I called up to the store to speak to a manager and the staff or “manager” refused to give me a name. My cashier was Kobe and todays date is 04/02/23. I will be calling corporate in the morning because the service was unprofessional and awful and it made me sick during a pregnancy.

Tyson Danz: Don't go!! I drive a big van so I can't do drive through. Sign said they were open at 10:30. I parked and walked in at 10:50 and when I approached the counter a young man said that they weren't open yet. Did not tell me when they would be open. Funny thing, it sure looked like they were serving people in the drive thru. Also, why have your door unlocked if you are closed. What a clown show of a restaurant.

Oscar Medina: Ridiculous. I saw almost 10 staff members and 1 of them came to help me after 5 minutes. I was only picking a couple of doordash small orders. The manager was there too and he was just running like a chicken with no head and I left after 15 minutes of waiting. Ridiculous. Close this place. It is better with an empty lot than this terrible and worst customer service. It is not that hard to manage a place like this. Never coming back.

Joyce Thompson: Completely done with kfc. Not sure they have district or regional managers that do pop ups but it is greatly needed. We ordered the meal special for $18.99, macaroni and cheese, fries and 2 chicken wraps. Wendy's chicken wraps are definitely better.. Well we drove to this location because the location on S. Emerson never has everything on their menu, ugh and its not like we come here often. It's nostalgia.. We go through the drive-thru which was fast and friendly. When we get home and open the box of chicken, it's not what you expect from kcf. Our chicken looked like it was refried. It didn't look fresh and cooked right. My hubby said the mac n cheese was nasty. It looked flavorless and runny to me. We threw it away. Seems like training needs to be done and management more involved.

They pulled us up and told us they were waiting on the chicken. 15 minutes go by and I go back to ask for a refund and the cashier says "we just put the chicken down..." It doesn't take 15 minutes to bread chicken. It's no wonder this KFC is such trash. When the employees are just as bad. Never eat here, go to Chick Fil A. 1000 times better service and faster.

Except for forgetting plates, our order was perfect, including all of the different sauces that we requested. Even after a 10-minute drive home, there was no need to microwave to reheat. Hessa Jones: Used the app to order online. I ordered ahead in a non-peak time (set for 8pm pick up) but when I got to pick up was told my order was later because they were "out of chicken". The Mgr said well it's cooking and will be 20 minutes. I ordered at 7:10 for an 8pm pick up. But there were door dashers waiting as well. There were 3 cars in the lot that had also been waiting quite some time and had come in and out of the restaurant several times inquiring about their food. Additionally, 2 separate walk in customers and another app order customer came in. The Mgr dropped 1 bag of food for a drive thru customer so they had to remake it in front of everyone else's orders. Finally the door dasher left with their order, and 1 walk in customer left with a very large order. They were still taking and fulfilling drive thru orders. Finally my order should've been done so I went to the counter and told the Mgr if he stopped fulfilling drive thru orders and walk ins that had come AFTER my order and the other online order it would make more sense. I had an 8 PC mixed (2 of each breast, wing, leg and thigh) and 2 add'l wings, plus Cole slaw, fries and biscuits. I saw her put an add'l leg and thigh in separate box so I asked her about it. She said "ya well we're outta wings, so I gave you a leg and thigh. Also, I put a bunch of extra chicken in the bucket since we were out of stuff." When I got home, I had 5 thighs, 1 wing and 4 drumsticks in the bucket and the additional leg and thigh instead of wings I had ordered. I ended up with 12 pcs of chicken...not 1 breast, and 1 tiny wing instead of the 4 I should've had. For all that I paid $31.90. Oh, and I got my 8pm order at 8:40.I won't go back to that KFC unless I have coupons from corporate that I have written to about this issue.

Joyce Thompson: Tuesday night (3/22/2023) hubby and I wanted chicken so we stopped here first. I was happy they finally repaved their lot bc before it had so many potholes. The lot had about 10 cars in it so I'm thinking they must've improved from our last visit if it's this busy. We went to the drive-thru. There was a line and we waited. We get up to order and yet again they are out of macaroni and cheese and it takes several minutes before someone takes our oder, ok. Our last visit they were out of chicken and waiting on the manager. So we cancel our order and drive around to the exit. I notice that there are 4 people in uniform sitting and no customers inside but the lot is full of cars. Hmm.. On to another location. Hopefully we have better luck

"No problem," I said - I'm a patient person. 25 minutes later I went inside to see what was the problem. 5 other people had been waiting that long too. I was asked 5 times by the same staff person what I was waiting for. I politely re-told my order each time. 10 more minutes went by - I was now at 35 minutes, and becoming very agitated. When my order did finally come up, it was wrong. I said so to the manager, and also said that it took so long to get my order that I didn't care anymore, and just going to take what they gave me. The manager said, "Well you don't have to be an a$$hole about it."Oh really? I wasn't going to write a review, until that.Avoid this KFC - worst one in the city. Cornelia Walker: Sat in parking lot for over an hour waiting for 3 pot pies, that they didn't have/prepared. They told me 20minutes wait for the three. After about 30min girl comes out with with 2 potpies saying 3rd not ready yet. 3rd potpie still took almost another 30min. I believe these little girls working there gave my pot pie to someone else. Then to add insult to injury, I get home and the crust is still just about raw !!!!... all pies still needed to be re cooked to brown crusts. They may as well just given to me raw and I cook at home....and I didn't have to wait in 30degree Temps with my vehicle running...burning up my gas. As a stockholder and consumer in this company my money,time and consideration is a waste here. It's sad 😔 and I will not ever return to this location and suggest no one else do either 😕 They have totally gone down, they use to exhibit better service and food .

George Ofthejungle: Not exactly sure why they are even open until 11PM. Apparently they stop cooking around 930 or sooner because at 10PM their out of chicken and not making any more. Don't waste your time here later in the evening. And whatever you do, don't use the app to place an order because in past experience they take your money but once you get there they don't have any food and no way to refund your money to your card at the restaurant.

M: After 45 minutes stay in the line of the drive true, everything I asked for they said they don’t have it, no chicken at the KFC????? That was disappointing, they should send some one out and let people know that they are out of everything and don’t waist our time.
David Jenkins: Worker “Tamia” was very rude throughout the entire order process! I waited 10/15 minutes before placing order then get to window and was told that I had to pull up and wait five additional minutes on chicken to get ready; I feel that a guest should not be charged until you explain there is a wait. If I knew about the additional wait time before I gave my payment, I would have cancelled order. I told the lady at the window that I was not waiting and that I wanted my money back since food wasn’t ready! At that point instead of simply refunding my card for the purchase, she calls the police on me! I have never seen a SO CALLED manager act as such; especially when someone is asking for a refund! My advice to professional minded and sane people; STAY AWAY from this location !!!

Wyatt Babb: Came through the drive thru and stated to order my order. The employee that was taken the order was the manager older white lady. She proceeded to say they are no longer making certain items. Like a chicken sandwich I asked why and they said because they do not want to. So from there I asked about tenders. Overall the worst KFC around. The manager needs to be let go or go to a different job that requires less responsibility’s. Definitely would not recommend this KFC needs new management and staff!!!! Go to the one on Gorgetown Rd!!
