Paul Williams: I had #19 extracted faster than I could get a hamburger at the drive through. They took great care of me. I had to wait 2 months for a 15 minute procedure.

F. Adam Catron: This was not a good experience for me. Everything seemed rushed even from the initial appointment.They never scheduled a follow appointment with me, which I now know is common practice.On days 7, I was still bleeding and in a good amount of pain. When i called to set up an appointment they were rude with me over the phone and acted like I shouldn't be in any pain and there was no reason to come in.When I came in 10 days later still bleeding they said, "so it's been a couple of days what's going on". Like they for got its been 10 days.The nurse and doctor stood behind me the while talking to me. When the oral surgeon came in all he said was it looks "funny" and walked out. I had to stop him to ask him what that meant. Gave me no advice and had zero empathy. Would not recommend this place

no name: We have taken both of our sons to Dr. Tancredi to have their wisdom teeth removed. Everything from the scheduling and registration process to the procedures themselves was seemless. The front office staff and the clinical staff were so friendly and kind. We felt that Dr. Tancredi showed very genuine care for both of our boys.
debbie olekszyk: Dr Kapp removed my sons wisdom teeth. My son is going great. Very little pain and very little swelling. He’s back to feeling his normal self the day after surgery. I got detailed instructions on medication, diet, rinsing with salt water etc. we are pretty pleased.
addson hall: I just got my wisdom teeth out and the doctor was super nice!!! He held friendly conversation all the way till the surgery started. The nurse that took my vitals and assisted the doctor on the other hand was very rude and had little to no bedside manners. She was very stand-offish and when I tried to joke around and start a nice conversation in the meantime, she blatantly ignored me. I understand the working in health care is a very stressful and sometimes mentally draining job, and it might have just been an off day for her, but her lack of friendliness just made me more nervous about the surgery than what I already was. Other than that the visit was quick and very accommodating!

Emily Babcock: If I could give no starts, I would. We have been waiting since MAY to have 4 teeth pulled on my 9 year old Daughter, Its December 13th. The staff was fine up until we actually needed to schedule the appointment. She had oral surgery scheduled for tomorrow, and I called to get the details. The woman said she called me a few days ago to tell me the hospital cancelled the appointment. Her voicemail said that the hospital was short staffed, now on the call she is saying they didn't have enough anesthesia medication. So, I am not even getting the same story. Meanwhile, my daughter has been miscible for OVER 6 MONTHS! They tried to schedule us in November, but I explained that we were out of town that weekend, and everything had already been paid for, and it was like a week before the trip. On the call that I just had, the women even said, well we tried to get you in back in November. She kept acting like leaving me a voicemail changed the fact they the cancelled the surgery. Then she said the next one is 1/25! But she couldn't guarantee that she could be fit in that day because it had already been booked before this was cancelled. I am so angry I have called the dentist to get another referral, and so she knows not to refer ANY PATIENTS THERE AGAIN! Especially because this dentist only see's children, and no child should have to go through this. My family has had dozens of surgeries over the years, and many at all different hospitals. We have NEVER dealt with ANYTHING like this!

Stacy Stocker: My favorite oral surgeon retired. It’s a sad time when you have to settle for the unknown. I needed an implant and after consult with Dr. Menegotto, a sinus surgery was also required. Everything was explained perfectly and the financial piece was pre approved quickly with insurance. I was still nervous, of course, but Dr. Menegotto and the staff were so reassuring and instilled much confidence. These are trying times and I know that it’s hard to provide all that’s needed. They were very professional and executed perfectly. Recovery went very well and I am happy to be on the other side of this. I cant express enough gratitude to Dr. Menegotto and the staff at Indiana Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Associates for the excellent care that I received.
Kimberly Robinson: Ill be recommending this place to all my friends and family! My surgery went so well. I was terrified of having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I arrived at 6:45am riddled with anxiety that only got worse as I got closer to the door. I was the first person of the day, but They had HGTV playing while i waited for them to set up. After a few minutes of watching one of my favorite channels in the waiting area, I joked that I forgot what I was even there for. I signed paperwork and a nurse answered all my questions with a smile and continued to assure me I would be ok. I almost opted out of surgery! She kept her patience. She said my name is Paulette and I got you. The fierce old lady across the street is my neighborhood is named Paulette too so that gave me confidence that she did in fact “have me”. I followed her in. As the nurses and doctors set things up for me in the chair, they walked me through each step and made jokes. It was the Same super friendly team that I had my consultation with weeks earlier. I believe the Doctors name was Dr.Mateo or Matez. As they gave me the catheter and such, I felt my body shaking in fear… but not even seconds after getting set up i was passed out. Next thing I knew I was getting wheeled to the car. I thanked Paulette profusely, still groggy, but soooo happy everything went ok. I was sent home with clear instructions, plenty drugs, and gauze !
Traci Rolfe: Went here and had my back 2 molars removed while sedated. Dr. Montes was amazing. Made me well aware of what he was doing and made me feel completely comfortable, even joked around a little. Definitely recommend.

Audra Jones: I did not have surgery today. Despite the fact the surgeon sees the root he insists it’s not infected. Does not believe that I’ve been tolerating oain for two years. Kept twisting my words, laughed at me and said no malpractice occurred and then had the nerve to say “why would a surgeon only remove two of the three root tips if they were indeed abscessed like you said?” That my pain, fever and now low bp when I have very high blood pressure doesn’t match up and there’s no need to remove a root. He literally said I was making the history up and said I should go back to the surgeon. I said I tried and they can’t get me in for another month and I can’t live with this pain. He kept saying “you’re telling me it’s been infected for two years.” I corrected him more than once saying no I’ve had pain but I can tolerate pain and thought it was just nerve damage or something. It’s only been infected a week or so. He laughed and said the antibiotic would have worked. I stated I’m on immune suppressants and am now off to help this heal. He also said that what Tosh did was not malpractice and when I said funny, three dentists one a surgeon said it was. He kept laughing at me. Was arrogant and rude as I was sobbing. I finally got up and walked out. I was not paying any consultation fee.I was sobbing and he told me to compose myself. While laughing at me. And insulting my intelligence.

The nurse that attended me yesterday stayed with me from the moment I went to the treatment room until I left. I’m sure the doctor knows what a jewel he has in her. Due to an auto accident when I was teen I’ve had several oral surgeries and oral surgery is never fun, but I rate this office the best I’ve ever been to.

GoodInThe Wood: Dr Montefalco and staff prepared me well for my tooth implant surgery. I was impressed that he put my IV in himself, and perfectly on first try, because my last two outpatient surgeries in a hospital environment left me with really bad bruising after being told for first time in my life that my veins were hard to hit. When I took the bandaid off, the puncture point was barely visible. I felt no pain or discomfort at any time during the procedure. I was treated kindly and professionally by everyone who interacted with me, post-op instructions, both verbal and written, were clear and easy to follow. I am comfortable and pain free now at home. If there is such a thing as enjoyable oral surgery, this is it.

I had to get 2 of my bottom back wisdom teeth removed and I was super freaked out but they were friendly and helped me get through it ! I had some "laughing gas" administered to calm me down and before they were done with the shots in my gums the sedative had me out. I know I will be hurting bad tomorrow but I had a good experience with them. If you're high anxiety like I am I recommend you see them! Only took about 45 minutes.

Coryn Hendrix: I (24) had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Falender and his team, only one of which was erupted/visible. Everyone who cared for me was kind and comforting despite my extreme anxiety about the procedure. As far as I can tell, they did a great job, especially considering how impacted a couple of them were. It only took an hour! I think the price was reasonable. It would be nice if a payment plan was available, and I did feel some pain during my procedure, but I think both the cost and the pain unfortunately come with the operation. Very grateful for the professionals here!!
Robin Steward: The staff is great but that Dr needs to learn some bedside manner especially when dealing with youth. The way you speak to people matter and my daughters was already anxious, he only made things worse. I will never ever step foot in this establishment again.
Bonnie Pettigrew (Moore): This people are very rude and disrespectful if you're overweight don't go here because they don't tell you beforehand but they will not see you and I had to go to 24/7 Dental to get my dental needs taking care of. It had nothing to do with the IV sedation. I got told that I'm to fat for your chair!! And that was the exact words that was used. So with that being said how does that have to do with the IV sedation? I really think you should just be upfront with your patience you just don't like to see people that are heavy.
Madison Crawford: The office was able to get me in for a consultation and wisdom teeth extraction the same week. I was very grateful bc I was having pain and everywhere else I called had a 2-3 month waiting list. I felt well informed on what to expect before and after the procedure. Staff were kind and professional. Dr. Falendar explained everything step by step before I went under anestesia and personally called to check-in later that evening. I would recommend this office!
Sharon Green: Staff is very nice & extremely helpful! They have lots of appointments available for people wanting to get in ASAP. The doctor makes the entire business look bad. He has a very stinky attitude. The two times I’ve been at this office I have gotten anything but respect from this man, let alone a simple “Good morning” when he walks in the room. Theirs a difference in the doctors that are all about business but still has exceptional, swift patient care. I WORK with doctors day in and day out! This man is very rude and disrespectful and I will not be back. Their are other dental offices that will gladly take my money, with a SMILE!
Christopher Moreland: The doctor is just plain rude, it's sad because he seems competent and experienced. He had the audacity to complain about me to my wife after the surgery.I was sedated, so I don't remember anything during the procedure, hopefully I was treated better. But it's not a professional environment and the doctor can learn some good bedside manners.I'm not recommending this office to anyone and I'll let the referring dentist know about my experience.

The “nurse” was so downright mean to my autistic partner on both the pre-op appointment and the day of surgery. The dentist himself said “well since someone already told you we’d sedate you I guess we will have to but we don’t do that anymore because we can’t get IV bags” and was horribly rude and condescending to both my partner and myself. They didn’t care about a patient with autism and severe anxiety. All we asked was to let someone be with him while the IV was placed. We asked a question about if he could take his regularly scheduled anxiety meds with the sedation. Both of these are completely reasonable requests. Her eyes went wild and she said we would not be served and to go somewhere else. My partner was in tears and having an anxiety attack at this point. His heart rate was at 131. We had driven over an hour to get to this awful place and he had waited months for this appointment. And we were being turned away for his disability. Not even for that, but for asking if someone could be with him while the IV was placed. For asking if he could still take his prescription anxiety meds with sedation. That is a medical question that directly impacts his care and procedure. Something so simple. It was asked politely. They finally agreed to see him and continued to be horribly rude to him and myself. The surgeon was rude in his post op instructions “let’s not make it more than it was” when I asked about his pain and swelling to expect post wisdom teeth removal. “Read the printout” was the other thing I was told if I asked a question. I had just been given the printout less than 2 minutes before talking to him and hadn’t even had a chance to read it yet. A simple question, a simple response. Even if it had been said nicely would have made the difference. The only saving grace were the receptionists, who were very nice to us. If it weren’t for them, we probably couldn’t have gotten through this. Do not go here if you wish to be treated as a human being. Especially not if you have any sort of special needs or an ounce of anxiety.
Jessica newkirk: Referral by regular dentist to come here with expected TMD. Consultation went fine, understood all out of pockets expenses and the process for the implant. I went for my impressions. Lower ones were done fine but when it came to my top impressions I was in pain. I made noise the best I could with the tray and product in my mouth and put my hands up showing stop signs. Tech kept pushing the tray even further in my mouth. I grabbed her wrist to push the tray out of my mouth and she pushed harder. I grabbed her wrist to take the tray out of my mouth. That tray was not going any further back in my mouth. The tech ripped my "bib" off. They called the dentist in and the first words out of his mouth are "oo its sounds like we aren't going to be able to do this today." I explained that I was in pain due to the tray and force. He did an oral exam to make sure my anatomy was still fine to do the impression correctly. Original tech had left the room, I said im sorry if she was offended but im not going to sit here and let someone hurt me. I asked about spacers or a smaller tray to use. Size of tray was a medium and they do not carry small trays. Every time I have had dentist work they have to use utensils to open my mouth bigger or some kind of spacer to get to areas they need to work on. I have a smaller mouth. Tech and the office manager came in after the dentist, Tech said" tell me how I can help you." You could tell they were frustrated and had given up already. I expressed this and told the I want my money back. I waited for documentation of the charges being reversed and left. I will not be going back to this location. Tech kept making it out like she was the victim and kept repeating you grabbed me. She was causing me pain and I stopped it since she did not seem to get the clue that I was in pain.
gabby brown:: This place is extremely unprofessional I went in for my appointment at 9:15 am I was early they said they had a power outage and were behind so i patiently waited for them to call me back the lady with the short pixie cut was very rude to me because i took one second longer than she wanted me to she said “seriously we don’t have time for this you need to come on” i didn’t even take one minute after she had called me to go back i get back there extremely nervous the surgeon wasn’t super rude at first but after my surgery complained to my family about how I was “kicking and scratching” and even said i was a “terrible patient” not sure how i scratched anyone with my hands strapped to the chair and regardless i was under anesthesia and had no idea what i was doing I feel my surgery was rushed because they were behind they had me in and out within 30 min these doctors need to get better bedside manner or find a new profession the people at the front desk however were very sweet and helpful I would not recommend this place for anyone
Grace Miller: When I first came in, my jaw was completely locked and extremely painful. Within just a couple months my device significantly reduced my pain and allowed me to chew normally. I am extremely happy with my results, as I am now pain free!

I waited 2 1/2 weeks for the consultation that was scheduled by my dentist just to told they could not put me to sleep because I am over weight. this is after they made me wait 45 mins in lobby and fill out all paperwork. If you knew this ahead of time why did not you call and tell me so I did not waste my time. If you are over weight don't go to this oral surgeon.

Sammi Pants: Dr. Bojrab and his staff were wonderful when I went for my wisdom teeth removal. Between speaking on the phone, consultations, payment, the procedure, and even the care put in post-op, he and the entire staff definitely showed care and effort in their practices, and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I never felt pressured, and knew if I had any questions that they'd be happy to help. I was extremely nervous for the entire procedure, but Dr. Bojrab and his staff at the Fisher's location made the entire procedure such a positive experience for me, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again for any procedures I or my loved ones may need in the future. They staff and Dr. Montes went above and beyond making me feel safe, walked through everything step by step. Never get up in my face or hovering too much. It was a class act experience. Sedation went well. That also was a first for me and I was nervous. They reassured me all the way through and I had no pain, no nothing. The recovery has been pretty good. Minimal pain recovering. The care is top notch.*note* Front office staff's attitude has a lot to be desired. They don't smile, they don't greet you and when you want to ask something they come across annoyed at you*The payment person was very nice at the other window.
kelsey steuer: My grandma had a tooth extracted a few weeks ago and had her follow up appointment today. During both visits, the front office staff were so very kind and welcoming. Dr. Montes was wonderful both visits and was very patient when grandma felt the need to share her whole medical history. She has sung his praises since the procedure because she had no pain, swelling or soreness (not even in the roof of the mouth where her numbed her). If we ever need any further oral surgery we will without a doubt go back.
Jennifer Carrillo: I left my consultation feeling comfortable and confident that my surgery would be fine. Dr. N. Eden was very thorough and she explained the run down of the day of. My surgery date came I felt a bit nervous, naturally, but it went so smooth and fast, in fact the last thing I remember is Dr. Eden putting in the IV and I think I blinked and then the next second I was told it was over and I can go home. I couldn't believe it. I asked, ' did you even start?' I got a laugh and they said, " yes, you are all done." Wow! I also, didn't have any pain, or soreness after nor at all throughout the day. (Everyone is different)I got my left wisdom teeth out and I'm 100% sure I'll be back for my other 2 to be taken out. In addition, it was so nice thar Dr. Eden gave me a call in the evening to check in on me.All I can say is Thank You Dr. Eden & to your team. This was a great experience.
Hannah Fulton: Went in with the expectation to have all my wisdom teeth removed, but the experience was rocky the whole way through. I was met with friendliness by Dr. Montes' staff, but he himself was far from that. While initially friendly, I was treated in a unpleasant way for feeling pain during local anesthetic, and for having difficulty opening my jaw wide enough for those injections. Unless you are willing to be IV sedated, I cannot in good faith recommend this doctor at this location.
Melinda smith: I had i.v sedation for wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Montes and his team were BEYOND awesome. Gave me a warm blanket , smoothest i.v placement , only about 30 minutes total getting me back and getting the job done. For the first day I was a little sore but on day 2 now it's already feeling much better! Awesome place HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

The receptionist was rude to my fiancé when he called trying to see why my meds were not at the pharmacy and even laughed at him at one point. Eventually it was worked out but definitely not something we wanted to deal with after a surgery. Either way, the doctor and nurses were amazing :)

No stitches needed, I didn't even hurt when the numbing wore off! Staff had sweet personalities, one sat n room with me with conversation of the holiday while waiting on Dr. Eden to come in. Rebecca Dollar: Dr. Kelly removed my 5 wisdom teeth, and I can't thank him enough for his work. Other oral surgeons told me I would have to go to a hospital to have my teeth removed, get nerves cut, deal with lifetime face numbness, etc. because of my unique situstion. Dr. Kelly was so confident and put my mind at ease. The surgery itself went great, and I have no long-term damage. I will always recommend Dr. Kelly!!!

Mei-Mei Mattocks: This office will try to rip you off. They charged me $110 for something that took 5 minutes. As irritating as that is, they can charge what they want. However, what is even more concerning is that they refused to bill insurance. When I asked for the receipt with specific information needed to file a claim with insurance myself, they still did not do it properly. Now onto the experience my husband had. They broke a filling when pulling a tooth and charged him for X-rays that should have been submitted to insurance. I would highly advise to anyone considering this practice to go elsewhere unless you like being ripped off and receive poor treatment.
Gene Cosler: Dr. Kelly did a wonderful job performing a coronectomy (partial tooth removal) to a complete bony diagonal wisdom tooth. I had some pain which is usual with any oral surgery, but it was manageable. The cost was far less than my first estimate, from a different oral surgeon. The staff was great.
Kera Healy: I have severe dental phobia and I came into this place very scared and needing 3 teeth pulled. I was also having pain. They were able to get me in the very next day (after I saw my dentist) and they were amazing from start to stop. Very caring about not overwhelming me with a bunch of dental stuff before making sure I was comfortable. I elected to do sedation and that went off without a hitch as well and I don't remember a thing other than meeting the doctor and getting and IV started while on nitrous. The doctor even called me that night to make sure I was doing okay. A+++ service. If I ever need anything else like this done, this is where I am going!
Jodie Chambers: The best experience I’ve ever had. I chipped my tooth and Dr. Kelly got me in no problem. The staff was so kind and I have never had a better dentist. He talked me through the whole process and made sure I was okay. I had to have a tooth extraction that day and was terrified. I was so relieved once he started talking to me and assured me everything was going to be okay. I felt nothing! I have/will refer him to everyone.
Sue Spivey: Took my sister for oral surgery. Dr. Kelly was very nice but we’ve had multiple issues obtaining her post op pain meds. They had issues with their electronic prescriptions so pharmacy never received the prescription. Multiple multiple calls and 3 days later still no meds. Any business is only as strong as their weakest link. I would not recommend this office.

His assistants Daja and Kristin were very helpful before and after my procedure. They made it very easy for me (I don’t like needles) but overall I highly recommend Dr. Kelly and his team for wisdom teeth removal.

Adrian Burney: Dr. Carrie Klene, D.D.S.I brought my daughter to her 1 week post surgery check up she just had her wisdom teeth extracted; Dr Klene came in didn’t acknowledge me but spoke to my daughter and then a minute later said hello, after she gave my daughter instructions on continuous care moving forward; on her way out of the door Dr Klene asked me was I angry, I was completely taken back. I have never been here before and I was offended that she chose to ask me that specifically was I angry. She said I looked concerned; I proceeded to tell her that I was offended and that not all black men are angry if they don’t smile. If she wanted to know if I had concerns about her instructions to my daughter what would’ve been wrong with Dr. Klen asking me: “do you have any concerns?” or “is there any questions that i can address for you?”some may think im making a big deal out of nothing; but i wonder what gave her the audacity to ask me was i angry, why didnt she feel that i needed to be addressed in a professional matter? Maybe it was the timberland boots and my LA hat i had on?
Jamie Roland: Dr. Carrie Klene is tough as nails. She is just as tough as she is skilled and talented. Dr. Klene performed a top and bottom complex jaw surgery on my 280 lbs. adult son. Dr. Klene and her office are outstanding. We were prepared and the outcome is perfection. Thanks to God and Dr. Klene.

We had an amazing experience with Dr Klene, from start to finish. She even drove up to Lafayette to meet with our daughter's orthodontist so they could collaborate better. Our appointments with her have never felt rushed - she always takes the time to answer all our our questions and explain what she's doing. And the two surgeries she's performed on our daughter were both very successful. We'd recommend Dr. Klene to anyone needing oral surgery - and especially anyone who's child has a cleft palate. She's an amazing surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner.
Diana Eakins: I met with Dr. Klene for 2 years before my surgery. She made sure that I understood my surgery & any potential risks involved. All surgical repairs were done inside (no external incisions). She made sure that I was able to eat before I was released from the hospital, and that I understood how to care for the surgery sites. Excellent bedside manner, very informative & wow! I don't know how you performed surgery without creating external incisions. Thank you for taking such good care of my treatment from the beginning to the actual surgery itself. Dr. Klene is the best!
Jenny Nevitt: Dr. klene is one of the best in the nation. Her bedside manner is perfect. Yes she worked with future dental students but she would be quick to correct them and show how it’s done. I had a total replacement. I trust her and Dr. Hockema only. I live in Texas now and will only go back to them. She is brilliant at her job and she cares. A doctor actually cares. My surgery from beginning to end was about 5 months she never left me hanging. She would call our home and check in with my husband and so did Dr, Hockema. People in Indiana are so lucky to have these trained doctors who are the best.

Craig Thomas: Our daughter was born with bilateral cleft lip and palate. Dr. Klene did the "big surgery" all such cases go through when they are about 17-18 years old. Dr. Klene did a marvelous job! Both the upper and lower jaws were operated on (one lengthened, one shortened). In addition, my daughter ended up with 8 titanium plates and 28 titanium screws in her facial bones. All this work was done with no external incisions or scars. Quite amazing! Dr. Klene is super-competent and has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend her.
Brandon Burkhart: Absolutley terrible service, short term disability denied due to continued ignored request from insurance company, money lost from a vacation we had to cancel that would've been covered by travel insurance had anyone sent back the form we requested, which was next to impossible to even ask for due to Dr Klene being less accessible than the Pope. My wife's jaw was wired shut by someone who had no idea what they were doing and taking advice over the phone from other Dr's while wiring her jaw. When we finally had our first apt. With Klene, she gave almost no information and couldn't care less about my wife's concerns, which she had to relay through me. My wife had a few rubber bands out of place ( I replaced a couple earlier in the day practically instantly) she was left in the care of what seemed to be a 12 year old dental student who repeatedly slipped and stabbed my wife in her gums and lips, she left absolutely miserable in terrible pain. Fast forward 8 weeks, hardly any check ups or anything to see if her jaw healed correctly, they tear off the rubber bands, my wife could barely make her teeth touch and it hurt her to chew or eat (even today, almost a year later) but everything was just fine to them and off we were sent. Due to her operating in two completely different capacities at two separate hospitals, we are still having problems getting tricare to pay the bill, since the hardware was put on and taken off (according to tricare) by two separate entities, which is hard to argue since the bill says Indiana School of Dentistry and not one word about Dr Klene. Tricare doesn't cover dental and no dental operations were performed, I'm sure they could help explain that to tricare, but according to tricare, they've never been able to receive a return call. I wish I could give negative stars.
