Verge Luxury Flats: what do users think?
Jesus Lawrence: Avoid this place.
Ben Koh: Nice apartments but cheaply built and noisy. Safety in this place is questionable because I have seen someone chasing after a car and cursing. There are other better places to live.
Chris D: Bad management not enough parking and not worth it.
Tobi Rachele: The office staff is wonderful! I love the amenities, pool, pool table, outdoor fire pit, and gas grill! Parking could be more plentiful, but it's not too hard to find a spot in general. The community is very near conveniences and very easy access to Interstate 65.This community is VERY pet friendly. We decided to move here because of that, and we loved the look of the apartment. Another positive is the great office staff and great management company! I don't want to forget the maintenance people. We've only needed them for one issue but they were very prompt and efficient! We would stay here probably for a few years if we weren't relocating out of state!
Jay S Je: Do not live here. This place is noisy at all the times of the day because of a warehouse next door and residents dogs barking at each other. Trash is left outside and trash compactor is also often jammed. There is not enough parking space for all residents and you have to park on the street outside the gates. Management is also terrible.
Spencer Shaw: The complex offers both a feeling of comfort and peace. From the gated in parking to the resident appreciation weeks i feel both safe and comfortable. Beautiful fixtures, amazing hard wood flooring and up to date amenities it truly offers everything you could ever want.
Emma W: Weird location, kinda like living in a warehouse. Apts are pretty but overpriced.
Kingofsilenc: The parking on the street is a issue
Allen Crider: Originally the idea of a “smoke free” community seemed cool at first but as time goes on finding cigarette butts in common areas, near the front door and even by the pool hammocks keeps happening. The smell of weed runs throughout the hall ways we’ve even received emails about it. Irritating as it may be there’s seemingly nothing that can actually be done to enforce this policy.I’m currently a state employee with a no nicotine use health insurance agreement.Even I have received an email accusing me of smoking simply because someone in my building is.
Nellie: Verge is a convient location. The only major issue we've had is that there's a noisy warehouse behind the complex.*update* parking is a major issue and cars have been broken into multiple times now. For the amount they charge for rent you would think they would install cameras.
victor emmons: grrat place to live
Dymond J.: I just moved in and my experience with the office team and just moving in general has been so amazing! I love it here, I feel super safe & the location is perfect! Right next to everything! My apartment is super cozy & there is plenty of parking space! Michelle in the office is super amazing ! Overall 10/10! Love this place !
Evan McCracken: Do not live here. Cars were broken into around Christmas time but management never said anything to residents. Mail is very often misplaced. No salt is put down on sidewalks or the parking lot so the whole parking lot is just a sheet of ice. There are no key fobs or anything to get into the buildings and go up the elevator, the only security is the parking lot gate that has a 3 foot gap underneath it. Right inside of the apartment building there are no rugs or floor mats just a slick, glossy floor. Outlets in the apartment don’t work nor does the light on the balcony. Multiple maintenance people have quit and the work never gets done. This place is cheaply built and poorly managed, save your money and live elsewhere.

The Springs Luxury Apartments: what do users think?
Ithain Bline: We moved out 6 months ago and they sent our deposit to the wrong tenant. We have been fighting with this company to get our deposit back ever since. Beware!
Erica Brown: I love my apartment. Rachel showed me around and I moved in immediately. I love how quiet and beautiful the neighborhood is. Whenever I've ever had a problem maintenance is very quick on taking care of it.
Lauren Dupree: Our move-in process was a bit different than normal move-ins, but Rachel and Katelyn were super helpful and reassuring. They did a really good job of keeping us in the loop about the status of our application and once we moved in they were really helpful answering all of our questions. Kevin and Frank were also very helpful in coming out and fixing stuff that needed to be done at our apartment. Overall we’re pretty happy at The Springs.
Grant Hinkebein: This community is absolutely beautiful! The best part of it is the wonderful front office staff. Katelyn and Rachel have been so inviting and helpful in the whole process. If you are looking for a very nice community with all sorts of amenities stop looking now and apply here !!
Debra Prosser: I have just completed the application process and will be moving into The Springs in early May. Prior to visiting The Springs I met with and toured numerous apartments. I was quicklybecoming very discouraged with the quality and the cost. But when I found The Springs and met with Rachel, I began to feel like I found an apartment that met all of my needs and was within my price range. From the first time I walked into the leasing office to meet with Rachel, I believed I had found my new home. No question was was left unanswered, every need addressed. Of course the unit, the cost, and the amenities are all very important. But what's also important is how I was treated as a perspective tenant was just as critical to me. And that component of my experience was above and beyond my expectations. The majority of my time was with Rachel, and she's fantastic. She provided me with two walk thrus, responded to a couple phone calls, as well as several emails. She had plenty of time for me. I also had the opportunity to speak with and meet Katelyn, Frank, and Kevin during my visits. They also answered any questions I had, as well as made me feel very welcome as a perspective tenant. I am very excited about moving to The Springs. The welcoming environment and general climate of the complex is exactly what I was searching to find.
Maenecia Cole: Katelyn Murphy was an absolute sweetheart. She and Rachel assisted me with my relocation to Indianapolis and I am very pleased with my selection to make The Springs my new home. The explanation of leasing, fees and the added plus of a discount has made my be at ease. If you are looking this is the place to start…and end!
Zack Tran: Apartments aren’t the newest nor is in the best shape, but it’s peaceful and quiet here. Maintenance has drastically improved since the time I initially moved here! Kevin, is one of the best maintenance guy I’ve worked with! He was kind enough to always keep me in the loop with certain maintenance work that needed to be done and was done in a timely manner! Super nice guy!
Heather Thomas: I’ve visited the office several times to finalize details of moving in. Rachel Rule is great, patient, friendly and responsive to all of my inquiries.
Stephanie Trejo: Rachel has been helping with my application process from start to end and has been super communicative throughout! I definitely recommend her, she knows her stuff and has an answer for all of my questions! Also her personality is so nice and bright, which is a plus when dealing with the stress of apartment hunting.
Anthony Dean: I have a really great experience since moving into The Springs in August. Rachel, Katelyn, Kevin and Frank have all been amazing to work with. They have done an amazing job of responding to the needs of the tennants. They have done a number of events at the office to try and bring folks together. I'm glad I made the choice to move here! Thanks much for all you have done.
Tina Tina: I had a wonderful experience with the staff here at the Springs, ESPECIALLY with Rachel, Katelyn and the maintenance staff. Anytime I had a question or an issue, it was resolved quickly. They are super professional and helpful!!!
Deon Brown2: Katelyn Murphy & Rachel rule are very well trained gave all the right information and very helpful they are a good team I highly recommend the community very nice clean and quite
Eric Wilson: stop by the springs and these 2 ladys were top notch rachel and katelyn the best and they also have a great hospitality
K.R. Taylor: I just signed my lease...I'm excited!! Katelyn Murphy was so helpful and she answered every question I had. She knew I had 2 move this month and she stayed in contact with me to hurry along the process. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because you have to use the internet service the provide through the apartments. I can't wait to move in this week!!!
Jessy Torrealba: Wish I can put 10 starts for Rachel, she is very professional, very caring and kind, she always smiling and willing to help, I always feel so welcome at the leasing office. Excellent costumer service! Springs is now my home and I absolutely love it I also want to mention Katelyn, she is sweat and she is always have a great attitude. They both make an amazing team. Wish they always stay at the Springs.
Julia Walker: To whom it may concern Katelyn was indeed awesome today. She went above and beyond the call. I appreciate the services rendered that she provided. ThanksJulia Walker
Margaret Johnson: I visited the property March 1stLooked at two bedroom.Katelyn showed us around. She was great. She took her time answered all of my questions. Never rushed us.went through the apt twice with us wonderful customer service. She told us if we had any questions to stop by anytimeThank you Margaret Johnson.
John Pitts: A diamond in the otherwise challenging neighborhood
TheRealBigRuss63: Maintenance workers Colby and Kevin are a dynamic duo! Very professional and personable, these two are very hard working and extremely knowledgeable. Great hire!!
Chris Isabell: Colby & Kevin came by at a timely manner to replace our laundry room light and the batteries to our front door. Your services are greatly appreciated!
Khaled Hafnaoui: Cody did a great job.

StoneBridge Luxury Apartment Homes: what do users think?
Abby Fasnacht: Applicants beware: the management here is extremely dishonest. They will quote you “market rate” for an apartment that is 45% higher than estimates given during a tour two weeks prior, only AFTER charging you the $250 non-refundable application fee. Additionally, the staff is not knowledgeable about their own application process. We had several questions that went unanswered during the tour, as the staff member did not know and didn’t want to consult with anyone else. Further attempts to get these questions answered were met with radio silence and unanswered voicemails. I can’t recommend applying here when there are many comparable, cheaper communities in the immediate area.
madison: Overall I had a good experience living here for two years.I wish existing tenants could have locked in our rent and not have it increased and I wish we didn't have to pay for all the amenities we couldn't use during the pandemic, they also charged me for a pet fee without even talking to me and asking if I had a pet (there was pet food on my below neighbors porch but it was caused by the people above me), parking is sparse at times but there is enough if you don't mind walking a bit.Maintenance was prompt and quick to respond, the amenities were nice when I was able to use them, it is in close proximity to lots of shopping and food, they don't have breed restrictions for pets or weight limits, people are generally quiet and don't disturb each other, it is near schools, the staff is generally friendly, and the apartments themselves are nice and have newer appliances and interiors.
Christian Carter: The time of living here was nice. Friendly maintenance and never an issue. But after moving out we learn the management is severely dishonest. Charging outrageous fees and only giving us 7 days to pay it! DO NOT RENT HERE!
Veronica Leitke: I love these apartments! I appreciate that the ownership continuously makes improvements and updates to the property. The new speed bumps make me feel a lot safer in the community. Office and maintenance staff - keep up the good work! It does not go unnoticed.
ColinBrunnemer77: THE SPEED BUMPS! Why?? My girlfriend has an apartment here and I come over almost everyday. I own two cars, both of which are low to the ground. They just put in two super steep speed bumps today and my girlfriend and I are both livid. She is locked into a lease here and pays them her rent every month, she’s a great tenant - and nobody even consulted her about the speed bumps. Personally, if I ever get an apartment, one speed bump is all it would take to make me NEVER consider getting an apartment there. I scraped on both speed bumps even taking it at an angle and very slowly. SMH. At least consult your tenants first. Or even if the bumps were less tall and a bit longer - that would work too. Not everybody drives a car with SUV-level ground clearance.
Akil Mills: 4 year resident review:Pros: Very clean, well maintained grounds. The amenities are nice. Stonebridge has resident appreciation days, holiday activities.Community neighbors normally will stay to themselves but can be friendly.Maintenance is probably the best thing about this place. They do an excellent job!Cons:Parking is terrible. Basically, you have to be in by 7pm otherwise you have to find parking.Break-ins/thefts from vehicles are heavy here! Be mindful of where you leave your car. There is 1 or 2 cameras. To monitor who dumps bulk trash/ leasing office(obviously). Both my wife and I had our cars broken into several times. Stonebridge didn’t aid us with that. Also, we’ve had several people different times while we’ve been here try to break in our apartment. They check doors during the day while you’re at work...etcNoisy upstairs neighbors. I’ve had multiple conflicts and other neighbors have had conflicts with upstairs neighbors not being respectful, especially during quiet hours. I’ve had to go up several times to have a conversation around respect. Loud music, video shooting games, Loud TV’s, dancing, after 11pm you will hear it. Stonebridge management staff just says call their security services(who are nice), but they will even tell you there’s not much they can do but to report it back to the management team. They are a very tough, “matter of fact” group of people to deal with.Weed smell- everyone smokes it now, which is an issue if you don’t smoke, but it will seep through the inside vents of your apartment. Your clothes will smell like it.Other than that.. make sure that before you tour this complex ride around the community several times one during day and evening/night(after7pm/8pm) to get an idea of these situations. Overall, it was a nice place to stay could it have been better, yeah.
Emily France: Loved living here! The front office staff was amazing from move in to move out! The maintained was very attentive and friendly and normally came the same day! Only reason we moved out was because we bought a house or we more defiantly would have renewed our lease!
Dan Perritt: Very dishonest firm. I would never ever rent from this company ever! They still use fax machines to send payment information. Please please please avoid this firm at all costs. They will overcharge and make you miserable. Sincerely.
jordan watson: Great amenities, pool is nice, some of the cardio equipment could be updated. They try their best to offer monthly activities and they are always fun to attend. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. We had numerous maintenance issues, and the maintenance staff is very friendly and they do a good job at getting to you in a timely manner. Only a couple drawbacks to this complex, one being that parking is tight. Depending on your schedule you’ll have to park a ways away from your place. They offer garages to rent but they aren’t really worth the cost they are charging per month. Lastly, Be very specific about damages on the move-in inspection, because like any complex, when you move out they will nickel and dime you for every little thing. Specifically make sure you take advantage of their carpet cleaning, because they will try and make you pay to replace the entire apartment over some spot stains.
Chris Meek: Staff is friendly but don't enforce policies. Also not all residents respect their neighbors enough to pick up after their pets. It used to be really pretty here, now there are piles of dog droppings nearly everywhere.
padmini VK: We stay here for 2 years. House are pretty good in size and loved the walk In and kitchen balcony.ProsProperty is beautiful with a lake view, pool heated jacuzzi.Accessible to Grocery, downtown.Homes are fairly priced and appliances are goodMaintenance issues were addressed immediatelyPlenty of space to take a walk inside and outside the property as wellConsVery less parking availablegym does stink n small in sizewe had our car window broke into including 2 of our neighbors same night. So safety wise not much for vehicles.Jeniffer(the manager) is not friendly or professional while talking about policy. We broke the lease n She said we would give back our penalty fee in case someone occupied the house following month. They did but she wouldn’t accept.
Brooke Rennie: My husband and I rented from Stonebridge apartments on the south side of Indianapolis for almost three years. We were really happy with renting from them until recently. The move out inspection was cancelled 15 min before hand when we were moving cross country that day. They stated it was "against policy" when asked to provide said policy, they could not provide any documentation and were very resistant.Specifically Jennifer Binder, the manager at that location has been extremely unprofessional and when asked to speak to her supervisor, will not provide the information. They also charged unfair and inconsistent items on the final statement that were never mentioned in the move out inspection! Also, they violated their own contract by not providing the final bill within the stated 45 days.We don't want what happened to us to happen to others renting there! Avoid renting here!
Vickie Uberto: My daughter and son in law live here and they have a really nice apartment
Rick Thomas: worst apartment I had ever seen. After 2 days of moving the apartment get flooded which damaged my furniture. Avoid to live there
Brad Beatty: Not a place you want to live. The parking here is completely unacceptable. There are not enough spots and the management refuses to acknowledge this issue. For the last year we have made do by parking in makeshift spots and now they have decided to tag our vehicles with 10-inch stickers on our windows on a 90-degree day that do not come off. When I approached management about this issue, no apology was offered and the manager stated, “there is enough parking you might just need to park 3 building down when it is busy.” If you think that is an acceptable solution to an ongoing problem, then please, make yourself at home at Stone Bridge Apartments. Furthermore when explaining to the manager that it is not acceptable to put large stickers on someone’s window in the middle of summer she replied, “It should come off with some ‘Goof Off.’” I am thoroughly unimpressed and highly disappointed to say the least.
D A: When you move out make sure you see actual estimates and charges for any repair work they say you caused. Found out maintenance actually adds to these charges to come in under budget in order to receive a bonus at the end of the year.
Caleb Middleton: Horrible, horrible Management. Do yourself a favor and refrain from this place if you would like to keep ahold of your money. Had to relocate after a few months for my work, and they didn’t sympathize whatsoever with me. It was a mandatory move for my job and they still charged me over $3,000. I asked to speak to one of the managers and she sat us down for two minutes only to tell us that there was nothing she could do for us, even before she heard me out. They don’t care about you or anyone else.
Travis Esparza-Roberson: Me and my husband love living here! I have zero complaints and we were fairly picky with finding our new apartment. Downtown is easy to get to. The pool/hot tub, the property, and the apartments are all very well maintained. No service request goes ignored no mater how small! I wanted to clean out our dryer vent and asked if I could borrow a latter to reach it and they had someone come do it for us instead! When our washer (our own, not one we rented from them) over flowed our laundry room on a Sunday afternoon they had someone out in 30 minutes suctioning up the water!Move in was super easy as well, the unit was clean and no repairs have been needed. In addition there are no dumpsters, only a neat out of the way trash compactor. The only negative is parking is a little crowded at times which an email went out that they are trying a solution beginning 2019.The cost of rent is well worth any amount charged for rent and any applicable fees. I am certain that as long as life doesn’t change job wise we will be renewing fall of 2019!
Kiran M: Very well maintained & exemplary service ! Management is really good, they listen to your concerns and ensure its solved within quick turnaround.
Jeffrey Gardner: I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now and can honestly say I have no complaints since I moved in. The maintenance staff are pretty incredible. I’ve submitted several requests over the past 18 months and the repair has almost always happened the same day. Once had a repair done less than 20 minutes after submitting the request. The management staff have also been great. Always very helpful and doing their job with a smile. Some people feel it’s overpriced here, but I would disagree. Although I haven’t lived in an apartment prior to living here, there are a lot of details that can be tricky to put a price tag on. Very well kept community, I always feel safe, friendly staff, good neighbours, clean amenities, etc. So for me I was willing to pay a small premium over other complexes, but I think the peace of mind is worth every penny.I also like running and playing tennis. So having lighted tennis courts next door is great, and the surrounding neighbourhood is nice for an evening run or walking dogs.
Katie Ward: I moved in to Stonebridge August 2017 and am moving out when my lease is up next month purely because I got a new job and have to relocate. I actually renewed my lease before I found out about the job and the office staff (shout out to Sha!!) were nice enough to let me out of my renewed lease without penalty. Stonebridge offered me everything I needed for what I believe to be a reasonable cost. I think people have unreasonable expectations when it comes to rent charges, but maybe that's just me. I lived in a 2 bed 2 bath with a good sized screened-in balcony since I had a nice view of the woods behind me and they thought ahead to keep the bugs out. :) My apartment was clean upon move-in time and the whole move in process was a breeze. EVERYONE in the office is amazingly nice and helpful and just super cool. The apartment itself is really cute, wonderful floor plan and cute archways and built-ins. My AC went out once and maintenance was there within 20 minutes to fix it. Every other smaller maintenance request I submitted (online, super easy!) was done within a few hours of submission. The nice online resident's portal allows you to pay your rent, too. Although I generally keep to myself, all the neighbors I interacted with were super nice and no one seemed creepy or anything. The grounds are nice; I love the water features as well. The pool is generally clean and the hot tub is a nice touch, and the area of the complex is great!I would definitely recommend Stonebridge to anyone. I only have a few negatives I'd like to share - similar to the negatives I've seen in some other reviews. The heat is electric, so yes the winter heating bills are high. I am extremely conservative with my heat use - most of the time I keep it set under 68 in the winter, only going a little higher when it is super cold. My highest heating bill in the winter was a little over $200 which I thought was insane for a place around 1010 sq ft, but my mom told me that is pretty normal with electric heating. Over the summer, my bills are probably around $60 and I only turn the AC on when it is about 85 or warmer out. There is definitely a bit of a dog poop problem, but that's more on the residents than the staff I think. There are signs and poop stations throughout the complex, so really if someone's leaving their dog poop, they're just a poop themselves. If you see a neighbor leaving poop, say something!! Report them!!The roads need some work, but this is the midwest and winter isn't kind on asphalt. They do their best to fix them up. Parking is a bit of an issue, but the last time I talked to the office they said they were trying to work on a solution for it.I could only hear my neighbors if they had a larger get-together in their apartment, were playing pretty loud music, they were stomping down the stairs, or if their dogs barked. My toilets also have the loudest pipe/water noises I've ever experienced but that noise only lasts like 15 seconds. Otherwise, it was pleasantly quiet. My biggest complaint is they took away recycling about 2 months after I moved in. Residents were not breaking down boxes, putting trash into the recycling, etc, so they decided they couldn't deal with it anymore and took it away. I can understand the struggle, but recycling is really important to me (it should be to you too :) ) and it would be great if they could work on a solution to bring it back.Overall, the positives greatly outweigh the negatives with both my apartment and the complex itself. I loved my experience at Stonebridge!!!

The Vue Luxury Apartments: what do users think?
William Sipple: Lived here for two years. Their security is a joke. Says secure underground garage. All the locks fail and their cameras were conveniently not working when someone stole my vintage 1986 Honda Scooter. When I told management they did nothing. Even though I had renters insurance it didn't cover their garage. Pay extra for parking and good luck if something happens. Will probably have to take them to small claims court for their negligence. They knew the cameras and doors weren't working. Even after an assault and robbery in the building they did nothing to protect anyone or their property.
Moussa Gueye: My wife and I we have lived at the Vue luxury apt for almost 4 years and we just moved out about 2 days ago so if there is anyone who has seen some changes after being there for 4 years, that’s us.Throughout the 4 years we have been there, we had witnessed at least 6 different office change and we can say that the office staff that is there now, is the BEST You can find in any apt building complex considering we lived in many apartments. They are caring, they engage with the community in site, they will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care, and best of all, the take pride in doing their job the right way. By staff, I also mean even the maintenance team is very reliable and available when you need them. This past year with this new staff member has been the best time we have had at the Vue luxury apartment and whoever lives there, will be taken care off and will also be lucky to have them as facilitators willing to help.Thank you for all your hard work and the gift of attention that you give to your tenants.Moussa.
Mark Miers: It’s a great place to live. The staff does several things each month for the residents.
Patricia Stewart: Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms one with en-suite was excellent. The tavern is just downstairs so a 2-minute walk and you're there. Beautiful view over the ocean. Undercover parking. Everyone that works there is very nice and comes highly recommended.
Violet Auld: We stayed here in March and had a fantastic time - the apartments are very luxurious with fully equipped kitchens. Excellent position on Trinity Beach and will definitely be back.
Anthony Wright: Well the view was extremely mesmerizing and it was a very clean and well set out hotel. Spacious, clean, well appointed, and car parking. Need a car to get around as out of Cairns, but really enjoyed the place and will go back
Cynthia Soules: The management is exceptional, the location perfect and the views are stunning. The apartments are spacious, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. Could not fault it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back again and again. Exceptional spot with exceptional service
Joyce Green: We have stayed here twice in the last 5 weeks. 3 nights each time. Love the apartments. Very clean and spacious. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you don't have a car.
Anthony Banayote: The staff has been an absolute pleasure to work and are some of the kindest people. Tonya, Jessica, and Samantha have been nothing but helpful. They have amazing service. The building is great too, with a beautiful view of the city, and some great features. Couldn’t be happier.
Ashley Derloshon: The new management is fantastic! So many improvements already!
Abby Gomez: Leasing office is never open like if you aren’t going to open at all don’t bother putting work hours. Worst experience ever
Laura Wombwell: Lived here for the summer and it’s been great! Everyone in management that we’ve worked with has been fantastic and friendly, they host resident events such as Taco Thursday, Mimosa & Bagels, Movie Nights and other fun stuff (for free!). We needed a short term, pet-friendly lease and we are very pleased with finding The Vue!!
mason montgomery: Took a tour and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable
Dan L: Still waiting on my security deposit from January. They admitted that I am owed a full refund and always say it's coming this week. It never arrived and they have no intention to pay. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.Response to your comment: This is the response I was given in February, March, April, May, June... Your promised to send it out last Tuesday and nothing has arrived. You also promised to send it out "this week" on numerous occasions before. I can assume only willful negligence through layers of bureaucracy (it's always someone else's problem) to engage in theft at this point. Maybe a court order will get your attention. Will file the paperwork this week.
chris zinerman: I visited this apartment complex for five seconds at the leasing office and have never felt so unwelcome. I feel the staff at the front desk immediately profiled me, and was not making me feel comfortable while communicating. This was a big red flag to me, and I instantly knew this community would not be a fit for someone of my background. This was the quickest way to lose a responsible, prospective tenant.
Cyrus Stanford: Holy hell... Where to start. By far the most frustrating experience my roommate and I have ever experienced. Do not live here if you want competent management. Yes they are cheap, but there is a reason they are so cheap. First off, security is non existent. Out of the two years I lived there, there was never a time that a door to get into the building did not work. Doors that literally lead into the garage with everyone's cars & bikes (My bike was stolen this way...). After having front office workers that gas light you and make it seem like its your fault (it is typically not), we decided to move. NOW... we are dealing with the VUE not giving us back our security deposit. It has been two months since we moved out, and have reached out numerous times to find out when we would get it back. As you would expect no one answers their phones.Anytime you see a reply on a 1 star review they say, " PlEaSe ReAcH OuT To Us, We WaNT To hEar AbOuT yOuR eXpErIence" utter bull, because they cant even answer their phones or emails. Even after I went into the office, they told me I would hear back from accounting in 2 days. Now they avoid us like a bad ex..Id give 0 stars if I could.
Julie Uceda: I have moved out of the apartment last May and since then it's been ONE YEAR and they still have NOT gotten back to me with my security deposit. I have checked with the property that I do have credit on my account that is about $500 something dollars and I cannot believe that the property manager has not been responding to my follow-up emails since March. They would charge interest and late fees on late rent payment from the residents, but they would disregard giving my money back on security deposit and be okay about it for ONE ENTIRE YEAR? Ridiculous. Please be more responsible and at least reply to my voice mail or emails letting me know of the status. Just really disappointing how much I have to drag on getting my own money back. This was my very last resort to have to put on google review so that I hopefully get their attention to get in contact with them. This is just ridiculous. Will someone help me get my $$ back from this apartment? I can show the receipts of ALL the emails in the past one entire year where no one responded. Called the company headquarters, left a "contact us" message, did everything I could. I cannot believe it.
K Bass: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueJessica amd the maintenance are doing a fantastic job! It feels so much like home 🏡now since they came. Kevin Bass
Morgan Thomas: The rent is over priced for what you receive. There was trash constantly around the building. I had to call corporate to receive my security deposit. Def don’t recommend living here.
Ameer Fisher: My experience with this apartment complex was terrible and I do not recommend. In one year, there was new staff in the office every month. I could tell a drastic change in quality of service and upkeep of the complex from the beginning of my stay until I moved out. The staff can be very rude at times and it is very difficult to communicate with them if you can get in contact. Besides the staff, the apartments are nice but the walls are thin and there is always pet feces outside. Although the apartment is gated and has private access, there are periods of time (sometimes a whole week) where the apartment doors will not open with the key fob. The amenities are okay, however, the pool closed early last summer due to the complex not having chlorine. As far as communicating with the tenants via email, the staff has sent out passive aggressive emails threatening to evict people instead of addressing tenants independently. These apartments are not worth over 1,000 dollars in rent. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Private Reserve Luxury Townhomes: what do users think?
Kristy Love: If I could give 0 stars I would I wouldn’t recommend my dog living there office managers are rude liars my move in issues were never addressed maintenance is a joke and they have a officer that lives on the property that has harassed me and my children since we moved here not enough space or time to tell it all. I held back my review because my mom taught me if I can’t say anything nice I shouldn’t say it at all but I don’t think anybody should consider these. The owners should be ashamed and they need to drop the luxury part of the name there’s nothing luxurious about it. Epic fail I was better off homeless.
Ashley Gage: DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS, USES A THIRD PARTY WHO ISN'T HELPFUL EITHER
Destiny Brackenridge: Gate never works, maintenance is horrible called 3 times today for ac problems and was told someone will be out to fix, but no one ever called or came to check/fix it. Been having toilet problems since moving in, called about that too and still no one ever came out.. and the basement it always flooding. Very ghetto, I don’t not recommend moving to the “Private Reserve luxury townhomes” .
Miss R: Very Very decent location. You gotta keep the office on their toes tho.
Taylor Brown: This was the worst place I ever lived in, I was only there for four months and there was mold in my apartment and it was infested with bed bugs.
twistedmixedchick13: My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and we love it! The people that work in the office are very nice and accommodating. We've only needed maintenance twice and both times they were friendly and efficient. The townhouses feel home-y and the fireplace adds a cozy touch. Highly recommend!
Deborah Garrett-Blackwell: This is my second year living here. Maintenance is on the ball. The rooms are nice size. Love the hardwood floor in my living room and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I wish there was one in the living room!
Elena Hayes: Air conditioning out in unit, have a child with asthma, no assistance given at all. When I call for Updates I am told it will be handled but no one calls nor comes. If I could do zero it would be great. Maintainence let's people and even themselves use vacant units in the back where I stay for parties and gatherings and office management either don't know or don't care. Unsafe neighborhood and the owner who is supposed to be involved knows nothing about his management staff nor his maintenance team. Do not move over here.
Jay Baby: Love the leasing staff very helpful and maintenance is always on time with full filling work orders. A great environment and great place to live!
Dennis Phillips: Going on my third lease the turnover in the office/corporate is very unprofessional. My lease dates change three times is this possible. I renewed the second time they didn't see that I had pets, so I continue too pay my same price what I was told. Maybe four months in I got a credit on my account. I don't know why I asked the office they didn't know either WOW. So I used it. Had a inspection the maintenance crew tells I have pets Da sticker on the front door. So they call saying you got pets. I said yes but they didn't add it back on my second lease. That's why I continue too pay my first lease payment like I was told too do by the second team in the office. Now trying too renew my lease the third time with the third team in the office. I got a outstanding balance on my account. So they mess up I got too pay extra money. Is this right I'm confused.
Karen Bloomingbird: am being harassed by my young neighbors because I have called the police after several attempts of me asking them to at least cover the vents because the marijuana is coming in my unit as if I am having a smoke session. Before calling the police as instructed by the leasing office I tried to be a good neighbor. well now they are running up on me as I am coming into my unit. I work from home and I am afraid now because there are several people that live there and you don't know who is who. I have been harassed now since December because the office had attempted an eviction at least that is what I was told back in December but they ended up taking the rent and allowing them to stay they just moved in 3 months ago. They are trying to intimidate me by running up on me like they want to fight I don't know who it is as there are lots of people that live there I am recovering from a recent spine surgery and I am afraid that if I have to defend my self I will be seriously hurt. So I go to the office and give a 30 day notice me and my husband. He is trying to get us out of here because he fears at this point it will be escalated because they were spoken to again by the office. Well we took February rent to try and find somewhere to go and the office tells me they may file an eviction on us. we have been here off and on for 10 years this last lease is 3 years never had an issue and now im being told that we may not even get the termination period removed. Now im told tha the previous leasing manager dropped the ball. I am waiting to see what will happens. I will keep you posted and I am praying that they are not waiting for someone to die and then do something about it. Also about 3.5 months ago a unit was shot up with children inside it. I don't want a repeat and im told that the people that lowered someone to the door still lives out here and the previous leasing people knows it.
Dodi Moncrief: Nice spacious floorplans
Shawn Hall: I've only been here a month but been staying on this side of town since 98 . I always wanted to resign in these apartments and finally stay here I love it not too bad price wise .. I love my place very spacious and quiet ..
Nikki Smith: Family friendly community. I am a returning resident lots of community involvement and activities for kids and families. Very nice and clean
Colin Manring: Super helpful leasing staff and a well maintained property
Quiana Taiwan Hobson-Hicks: I moved from one townhome due to everytime it rains it floods our apartment and the laundry room began to develop mold and I should have stayed because we have had problems from day 1in this one The patio is horrible you cant grill or sit back there! The stairs fell through under my mother it took over a week to get it completely redone with new plywood after we constantly complained. The dishwasher doesnt work it keeps staining our dishes and we've had to throw away several of expensive dishes. The unit in the laundry room keeps overfilling with nasty water and it stinks on the basement. The maintenance have came over several times but still no results. It has gotten to the point where I no longer have asked for maintenance or do I call the manager. Because it's useless. I'm in the process of moving tired of complaining .
Avrielle Johnson: My beautiful 2 bedroom tri-level was nothing but amazing. The staff was very patient during my move in process and always friendly and helpful when I had concerns!!! Love it!
Amanda Warren: I have been in the 3 bedroom townhome with a basement. It is a very nice layout-love the fireplace in the basement.
Tami Wooldridge: Good place to live that is in a nice area and convenient to anywhere you need to go. Great staff!
Keir Foreman: This place is a joke...the townhomes are not as LUXURIOUS as they seem to be in the pictures, there are a lot of underlying issues. Plenty of water damage, especially when it rains. Water, debris, and bugs come in through the patio and the plumbing system is also messed up. The electrical outlets and light fixtures and switches half way work. The baseboards underneath the carpet are broken as well, feels like you might fall through the floor. They never have or can keep a good maintenance team. They make you purchase comcast for cable and internet, which they suck( included in your rent). The breed of dogs that people have are very vicious, (Pit bulls and Rottweilers) etc......which they say are not allowed. But management does not enforce the issue. Drug paraphernalia and trash is everywhere. My car has also been broken into. The (security) gate is always broke. I mean can we get a whole new team that cares about the property and the residents....I mean, need I say more......this place is a joke for the amount of $$$ you pay. If it were up to me they would get NO STARS, but I'm forced to give a star, so be it. I hate being punked....
Adam Metzler: I really enjoy getting to know our neighbors and participating in the community gardens. We have lived here for 2.5 years. The Staff are always reasonable and easy to work with.

The Hamilton Luxury Apartment Homes: what do users think?
ashley blatsioris: I lived here for around 7 years and in two different apartments in the complex so have quite a bit of insight on the goods and the bads of living here.Overall, I would live here again on a couple of conditions. First, make sure you are never facing the parking lots if you value any version of quiet. my first apartment faced a parking lot and the second faced woods and there was a marked difference in noise level. Second, make sure you live on the top floor of your building. You will still be able to hear your neighbors but it is manageable. The walls and floors are very thin so noise is common, which can be frustrating with how expensive it is to live here. The maintenance team is great and always friendly. They were always quick and responsive to our requests and needs. The office team was fine while we lived there, but the move out experience was poor and communication was lacking which is why I am giving 3 stars instead of 4. We were charged our entire security deposit for "excessive holes" when they were just normal holes from hanging pictures, and we were directly told we didn't need to patch before moving out. Make sure you leave your apartment in great condition before move-out. Note as well that we were not sent a final paper bill and had to check the portal often to see if we owed anything. The complex grounds are overall landscaped well but the recycling bin and trash compactor will be frequently filled and overflowing. There is a lot of dog waste around the neighborhood that isn't cleaned up, and the dog park is often dirty, which is unfortunate as it is nice to have a park in the middle of the complex. Hallways are not cleaned often, and when they are it appears to only be a quick vacuum.Overall, not a bad community and a great area but not amazing for the price tag.
Sarah Wright: We love living here and have had zero issues! Maintenance responds within a day, the grounds are very well-kept, and staff is super friendly and helpful. We love the gym and walkable neighborhood around the property as well. It’s clear the staff really cares about the property.
Dustin Persohn: I cannot speak highly enough of this place. I've lived in apartments through school for the last 7 years and none come even close to the Hamilton.
KleeG: Paper thin interior construction. You will hear footsteps and doors constantly. If a toddler lives above you, you're screwed.
Jessie Adam: Beautiful apartment complex, excellent amenities, good lawn care. I would recommend this place 👌
Matt Davis: Bad experience at the Hamilton. Check out some of the other options in Fishers. You won't be disappointed.
Jessica Wetzel: I have slipped in the parking lot almost daily for over a week. They do not clear the snow or do anything about the ice. Very dangerous sidewalk, road, and parking lot conditions.
Ellen Ray: Moved back to Indy from Southern California to be near all 3 of my kids and soon to be 8 grandkids--looked for something close to all 3 and yet unique like the rental condo I had in Cali. The staff here is knowledgeable and beyond friendly and made the move so easy. I have a garage on the first level and the grounds are pretty much surrounded by trees and not overdeveloped. Only 6-8 units per building so only a few footsteps occasionally from above. Quiet with amenities like valet trash and fabulous pool. Highly recommend this complex and the location is within 5 min of everything you need from IKEA to Fresh Thyme and Target.Very happy and content!
SunYoung Shin: Such a beautiful and quiet place to live. The staff & management are amazing. We would have stayed a lot longer only if the commute to downtown wasn't so brutal. Thanks for everything!
Shady Brown: The staff has been excellent and friendly. Our coordinator was on it every step of the way There were no issues during the move-in process. Everything was simple, well explained, and organized. We love our experience so far, 10/10 would recommend!
Jake Miller: Coming from college apartments to these feels like a fever dream. Well maintained, friendly staff, quick and effective maintenence team, and beautiful apartments. I searched for months for a great apartment throughout Fishers and Carmel and I’m so glad I landed here.
James Osborne: Overall impressions (2 months in) are favorable. The amenities continue to impress even after we've moved in. The grounds are well kept and management overall seems to care about feedback and running a tight ship. My only real gripes is that trash pick up is very spotty, it can be as early as 7pm or as late as 11pm, which makes it so your trash can is out of commission until it is picked up. It's a nice service other than that. Some noise from neighbors can be heard with slamming of doors/cabinets through the walls. Our downstairs neighbors had a rather loud and belligerent visitor/guest yelling on their porch until 11pm one night, we did not complain because it was a one-off. It is off putting regardless. People also need to learn how to parallel park near the front of the buildings, it's frustrating seeing someone 2/3 out of their space or in it completely wrong, what's so hard about parking in back if you don't know how to parallel park? Overall though, the pros outweigh the cons. Love the kitchen, love the flooring, the amenities are fantastic, had no issues with management, parking is fine if you don't mind compromising and actually walking. Pool and gym is lovely, grounds are well kept, it's nice to see so much care put into it. I hope JC Hart continues to commit to quality residents and keep an image of the community up, that's my biggest concern, keep your standards high!
Eric Shelby: I really like this place because my dad used to live here it was fun it was a fun experience and it was just it was just amazing I really like the clubhouse there I could swim in the pool I could swim in the pool when the when the weather was nice so I am so I put a five star rating because I really liked it
Abdullahi Asimalowo: This complex definitely deserves a five star. I lived here while in Indianapolis. The apartments are new, noise-proof, contemporary layout/design and has cordial and friendly staff. Maintenance team are quick and know what they are doing. The ground is well maintained and beautiful (please keep your eyes open on those residents that will not pick up after their pets!). The gym, swimming pool and other club house facilities, as well as staff support with mail delivery, etc., sets The Hamilton aside from their competitors! I wont think twice on returning here, if I ever have to live in Indianapolis again.
Lawrence William: Extremely nice
Kathy Gallagher: I love it. Very clean and uncluttered!
Joshua Savage: Clean, friendly, wonderful units and amenities. It doesn't get any better for apartment living.
Jack J: I was extremely impressed by the initial showing that I was given, and mentioned that I needed a move-in date as soon as possible. Due to the incredible work ethic of the agent I was working with (Sarah), I was moved in less than 24 hours after my showing (on a weekend too, mind you). All appliances and details within the apartments here are of noticeably higher quality than other rentals in the Fishers area. I'd give them a 6 out of 5 but Google won't let me. Incredible management.
Katie Gelhar- Stahl: It's super clean, beautiful place to live. The maintenance staff is awesome! Leasing staff are also great. They know me by name. Love it here!

Park 66 Flats: what do users think?
Zeysha Fuentes: Do not live here! Lack of communication and honesty from management. Tenants are living in a construction zone and they are not letting people out of their leases, unless they pay a termination fee. Hallways are stripped down to beams.
Michelle Soltis: Park 66, more like Park 666. In the past two months, my apartment has flooded (broken fire suppression system), and the complex has caught on fire. During the flood, it took the management team over five hours to turn the fire suppression system's water off, so everything in my unit was completely ruined. They did not cover my renter's insurance deductible or compensate me in any way, despite the excessive response time. During the fire, a large portion of the complex (33 units) got flooded again with water. The hallways reek of mold and there are no amenities. I did not have a fridge for almost a week. The roof is still leaking from the fire over a month ago. Rent is full price. Living here, you are at the mercy of Birge&Held. If you still decide to live here despite the reviews, I would recommend getting renter's insurance (which is not required) and having a "go" bag ready.
Lucas Hickey: They are actively doing demo on units that are occupied. The building is not weather proofed. Units are being burglarized with crew keys. Birge and held are still claiming the units are habitable and safe and tenants don’t qualify for lease termination. They’re also taking down google reviews
Kaley O'Donnell: 2 stars for the quiet and safe location, as well as good size of apartments. It’s the management which is the issue. Maintenance takes months to respond, even for important matters. The office doesn’t respond to emails or answer the phones (unless you’re looking to spend money/sign a lease). There was a fire a month ago, granted not their fault, but it has destroyed half the building with water damage including all of the amenities (gym, roof, common areas). Probably the most alarming part of this is that I didn’t receive ANY email, phone calls, etc about the fire! I was lucky and was out of town for the fire, but only heard about it when my neighbors texted me the following day. I still don’t get communication/emails from management, even after I brought this concern to their attention. Someone from upper management eventually reached out and said they would offer compensation for the nights we were displaced/ had to stay in hotels, but I haven’t received that still almost a month later. But of course, I’m still getting emails about rent being due and the reminder that rent is increasing by $300 per month if I choose to resign the lease…
Austin Gates: I lived in these apartments for almost 2 years so I experienced two different management companies. Any reviews/ratings of Park 66 Flats should be considered under Birge & Held management. Almost any good reviews Park 66 had is from when JC Hart owned the building. Ever since Birge & Held took over, the place has gone downhill. I had my bike stolen from the garage. When brought to the attention of management, I was pretty much ignored and shrugged off. When I asked that the cameras be reviewed, I was told they did not have access to the cameras and could not review them. So not only was the garage not secure, other security measures (such as cameras) are not working, which is a safety concern for residents. I also lived on the top floor, and our apartment started to get water leaks and stains all across the ceiling. Several requests and calls were made to management to have this addressed and we kept getting put on the back burner and was told it was being worked on but never was. From the initial service request, it remained open for more than ENTIRE YEAR. It got so bad that there was mold forming from the water leaks/stains which is an obvious health concern, but they still didn't seem to care that much. It was still an issue when we finally left. Finally, that brings me to the recent fire. While I understand the circumstances at hand and cause were out of their control, their overall response to the situation was/is poor at best. Communication after the fire was very poor and residents were not being updated in a timely manner and were left in the dark about what was going on. Their communication and information in the coming days after the fire was very disjointed and unclear to residents. I was in a unit (along with 33 others) that took on a lot of water damage from putting out the fire, to the point where we would not be able to move back in anytime soon and would be forced to move to either one of their sister properties or to a new apartment complex in general not managed by Birge & Held. We were given almost no time to make a decision as they were trying to force the residents that couldn't live there anymore out as soon as possible. Considering the situation regarding going through a disaster and trying to pick up the pieces after an already bad situation, I think that was in extremely poor taste by management as the affected residents had almost no time to figure things out and their situations after becoming "temporarily homeless". As almost all of their options for sister properties to move to for a 2 bedroom were farther away and not in the area, we took the opportunity to break the lease with Park 66 and get away from Birge & Held and find another apartment in the area. The apartment complex is in a good location, and the complex itself is nice (well before the fire, time will tell after renovations), but as long as Birge & Held manages this property, I would stay far away, it's not worth the headache.
Julie Floreancig: My sister lives in this building and her car has been broken into twice in the garage, treasured personal items were stolen from her storage unit most likely by an employee, on Christmas Day there was a water line break and the maintenance person didn't know how to shut the water off nor the blaring alarm, so Christmas was ruined, the damage from the Christmas Day flood still hasnt been addressed in the garage where there is a giant hole in the ceiling with insulation hanging out and black mold everywhere and then, THE FIRE!! The entire building had to be evacuated in the middle of a freezing night in February because of a monstrous fire that destroyed nearly half of the apartments. The fire clearly started under suspicious circumstances and residents aren't being updated in a timely manner. My sister now has ptsd and will have to address that after everything she has experienced in this apartment run by SLUM LORDS! Incredibly sad. Looking forward to management's response.
C. Swinford: The current state of the building isn’t safe following a recent fire. It’s a construction zone with mildew and wet carpets. Holes in the ceiling let rain water in. The fire alarm system is not active. Management does not respond to concerns when residents reach out about these issues. Management does not appear to communicate effectively with their contracted demolition team. We know that the walls and carpets will be stripped on all floors. We have been told that rent will *increase* if we renew our leases.
Haley Gesse: My apartment was luckily one that was not damaged by the fire on the 18th. However, I just got an email today stating that my rent will increase a few hundred dollars if I renew in May. I am currently unable to use any of the 5th floor amenities and half of my floor is completely destroyed and unsafe to be in. I have yet to hear a response regarding this issue of my rent increase. Most of my neighbors are planning to move out.
Joey Saunders: Birge & Held owns this building and they stink. I know this is a nice building in a nice location, but you will be at the mercy of awful management. I expect more one star reviews on the way and they are well deserved.
K McClain: Want to give this staff a shout out for the way they have handled the recent communications around the fire event. I really apprecaite the team there and how they have helped me.
Zac Cino: As others have stated since the ownership changed the building went downhill. Building has become dirty and unmaintained with very gross trash build up. Maintenance requests are not dealt with and I had to call them back multiple times for the same issue. They also began raising rent significantly once my lease from previous owner expired. Reporting issues does not result in anything but ownership saying things are fine. Absolutely loved living here before the ownership change but the new ownership and their management of the property was enough for me to move on.
Eric Buchakjian: Prior to December 2021, Park 66 Flats was a well run apartment complex, 4 stars in my opinion. In December 2021, the building was sold to Birge & Held which has consistently mismanaged the property since their acquisition. Trash regularly accumulates in the common areas and trash chute rooms creating health hazards, and basic maintenance is neglected (scuffed walls, dirty floors, broken garage doors, etc) . The staff, if you can reach them, is non-responsive: 6 weeks to examine a broken dishwasher only to be told it's not broken when it is clearly broken, missed and late appointments. When I moved out management attempted to charge me thousands of dollars for a litany of reasons related to notice and move out date. I believe this was due to incompetence rather than malice, but I had to spend hours fighting them and it was only resolved when I turned the matter over to my attorney. Even then, my deposit was received outside of the time stipulated in the IN Revised Code. The building is in a good location, and appears appealing, but if you have options, I would avoid this property.
Ben Matthews: I currently live at park 66 and have lived here for about a year now. I have loved my experience living here so far and love the location. The staff is great and very understanding of all of their residents situation regarding rent, repairs, etc. not to mention the location is great. I love the neighborhood because it’s quiet but close enough to the action.
Stephanie Schwieger: Amazing location, the gym and rooftop are great, and the staff are the best!! I recommend living here if you are looking for a good spot in broad ripple.
Jordan Crowe: Park 66 Flats is unwaveringly kind every time I interact with any staff member, whether it is someone from the leasing office or maintenance staff. The building has really nice amenities and communal spaces including the outdoor rooftop deck, and very friendly neighbors. Great location in Broad Ripple but never loud or rowdy immediately in front of the building. If I could move this apartment closer to my job so that I could stay here again I would. Excellent choice if you are looking for a place in the Broad Ripple area!
Moh. Anwer: Really kind and responsive staff. The apartments are highly sound proof, provide great insulation, and overall location is great. I've really enjoyed my stay here and I have lived here since June 2017.
LaCalvince Simpson: Nice apartments...great location...better STAFF! New spacious apartments with lots of amenities. It is tucked in the back near the IAC, but within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Yet, it is the staff that makes it worthwhile living here. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to make the residents feel at home. I would definitely recommend living here.
El C: It looks impressive, but look closer. Park 66 has been around for a little over a year now. The walls are already scuffed, the paint is already chipping, and several signs have already fallen down. The construction was a rush job, and it shows. The appliances look nice, but they're cheap. There's a reason the building is still only partially full.

Westhaven Luxury Apartments in Zionsville: what do users think?
Taylor Brazelton: This is easily one of the best apartment complexes near Indianapolis. I have lived here for over 3 years and am only moving due to work-related reasons. The Leasing & Maintenace teams are top notch and will help you every step of the way.Being on the edge of Whitestown and Zionsville, this place is perfect for people looking to be in the now.A few local recommendations:- Rush on Main- Cobblestone- Hotel Tango- Texas Margaritas- Moontown Brewing Company- El Meson- Happy Kitchen & Sushi Bar- And many many more!
the money maker: Very rude direspectful Assitiant property manger didn’t want to let me speak to anyone higher up because she knew what she was doing was wrong
Akshi Patel: Great experience living here. Very clean, maintained well. All the maintenance request done in timely manner. All the management - Daisy, Cameron and Garrett along with maintenance staff have demonstrated great professionalism. They take time out to interact with their tenants and know them by their name. Property is maintained very clean.
Thomas Hall: We had the pleasure to stay at Westhaven while having our house built. The staff here is very responsive and always takes care of any needs we have quickly, including maintenance. I have really enjoyed the amenities and the apartment. Very pet friendly as well. Highly recommend Westhaven!
Danielle Hennes: We have really enjoyed living in the Westhaven Apartments. The location is great and we are close to lots of restaurants, Meijer, and other big box stores without it feeling like we're in a super busy area. The apartments are spacious with lots of details we appreciate like arched entryways, granite countertops, open kitchen, large tub, and flex space. We've lived in several other apartments and this is by far our favorite experience. We love the pool in the summer and appreciate that we have access to a dog park for our puppy. Everyone else we've met who lives here has been friendly and we feel very safe. Anytime we've had maintenance issues, the problem is fixed right away. The staff is great at communicating and always happy to help or answer questions. We feel so well taken care of and we know that Cameron, Garrett, and Daisy will always go above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable. They know us by name and work so hard to ensure we have a great experience living here. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for apartment living in this area.
Greg Johnson: Good place. The apartments are in great shape/well maintained with a lot of effort. The effort is applied to the common area and grounds as well, everything is neat and tidy. The office and maintenance staff are always ready to help if you have a need or question. They only required are a few more handicapped parking spots.
Tanner Gurin: Application and move in process was easy as can be! Garrett and Cameron were both very helpful and willing to answer any questions regarding availability or payment set up, etc. brand new carpeting and ceiling fan in the unitUPDATE as of 8/31/21: Left Westhaven only due to an out of state job change. A great 13 months in this complex. Garrett and Cameron made the process of vacating and being paid up fully easy as possible, and were nice enough to reach out regarding items that were left behind. Thank you both!
Deadly PG3D: We been living here for 3 years… We loved this place but today we’re moving into a new house…😭 I’ll come back to visit this place when riding my bike with my friends. Also Cameron is a really amazing person!
A M: When moving from out of state, I found the application process ad move-in experience facilitated by the professional and kind demeanor of Garrett and Cameron. The units were lovely - open floor plans and updated fixtures. The grounds were kept immaculate. The neighbors were quiet and respectful. Management responded quickly to all events with constant updates. I would recommend this establishment to anyone relocating to the Indianapolis area.
Derek Mallory: Nice apartments with responsive repair team in a great location! Good price for the value you get!
Darren Mabe: What a wonderful experience, and the manager Cameron was the center stone of it. Rented for two years with Westhaven 2017-2019 and have absolutely no complaints about the apartment or the company. Communications are clear and often, issue resolution is quick and reasonable, maintenance is extremely responsive, units are very well maintained, utilities are reasonable. The manager Cameron is has helpful as they get. We did have an issue with a leaky washing machine one night, maintenance wasn't going to be able to get to right away so - on a Sunday at 9pm - Cameron immediately came over and brought us a completely new unit and installed it himself. Talk about service! The apartments themselves are nice, but unremarkable, the team running them is what makes the difference.
Tori Marshall: I am so impressed by the staff and these apartments. I placed an inquiry 2 months ago and the staff consistently followed up with me until I was ready to move. I also needed to move in earlier than expected and Garrett was very responsive and got me moved in on the day I requested even though it was last minute. Upon move in, I found my apartment to be flawless. The apartment is gorgeous and the complex itself is very clean and safe. I feel so at home here and am so glad the staff followed up with me. I am happy to call westhaven my new home! My kids are also so happy to have their own rooms& bathrooms. The layout of the apartments is perfect.
S P: They are johnny on the spot with maintenance requests and always respond within 24hrs. Place is clean, well manicured and during this Covid crisis has been very accommodating. Area is awesome with almost anything you need within 2mins. Only reason I'm leaving is because I got a new job across country. The only negatives are the half size water heater, water restrictors in the shower head, and its not real granite but laminate for the kitchen counters. Highly recommend.
George Johnston: Great apartments. Great staff. Very well maintained. Renewed my lease and we love living here. 5 Stars. However, I do have a complaint.Like many others, I'm concerned about the the high energy and utility bills. They don't make sense. The prices to heat and cool the apartment are more than I was paying in a house three times the size - even while keeping the temperatures very conservative. The extra padding charges (energy delivery, flat customer fees, etc.) are more than the actual usage. The water and sewage bills don't seem to make sense either. We can be gone for weeks and still get the same billed amount for usage. It makes me wonder if it's "socialized" water usage, where everyone is paying an average rather than the actual amount we individually use.Again, 5-stars to the apartment complex and anyone who is considering living here should go for it. Just watch those utilities.
Guadalupe Martinez: Writing this review because I am, thoroughly, impressed with Westhaven's staff, facilities, and maintenance. Cameron and his team have been nothing but helpful during my stay at Westhaven.StaffThey were helpful regarding any questions I may have had regarding rent, parking, and changes due to my recent military orders. Recently, I was notified about when to leave the garbage out for the pickup service. The staff was nice enough to leave me a letter explaining the appropriate times and notifying me that a charge would be made if it continued. I appreciate this because they could have just charged me instead of giving me a warning.FacilitiesApartment was clean and there were no issues during move-in. The garage is a great investment during the winter months and reasonably priced.MaintenanceWhenever I submitted a maintenance request they responded quickly. They would either respond that same day or within 1-2 business days.Overall, a great apartment complex to live at. I have moved a lot because of school and the military and no other apartment complex has compared to Westhaven.
marsha murphy: We love the apartments the staff is great always quick to help and very nice! Maintenance is the best always quick and great job when we have had them in our apartment! The pool is excellent our grandkids loved it! The only thing negative is our electric bill it is awful it goes up each month without us doing anything different! This month it reached $291 up $46 from last month and it wasnt even that cold! So sad!
Sadie Shelton: Cameron was absolutely amazing. He answered all of our questions and showed us beautiful apartments! By far the best experience!
Stefanie Blesch: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Betsy Roman: From the beginning, Westhaven gave me such a warm welcoming and received me with open arms, ever since then they have never let me down. The staff in the leasing office are quick to repond to any questions and or concerns. The pool is a nice bonus as well because it has such a friendly pool monitor and its just a chill spot to hangout in during the summer :)
Katrina Klopper: Clean spacious apartments, friendly staff, large pool area, maintenance requests are completed in a professional and timely manner. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Westhaven Apartments, thank you so much!
Abby Simpson: We lived at Westhaven for 4 years and absolutely loved it. The management, Cameron, has always been friendly and helpful. The maintenance team Austin and Rusty, are quick to respond to request and polite. We will greatly miss the pool and the grill area! The management team keeps this place beautiful year round and really goes the extra mile for their residents!
