Le Creuset Outlet Store: what do users think?
Karen Craig: The staff was very helpful & my daughter and I found what we needed & then some! Great sale going on right now! Everything in the store was 30% - 50% off! Plus we found a wonderful bridal shower gift for my great niece! We will definitely be back.
S. Warren: LOVE this store! But, my only complaint is that the sales people tend to hover and watch you. I thought it was only me but they do it with other ppl in the store as well. There is one guy who works there who is the more relaxed and actually lets you shop on your own, the store is small and it would be difficult to actually go out of your way to steal something. lol So I'm not sure what they are trying to do here but its REALLY weird and has stopped me from going at times just bc i don't want someone following me around. I don't even carry a purse! OTHERWISE, this store has a great selection of items and is nice to visit!
chamar folson: Absolutely in LOVE!!!! I had no idea this store was even here!!! I'll be back. It was more than me and grandma expected, we didn't plan to purchase anything but purchased and planned our next trip. What a wonderful addition to the area.
Brady Mullis: Great selection and deals. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Ben Pearson: I love le cruset and this place has much better than average prices, and many interesting pieces. You can still occasionally find better deals if you keep an eye out, but prices here are below what you would expect at full retail.
Dave Stuart: Best cookware. Hands down!
Lady K: Absolutely adore this store. Every month they have something new or going to be retired at amazing prices. Excellent place to add to your collection. Many colors to choose from.
Pamela Troutman: Great sale. Nice selection.
Bayli Scott: I stopped in this store a few weeks ago just to take a look around. I had heard many things about it from friends and family who swear by it, so I had to see for myself. As soon as I walked in the door, an older lady with thicker glasses looked at me, sighed and kept talking to another worker. Around the corner came Melissa with smiling eyes. She showed and explained every product I was interested in, and even some she recommended. She was so friendly and I did not once feel as if I was asking too many questions or being an annoying customer. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and made shopping a breeze. I was reluctant to buy at such a high price but Melissa assured me that this cooking ware lasts a lifetime, so I gave in. Now, almost a month later, I still want to go back and buy every single item she recommended because I am now in love with this brand.
Jennifer Herrera: Came 10 til 6 and the doors were already locked. Really inconvenient, seeing how the sign clearly states the hours as 10 to 6. I guess they decided to just close early.....
Alberth Franco: Really kind associates and good service. Gave is suggestions based on things we were looking for
N. M. Hayes: Good service. Friendly staff. Explained sales with no pressure. Nice selection. Great colors.
George Dante: Always something discounted that you'll want for your kitchen. Helpful/knowledgeable staff. Better than an online discount shop. Just give these people your money.
Kaylie Parker: Clean showroom, helpful knowledgeable staff, a bit pricey, great product.
Jasmine Dong: Spotted a limited edition Dutch oven one time. Awesome customer service!
Brandon Baker: Great store! It always smells so nice in the store and the selection is great. I had no idea how many Le Creuset products exist! Special thanks to Sue who was a great help while shopping.
Alyson Shoemaker: Always friendly service, love the products, great prices when you compare with the Le Creuset online prices!
Steve Oreilley: Didn't go there
Birgit Biehl: Awesome service!! Thank you!
Sue Mullin: Great product and really well educated staff on product knowledge. Lots of fun!
Duone Millhouse: Great place to visit

Williams-Sonoma: what do users think?
Ess Ess Ar: Ordered dinning chairs from WS back in January. Still waiting for the order and there’s no update on my order. Even though their products are amazing, and worth the wait, but 4 months wait (and still counting) is unacceptable.
Jose G. Castañeda: Visited the store at Keystone Mall wanting to get a Wusthof knife and inquire about knife sharpening services.Spent some time in the knife section of the store and was entirely ignored by staff who seemed fixated on other tasks but hardly any of them was tending to customers, maybe just one in the entire store.Needless to say, not going back. I will try my luck and visit another store in the area or go to Sur Le Table at Clay shops.
Mariah: Great quality products but their lack of customer service isn’t worth it. Williams Sonoma is under the same ownership as Pottery Barn & West Elm. I ordered a chair that was backordered for 2 months. It got delivered but was the wrong color (supposed to be cream but came as navy blue). I now have to wait 3 additional months for the correct item. They will not issue a discount or anything for their mistake.
Alex S: Valerie did a great job of tackling the back room to find what I was looking for. I was really tired after work and I so appreciated her help! Thank you!
Abd Salame: Doesn’t worth it to go to a place where management tell you a different policy on returns than what there website and customer service saysWant it to purchase a Kitchen-aid mixer and they said if I used it once I can’t return, customers service on the phone said you can return it.So I can’t do any business with them if they don’t trust there products
Chris Strom: Stopped in today looking for discontinued item of Rustic Melamine, as some stores have it on their sales shelves. We did not see it displayed and were ready to leave when Tony asked if he could assist. And, WOW, did he ever. He found the item we were looking for at a few stores - mostly in CA. He started calling stores, and found one that had exactly what we were looking for! We arranged shipping, and we will receive it soon. Tony was wonderful! And, as we observed other shoppers, it appeared that the other sales people were engaged and truly cared about the customers they were assisting. What a great experience!
JSingh Singh: Wow...lots to pick.
Brad Thurber: Fun place to shop for expensive kitchen stuff.
Charles Hays: Love this store
Jerry: Customer service is always a little off in this store. Don't know why. Like they have awkward social skills. Not happy that they were out of my Cranberry Relish. Also not happy that it cost $34 for some toffee. Unbelievable ripoff. Not a good visit. Carry for Cranberry Relish.
Hazel Bcfhn: It was ok.
Andrew Bowers (Flowers): Very nice store. Friendly staff. Great selection of kitchen gadgets
Sarah E Lloyd (Sarah E Reed): My heart melted in this store. Love it!
Kat Keith: manager was great, however the employees need more training in customer service. In a high end store you expect high end service also, they need a better dress code. They were dressed very causal.
Cyndi Patton: Purchased Fortnum & Mason tea for $76.00 on line at Williams and Sonoma. Paid for wrapping & shipping came to $99.00 on Nov 17. Received an email it would arrive between Dec 3 thru Dec 7. I checked with , because email showed it had NOTshipped on Dec3. WS told me it may not ship, because it comes directly from England & they are shutting down due to Covid. I was Not notified by WS. I drove 40 min to WS to cancel my order. They did not take any responsibilty for it and blamed shipping. I told them they took my money and knew this was a problem. Not a fan of WS after this negative experience.
Robert Crouch: Fantastic selection. Friendly staff. Quality goods.
B Less2Love: I was thoroughly amazed by the 2 women working with me! I will return because they made my experience wonderful. I felt extremely comfortable and I did leave feeling like a new woman! Amazing staff, great store, and beautiful lingerie! Thank you ladies!
Luke Stark: Staff was very helpful!
Jason Monroe: Nice
Tabitha: Inside The Fashion Mall in the Nordstrom's wing. Come here to splurge on kitchen gadgets or take a class with their knowledgeable staff.
Jentura Summerville: Melissa helped me pick out the perfect graduation gift

Sur La Table: what do users think?
Andrzej K: Did a the Thai date night cooking class recently. Overall this class was okay sharing a single burner with 3 other people was disappointing because most of us were standing around for 3/4 of the class luckily we had some wine. The other disappointment was the menu had coconut lime sorbet, which ended up being already pre-made for us so we were able to experience that in the class which should be stated when booking.Maybe another class might redeem this experience but at 90 dollars I was expecting more.
Ashley Richardson: Had an amazing Thai cooking class with chef Tony, would highly recommend!
Violet Feaster: Date Night Thai cooking class was so much fun! The chef was knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely recommend and look forward to doing this again!
Kelly Stukenberg: I attended one of the pasta cooking classes and management of the class was extremely poor. Only verbal directions were given from the instructors, and it was very hard to hear. No demonstrations were done for the entire class to understand the steps. The instructor who knew the recipe better did attempt to help individually, however, there was not enough equipment for the entire class to do all steps at the same time. At the end, you were able to try the food you made. The ravioli was pretty good but the cannenoli was not even cooked. We consulted an instructor who tested the temperature and claimed it was cooked. After consulting the second teacher, he agreed the pasta was not cooked (we're talking sticky dough consistency). He told us to take it home and cook it longer in the oven. VERY DISPLEASED with this class given the money spent to attend and unappetizing result.
Kim “2XTREME” Lange: Took the Thai cooking class. Knowledgeable instructor and had fun.
Elisa Doll: I have concerns about a recent purchase that is also my first and likely last purchase. I bought some pricey hot chocolate as a gift for someone but the item I received has a torn off sticker on the front. For an expensive purchase it's worrisome because the sticker could mean it had been reduced price in store (for age or promotion). As a gift it's irritating because I have to try to remove it without damaging the art on the tin. As a consumer, if I pay more than is usual for a product I expect more from the product, and that includes the packaging. I cannot speak to the quality as of yet as I haven't yet gifted it. I hope that will make up for the initial disappointment. And it's why I am reluctant to give lower stars, though I still felt it's an issue that other consumers sgould be aware of, but is also too small to contact customer service (especially so close to the holidays). It's also good feedback for the company as I am sure that my expectations are not extraordinary.
Carol Metz: Trying to do some Christmas shopping on limited time, but frustrating when the store doesn’t open and it’s 10:10 . Lost two customers because of it. It was snowing and cold so waiting outside is very cold. More and more stores are not trustworthy.
W C: Terrible customer service
Tammy Owen: We were there for the date night cooking class. Chef Sarah, Josh and Donna were great. Lots of fun!! Signed up fir the knife skills class in a couple of weeks.
Wiley 6: My daughter just completed the Teen cooking class at the location in Carmel, Indiana and I wish I could say we were impressed. They didn’t do the mystery box on the last day, the Chef only lead the class the first day and they sent the kids home with undercooked brownies on the last day and told them they could finish cooking them at home. Not what we expected or paid for. Wish we had a better experience. We got a refund for the second week that she was going to attend because my daughter was not happy with them cutting out the mystery basket and the other issues with this week, she looked forward to doing that all week. Not worth the money if your kids want to really learn something. The food did not taste good either. I called to give feedback about our experience and was supposed to be contacted… still waiting.
theresa predmore: I gave one star because I can't give it a zero. Bought silverware sets and went to return and they hasled me about it. I had a fire and needed to replace my whole kitchen glad I only bought silverware to see if I liked the place and will never go to this store again. Beware horrible customer service. Took two trips and my husband to receive what was right.
Jake Wagner: Half my kitchen is from sur la table. We love their supplies, so when my significant other and I were recommended the cooking classes by one of the store employees we booked one. We have now tried to go 3 times. The first two were cancelled due to not enough guests. The third was cancelled due to employee illness. At least they were refunded. Very frustrating.
Jeannie Milan: Took the cooking with wine class, Scott was a great chef and instructor. Will take another class!
Jw Lee: They manage their cooking classes poorly. I bought Christmas cookie class and valentine cooking class for my kid but they canceled both with last minute notice. Going to a Sprout cooking class seems like a better option.
Maks Luthra: This review is exclusively for the poor management and lack of communication for the cooking classes. I purchased in-store cooking class as an anniversary present for me and my husband, and was charged $158 on my credit card. We reached the Carmel location for the class in heavy rain only to find that the store was locked but there were some other people waiting for the cooking class, so we thought maybe the instructor is running a bit late due to the rain. At 9:10 AM, an employee came. She told us that she cannot let us in but basically, there is no cooking class. She mentioned that the cooking class was canceled a week ago due to unavailability of the instructor and after checking the roster, she told us that someone may have tried calling me and would have left a voicemail.First, I didn’t have any missed call or voicemail in the past 10 days that I did not know about. Second, I was not refunded. This should’ve been the first thing they should've done if cooking class was canceled a week ago. Third, the person should have tried calling the alternate phone number (which I checked was there on the roster) or tried sending me an email to make sure the message was conveyed. It's been 4 days and I have still not received the refund. I have followed up with the store over email and have not heard back. I finally called their customer service today and a gentleman told me that in the system, he does not see that the cooking class was cancelled, so he is unable to issue a refund but he is escalating this to a team so they can review my case and follow up, which I appreciate.I am not sure if there is disconnect between the corporate and store management, but a client should not have to pay for this nonsense. You wasted our time on the day of the cooking class and are still withholding our refund for your lack of professionalism.
Rosette Fernandez: The manager Liz was incredibly rude on the phone after she let me know the class I purchased with my 9 yo daughter was no longer available bc there was no instructor. This class was a Christmas gift and there was no attempt to help rectify the situation or offer another class. I was told I needed to rebook but I knew the other classes were full. Also all of the classes are 14+ age, so I have no alternatives. I understand things happen but when there is no attempts to be kind or helpful that’s not ok
Jeanne Deangulo: So many cool kitchen gadgets!!
Ryan Mossakowski: I love Sur La Table due to the knowledge and customer service they have! Ever time I walk into the store I am greeted and notice how clean and organized everything is. If there is ever anything I need they are willing to help.I just recently had to deal with customer service and it was such a positive experience! I emailed them all the information and it was fixed shortly afterwards (less than an hour). I was very impressed!Wonderful company on all fronts and I’m happy spending my money there!
Brad Thurber: Friendly and helpful - but sometimes to the amount I would call hovering. I wish they would stock more of the products they carry on their website that get great reviews. The cooking class area looks very well equipped.
Heather Bailey: We did a cooking class at this location. It was super hands on and super fun! We made all of the food that we cooked. Learned some good cooking techniques. I will definitely plan to go back another time. Talking about planning our next date night there already. We made risotto, salmon, a new way to make a delicious fresh salad, and made a pastry. Chef Mel was a wonderful instructor! We was offered 10% off everything in the store after our class, and a discount on a future class, too. ..again, super fun, and totally will go back!
Mojo: Over-priced kitchen stuff but if you dig you will always find a deal. Nice place, friendly staff

CUTCO Store: what do users think?
Kurt Weis: Great customer service! Greg is wonderful to work with, always professional and helpful! Most of my Cutco is almost 30 years old and still in great shape due to their sharpening service. I recently brought some of my mother-in-laws in for sharpening and was amazed when I picked them up! Hers are probably 65 years old and have the original wooden handles. Not only did they sharpen them (and replace one that had a broken tip), they polished up the handles so that they looked brand new! I had to look twice...thought they had given me all new knives! Great company, great product!
Chelsey Balensiefer: This store is a godsend to cutco owners. The cooking classes, the service, and the people that work work there are incredibly helpful and happy! Highly recommend this store for immediate needs. We are lucky to have this in our backyard.
Andrew Depoe: Great knives 10/10 recommend!!! store staff is rude and not helpful I would suggest to shop online and see all the different types of sets that they offer.
M AC: Best knife EVER--Salmon knife "demo-ed" by Greg! He's beyond amazing!!!!!!! DO NOT LET HIM GO.
Janie Elizabeth (Janie): My local Cutco store is so much fun. Greg is fantastic, full of knowledge and energy!
Dave Reisetter: Sent two sets of knives in to be sharpened. Got them back in a timely manner but one of the knives came back with a large chip in the blade and another misshapen and also with a chip. As a result I am without a couple of key components to my kitchen for even longer. Customer service did not seem surprised by this issue.
Gary W. Redding: Great person works there.
Kim Lyons: FANTASTIC customer service. I live in FL. Got my first set of knives when a college kid sold me them. 4 years later I had one of my girlfriends visiting and she brought my knives back home with her and dropped off at this local store. They sharpened them for the first time ever and those that were too bad off, they even replaced for FREE!. I was shocked and love that they answered all our questions and were so quick to handle our knives. My girlfriend has since taken her other friends and her own knives back to be sharpened. BEST Customer service over the phone and in person. Awesome company and well worth the investment. Love these knives so much I have thrown all others away!!. Knives cut thru food so easy now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CUTCO
Elizabeth Wehlage: LOVE these knives. Just Bought the larger cheese knife (fenestrated) and its my favorite so far!
M Patel: Always pleasant experience at this store.. The customer service.. And of course.. It goes without saying for the product.. If one has never used Cutco knives its the best and only one time investment for life.. U never have to buy another knife ever again.. As they sharp and replace for free for life and its just amazing to use them.. Once u use these non other will come close to it.. I believe..
michelle enzinger: Love their knives big time. Helps me more then anyone would ever know. p s im disable and have only my left side working. i can cut anything with only ur knives no one elses. so u help me quite abit, u made me more independant. i can cut my own food and veggies etc. wish u had purple color though. u guys r the best
Jon Fader: Greg took good care of us and gave us a great deal on rounding out our three starter knives (now, nearly 30 years old!) into a better set for us.
Marsha Whipple: I purchased Cutco knives in the Indianapolis store. Absolutely the worst knives I’ve owned in 48 yrs of marriage. I cannot keep them sharpened. And the handles, while beautiful, are impossible to hold on to if your hands are even a bit damp, let alone greasy!! Only one I like is the serrated cheese knife. I would return them if I could!!
Mike Berg: Awesome customer service and education
kevin smith: Great customer service! Loved the demonstrations!
Malia Hosoi-Gallucci: Greg is the absolute best and really knows his stuff!
Jane Caskey: I'm starting this review out by recognizing the Castleton, IN store manager, Greg Johnson. He provides the BEST customer service every time I walk in the door. He always has a positive attitude & does every thing he can to ensure customer satisfaction!I have many Cutco knives and other items for the past 5+ years. I had never taken advantage of the sharpening service. WOW! So impressive. Not only was the process easy and quick, Cutco also replaced a few pieces because they were not able to sharpen them to meet standards.I know they are expensive, but I believe that you get what you pay for and more! with Cutco products.
Sharon G: Greg is wonderful - so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Great customer service and top notch products!
Jon: Had a wonderful experience at this Cutco store, Greg was helpful and pointed me to the perfect set of knives for my needs and I will be going back in the future.
Kristina Khamken: Greg Johnson was very friendly and helpful! He recommended me two knives and they are amazing!
Mark Johnson: Greg Johnson was very knowledgeable of the products, friendly and great to work with. Great first time experience with Cutco!

ZESCO Restaurant Equipment, Supply, and Design: what do users think?
David White: Any kitchen, commercial or otherwise, would benefit from stopping on in here. They have some great must-have items and plenty of things that you just will never find in a standard store. A great example is my sister has a huge cooking pan that she had to special order a long time ago. While in there, we saw one! If you have a need just check it out! You may save yourself the future headache. They have some parking, which isn't always a guarantee downtown; that makes it more accessible for sure. Everyone I talked to there was very helpful and accommodating.
Megan Evans: ETA for context: I called Zesco this morning to see if they still purchased used restaurant equipment. I was told that they do, and that this particular staff member would make a few calls and get back with me - great! I missed a call about 15 minutes later, but didn’t receive a voicemail, so I waited to return the call in hopes a voicemail would come through. It never did, so I called the number back and was answered by Zesco’s main line. I transferred to the operator, which was an extremely rude and unhelpful staff member. I let him know that I had been speaking with someone earlier in the morning regarding a used commercial refrigerator, but that I had not gotten his name. He repeatedly made comments such as “But how am I supposed to help you?” and “I’m still trying to figure out how you expect ME to help you?” — all of this because I was unsure who I had spoken to earlier. Apparently it would be far too much work to ask the other sales team members who had spoken with a lady an hour prior regarding a commercial refrigerator. After this staff member making it very clear he had zero desire to be helpful, I ended the call and left this review.Extremely rude staff. Every single time we have tried to do business with Zecso, we have encountered rude attitudes and unhelpful staff. We will gladly go elsewhere from now on, and make sure our friends and family do as well.
Hannah Trout: There is a special place in heaven for the employees that pointed me to the restroom today. I went into multiple places- and the lovely people here are the only ones who were kind enough to have clean and public bathrooms. THANK YOU.4-5-2022Visited at approximately 1pm
Lindsey McMann: Top-notch customer service, wide selection, and great prices!
Peggy Annette Carter: Great store good prices Customers service I give a 10 very attentive to each customer I will differently come and I recommend to all👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Marcia Mattoso: Saw their advertisement online and was interested in buying the cooler. Called and when I talked to the extension 3 person, he said that they could not honor the price. It would be about 12% higher. When I questioned him and saying that, that was false advertisement online, he told me not to lecture him and for me to buy it in another place. Wow!! I am a business woman and can't imagine treating a costumer like that. For sure they lost a buyer.
AJ Feeney-Ruiz: Amazing staff. Great products. They have helped me troubleshoot and equip all of my needs for my food truck. Locally owned and the best in Indy.
Suz P: The staff is helpful, but I wish they had a better selection of restaurant equipment in store.
teresa johnson: Great selection!
M A: They were extremely helpful and informative.
REGINA HUSTON: I could spend hours in this store! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Always a go to for our household ❤
Denise Turner: The equipment is top quality and good price.
Mark Weilhammer: Great place for extra special kitchen accessories. I send many people to this place for commercial kitchen equipment
Robert Ruble: Great selection of high-quality restaurant and bar supplies. Friendly, helpful staff. Check out the unique display of aluminum colanders - illuminated at night - on north side of building bordering the Cultural Trail!
Vinita Singh: Stay away from their service department. They will make trips after trips and keep billing you for all their incompetent and unprepared technicians hourly and trip charges.
alicia sweet: No matter what I need they are always knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Listen, I have to update this. This place is 10 stars, they have been immensely helpful with my two restaurants. I just send a list and they brought it to me!!!!! Who does this? OMG adding these people to my will. Thank you!
jason crouch: Walk in with a list and walk out happy. Great having a place you can just grab those last min items that broke or you did not think to order.
