Dori notarized some documents for her and Michael Moran started the process of rolling over her IRA to Key Bank. In times like these, it is so nice to receive the service and courtesy that we received today. These are the type of people we are proud to do business with!Thank you! Mark Barnes: I have always been happy going to this bank. I have been coming here for about 23 years. Going through the drive thru it has been more difficult than normal but still very happy. I hope on the weekend the branch will open inside sometime.

Justin Weaver: Called ahead and they said I could get a cahsiers check in the drive thru. Once there, they said I had to come inside... The first location had a power surge and had me wait 15 mins before stating their system still was not up. Both the Meridian and Greenwood locations have failed at any sense of customer service to their customers.

Joe: Imagine my disappointment of being so excited after winning a decent prize from the Hoosier Lottery only to have KeyBank deny me the ability to cash my payout all because I did not have a secondary ID that was acceptable to them. After calling four different branches I got the same terrible customer service from each one, after explaining that I'm not from the area and the closest branch from me is nearly two hours away and it is really frustrating to have to drive two hours back home two get something that they will accept and then another 2 hour drive back to cash the check, that I had my state-issued valid driver's license and AAA card with my name on it also valid. Those are all I had with me but I also had a friend who made the drive with me who is willing to present her identification and acceptable second form mine. Catherine Placed on a lengthy hold I received similar answers from all four that they would not help me but I could call another branch even further from my location and tell my story to them and they may be more willing. After the 4th branch just gave up and drove home. I'm very grateful that I do not have to deal with such terrible customer service from banks in my area I reviews to give them the satisfaction of making me drive all the way back and if I ever happen to win again I will not even waste my time dealing with these rude people.

Christopher Wash: One star is one star to many for this bank/location. Only people they care about is their self and their money.My wife and I went to the KeyBank location @ 71st and Binford to make a cash deposit on Sunday, October the 31st, to cover bills that were going out the next day. After inserting the cash, the ATM said unable to complete transaction. Did not get back my cash or debit card. Called the bank the next day, spoke with the manager. He went on to say there was nothing he could do to help get my cash back that I put their ATM. He said just just file a dispute to try and get your money back that way. After calling to file a dispute, they are now saying it could take up to 10 days to get my money back, that their machine took in the first place.Thanks to THEIR ATM machine taking over Three Hundred dollars and not crediting my account, I had to two bills not go through. I have never had a bank treat my wife and me like this. Not one person took time to even apologize for the inconvenience or try to help us. They just keep passing us on from one person to another with no resolutions.

Natasha Townsend: I made an appointment to get a secured credit card. While working with the banker he was EXTREMELY slow and seemed very confused on how to do his job. I was there for 2hrs just to complete a simple credit card application! You would think if I was there that long he would get everything right but that was not the case! I told the banker I only wanted $500 on the credit card but instead he submitted the application for $2,000 and the money was removed from my account!!!! He told me I had to come back in and submit ANOTHER application to make it right. Long story short this “banker” messed up my credit application 3x!!! Now I have a closed account on my credit report for $2,000 and they are refusing to help me!!!! This is the worst banking experience ever!!!

Corrie Rosas: My first visit there, I was told by the teller what kind of business the person in the drive thru next to me was conducting. And I was asked by the same teller over the loud speaker what my social security number was..I called to speak to the manager Joe who didnt return my call until I asked another employee what the regional managers information was so that I could share my experience with them since the manager was to busy to talk. I was givin the wrong information to a man named Jared whom I was never able to contact. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Ryan Pollom: This review is not in reference to this bank branch but rather Key Bank as a whole. I received a promotion in the mail offering 300 dollars if I opened a new checking account and met certain criteria. The entire experience was horrible from the beginning. The website listed on the promotional mailer didn't work until a day after the promo started. Next the website told me that the code was invalid for my area or the account I was opening wasn't eligible for the promo. I verified eligibility based on the guidelines outlined on the back of the promo card. I contacted Key Bank online support to figure out what the issue was and why the promo code wasn't working. I was told that the promo code was valid and that I should try to use a dfferent web browser. I was advised by online support that if the code didn't work that I would have to call another phone number to use the promo code and open an account over the phone or visit my local branch. Visiting my local branch is difficult due to the hours I work so I crossed my fingers and used another web browser to see if I could get the code to work online. I tried the promo on another web browser and was instructed to proceed to a local branch or call to use the promo code. I called the number I was given only to be told that I wasn't able to open a checking account over the phone and I needed to go online or go to a branch. Frustrated by the whole situation but still determined to cash in on this promo I went to the Key branch at 5868 E 71st on Saturday to open the account. After sitting down with the branch manager and discussing my desire to open a new account and take advantage of the promo offer I was told that the promo wasn't working and further inquiries would have to be made on Monday. The bank manager took my phone number down and advised he would follow up with me on Monday. I received a call this morning from the bank manager and was told that Key Bank would not honor the promo code. What an absolute joke! This wasn't some online coupon or a promo from another bank that I was trying to get them to honor. This came directly to my house from Key Bank! It was their promo and despite being told that it was a valid promo and that I did qualify for it Key Bank decided they weren't going to honor it! Thanks for the great customer experience! Needless to say I don't recommend Key Bank to anyone. There is no integrity in a company that won't honor its word. A company like this isn't a company worth doing business with. Stay away from Key Bank! On a side note the branch manager was very helpful and made every effort to honor the promo and assist me with the issue. Thank you for your help.

Jim Murray: My Wife & I opened checking & savings accounts here this weekend. When I called earlier in the week to schedule the appointment, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything went smooth and we are now happy Key Bank Account holders. Our appointment was lengthy due to some documents we needed notarized, but Rachel Fox & Grace Martin were very patient, helpful & friendly. They are great people and the kind that we like to do business with! Thank You! You are awesome!!

They play games with deposits and holds (this branch puts a hold on a check, but if I take it to another branch there is no hold). The manager here should be let go...she is awful. A large rock would provide better service! Their mobile app looks and functions like it was built in the 90s.

E VK: I have been a key bank member for years. I have a good standing with them. For some reason, every person I have ever dealt with here acts like they are put out or just plain rude. I will try and be careful with my next point. I also feel like I am treated differently because of the way I look. I am not in a suit and not "other" things. I have a good amount of money in my account but yet they have given me a hard time about certain transactions. Anyways, I don't want to out right say anything, so I'll just say this....avoid this branch.
