Joseph McL: Have been to this theater 4 times since moving to Indiana 6 months ago. Feel this theater offers good value, especially on Tuesday - its almost half price. We like the big screens and recliners. Parking lot seems safe enough for retail area. Cleanliness is average. Decor is a bit worn. Can't comment on concessions - haven't eaten there - but food prices are high everywhere nowadays. However we enjoy watching action movies and epics on BIG screens so appreciate theaters trying to stay in business. Must be hard.

Jessey Nettey: The ticket area is entirely self-service and dimly lit. The seating is absolutely terrible. Even with the seat back, because the seats are more or less on the same level, you have to crane your head to see the screen which is high on the wall.
John-Michael Watson: Some seats are in extreme disrepair in theater 13. Costs is very high on concessions. Other than that all staff were friendly. The whole place was very clean. Service was quick. They did remove the good popcorn salt now just have table salt but it's okay.

Shannon Kryski: Theater was semi-clean. There is no staff at ticket windows as it's mostly done onlin, and you pick up tickets at a kiosk. Popcorn was hot and buttered, but salt for it was provided in little packets vs a shaker. Tedious to deal with in dark theater. Seats could use an update to repair broken and damaged ones. It's still overpriced, but that's to be expected given theater's have been for years, and post covid, have lost tremendous amounts of business. It is sad to see, but we still enjoyed a girls night out for a movie.

Rachel Miller: The Dinner Detective was wonderfully interactive and hilarious! I bought tickets as Christmas presents for 10 members of my family, ages 24 to 85. Everyone raved about it! The humor was a bit silly at times, but that’s part of the fun. The food courses were simple: salad, ravioli, chicken marsala with dinner rolls, and chocolate cake. My family had no complaints about the food, though I always like to note that you should not go to events like this with incredibly high expectations. I ate a snack before the show and was perfectly content. The performers were passionate and the service was great, too.Overall, I highly recommend for a fun event! We are already planning to return for a new theme.

Brandon Mitchell: I love this movie theater!The seats are great. They have a heating feature that always feels great on my back, and they recline perfectly!They have an easy to use kiosk in the lobby that I like to use to buy my tickets. The theater always seems clean and the staff is friendly. It seems like they usually have a free poster or something cool like that lying around.Best of all the tickets always seem cheaper here than other theaters which is great because I find this theater to be more enjoyable and comfortable than others anyway!

David “Adam” Eaton: I have to admit. Tonight changed my rating from a five star to a two. The staff is too busy trying to close rather than check out the customers in a giant line on a Saturday night. Almost 20 minutes later I got a large popcorn and drink. 20 minutes for a 20 second transaction!! On a Saturday night why in the world was there only one cashier? Absurdly dumb. There was no reason I should have been waiting 20 minutes and just one cashier. Management just kept walking by and cleaning, instead of helping to take care of customers. Horrible management. That's like duh level for management. If you see a line, you help. She apparently needs to go back to training.

Dascha Rhodes: Unfortunately, I didn't end up having a pleasant experience at this theater. I purchased 2 tickets and one of the recliner seats we were assigned to did not work. Other guests were also complaining of the same thing nearby. In addition, the entire movie the overhead lights were left on above us. I did not purchase any snacks or drinks, so I couldn't comment on that. The lady who scanned my ticket was very friendly and pleasant. I was also allowed to bring in my personal water bottle with no issues. Overall, the movie we selected to see was great. The layout of the theater was nice and had plenty of space for others to get through, even with the recliners extended. It was just super odd that they never shut the lights off when the movie began and unfortunate that some of the recliner seats in the theater did not work. I also got a respiratory infection after visiting this theater, so I'm not sure if sanitation could be improved as well.

But since we weren't familiar..we didn't know it was online tickets or on computer there. We had also never been inside one of the theaters 🎥 so we had no idea how the seating was set up 🤣 so I just picked 2 random seats! Next..was the concessions 🥙🌽🍕🍟🥨🍿🍦🍧🍪🍭🍬🍫🍸🍷 🥤🍾☕️🍹For real‼️ This AMC had everything..even a full bar we were in ADULT HEAVEN!!! Even gourmet 🍿 popcorn! Carmel and Oreo! 😲MG! Delicious 😋 Next..was the theater...we had no idea! We finally found our seats..after looking foolish for a couple minutes 🤣 we sat and enjoyed the comfortable leather reclining seats!!! Amazing and so comfy 😍 All and all it was a great experience! Since Kokomo's is very outdated 😒 but we still go almost 1 a wk or so. It's just what we do..we're less than a mile from it so it's close and we enjoy movies 🎬The only thing I would change would be to put an arcade in for the b kid's. We didn't have our kids this night, but we did notice a lot of kids. They need something to do also!! Other than that..it was amazing to go and sit and relax and be comfy! We really enjoyed it and will be back next week!!!

Christopher Harrigan: It’s not the worst but a few slight tweaks could make this place better. Like locks that actually work on the bathroom stalls for starters. Maybe more items being available on the menu. Staff could use a pep talk, not that customers go there specifically for good customer service. The movies pull in customers enough, but maybe act like you appreciate your visitors. Two tickets to a movie at Flix Brewhouse are cheaper than two tickets to this AMC. The service at Flix is also light years beyond this place. Maybe just go to Flix. 🤷♂️

Sean McManus: Have been seeing movies here since the early 2000s. It’s fine as far as prices/staff/etc go but I don’t think they have cleaned the seats since it opened. They are gross and they smell bad. Please get Stanley steamer in there. I didn’t sit in my normal movie theater spot because the upholstery was so dirty looking compared to seats lower/off to the side.

David Waldman: Beautiful theatre. Phenomenal productions. A real treasure in Indianapolis. Highly recommended.
Mark French: Saw The Rise and Fall of Holly Fudge and really enjoyed it. Phoenix an artsy regional theater and definitely worth checking out. I've seen two shows there and both were quite good - we'll written and we'll acted.
Michelle Sweeny: what a swanky, modern space, with clean bright colors and such a powerful show that got all of the audience feeling the depth of emotions.

Joshua Chandler: As gracious as they were, the staff hosted our monthly Indy Rainbow Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours. I would have to say, it was an absolute pleasure attending this month's event. Lovely facility, gracious host, wonderful opportunity.

Izzy Litwack: New theatre is beautiful! A great addition to the downtown area.
Manuel Jork: Came all the way from Germany and just saw "Bakersfield Mist". After the show was one curtain only. Way too less to appropriately value the performance. A very intelligently written play and a wonderful actress and actor who turned this into an inspiring and entertaining event. For all art lovers and people lovers definitely a must see. I give some extra curtains and hope the applause echos to this great cast.
Samantha Baar: Great space. Very intimate black box setting. Great facility, very interested in seeing more performances at this venue.
Dan: Have yet to go to a show, but am unfortunately providing a less than strong review due to the lack of concern from their outdoor venue for all the neighbors that live nearby. I’m fully supportive of the idea, but practicing past 10:30pm on most nights and blasting the sounds so that people can hear it from streets away is not ideal.
Mandy K Greenlee: The new facility is beautiful and the outside space has a beautiful backdrop (the Indy skyline). We were able to safely enjoy a live show again, despite the pandemic. They have a bar available. The only down side it the lack of parking but I understand they are working on that issue!
