clothes, no drawers anywhere in the room. Also, the study/easy chair in my room was broken and the bathroom sink kept getting clogged for no reason. No microwave in the room. I know I maybe nitpicking but almost every few minutes I kept thinking to myself that I will never book this hotel again. It felt like the basic things in the rooms are lacking. I guess the only good thing about this hotel is the location. But I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE.
MissManyTalents: Ive stayed in plenty of hotels, and the older I've gotten the pickier I am. This hotel and its AMAZING staff surpassed expectation. Perfect location for what we needed, everything was clean, well stocked and staff were very polite all around. The room was smaller. And had no microwave, but neither of those things impeded my ability to enjoy my stay. Breakfast was hot and kept filled as it emptied. There are no extras like pool/spa/hot tub. Again though, for us not a huge deal. You can easily access downtown via foot or scooter(recommended because it's a lot of fun) to go to eat, the mall, or shop. One thing this hotel had that I've never seen is a game area in the lobby! Board games and frozen ball. Made our quality time together so much fun! Thanks Tru by Hilton!

Alex, who was working outside for the Conrad quickly handed me his phone and told me to call my phone, which I did. I new traveler answered my phone. I told them to please have the driver return to the Conrad hotel and return my phone. The driver did return my phone and I was very relieved.Thank you Alex for your quick thinking help. Conrad needs to have more quick thinking employees like Alec.Rooms: Clean and ready for me!Nearby activities: Great restaurants!

Helmer Korb: Great place! Want to make special shout out to TJ the bell hop, Spencer and Sam the vallet guys. These are the guys that interact with the guests. These are the guys that make your stay special. Thank you very much!We were there for the ACS convention. Many international business and scientists visiting Indianapolis. Unfortunately I had to apologize for the run down and poverty stricken Indianapolis area. If you haven't traveled outside of Indiana then that statement will not make any sense. But for the Conrad it might be important since their level of effort doesn't match the city they are in.Thanks Conrad for the oasis!

Jennifer Heaton-Amrhein: Great location, comfortable rooms, great service.
Erika Winslow: They had some system issues during our stay. It took a very long time to get checked in. We were unable to access the room in time to get ready for our dinner reservations. They did offer to let us use the locker room on the 6th floor though. We had asked for extra pillows when we booked the reservation. We didn’t get them. I didn’t bring this up with the staff. They were already having a rough day due to the system issues so I didn’t want to bring up another thing for them. The room was nice. We loved the bathroom. The bed was ok. Our backs were sore the next morning, but everything else was nice.I think this would have been a 5-star review if the system had been working properly. The staff did the best they could given the circumstances.

Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites: what do users think?
Do Young Kim: I only recommend the location.I am very disappointed with the rest of the service.I asked when I checked in, but no explanation was given about breakfast or self-parking, and I was only given a room key. I had to go to the breakfast room the next day to complain to the staff and get it.I should have figured out the self parking lot and how to use it myself. They said they would send a self-parking receipt by email even after check-out, but they didn't send. And later, they also charged for unused amenities (water). There is nothing to eat for breakfast. There is a big difference in service from Hilton in Chicago and other areas.
Jon wegiel: Very friendly and willing to help with questions or concerns. Very quiet even with families with kids. Highly recommend this hotel!Walkability: In the middle of almost everything.
Joe sisco: totally awesome, only one little complaint the pool was way crowded each day all day.Food & drinks: get the french chicken seared in maple with bacon potatoes, ahh man the best.

Tyler Spano: Rooms are spacious but kind of dated, the room is sort of dusty too. No free coffee for guests besides gross in-room from a dirty coffee maker which is pretty disappointing. The little store on the first floor doesn't stock pads/ tampons which is honestly ridiculous and insulting. Overall not a great hotel, staff was fine, but the place itself is not very welcoming and lacks amenities that are standard at plenty of other hotels. If I was coming back to Indianapolis I would stay elsewhere.

Victoria Wilkinson: Unless someone else is paying for your room, you require epic views from a high-rise, or you absolutely can't leave the building where your event is being held, save your money and sleep somewhere else. There's nothing special about this hotel beyond the location and the excellent room views. Oh, and the post-shower robe they provide is pretty fluffy, if that's important to you. The gym is spacious, with good views and free water and towels. But there's no pool or hot tub. Apparently there hasn't been one since it went under renovations before the pandemic, but the elevator sign still lists it as being on floor two. The breakfast option at the Italian restaurant is a $28/plate buffet. The valet is $55 overnight. It may be obvious from the name, but this is not a place to go for value.UPDATE: We returned in April 2023 and they have put some duct tape over the pool on the wall map. And the breakfast is no longer a buffet.

Kyla: Room was fine . Best location to Lucas Oil stadium. My only complaint is we paid for garage parking but there was very few spaces so had to resort parking across the street . Both lots were super small and cramped .Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Camille W.: The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium. That’s it.I stayed for 2 nights & neither of them resulted in decent sleep. The guests to my right & above were extremely noisy at ALL hours of the day & night (the lack of insulation in the building did not help matters).I also didn’t care for some of the employees. The bartender told me my drink would be $5.45, but she charged me $13!! Then, I overheard her tell 2 other patrons that their drinks should’ve been $13 but she only charged them $5. I was appalled.Additionally, the man at the front desk (a heavyset fellow; didn’t catch his name) was not friendly at all. Guests would walk in or walk past him & he wouldn’t even crack a smile or speak. Scowling at people who smile at you is not very hospitable, especially when customer service is your job.Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again. Why should I pay to not get any sleep or feel unwelcome? Wish I could get my money back.
Eric Pagliano: On the evening of checkout I could not locate a particular watch after literally tearing apart the room. Morning comes and I check out. I get out of class and just as I begin my way to airport I receive a phone call from the front desk at Townplace. The maid has found a watch and they ask me to ID it! As i am driving through the intersection near Hotel I see Jen, the maid who found watch and cut loose the loudest Thank You of all time! I had written the watch off but Jen didn't. She did the right thing and turned in at desk. Needless to say I left her an extra "tip" Kudos to the entire staff and Jen. I will absolutely stay at this Hotel again!
Alex Rushing: Michael at the front desk could cheer up some (it will make your shift go by faster!) Didn't feel very welcome. The room was great, thoughRooms: 5/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Dana Hand: A little disappointed. Booked a suite with a bedroom with two double beds and a pull out couch. Instead we got a room with one queen bed and it just didn't work for our needs. Tried to explain that to the front desk but he just kept saying that's what you booked but it is not what I booked. Either Expedia screwed it up or the hotel did. But it made the stay harder than it should have been if they had just given me the room I booked.
The Golden Child: Nice and clean quiet suite, with nice view.Location: 5/5 …More
arik s: It's not the employees fault that you could do the limbo thru the door crack underneath. This means that you hear every door slam, kids running, and conversations at all hours of the day. The fire alarm went off one morning for several minutes, then making breakfast I discovered a six legged roommate I didn't anticipate. The staff was proactive and switched my room which is bout all I could ask for.
Megan Vittetoe: This is the absolute CLOSEST hotel to Lucas Oil Stadium. The walk takes less than five minutes and the staff are very helpful!
Michael Drummond: Loudest hotel I've ever been in. Non-stop cars racing in circles around the hotel gunning their engines and loud banging doors inside the hotel all night. Our room is shaking. Unreal.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

Delta Hotels by Marriott Indianapolis Airport: what do users think?
Sherria Kinsey: The entrance and lobbies were all really nice. The staff was friendly. The four stars is because the second floor hall had such a thick stinch of smoke that it was almost unbreatheable and I was prepared to just go check out immediately. We decided to go down to our room and fortunately the air inside of the room was clean. However the body wash was out.Rooms: The rooms do not have refrigerators nor microwaves
Frank Ciuffetelli: Hotel is nice, keys not ready when I arrived. Room was nice, some cleanliness issues, bleach will kill mold and mildew in the bathroom. Also, nobody checks the bottles in the shower for product, empty bottles are not good when trying to take a shower.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Jimmy Mack: Don't judge a book by its color. The hotel looks rather plain from the outside but inside is very well put together. The room I stayed in had coat hooks, I know , right. Bed was comfy, lots of pillows and towels. I did not get a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked good from the lobby. 😁Rooms: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Kalpit Shailesh Mehta: The place is good but still not up to the mark with other Marriott full service hotels. Response time on chat is slow. Options in pantry are not healthy nor suitable for vegetation diet. This is however common across most of Marriott properties.
C: Over all great experience, rooms were very simple and clean with lots of places to set things. The staff was very efficient and friendly. I was worried about it being too loud due to it's proximity to the airport but it wasn't really an issue I heard only like one plane during the nightRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Rob Shook: First time at a Delta property. Simple, plain rooms - very clean - and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Water pressure in the shower was "ok", wi-fi speed also was "ok". Not the broadest selection of channels on the TV. Convenient desk. For being as close to I-465 as it is, there was no road noise whatsoever. Noise from the hallway was loud anytime someone opened or closed a door nearby (probably because of the tile entryways to the rooms). Recommended especially for its convenience to the airport and cleanliness throughout.
Glenn Baker: Nice hotel and very friendly staff. There is nothing to do around this hotel
Erik Holvig: It’s clean, there’s a concierge lounge (without any seating though) and the bed was comfortable… however, as the name indicates, it is located adjacent to an active runway and the planes are super loud starting at around 5am and going past midnight. It’s convenient if you need to get to the airport quick, but if you’re a light sleeper, bring your earplugs. Staff was friendly, and accommodating…

Marty J: Nice hotel with easy access toGainbridge Fieldhouse. It's literally right across the street. It's in walking distance to some great eateries as well. I would definitely stay here again if I had an event to attend at Gainbridge.Rooms: Rooms were pretty cleanNearby activities: Events at the field houseSafety: I like that you have to scan your key card on the elevator to access the floor to your roomWalkability: It's in walking distance with Gainbridge right across the street and some eateries and the surrounding area.Food & drinks: Breakfast was good. There's also a restaurant available in the hotel
B Middles: Rooms: Very cleanWalkability: 1 min walk to the venue, right across the street.Food & drinks: The restaurant morning breakfast was amazing. The bar staff were very nice and courteous.
Steve Scott: Once you know the ropes, this is a great place to stay. Right downtown, close to the action. Comfortable, well appointed rooms. Great breakfasts. Signage is confusing and contradictory. Ignore the street signs. They lead to alleys. The only one identifying the true entrance is the doormat. Parking is confusing. Signs in the garage say to pay at the station. As you exit the bridge to the hotel, there is a sign hidden behind a post telling you to use your room key to exit the garage. A separate sign says to have your room key validate at registration. Registration tells you that doesn't work and hands you a paper validation. To exit the garage you must insert your parking card (without paying at the pay station) and then scan the validation paper. A new validation paper has to be asked for each day of your stay. At the end you are charged $45 for valet parking despite a sign at the entrance saying that valet parking is $42.
Kat Overy: Rooms: The room we stayed in had a king size bed, was spacious, with a single-cup coffee maker, refrigerator, sitting area and spacious ,clean bathroom.Nearby activities: The Indy Fieldhouse stadium is right across the street! So convenient! We stayed at the concert until the end and walked across the street and were in our hotel room in minutes. How convenient! Plenty of restaurants nearby, including Prime 47 Steakhouse.Walkability: So many activities and restaurants. Just a few steps away! Straight across the street is the field house, basketball stadium and concert venue. Restaurants and bars within the hotel and a few short steps away.Food & drinks: Prime 47 Steakhouse nearby is expensive but delicious and the servers are awesome! Wonderful bar and exciting atmosphere! The Hyatt place has a wonderful continental breakfast including eggs, sausage, donuts, bagels, waffles, and an assortment of fruit, oatmeal and yogurt that is included with your stay. St. Elmo's Steakhouse is nearby with its super spicy but delicious cocktail sauce!
mattspeppers: My partner and I stayed here 10 days ago with our 7 month old son. We wanted a short getaway from being cooped up in the house and picked your hotel specifically because you had a pool and we wanted to take our son swimming for the first time. While checking in we made mention of your pool and we were told that it was on the 15th floor and to please enjoy our stay. We got unpacked and unloaded only to be greeted by the 'Pool Closed' sign on the door. After calling down to the front desk to see what could be done, we were given two options. Validate our parking (We parked in a separate lot several blocks away. It would have cost $90 to park using their lot for a one night stay and chose to park elsewhere. This did not apply to us.) or we could check out of your hotel with no fee and find another hotel.Neither of those were good options. Packing up our bags again and toting a 7 month old around the city to another hotel was less than ideal. We figured we would make the best of our stay and talk to the front desk again in the morning.Stacia was the only person behind the front desk the following day. The couple in front of us went back and forth with her for upwards of 15 minutes for an issue of their own. The line was backing up behind us and I didn't want to make her day any harder than it seemed already. I just asked for the managers business card.I have emailed the manager as well as the address provided in the survey. Have not received any response in 10 days.

Michelle Chapman: I stayed at this gorgeous hotel the night that I went to the "for King and Country" concert, and everyone was amazing. I'm battling a rare, incurable brain disease and this was my first trip this far away in years, and I'm so glad that I chose this Hyatt. I'm coming to another concert in the spring and when I called to make my reservation, I think the gentleman taking my reservation thought that my stutter meant that I was pranking or something negative. I always try to schedule with the actual hotel because those are the folks who remember me and such. It's just hard talking over the phone. I was asking questions and I feel bad because I don't know how to change people's minds. I kinda wish they had a button to select if you're making a reservation and you have a disability. You know? I still think that this hotel is the best in Indianapolis, that I've stayed at. I'll have to come say hi to everyone in the spring when I come to see Mercy Me. God Bless you all!

Jennifer Fall: I can’t even leave 1/2 a star for the experience of valet service. After 45 minutes attempting to find the valet rep with my older family, the manager, and a call to the gm from the manager, i was absolutely shocked when she let me have it when I let her know we weren’t paying for that kind of inconvenience. Here’s a tip, learn customer service. Don’t show up 45 minutes later after you are nowhere to be found with just a “hey.”
Larry Williams: Me and my family arrived there no carts to help carry bags up the second floor check in or up to rooms.
Thomas Jones: Small rooms, absolutely no grass near by to be a dog friendly hotel.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Mr Slaughter: Was nice stay only disappointed when I got double charged for parking because there parking garage didn't read my scan card so they kept my deposit for room even though I had to pay to leave each night

Skott Mealer: Attended the2023 NRA Convention and stayed here. Great room, the restaurant was excellent and within walking distance to the Convention center. Another bonus was its near severial great restaurants all within a 15 minute walk. Great place!!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Katie Schoster: Pros: Clean hotel, walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium and friendly staff. Hotel is connected to the mall, so easy access to food court and shopping.Cons: Front desk offered to upgrade our hotel room to a room with a view and did not disclose it would be an additional fee. We only realized this when we got our bill. Very disappointed. So beware of upgrade offers.
Troy Davidhizer: Nice place to stay in Indy. Rooms were clean and in good condition.Walkability: Close to restaurants and things to doRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tiffany Nguyen: I woke up at 12:40am due to grown men screaming and cheering playing ping pong downstairs. The sound of their cheers and clapping bellows above where the rooms are located and you can hear everything. I literally have to wake up in a few hours and I couldn’t go to sleep due to them being so loud. I called front desk to try to get ahold of somebody to make a noise complaint and nobody answered so I went downstairs myself and asked the people to please keep it down because people who have to work tomorrow need to sleep. They disregard my plea and got loud again once I got back to my floor. This is a nice hotel to stay in because the rooms are clean but my bathroom’s tub was clogged and drained really slow and the air conditioner was broken. I won’t be coming back.
Jeanne Buza: Went to a concert right around the corner and they were amazing and no curved walls to walk into when drunk.. but if you're higher then the 2nd wall don't look over the edge! The parking was not included which sucked but worth it!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jenni Lynn Weatherhead: Beautiful view of the Capital from our room. Comfortable bed, clean room. Dinner at Eagles Nest was amazing. Spectacular view. WHAT A MEMORABLE EVENING.Food & drinks: Delicious drinks.
Brandon Bally: My room at the Wyatt was beautiful. From the view all the way down to the comfortable feel that the furniture, bed, and even color scheme provided. The only notable concern that I can state is that a few hours after I checked in, a hotel security guard attempted to forcibly enter my room. At the time I was laying down in bed and listening to music so that I could relax. I heard the handle and door lock rattling and naturally went to see what was causing the noise. A few seconds later I heard the voice of a man stating I needed to open the door. I asked who it was and they said they were the hotel security. In response, I asked what their reason for coming to the door was. They said that it was because "I wasn't supposed to be in that room."To be able to show proof that I indeed was supposed to be in the room, I opened the door and immediately showed the security guard and the receptionist with him, my key badge to unlock the door aforementioned.Mind you...this is the same receptionist who at check in gave me the mf key card in the little white hotel slip they always put them in. The ones that clearly have the room number written in bold. I'm not dyslexic (no offense & all love) and I am quite fond of reading. After the guard saw the card with the number clearly written on it, he apologized and told me that there was a mistake. All in all, my stay in Indianapolis was memorable. Sometimes, small things happen that can come as a distraction if you allow them to be. Peace is and forever will be something we have to choose to keep. No matter where we are. Despite what was cited as a mistake on the part of the hotel staff, the hotel is one that I would be open to staying at in the future for any other trips to this city. Just next time, don't question whether I'm supposed to be there or not. I deserved to be.
Linda Wilson: Our bathroom was really tiny!!! Room was nice and clean. The hotel is in a great location.Walkability: Within walking distance to many things down town

Qiong Chen: We just spent a night here with family of 4.The bed was awful, the AC is on top of wall where we can’t control the flow. It was noisy and cold even we turned on 70 degrees on heat with low fan.The pool was cold with no towels because the front desk said there’s no housekeeping at night. The website says including breakfast when we booked but there’s no breakfast bar in the morning. The only coffee bar you have to pay and order your own.I don’t recommend this place.
Markus W.: Rooms: Groß und gemütlich. Es könnte besser darauf geachtet werden ob die Flaschen (Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner) leer sind aber alles in allem eine runde Sache.Food & drinks: Frühstück sollte man überdenken.
Rose G.: Our first visit at this property. The FD staff was very helpful & courteous. The hotel itself looked very clean. GREAT location!! The pool was a hit and the kids enjoyed it very much! The room was spacious and comfortable. If you are planing a trip to Indianapolis please consider staying here!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Taha Raja: Arrived here at almost 545pm and unfortunately the hotel said they were short staffed and they did not have any rooms ready. I sat in the lobby for almost 1 hour as they tried to get my room ready. It was frustrating. They did not even do anything to compensate me for this huge inconvenience.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Family Adickes: Very nice, new, clean hotel with excellent service. The rooms are truly brand new and large. We had adjoining rooms becuase we had our kids and we were not stepping all over each other due to the large amount of space. Tony helped out with a billing question I had which ended up just being my own misunderstanding. We travel a lot with kids and this is a great place to stay.
DeAnn Marston: I really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.Nearby activities: Downtown was nice. We went to the Indianapolis Speedway Museum too. That was fun and interesting. Oh and you can walk to Starbucks. There's lots of shopping near the hotel.
Alan Ealy: I didn’t like the attitude and energy the young man at the front desk had with me yesterday morning
Sam Baker: Friendly staff and a lot to do in this area. We had the conference room for the weekend and they could have done a little better job emptying the trash and checking in with us but overall very nice hotel.
Terra Sidebottom: Nice and quiet.
Margaretha Madison: Was only there in conference room for a dayLocation: 4/5 …More
Brandon Eddy: I thought the amenities that were given were great. I assume it's a little busier during the week because it tailors more towards a business crowd. I mainly booked here because it had good reviews and was right off the highway on my way back north to Milwaukee. I did have to kill a hornet and bunch of flies when I got into my room. Only a couple more flies wandered in throughout the day. We didn't feel like leaving so we went downstairs and got dinner from the bistro. I got the Caesar salad and the bistro burger with an arugula salad. They didn't have the arugula so I basically had a big Caesar salad and then a small one for a side. The food was fine. You pay for the convenience of not leaving and not necessarily the quality. Overall, I was there for just over 12 hours so it served it's purpose.Nearby activities: A lot of Mexican restaurants nearby.Walkability: Right off the highway, easier to get around in a car.Food & drinks: The Starbucks coffee downstairs was solid.
Amanda Reynolds: Me and my husband stayed here for my friends wedding that she was having in their conference room. The bride and groom along with 2 of our other friends stayed in one of their rooms as well. The staff was super friendly upon arrival! The hotel was clean, room was nice and clean as well. Everyone that worked that day was absolutely amazing. They got us anything we needed for the reception set up. The bartenders during the reception were amazing as well I literally cannot say anything bad about them. Even once they closed the bar at 10pm, the lady working that night got us anything we needed as we continued to drink in the reception room and outside. She brought us lemons and limes, ice and even helped us put leftover food in their walkin so the bride and groom could take it home the next day. They lit the fireplace for us so we could stay warm while we were outside. We weren't a rowdy group by any means and we stayed out relatively late but they didnt mind. I would definitely stay here again bc everyone and everything was so amazing. 10/10 would recommend.
Mark Taylor: I had ants in my room (411) Saturdaynight, I bought spray while I was out and sprayed the are. No need complaining that nite because the were booked up for the basketball tournament. When I told the front desk person just said "it's that time of year and they're looking for somewhere to go. I wasn't offered an apology....he just asked if I wanted a receipt......this was 9/25/2022 at 1:30 pm
