Valeria Arenas: I went there for biometrics, I was a little bit late so I was nervous because of that, but the staff was amazing, this men help me and he was energetic and reflected happiness and that help me to settle down 🤗 The security men’s seems too rude

Bridget Blankson: Giving this place a 5star because of the staff at security check , Omg that man has a heart of gold .my autistic son was having a meltdown because of the strange faces around. the two ladies inside asked us to leave saying people where afraid 😳 afraid that a child was crying I’ve never heard that.The security man suggested a room and lady said sorry I don’t have a room for him take him away.So glad the other lady came and attended to us.I really appreciate the security man I wish I know his name.

shy shierly: I had my citizenship interview yesterday and passed it! Thank you to Officer Stevens. He is super nice! Security Guard is very chatty and had to higher their voice most of the time so people can hear them. I dont see any problem with that.. Checked in is very nice too. Even ask me if I passed and congratulate me as well.. All in all experience is super smooth.. Listen carefully and follow instructions so you wont get yelled at. Rules and instructions are there for your own good..
Robert Jennette: Indianapolis is the worst place to reach someone to help on the phone. We have been married 2 yrs now and our case was a year ago but no news yet, and just want an update. I called as soon as the office opened and the robot says they have high call volume. I called later and get the same response. The robot disconnects the phone when you ask to speak to a person. Worthless!!! Should have stayed in new york and would already have an answer.

Jay: Staff in the office are very nice and efficient, and I like them a lot. But as the previous comment in the review, the staff at security check has an attitude. He is unprofessional and rude. I hope USCIS can replace him and put someone better in his position.

Kristen Pasechnik: My husband is taking the test today, excited for him, however my one and only experience has been unpleasant thanks to the rude security gaurd that can't keep his trap shut for a minute and belittling everyone that comes in. I can't believe this guy is allowed to be the first face you encounter.

Teo S: We had such a great experience, the staff was very very helpful! Unfortunately I can’t remember the officer’s name but he was great! We just moved from Canada to Indianapolis and we had to get some paperwork done for our car and everything went smooth and quickly! Thank you once again for your help!

Milsparro: Imported two Canadian motorcycles here - a friendly, experienced officer filled out all the paperwork while I waited, the process couldn't have been easier. The CBP magazine in the lobby is worth a read too!
