They don't have sections for specific types of clothing, it's all strewn together for you to waste time picking through each rack. I'll never be back here. I'd much rather spend department store prices because at least there I won't have to spend hours looking for what I want

Kim Kreinop: This store does not provide safety for its paying customers!!! My family was stalked inside the store by 5 grown men on cell phones. I reached out to the manager and police were called!! Another customer had to get my family to safety!! They refuse to share footage and give results!! As I shared my story all over social media this seems to be a common issue!! Watch your children and boycott this store!!!

Florence Feemster: On 2/25/23 while shopping at Michigan Rd. location, I found a pr. of Croc shoes listed as $24.99 on a rack with a lot of others of the same variety and different colors. But the rack had them listed as $16.99-19.99. My granddaughter selected black and another Caucasian child selected green. We proceeded to the checkout line about 4 people back from the ones who were buying the green Crocs.After standing in line for a half hour because the store was extremely busy, I started to pay for my selection and was being charged $24.99 for them after having just witnessed the people withe green ones being charged $16.99 for the exact same Crocs. When I protested, the clerk who was waiting on me at register #1 asked the clerk on #8 (who might have been the manager) to check it and they refused to honor the sale price after having just done it for the people before me. This was witnessed by dozens of people because the store was packed. I left without purchasing anything because this was the only item I had stood in line for for over a half hour. Biased Service!!!!!Very Disappointed!!!!!
Mistercronomancer: I absolutely love this place. The selection was fantastic and the staff was super helpful, friendly and courteous. The employee that I interacted with the most was Maria Elder, she was super professional and in my opinion deserves a raise!!!

D. Frank Adams: I've been to this location 3 times in the last two weeks, and I left disappointed on all 3 occasions. Items that the website says that are in stock, aren't available. When I've inquired about the discrepancies, the staff seems as if I'm bothering them for asking about the products that I'm seeking. Terrible customer service. There was a young lady who was working the register that was very polite.

Rusti Ray: Went into Marshall’s at Hamilton Town Center this morning and everyone was very pleasant except this one lady. I do not recall her name but she was extremely rude. I accidentally knocked one of the fake plants off the shelf and the small vase broke. She came over to me and sighed then said “we just opened” I said “I know I’m so sorry” she walked away shaking her head and proceeded to talk about me to other customers. I could hear her mumbling then the other customers looked at me. She came back with a broom and dust pan. I said “I am so sorry” once again. No response. She just rolled her eyes. I do not appreciate her attitude and rudeness it was not necessary at all. If I could give her a 0/5 stars that’s what she would receive.

Kylie Lockett: This TJ Maxx is surprisingly good! They have a nice variety of items to choose from and other than the parking, it’s a great spot to go. This is a smaller TJ Maxx location, but it really does have a good selection. In the past it was a little bit hit or miss but here more recently they’ve really stepped up their game and the selection has been great! You have to enter and exit through the doors on the east side of the building but sometimes they change it up so that you use the doors on the north side of the building.
KING KONG: Nice employees but their dress clothes are the worst quality I've ever seen.
