Peter Rodrique: Overall a great experience. Annabelle at the front desk is one of the nicest people I have ever met, she helped me out so much, and when she wasnt at the front desk she was always doing something to help the place run better. The housekeeping staff are all friendly and work very hard to keep the place clean and sanitary. The location is perfect, it is within walking distance of everything. The entire staff was replaced very recently. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone...
Андреас Вінчестер: My room did not have a window! It was very strange, and not in a good way.The location is good with free covered parking. The room was clean enough. But the hotel was not very busy at all, so I'm not sure why they'd give me the Windlowless Shoebox Suite unless the place is at full capacity.I would not recommend staying here. If you get Room 216, kindly ask for another room. Or just pay a little extra and stay somewhere else completely.Rooms: My room did not have a window. It was miserable.
Melissa A: The only reason we stayed here, was because the hotel we wanted, was full. Not a very nice hotel; this is a one nighter, type hotel. They charge you 150, for incidental, which is a bit much for a hotel that has s lot of cosmetic issues, a staff member got stuck in the elevator, there was a used bar of soap in my shower ( show the lack off cleaning and attention to detail), beds were bit small for a room that size, and the mattress, and were very lumpy. The best part of my stay, was being with my family. I will give them this, there was a microwave and fridge in the room and the size of the room. All in all, this hotel needs some major renovating.I was only in contact with one desk clerk, which was very pleasant.

Genia Miller: Location is walkable to many options downtown. The free covered parking is directly under the hotel. You enter through Drive entrance on one side and exit on the other. The staff are friendly but not attentive. It feels like they are understaffed, therefore making it difficult for staff to make sure everyone is checked in, areas are cleaned, breakfast is restocked, etc.Updated decor & pet friendly but not always cleaned properly.The elevator is small but rooms are good sized and updated.You get what you pay for.

Paul Burcham: Had a horrible experience at this La Quinta. I stay at La Quinta's quite often this was top 3 the on the list of bad ones I have been to. The rooms were horribly renovated, I have had better gas station breakfast, one of the rooms we had the A/C-Heat unit was not working and they said it was against policy to change rooms unless it was unlivable, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely too loud, the room smelled old and musty, and the cleanliness was subpar. My shoes would stick to the tile floor in my room. The badge reader for the door to get in from outside only sometimes worked so you would have to call someone to let you in. The only positives were the free parking and how close it was to where we were working. Won't be returning to this one!
DTanyion: The only good things about this stay were the free covered parking, the friendliness of the front desk staff, and the fact that this is a pet friendly hotel. Now for the CONS. The elevator was amazingly small. 3 people with 1 bag each was a very tight fit. The room had issues. Bathroom door did not close. There was a green ring all around the inside of the bathtub and a green calcified substance on the faucet in the tub. Tried to inform the front desk but nobody answered the phone and nobody appeared to be around when we went downstairs. Room size was far smaller than average. Overall just not a good experience for the price.

Mohammed Bukhari: I checked-in in on Christmas eve, and the lady in the reception looked like they forced her to work that evening; she was mumbling about work on Christmas eve loudly, which made me uncomfortable, at the begging she said you don’t have a reservation, and when I showed her the booking she put me in a room without water, I called reception with no answering, I want down, and I told her, and she starts yelling “this is Christmas eve .... I thought it would be easy” I asked her to use the restroom in the lobby, but she told me that she is germophobic and she just sprayed the restroom !!! , she moved me to another room in a different floor, and I had to move 3 of my luggage, and she kept mumbling about her work that evening, and she didn’t even say sorry to me, not even once. I never saw treatment like this. I understand that it was Christmas eve, but that was not my fault; I thought I deserved a "sorry" for giving me room without water then I had to move my stuff again to another room.

Devin Kessler: 1. Place was FREEZING and the thermostat didn't seem to do anything.2. There were multiple hairs of previous residents in the shower. It was absolutely disgusting.3. Brittany Sawicki: 1 star is far too much for this hotel. Very unprofessional to say the least. We drove 8 hours (with a 1yr old) . Arrived at 3:30am only to walk into cockroaches running all over , dirty furniture, crumbs everywhere etc .... We of course did not choose to stay. Also advertised on website AND INSIDE HOTEL that there was breakfast... was told no breakfast.Upon arrival, check in process we paid for our 4 night stay and also paid the refundable fee of $100.We are on day 5 since we were supposed to check in and still have not received our refund or deposit ($500) no where does it state no refunds . Again we did not stay at this place so we should be getting our money back. The hotel lines are busy, any time we ask to speak to a manager or supervisor.. nobody is around. This is very unprofessional and very dirty place to stay.

Dirty Rooms: 1st room non smoking smelled of smoke with burns on bed spread, switch to 2nd room paid extra only to find blood on bed spread, bath tube and top of toilet tank. Switch back spent $20 at Lowes for Lysol, bleach tube cleaner, and Clorox wipes and found burnett hair in tube drain, and all doors except entrance were exists only so parking which we normal pick rooms close to a exist yo watch car, parklot adjoining to/from hotel were filled of pot holes-theu only Had towel, hand towel , wash cloth and when l asked for more 1st response was based on size of room, staff made excuses unable to accommodate (l had a king to double $10 more to king no refund of my $10 ) and then AM housecleaning had none on cart, no piles of sheets in n the room she cleaning and she was a older woman..1 cleaning lady...made me wander if they even clean the sheets because the landurary room machines were not on) I took pictures!! No fidge in the rooms. And make sure you check the window cause they can open if not lo itemized bill was per day so not the original price but about what l plan to pay and now l know why. However it within distance to the city and restaurants (outback was under staffed we had to wait for part of the order that we took it to gofor close by) nothing is priced in shelves or ring up different then what the shelves say. I got allergy reaction and had to take Benadryl the days l was there.🤬😡 I travel a lot been ihigh in and wel but this was worst. Wall paper pealing , water spots everywhere..Walkability: There were variety of eating places and gas station. And driving was good but lots of potholes.

I booked this on Hotwire, but I would recommend you stay literally anywhere else. I was here for the Big10 football championship; I got back to my room and seriously thought about driving home - I might have if it hadn't been 2 AM. I slept fully clothed, on top of the bed. Shelley Nicholson: First while checking in, the desk clerk was rude and would not pay attention to our needs. Even while telling her specific needs. When booking the rooms, my cousin, requested 2 rooms. At arrival, they had my cousins room on the first floor and our room on 3rd. He had requested rooms close to each other. When we had arrived in the room. The room was clean and organized. I'll give you that. The room was nice. There was not any information about WiFi password or channels or checkout information. At 3 a.m. my cousin was awaken to employees making lots of noise. First, the employee had dropped the mop bucket while mopping. Then he realized that the employees were living in the room next to him. Had family and children acting up, jumping around and playing. My cousin was up the rest of the night. Now, breakfast. Offers free breakfast. No selections whatsoever. Sure they had coffee, but no sugar or cream. The place was a joke. If you just want to sleep and leave, then it would be worth your while. But, if you want an exceptional with all the bells and whistles, this is not the place.
Kristin Lambrecht: The room and bedding was clearly not cleaned. There was garbage and debris on the floors, something stained on the bathroom door (hoping it wasn't blood), and the bedding was covered in stains. This was just a halfway stop on our trip so we just needed a place to get some sleep. It was about 11pm when we finally arrived, exhausted. So we just put down some towels and slept on top of those for a few hours, then left at about 4am. Definitely not worth the cost!

The rooms are bit updated but found bugs and spider in the bathroom.I called 2 times to confirm the shuttle service since we were coming in around midnight and both times I was told that just call us as soon as you land and we send shuttle over. Guess what, we did not get shuttle and had to get large Uber due to party of 6. No one is taking responsibility of anything, it doesn’t say on their website but shuttle, if u get one is old mini van and they charge $5 per person.Very bad service.Breakfast was next to nothing. The microwave in the breakfast area did not work. You have to take milk in your room to warm up. Nobody cared, the only answer I got was I only been working here for few weeks or I am just an employee.We reserved 2 rooms and first they were giving us rooms on different floors. Well, I had a good night sleep, the hotel isn’t that bad as many people saying. It’s tru the hotel NEEDS a deep cleaning for sure but the second floor room what I had looked updated. It was in an OK condition. If you have other options , I would go for that but for emergency stay for the night it’s absolutely fine.

Kiris House: TV wouldn't work in the room, even went to the desk several times. They kept saying it was the cable signal & I even tried a standard antenna & it still didn't work, screen never changed from programming screen. Tub wouldn't plug. Their pool was closed, appeared to be empty. Other rooms around us their TV's were working perfectly, they wouldn't fix or replace. Tad rude about it, cause I had to keep going to the front desk about the TV. When I checked out I told them the TV still didn't work & it was the TV not the signal.Food & drinks: Wasn't informed about the continental breakfast thet they stopped serving @ 9a.Noteworthy details: If the room isn't right ask for another room!!! Make sure you ask questions if you're unsure.
Tammy Jones: Horrible. All around. Truly, you should be ashamed! Do better or shut it down. Im not exaggerating! Not changing linens! Dirty, stained bed sheets! There wasn't a smoke detector on the wall, there was hair and dirt in the sink and bathroom, and flies throughout the room. I want to add a picture but it won't let me. This place doesn't deserve even 1 star!

Karen Clugston: The property needs some cleaning up around the perimeter, a lot of trash and leaves. There is a vacant building/restaurant that has graffiti on the perimeter. Not to welcoming to guests. The woman attendant that checked me in could be more hospitable. One night into the next morning the water pressure was really low. When I go to Indy again I will not be staying here. I will have to say it was quiet at night

Andrea C: I would not recommend this hotel. I was here on Saturday. My boyfriend and I had several issues with the keycards. We ended up going downstairs two separate times in hopes to get the issue resolved; the card issue was never fixed even after the receptionist tried. Every time we returned to the room, we had to try multiple times to get the card to work to be able to access our room. I pull the covers over so I can lay down and there are strands of long black hair stuck to the sheets. I go get new sheets and there was even more hair! This building needs to be inspected. I walked to my room and the walls are thin, you can hear people talking from outside the room. There were men on the opposite end of our room, banging on someone’s door telling them to turn down the music…it was a circus. I would definitely try a different hotel if I were you. Jamie Clack: The parking lot had some nasty red something all over where we parked, the tile in the entrance was cracked and pieces were missing. The place needs to be painted and has a musty odor. We had no wash rags in our room and the body towels were stained, but I'm sure they had been washed, and they were thin and small. The toilet lid had a piece missing and was a hazard every time you flushed. No tissues and the TP was just a bit softer than newspaper. The room seemed clean.

amanda King: Do not judge the hotel by the pics. Our entire club volleyball team booked this hotel. That’s 50 rooms for a tournament. Only 6 families stayed bc they checked in and checked right back out ,We couldn’t swim bc the greenish bubbbly pool was cloudy but yet the front desk would offer a clean pool report . We decided to play games by the pool instead of swimming but the the tiles feel off the pool steps as we played so we went back to the room . If you stay here bring your own sheets & blankets.

Helen Sims: They have an issue with their key cards not working. I stay frequently, so stay in different rooms each time and often have to insert my cards multiple times to get in. May just need new batteries in them.
