Duane Casteel: I think the cabinets are the best. Everything is wood and plywood (no cheap particle board).Very easy to put together and Tim is great to work with right to the very end of your project.
Evan Combs: Buyer alert!Don't trust them when they say " We value customers and please email me".. we have 10 quality issues with their products, when we reached out to Gloria's email, she said "nothing she could do". No compensations, no apologies.'It seems that they only comment to SHOW that they care but they DON'T.They customer care is something you DO NOT want to deal with. Haven't seen any other companies being this inconsiderate as this team.

Anton Tsintsarski: Absolutely, the most horrific experience with Cabinets To Go, period. Price of the project $50,000. I don’t know where to begin with, but I’ll try my best. After the kitchen was designed and the installers showed up at the house within couple hours of the installation, I realized without even measuring that the main wall on my kitchen was 4 inches off. I immediately told the crew manager about my concern, and he insured me that he had double checked the measurements, after which I had to do it myself and prove him wrong. They were halfway through the installation when they had to move all of the cabinets 4 inches, which ultimately left me with huge holes in the cabinets where the outlets were cut out wrong. This was just the beginning of a very long nightmare that continued for weeks. Day two of the installation they were working in my secondary kitchen/pantry and made a mistake and installed one of the cabinet doors on the wrong side, which left me with huge holes in the frame, but what was more disturbing is, they never told me about it, and I had to find out myself later. After three days of problems, thei boss showed up 2 weeks later to finish the job and this was the most ridiculous idea they could have ever had. He actually was way less experienced than his crews which ultimately led to tens of mistakes that left me with an enormous amount of damages on my cabinetry in a $1.5 million house. To name a few he was installing a vanity in one of the bathrooms that has an accent tile wall, because he couldn’t find a stud he drilled 12 holes into the tile until I finally went up there and confronted him and told him to use an anchor which worked right away, then he told me I overreacted and had an attitude from this point on until the last day were there. My master bathroom vanity he measured wrong for the drain pipe and left me with a giant hole on the floor. I have repeatedly tried to contact Cabinets To Go corporate so that somebody comes and inspect their peoples work, but so far four weeks later I’ve had nobody show up. Don’t live the nightmare I did. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.P.S. Prompts to the store employees and especially Tim who has always been nice to work with.

Lion’s Share: I used cabinets to go to do my kitchen and they did a wonderful job Tim who designed the kitchen designed a Flawless design it looks like something out of a magazine. The quality of the cabinets, the install was PERFECT! Not to mention the price was within our budget thanks to Tim! Tim gave us ideas that made our kitchen not only look good, but that it was functional as we cook a lot. The great thing about cabinets to go is that it’s one stop shop from the cabinets to the countertop to the sink they did it all! Thank you Tim and thank you cabinets to go for a job well done!

My cabinets are beautiful, and I love them; however, the five stars reflect this team's customer service. I worked with Rory and Tim. I am impressed by their knowledge and willingness to lend assistance during and after my purchase. Cabinets to Go has always followed through on every promise they made. I highly recommend this team and the company.

Hubby and I had them done in a couple hours.They did a great job and were on time with countertop delivery & installation.The flooring is beautiful and a great quality.We recommend them to everyone even thinking about remodeling.

Thanks to Rory for making this process smooth and giving us the guidance we needed to make my dream kitchen come to life. We had no headaches and from start to finish he has been available for any questions or concerns I had. The sub contracted counter top group “Cutting Edge Countertops” were better than I even expected with communication and one time appointments! A+. And last but not least, our cabinet installer that CTG uses “John” was beyond my expectations as a contractor. He was patient and kind and really took all details into account. Thank you all that had a hand in my dream!! I will recommend you all to anyone who asks. And have already spread the word.
Nakia Bell: Too high for what they offer. If you have a basic kitchen the prices are great but anything on a larger scale this is not the place.
Patricia Brady: Design was done in a way that would be impossible. Had incorrect measurements and quoted cabinets at 36” although I ordered 42”. Delivered 30” cabinets. Installed and split one cabinet. Wall cabinets pulled away from the wall before they had even been used two months. One hinge pulled out of the cabinet after literally being opened less than 30 times. After they were installed and in use about 3 months one entire wall of cabinets was pulling away from the wall at the top—this was the installer’s error but it’s the installers that Cabinets to Go uses routinely. They didn’t install hardware and wanted to charge me $100 for toe kick even though there was a 4-6 inch gap in the bases of the cabinets at the corner of the “L”. !!!!
Cori Gasper: My husband and I went to cabinets to go, we met with a designer and received a "soft quote" for the installation. Paid the $99 to have one of their preferred contractors come to our home. We had additional work that would be needed in order to make our dream kitchen come true. They sent a man by the name of Scott Cowman to do the estimate. I proceeded to tell Scott what we wanted done. He suggested that I put my new vinyl plank flooring over cracked tile in the kitchen, "to save me money". He then proceeded to tell me that I would be voiding the warranty if I did not add transition slips between a door way. I excused myself to call the store and they confirmed it would not. He then became very argumentative with my husband and I told him that he could go ahead and leave we would not be moving forward with him. He then raised his voice, screaming and cussing with my children in the home. I will say that the store refunded my money for the $99 charge to have their preferred contractor to come out and the design process went smoothly... However after that experience and the amount of money we were investing I did not feel comfortable moving forward with them or any of their preferred contractors. This would have been a $40k project. The contractors response was he assumed I wanted to save money... better assumption would be I want professional job and flooring that will last.
Michelle Cicirello: Full disclosure- we have not taken delivery of our cainets yet, but I feel compelled to write this review due to the exceptional service I received from Tim C. from CTG Indianapolis. My contractor here in Chicago steered me towards Cabinets to Go and I wanted to get some color samples. I wasn't able to order them online so I called corporate HQ. They directed me to the Indianapolis store because they are the closest store with the full line of custom built cabinets. Tim was so helpful, sending me pictures of the cabinet colors juxtaposed next to other colors so I could see the contrasts and tones. He helped me configure the layout and even add in an extra corner cabinet I was hoping for. It made all the difference. I ended up going with the stock RTA option but Tim still helped me through the whole design over the phone and via email, which was so great considering the pandemic. I only wish I lived in Indy so I could go thank him in person.

We were given wonderful personal attention with Jamie using his computer to create a picture of my kitchen based just on my verbal description and our room dimensions. We ordered our beautiful white cabinets. Using online videos we created our new kitchen. I am more than pleased with the help we received and the quality of our cabinets.My daughter said if she was designing her own kitchen she would not change one thing. Thomas Morgan: Run don't walk from this establishment. A job that was to take 5 days has turned into 3 weeks and they still aren't done.1) We ordered the cabinets and flooring and they wanted to start the job on August 12th. We told them not to start until September 2nd,so they said they would go ahead and order in the cabinets to have them and they have the flooring in stock all the time.2) They come out September 2nd missing 2 cabinets and a wall panel for the refrigerator. The cabinets were to take 2 days them 3 days to do the flooring. (flooring was in kitchen livingroom and diningroom and hall leading to all bedrooms.)3) They then tell me they aren't starting the floor until the following Monday on the 9th. I tell them that I have appliance and furniture coming and I cannot change all these dates. I basically was told too bad.4) The person shows up to install the floor on Monday the 9th and the guys show up to finish the cabinets. Well they don't have the wall panel for the refrigerator. So they install the 2 cabinets. We show them that there is a damaged door on one of the other cabinets and they have to order that. The person there to do the floor is a nice man by himself at 80 years old.5) I come home later that day, I walk over to the first few rows of flooring and inform him that it is crooked. He tells me he knows and will fix it.6) I come home the second day and we cannot see most of the floor ( he had only made it about 12 rows in that did not even finish the hall yet. ) He had boxes of flooring laying over everything he had done.7) I come home the 3rd day (remember the flooring was only to take 3 days) He has mad about 6 more rows of progress and it is majorly crooked. The reveal on one end of the hall was about 2.5 inches at the other end was almost 6 inches. (the hall is about 20 feet long)8) So I point this out to him and he tell me my walls are crooked. THEY ARE NOT. I start calling his boss at the flooring store that cabinets to go had subbed out the work to. I called 2 times that day and 3 times the next day. (flooring still not done next day) Finally I called cabinets to go and told them I could not get a hold of his boss and he would not return any of my calls. I left a voicemail with my name and number each time I called because my phone does come in blocked as I own a property management company and do not wish for my 500 + tenants to have my cell number. He did call back the first time I left a voicemail about the sink install being too low so I know he listens to voice mails.9) The cabinets to go called him and he calls me back. YELLING AT ME SAYING HE DOESN'T ANSWER BLOCKED CALLS. I inform him his installer has installed the flooring crooked. He once again become mad at me saying it is almost done now. I at this time have become angry myself. I hang up on him. He calls me back I tell him the first 2 words out of his mouth better be "I'm sorry or this call is over". He apologized. I frankly do not care if you answer blocked calls or not this is your business line and your customer is trying to get a hold of you. Also I do not care that the floor is almost done, YOU would not answer your phone.10) He said he would have his guy come back out and relay the floor. Also he would send help with him to get it done faster. Well he came back worked Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with NO help. Floor is still not done. They were going to try and reuse the quarter round they had started laying and took back up I informed them that is needed to be new quarter round as that is what I paid for and they would have multiple nail holes in those pieces if they reused them. I will be filing suit against them for time and trouble as we have been living out of our garage this entire time. I expect 20% or more off the entire order or this will go to court. My attorney has told me that once we figure up hotel costs and eating out costs I am letting them off too cheap. We shall see.RUN FROM THIS PLACE!Now we are up to 3 weeks! Still not done!

Marlena Durrett: Ordered in November. Stated we would recieve before Christmas. Arrived after Christmas. What we ordered wasn't right. They picked up items January 4th 2021. I had to call myself to see what was the holdup 2 months later. Had excuse for everything. Still haven't recieved product. Was told when product isn't right item goes in front of the list. Apparently not. When ask that we feel we should be accommodated for our inconvenience all they would say was everything is backed up. Will never do business with this company again. If the item we purchased wasn't so important to my husband wanting I would cancel and request refund. Has taken longer to get item fixed then it took from the time we orginally ordered. I understand things happen and feel we have been very understanding but why did I have to call and now I have a voicemail stating the delivery department will be contacting me. Please be aware they dont care as long as they have your money.

The store employee gave me false information and left off a key item from my order. The store called me to schedule a delivery of part of my furniture and told me I owed money on the account, which I did not. They said they would call me back after checking their system; they never did. I have had to spend hours on the phone with customer service to resolve the issues that started in the store. I know this is a trying time for all, but I am so disappointed in the service here. I do not recommend using Crate and Barrel for any furniture needs. There are nearby stores with far superior customer service.

Alison Druckemiller: Knowledgeable & friendly staff. Brenda spent a lot of time letting us “test sit” different options & review sizes while answering many questions that I had. Very kind & helpful.
Josh Smith: I purchased a table and chairs on August 20th, 2022. I didn't receive all the items in my order until March 31st 2023.When I spoke to the salesperson when I initially purchased I said I am only interested in items they have in stock for delivery as I did not want to wait for months due to supply chain issues. I was given two options of the tables that would meet my needs that were in stock in the warehouse, and I chose the one I liked the best.Delivery was scheduled for August 24th. I got rid of my old table and chairs so I would have room for the new. I received the table and 2 of the 4 chairs.I called and was told the other two chairs would be in within a day or two and they would be in another delivery. Fast forward to March 31st 2023. I finally received my last two chairs.223 days between purchase and delivery for an "in stock" item. I called every few weeks to check the status. I asked for a refund and to return the two chairs I was delivered so I could buy a set somewhere else. This was denied.Customer service kept referring me to my salesperson for and she wouldn't return my calls. I asked to speak to a manager in customer service but was told there is no way to get a refund or return the chairs, that I just had to wait. 223 days. 7 months and 11 days they had my money and I couldn't seat my entire family comfortably (adults chose the metal chairs kids got to sit on the 2 new ones).Sadly, I found a part number on the bottom of the chair and I could purchase it at Home Depot with 2 day shipping, but by the time I realized that I was able to buy them somewhere else, for about the 5th time, that they would be in the following week. Fast forward a few weeks and I did finally get them. I didn't need 6 and they wouldn't refund my money for the missing chairs so I kept using the metal folding ones.Every month it was "they will be in within the next month."Horrible customer service, I don't think it's unreasonable to return the 2 chairs that were delivered and get a refund for all 4 when I was told they were in stock when I ordered.Unresponsive sales person, unresponsive customer service who's "hands were tied" for 7 months while I had to use metal chairs at the dinner table because every few weeks the new chairs were arriving in just a few weeks according to customer service.I purchased a sofa not too long after the table, and that will be my last purchase with Kittles.On the off chance someone at Kittles reads these - 101229316 is the customer/order number. I'd love a refund for the chairs I had to wait over 7 months for. Heck even my sweet elderly mother said I should get a refund for all 4, and still get to keep them, for the hassle.

Try to even call Ashley furniture they dont even answer the phone. Kittles has my business due to customer service and yes the couch is quality.

Pam Stein: We entered the store, immediately were approached by a salesman. He continued to follow us in the store eventhough we said we just wanted to look around. I had visited this same store in January where Picky Vicki helped me with a chair. The price of the chair at that time was $881.00 with a sale of 20% off and was told I could not purshase the chair on the floor, it had to be ordered. I had called before I came to the store in January, was told I could use my "Don't use is, don't lose it" credit but when I went to pay they said I had to come back in March to use the credit. I returned to the same store on 3/27/2023 to oreder the chair only to find it was placed with "close outs" along with the automan with a supposedly marked down price of $1149.00. I had to pay $663.00 for the floor model where if I had been able to buy the chair in January it would have been a new chair for a price of $618.00. So I am not very happy with your store and will not return. Also, I don't think the salesperson who continued to follow us in the store and took the sale shared the commission with Picky Vicki who wasn't in the store on the 23rd eventhough I explained I had came back to work with her.

Karen Edney: So happy we found HomePlex, after literally months of searching the conventional furniture stores for the perfect sofa, we called in after a friends recommendation, so glad we did! Ashley spent hours with us on a number of visits to find the "perfect white sofas" for us. From the beginning to the end, we were given as much time as we needed to make our choices, and there are so many choices! From fabrics, to cushions, to depth of sofa, to feet, color of feet, arms, the selection was truly amazing! Our sofas arrived last week, and they are truly gorgeous, including our custom leather ottoman, that's so handsome! HomePlex gave us top notch service from beginning to end, thank you guys for making our home look gorgeous!
Brad Thurber: Full disclosure. We just ordered 2 couches and so do not have them yet. They are supposed to arrive in 8 to 10 weeks.This place is different in a good way. Super helpful. The floor sample couches were immediately more comfortable than comparable priced elsewhere. Everything is custom but if you can afford to wait longer for what appears to be higher quality than this is the place to go. Custom is not important to me but quality is.It is a very small store. They recommend you make a reservation for weekdays so they can go through everything with you. They hours are limited.

My husband and I were indecisive and inexperienced when it came to purchasing couches for our new home, but Ashley was endlessly patient and contributed valuable insights, making this a positive, stress-free experience. Our couches were delivered sooner than expected and have made our living room space so much more beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to shop there again and highly recommend HomePlex Furniture!
Joshua Holmer: Very friendly and helpful staff, and high quality furniture to choose from. You can customize the look and feel of your furniture, which is awesome, although do be aware it takes about 6 weeks for them to custom make your furniture, but delivery is free once it's ready. I never felt "pushed" into buying anything, either, which is something I hated about the big name furniture stores.
Michelle Luttrell-May: We traveled to Chicago and to Cincinnati looking for furniture before we discovered HomePlex. We had also worked with 2 different interior designers but just weren't happy. Ashley came to our house for a consult and then came back to us with suggestions as to what we might like. She is Amazing!!! We've purchased several couches, leather chairs, kitchen chairs and barstools. We have been so very happy with each and every piece. Ashley has made decorating our house fun! Not only is it quality furniture but it can be customized to what you want.

I walked into HomePlex Furniture (after visiting what felt like every furniture store on this side of town) and had nothing but a positive experience. The design help was awesome! The selections were endless. And the quality blew everything else out of the water! We received our furniture last week. It goes above and beyond our expectations. The quality is amazing. I have 3 boys and I want furniture that can withstand the wear and tear of children. We bought a Temple sectional and leather chair, with hopes to purchase more from HomePlex!

Katie Ciccotti: I’m so heartbroken.May 2022 we placed an order with the manager for a large piece of wall art… we were assured that it would only take about 8 weeks and that shipping to Florida wouldn’t be a problem. So we happily paid for our art and extra shipping.Now here we are in March 2023 and we still don’t have our wall art. I have called dozens of times. Spoken with more than 3 different employees, been told that they would call me back but no one ever does.I have even messaged the CEO on LinkedIn to no avail.I Was told that my item was in the warehouse… then that it was in the wrong warehouse but it is now in the right warehouse… then that they were just back logged and trying to get through a bunch of other orders… then that the original quote for shipping isn’t going to cover what shipping companies are quoting now… then I was assured that it would be delivered in 10-14 days because the shipping broker was working on it. That was in January 13th.Well here we are, March 13th, and still no delivery.I just want what I’ve paid for and what I was promised. No one will call me back, no one will give me real answers.The sad thing is that I still want the wall art that I purchased!!!!!!!! I just want someone to figure this out and make it right!!!
s Day: I was so excited to get bedroom set from this place. That fact that I waited almost a year to receive it is no big deal considering it was during covid. But the fact that when it arrived my headboard has many flaws in it. I have contacted them to get a new one and nothing has been done, I have even went up there and James promised I would receive another one. So now another year later I still have yet to get it and with no communication at all.

JAlberto: Worst purchase I've ever made in my life. I bought a dining table on 12/09/2022 and the seller assured me that I would be receiving it in two or three weeks…totally false, I received it on 19/11/2022 after calling the seller more than 5 times and only receive as an answer that in one more week I would receive it, the day I received it it arrived incomplete. Since that day I have called more than three times and I have gone to the store twice and the only response I get is the same as always that the table should be arriving in a week. The year is over and we are at 01/02/2023 and I am still waiting for them to send me the missing pieces or a complete new table and no one from the furniture store has even contacted me to apologize... they are a disaster... I will never go back to buy something there

Alexis Glore: I was very excited to order with Urban Styles Furniture, they had a great selection and decent prices for what I was looking for but unfortunately our experience was not great. Our sales team member was super helpful when picking out a mattress and bedroom set, we settled on our options and but wanted to make sure the bedroom set we chose did not have a crazy long lead time (January 2022 lots of shipping delays on furniture) and we were told it would be 12-16 weeks on the furniture and 4-6 weeks on the mattress. We were changing the size of our bedroom furniture and did not have anywhere to put the new mattress so we asked to have everything delivered together. We asked if the lead time on our furniture changed once the order was placed wit the manufacturer that we be contacted. Our furniture ultimately did not arrive until the end of July/beginning of August and between March and July we contacted the store 5-6 times for updates. Each time our "expected delivery time" came up or passed we had to call the store, the store did not contact us with updates. On two occasions the staff was rude and would not allow us to voice our concerns (not the sales staff member we previously worked with), when the manager was not in there was no offer to take a message, and the person I talked to made a comment to me that "they were tired of taking flack for this set and everyone was complaining". I asked on each occasion for someone to reach out to us if there as a change or the delivery was pushed back further and this did not happen, and we were constantly told we could have the mattress delivered (and later made to feel that the reason the mattress was damaged upon delivery is because we didn't have it delivered and requested our order together). In total it took 3 deliveries over a 3 week period (total order included mattress, bed frame, nightstands and 2 dressers) to complete our order and the mattress and one dresser had to be replaced due to damage when it arrived. The first mattress arrived stained and the delivery team suggested we might have gotten a "loaner" mattress which was later determined not to be the case but if it is something they do then that is concerning. During the first delivery the team knocked a clock off the wall damaging the wall with scuffs from the paint on the clock and scratches in the dry wall. There were multiple delivery issues with the first and second delivery and finally the third delivery all of items arrived. We had been in contact with our sales team member who we felt did try their best to help and keep us informed but the rest of the service team did not. I had been in contact with a manager what was helpful to start and then acted as if we were an inconvenience for following up when we had not been reached out to. We were told they were "definitely going to be doing something for us in addition to getting our wall repaired" after the first delivery. It took almost 2 weeks after the final delivery in late August for our sales rep (after I made inquiries to the manager) to reach out and let us know they were giving us was ended up being approximately 6% of our total back in a refund. Our wall still had not been repaired and we had not been contacted by the warehouse team to set up time to have it looked at, which we noted each time we spoke to someone. We never received a call or apology from the manager regarding all the issues we had. It is now October and our wall is not repaired and we have not been contacted for a repair. I have also reached out with details regarding our service and lack of repair to our home through their website for assistance on 9/12/2022 and did not receive any response. While we still like the furniture, the customer service and resolution to the many issues we had was not appropriate and will be looking into our options to ensure we get the repairs made. I held off on leaving a bad review in hopes the company would honor their word but unfortunately that was not the case.

Meg Gambill: Well as of right now we had our couches delivered on 5/12. It was delivered before being adapted/changed to the way we asked when purchased. Okay thats fine i totally understand that. However, after the delivery/installers used a box cutter to open the packaging around each seat and cut the leather on one, we contacted you. You said someone would contact us in the next week to come fix the couch. We contacted you a week from then and told you no one had contacted us to fix said couch, and you again said you would get right on it. It has now been 2 weeks since that message, and we completely feel let down by your business. This needs fixed immediately, we waited patiently for the delivery because we know that everything is behind now in days, but this is now 3 weeks past, and now its an employee and business aspect that we do not appreciate just being left to deal with mistakes on a very expensive purchase. I can't say I can recommend your business if this does not get taken care of.
Rachel Swalls: Do not expect to get any items ordered on time or in good condition. I am 3 months out from my purchase date and have only received half of the items, with one being damaged. Staff do not return phone calls and are days late answering texts. Also, I have taken time off work for scheduled deliveries which have gotten cancelled twice.
