They don't have sections for specific types of clothing, it's all strewn together for you to waste time picking through each rack. I'll never be back here. It's a shame they sacrifice efficiency for money

A Hahn: The employee working on the morning of Friday September 30th treated us like VIP customers. We ended up purchasing more items than intended due to his awesome service. This store has a large selection of inventory and a decent size sales rack. Would highly recommend stopping in!!

Mitch Hunter: One of my favorite brands of jeans! I went there this year on Black Friday and they had awesome sales on all of their items. Jeans and hoodies were 40-50% off. Their selection of different types of jeans isn't the best at this location but that's totally fine. It's one of the few stores in circle center mall that has men's jeans.The employee there was very polite and helpful.

Lynne Gallant: I arrived at the south entrance. There were 4or 5 dresses on display. I took a few steps to look at one of the dresses I was going to buy for my daughter. Apparently there was a word display on the floor that was part of the display that was unbeknownst to me. After I left the area and went to the shoe department a man yells “that was a display like I was uncultured . I purchased an Alexander McQueen shoes. And would have purchased more but felt very uncomfortable. Unfortunately this store we have shopped at for years seems to be declining.

Sara Williams: Do not order anything off online. The stores refuse to replace anything damaged or defective and the online store sends items already worn! Ordered $200 sorel snow boots and there’s gum on the shoelaces, scuffs everywhere and they smell like dirty feet. Store refuses to help at all. Online will not even let you exchange they make you send old ones back, don’t give a refund for over 15 business days and then expect you to pay for the replacement before receiving a refund on the product you were sent that was damaged. Worst customer service ever!!!
G M: I was sent an email advertising 25% off. Well when you scroll through the “excluded” list it’s every designer Saks sales. In other words it’s useless. When I spoke with a customer service representative they could not name one single brand that the code can be used for except for the Saks Brand. So misleading. Will not shop there again

Crystal Little: I went into Saks 5th Avenue yesterday and I was truly in disgusted with the employes that it a sour taste in my mouth. They was very hesitant to help me because I didnt have the class of dress code that used to seeing. That was strike one in book. Then after walking around store for a little bit I finally got attention for someone to help me. I asked the employee that I needed for particular colngn for my boyfriend. She find the cologne that I wanted. Then, I asked do accept military discount then she stated "No". I was highly offended on she said to me. Because I am disabled vet I sacrifice myself for this country so not be a dictatorship I can't get a military discount. I I told the employee I was floored in this disbelief. She stated that All the Saks Fifth Avenue doesn't say any type of military discounts. I stated to her I never come to this store again.

Candice Durham: This one is not as good as the one in Greenwood, BUT they have 3 water filling stations. The one in Greenwood on Emerson only has 1. Make sure to go during non-peak hours because there can be a line for the water. My pet peeve about this Wal-Mart is that there's only self checkout on one side of the store, not both like the other stores. Apparently, this is due to theft issues, hence why I like the Greenwood one better.

Try to get something delivered here if you ever find yourself thinking, "I wonder what fury, true fury, feels like." I have had them changed orders from delivery to pickup without notice, leave me on hold for half an hour only to drop the call, hang up on me 4-5 times in a single attempt to resolve an order, blame me for them cancelling orders, etc.I sincerely recommend to you: Go anywhere else.
