Meredith Betz: Just had a mini spa day here. I am 7.5 months pregnant so opted for the Maternity massage (w/ Lexi), as well as the Illuminate facial (w/ Allison). Both were wonderful. So relaxing, and each therapist was exceptional in their service. Will definitely be coming back!

Violette Ramirez: This is random, but does anyone know the brand of sweet and salty trail mix in the waiting lounge? This was my first time going to a spa and receiving a massage. I went with my mom who has been to a few spa places, I liked my time here but my mom did say the facility lacked jacuzzis/steam rooms and expected more.
Marina: Came here today for the first time for self care and relaxation. I received a facial, body massage, and mani + pedi treatment.Navi who treated my facial was great. She explained well the process of my treatment, home care recommendations, etc. Massage was okay. I think the quality of treatment depends on your masseuse.Pedicure was done good, but manicure was a bit poorly done. It was regular nail polish but I noticed a little too much gap and no polish edges to edges. It was like I had my nails done a week ago. I was afraid to speak up, but I should have asked for some money back.The staff was friendly and I love the ambience. It was a bit pricy for what I received.
Nick Mckinney (SLYCKNICK): My wife and I visited during our stay at the Bottleworks Hotel. We love that it's connected and we could just walk right over to the spa without going outside. The hotel also provided us each with a $20 enhancement card to use towards the services.We enjoyed a 50 min couples hot stone Swedish massage. It was so relaxing and worth the price.My wife says Kaitlynn did a great job. Amanda also did an amazing job and provided some helpful tips for improved posture and stretches for me to do post massage.It was an overall pleasant experience for us & we will be back!

Each takes their time explaining what they are doing and making sure I am comfortable with each step. The whole staff operates with such a high level of detail, right down to the personalized name plates in the quite room.You are truly missing out if you don’t book services with one of these two gals!-Rachel

Sarah Leinenbach: The location is close to my apartment, so I was able to walk! When arriving, I was greeted by lovely staff who showed me around since this was my first time in their facility. After getting robed and relaxed, I was then greeted by Richard. This was my first time getting a Sport Therapy massage with cupping, and it felt absolutely amazing! I felt super comfortable and enjoyed my experience. Great place with even greater staff and services. Can’t wait to come back here again soon :-)

Brittany Henson: I do like this location. LET ME TELL YOU though its VERY important who answers the phone who greets and who thanks because they are the first and last impression of the company. I use to work for a surgeon and the practice was built on patient care and going EXTRA. I wish I remembered his name but I called today and meant to call the Carmel location and he assisted me anyway. LOVE IT he was so kind and soft spoken I felt AT EASE scheduling with him. He not only made it comfortable and easy but THANKED ME for calling and wished me a happy evening. THATS small but wonderful. KEEP him. :) anywho- Sam at the NORTH location does AMAZING lashes! JUST AMAZING!!!!!
Kathleen Surfus: Navi gives the best facials. I always feel like I'm being well taken care of and given advice how to maintain good skin. She also gives off a warm calming energy which helps when you need someone to extract blackheads 🤣
Renee Korb: The facility gets a 1 because it lacks everything and a 4.5 because I enjoyed my facial, ie an average of 3. They have no extra's - steam room, sauna, mist, pool, jacuzzi etc. They do have a salt therapy room that costs $65. The average price on the west coast starts at $15-$25 in salt houses. The cost to the Spa to build the salt room is less than the other facility options they lack and are typically provided for free at luxury spas. The locker rooms are extremely small, 1 shower, 2 toilets and very little room to move around. I had a facial and they had nothing to brush your hair afterward. Apparently they ran out. I went into the waiting room which is also extremely small. There were 2 nice adjustable lounger chairs with headsets. Loungers didn't work but I was lucky enough to grab a worker who turned them on. Then the headsets didn't work, no worker available this time. It was impossible to relax as people were talking and in a small area it becomes disturbing. Beverages are limited to water or cinnamon tea. I'm used to 2-3 water options and multiple hot water/tea options. I had a facial as they had no availability for any other service,. My provider was wonderful as was the facial. The prices here are too high for the lack of facility. And the excuse they have limited space is just that, an excuse! I reviewed 10-12 Woodhouse spas online and all lacked any facility option but all charged west coast Burke Williams fees.

Anna: I am astonished by the results of my first facial at Europa Day Spa. I am 26 and have battled hormonal cystic acne for quite some time. Accutane cleared it up for a year or two but I recently broke out with fresh cysts and immediately made an appointment. She extracted all of the oil from my pores. Cysts are empty and healing completely smooth without a scar. Seriously impressive!
heather schollmeier: Sandra spends a lot of time on me for my facial and my face has never looked better. My teenage daughter started breaking out so I started taking her there as well and she loves her too! I will never go anywhere else!!

Amin Joukar: Let me go straight to the point. tl;dr: Do not waste your time and money here. Got TO Milan.First, you have to know 1 package would not be enough, so expect to purchase at least 2+ packages. Unfortunately, at the end you will pay more or less than the "Milan Laser" which is a lifetime laser treatment with the best laser machine in the world. This place diode laser looks old, do not know how old tho. I did not see any reduction in my chest hair after 9 sessions of treatments out of 12. I paid almost $700 for two packages and no progress at all other than a little bit of patchiness in my chest area. I asked them, I am not happy and do not want to come to the last 3 sessions and want a refund, they said, it is not in our policy, you either come and finish it up or no refund. It is silly that the client should be happy, that is all that matters, but they did not care. Finally, I went to Milan laser, I paid more but I am very happy with the result and you clearly see how new the laser is when you compared it with their old diode laser.

I cancelled 10 hours prior because im sick you have to pay 30$ before your rescheduled even though they never mentioned that on the phone just via email, even though they rescheduled me on the the phone And with other reviews of people having thing's charged to their card I don't feel comfortable giving my card # over the phone! After my last two sessions are done with I will not be back.**Never reached out to me so communication isn't your key. The only reason I come is for Mecca . Be blessed you have a nice tech! Li Pietruszka: I've been coming to Esthenik Skin for almost 2 years now (including the time they were closed during the pandemic for safety), and I've always had an incredibly positive experience. Both Nicole herself and all of her staff are incredibly kind and customer service oriented. I've had multiple staff members be willing to share about the laser hair removal process as it was happening so I could better understand the procedure I had purchased as it was happening.As a trans masculine person, I've received the utmost respect for my identity and I've never felt uncomfortable while receiving services. Being on hormone replacement therapy has made my process a bit more complex due to the changes in my hormone levels impacting hair growth, and Nicole and her staff have been excellent at working with me through those changes and explaining how the laser treatments continue to impact the hair growth. I am on my third round of treatments, and after I finish treating the initial area, I'm so satisfied with my experience that I plan to purchase additional treatment packages for other areas. Esthenik Skin is helping me feel more empowered by and in tune with my body with each session, and I am so thankful for it!
Ellie Jafari: I had my laser hair removal with Nicole and it was a waste of my time and money. She promised 60% to 90% reduction during the first consultation session before I start the treatment. After my last session, I called her to get her opinion because I barely got any results. She immediately started yelling at me and wouldn't stop screaming because she ASSUMED I want my money back. She didn't let me say a word and I had to hang up as I panicked from her behavior. I also got a scar from her laser treatment but she didn't even let me speak.Please save your time and money and go to professional places that know what they are doing!

It was my first visit but they were so warm and welcoming that I feel like I had been going for years...all the treatments they offer are custom made to fit u and your needs!!! Me and my girls had the best time....the staff is extremely knowledgeable and educated us and gave us tips on how to improve our skin health!!! This is gonna be our permanent go to for skin care!!! angie conn: On 10/27/20, I contacted EstheNik Skin by Nicole salon in Indianapolis to schedule a consultation appointment. They took my contact info and also asked for my credit card info to hold the appointment. I called my credit card info in to them on 10/27/20.On 10/30/20, I noticed 2 strange charges to my credit card from GrubHub. I contacted my credit card company, and they also indicated that a 3rd GrubHub charge was made on the morning of Saturday 10/31/20. Subsequently, I had to close my credit card account.I contacted GrubHUb the same night of 10/30/20 to let them know what was going on, and the next day, their investigation team let me know that a Michaela B. had used my credit card info to place orders.I thought back and remembered I gave my credit card info over the phone to Esthenik Salon a few days prior. I did an internet search and saw that a Michaela “Kayla” Bell works at that salon.Needless to say, I have cancelled my consultation appointment with the salon and let the owner know what happened. I now do not trust this company. I am taking my money and business elsewhere. Please be careful if you do business with them!

Ariana Casale: My first appointment was wonderful. Chelsea went beyond and above. Then my second appointment I tried to call and postpone it since my fiances little brother was admitted to Riley children's hospital and wasn't doing well. He was paralyzed. And this is because he has been diagnosed with a fatal illness, metachromatic leukodystrophy. I was going to be charged the full amount which is not fair this how I got treated. I never received an apology. I went ahead and kept my appointment even though I wasn't in the mind frame and when I could have spent that time in the hospital. Not sure if I will be back.

William Canady: My daughter was scheduled to get a pregnancy massage today. She’s due in a couple of weeks. Well, as these things go, she went into labor about an hour ago. It was important to her to do the right thing and let them know she couldn’t make it today. She called them from her delivery room and ask to reschedule. They are charge her $40 (50% of the massage) to reschedule!! How uncaring can you be. The whole creating life thing just isn’t a justification to change an appointment. Wow. Just, wow.
Sarah Canady: I found Indy Massage Company online and decided to get my 8 months pregnant sister a gift card for a prenatal massage for Christmas. She scheduled her massage for today at 4 pm, but this morning her water broke and she is currently in labor (2 weeks earlier than her due date). She called the massage company (while in labor) to explain her situation and they are fining her $40 for cancelling, even though she called soon after they opened for the day and gave them multiple hours warning. It is disappointing to me that they treat their customers like this.

But we also connected almost instantly it really was like I met an old friend I’d known forever. Once we got to talking throughout the service we did not stop. I will 100% but back to see Jessica again! I’ve also gotten a few massages for a couple different therapists and all has been amazing! The front desk staff are also incredible. The facility is always extremely clean and organized! The spa music they play is wonderful. If you need some “me time” and to escape and rest come to Indy massage company, you won’t leave disappointed…I promise!!
