Steve Humphrey: I had just arrived at the Conrad Hilton in Indianapolis,IN and realized that I had left my iPhone in the Lyft driver’s car. Alex, who was working outside for the Conrad quickly handed me his phone and told me to call my phone, which I did. I new traveler answered my phone. I told them to please have the driver return to the Conrad hotel and return my phone. The driver did return my phone and I was very relieved.Thank you Alex for your quick thinking help. Conrad needs to have more quick thinking employees like Alec.Rooms: Clean and ready for me!Nearby activities: Great restaurants!

Unfortunately I had to apologize for the run down and poverty stricken Indianapolis area. If you haven't traveled outside of Indiana then that statement will not make any sense. But for the Conrad it might be important since their level of effort doesn't match the city they are in.Thanks Conrad for the oasis!

Erika Winslow: They had some system issues during our stay. It took a very long time to get checked in. We were unable to access the room in time to get ready for our dinner reservations. They did offer to let us use the locker room on the 6th floor though.We had asked for extra pillows when we booked the reservation. We didn’t get them. I didn’t bring this up with the staff. They were already having a rough day due to the system issues so I didn’t want to bring up another thing for them.The room was nice. We loved the bathroom. The bed was ok. Our backs were sore the next morning, but everything else was nice.I think this would have been a 5-star review if the system had been working properly. The staff did the best they could given the circumstances.

It started off with Ms Kuhn at the front desk! She is so sweet and took some extra goodies to our room and wrote us a personal card. Thanking us for choosing to stay at the JW Marriott. I wanted to hug her! I was so happy and very thankful for her outstanding customer service and her attention to detail!! High Velocity restaurant, executive lounge, room service, everything!!!! Carlos Guerrero: Was there on a four day business trip. We had quite the schedule and everything in the background rans so smooth, you'd forget all the hard work the staff is involved with. Breakfast, lunch, breaks and dinner went off without a problem. The food was great, warm and everyone had plenty to pick from. Small friendly conversations with the staff shows they care about their work. The hotel is within walking distance from everything; bars, restaurants and Lucas Oil football field which is pretty cool and the Indianapolis Pacers basketball stadium.We got pizza and we're able to eat in the lobby while enjoying drinks from the bar. Went to the Slippery Noodle and walked back to the hotel with no problem and enjoyed some local sites also. Enjoy your stay.

Tiffany Nguyen: I woke up at 12:40am due to grown men screaming and cheering playing ping pong downstairs. The sound of their cheers and clapping bellows above where the rooms are located and you can hear everything. I literally have to wake up in a few hours and I couldn’t go to sleep due to them being so loud. I called front desk to try to get ahold of somebody to make a noise complaint and nobody answered so I went downstairs myself and asked the people to please keep it down because people who have to work tomorrow need to sleep. They disregard my plea and got loud again once I got back to my floor. This is a nice hotel to stay in because the rooms are clean but my bathroom’s tub was clogged and drained really slow and the air conditioner was broken. I won’t be coming back.

From the view all the way down to the comfortable feel that the furniture, bed, and even color scheme provided.The only notable concern that I can state is that a few hours after I checked in, a hotel security guard attempted to forcibly enter my room. At the time I was laying down in bed and listening to music so that I could relax. I heard the handle and door lock rattling and naturally went to see what was causing the noise. A few seconds later I heard the voice of a man stating I needed to open the door. I asked who it was and they said they were the hotel security. In response, I asked what their reason for coming to the door was. They said that it was because "I wasn't supposed to be in that room."To be able to show proof that I indeed was supposed to be in the room, I opened the door and immediately showed the security guard and the receptionist with him, my key badge to unlock the door aforementioned.Mind you...this is the same receptionist who at check in gave me the mf key card in the little white hotel slip they always put them in. The ones that clearly have the room number written in bold. I'm not dyslexic (no offense & all love) and I am quite fond of reading. After the guard saw the card with the number clearly written on it, he apologized and told me that there was a mistake.All in all, my stay in Indianapolis was memorable. Sometimes, small things happen that can come as a distraction if you allow them to be. Peace is and forever will be something we have to choose to keep. No matter where we are. Despite what was cited as a mistake on the part of the hotel staff, the hotel is one that I would be open to staying at in the future for any other trips to this city. Just next time, don't question whether I'm supposed to be there or not. I deserved to be.

Jonathan Ramos: Expensive for a standard room - paid $570 for two nights. Nothing special about the room.Could clearly hear my neighbors conversations and music late at night through the walls. At times, felt like we were sharing the same room. They were really loud both nights.No free WiFi - $10 per day for internet.Breakfast buffet was $25 - food was about as good as a Days Inn. No waitress, microwaved biscuits were the worst I've ever had, nasty gravy, funny looking/tasting french toast sticks and syrup, no orange juice, pastries were not fresh or good, no refills on drinks, eggs were not cooked properly, etc.Mini-fridge did not work. Thus, my leftovers from dinner were ruined.I leaned against a railing while talking to friends in the lobby and the wood beam fell off the posts.Will stay elsewhere next time.

Brenda K: Above average Marriott, even more so than any Gaylord I've stayed at. Why? The people working here. Every person we had contact with gave extraordinary service. Djenitza was warm welcoming and accommodating each morning that we came down to breakfast. And Sarah was sweet caring attentive and pleasant, when we sat at the bar to eat lunch one day. Each person I dealt with at the front desk, from check-in, to stopping and asking questions, to picking up a couple things at the small little market, to check out we're all phenomenal. I cannot name every employee by name that I came in contact with, but they were all equally awesome.Food & drinks: Delicious and high quality. Good size portions.
