Sara Janitz: Worse one of them just like the rest of the store. Dropped medication off at 12 and it's not ready at 330 and the lady said give her 30 minutes. Just horrible service all together and the store went to hell as well.
Jada Shelby: Very knowledgeable staff. They helped me navigate around starting a new medication. They are also very friendly. When refilling prescriptions, they are ready when they say they will be ready.

Harley Cassidy: They really don't care about customers at all. Steve is really rude and likes to ignore you when you ask him questions about your prescription. No help at all. This is really sad that you don't like your job! Maybe hire people that will help sombody.
Lovely Stacy: This has got to be by far the absolute worst Kroger Pharmacy in all of Indiana!! I promise ever since covid hit, this place has went completely downhill (& I would know because I’ve been coming here for over 20yrs). They almost never answer the phone anymore, & then you go… & the drive-thru window is almost always closed down. They’re always saying they’re understaffed & that’s why, but yet I have been there.. inside… in line… & seen 3-5 people working back there behind that counter during these times. I don’t really understand how many employees you need working to answer a phone, & to have your window open to better serve the disabled, &/or just people who suffer with chronic pain on a daily..& it’s hard for them to actually walk into the store & stand in your line. Please do better

Dawn Childress: Definitely would not recommend this location. The employees are very rude especially Charity/Chasity by far the worst Pharmacist I've ever met. Surprised she has a job here has no regard for anyone would rather stand around and talk while my step father is in terrible pain waiting for meds he was supposed to get already then when I told her he's in pain she says look that's not my problem your going to have to wait a hour. I will be contacting corporate on Ms Charity or Chasity whichever her name is and I will be sure to include her fellow employee Ms Paige was just as rude when we finally got what we needed. I think this location should be shut down since they can't get any decent people to work here. I overheard them lady's being rude to every person who came in. Being in the neighborhood the Kroger is located I'm very surprised one of these lady's haven't had someone jump over the counter to snatch one of them up. NOBODY LIKES A RUDE NASTY ATTITUDE LADY

Mary B.: After being a life long customer of kroger pharmacy (I'm 85yo), tonight I moved my scripts to Walgreens. I have been out of my cancer pills for three days and my thyroid meds for a week. I waited 45 mins yesterday and 20 mins today just to hear the cashier say they didn't have any of my medicines (for the third time in a week). I've been trying for a week to communicate with them and understand why they don't have my meds but no one seems to know or care. My doctor called them in. Ever since May, this Kroger's has been under staffed, useless and slow. They don't answer their phones, the drive through is closed so you have to go in and stand in line. I tried contacting customer service but guess what? No response. Good riddance!
Charles Coomer: They are the worst pharmacy to use. They never answer the phones(you could wait up to 30 min for someone to pick up), and they never have the prescriptions ready when they say. Unless you are physically in front of them, they just don't care. Will be contacting managers about this store. They are dealing with life saving medications and do not care when you get it. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Literally, anyway else.
Jason Long: Staff at the pharmacy are great, but the supplier has trouble getting product to them. I have a prescription refill that has been "in progress" for over a week now. I'm gonna move my prescriptions over to CVS if this keeps happening.
Carmen Stoffel: Prescriptions are never ready when they say they're going to be. I've filled prescriptions online to be picked up and I always have to wait at least an hour when I'm ready to pickup.

Karen Nomdeplume: Wonderful service today. I accidently cooked my insulin in the car. I was able to get a refill so quickly. I live 600 miles away so there was out of state providers, insurance, and new patient records. Super fast and so very helpful. I really appreciate all they did to make it happen. Shay Ann: We've been getting prescriptions here for 7 months. I always get them filled on time. And if you need them filled extra fast, they will do it. The employees have been nice. 🛑 Nov 2022 - They just took out the Blood Pressure Machine. We used that often. 😥 ▶ Also, the pharmacy closes early on the week-ends - 5:00! We almost missed getting important pills prescribed by the hospital!
Taylor Davidson: Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I call my scripts in when I have 7 pills left and there have been multiple times where I’ve run out of medicine because they didn’t fill it on time. The pharmacy techs are SO INCREDIBLY RUDE! I don’t know why they work in customer service when they can’t treat a customer with respect. I don’t think I would have even been upset if they just did their job right in the first place. There’s a CVS down the street, I highly recommend going there instead.

Why be rude to a customer when you guys can't do your job?
Amanda Thacker: This Kroger pharmacy’s employees are in every way wonderful. Ever since my son was badly hurt nothing has been right or easy but they have gone out of their way for us and always do what they can to make it as smooth as possible and we are grateful. We actually moved about 30 min or so away from this location and instead of going to our local store that is 2 minutes away we continue to drive to this one because of the pharmacist and employees. The pharmacist ALWAYS asks how my son and other boys are doing and they genuinely care and actually listen when I tell her about his surgeries/complications etc and that makes my mama heart so happy and grateful when people care about my family. Love and respect to these pharmacy employees!❤️❤️

Positively Penny: Where did Mike go? This pharmacy customer service is rude and unhelpful. It used to be the only place id consider for my meds. I've been looking for a new pharmacy after 20 years. Mathes me sad.

Lynne Roberts: I have been a customer here for 24 yrs. I was with Wayne Johnson, pharmacist here for 9/11. My husband had surgery the day before! Mike and Wayne were as good as it gets. Being disabled since 2008, Mike helped so much with not only his time but also compassion.My scripts have cost over $300,000 in this Kroger pharmacy.Since Covid, the changing and reduction of staff has been a nightmare. It’s rare that my prescriptions are on time. The new phone system is ridiculous in that no answers or cares. No one wants to work here anymore. I miss all the staff under Mike. I miss their smiles, their empathy and their help in general.So, I am shopping for a new pharmacy. I cannot stand the incompetence, the delays and insensitivity of all who have been transferred in and out of here in the last 26 months.

Dan Cassidy: They will lose your prescriptions, then try their best to gaslight you into thinking it’s your fault. They are only open a few hours a day, and honestly I’ve never encountered a more rude staff. They absolutely will not answer the phone, and if you’re disabled, forget about using the drive-through, it’s never open.
Cinda Black: The people working here are amazing. They are dealing with customers as well as filling prescriptions all day long. They have never made a mistake in any of my prescriptions and they always answer all of my questions no matter how busy they are or how stressed they may be. (These are trying times and we all need a little patience because we are all stressed.) I won't go to any other pharmacy because these guys are the best.

Bre R: RUDE! I called on behalf of my elderly grandmother and spoke to the pharmacist. I asked about her refill that was on back order. In a very condescending tone he said, "Oh my God, I gave her everything that I had! We couldn't fill the whole prescription. I don't know when or if we will be able to get the medication. I already told her that!" I called and spoke to the shift manager and she did apologize and said she would address it with the store manager. If you can go somewhere else, that would be your best option.
