Edward Robinson: Nothing ever really changes at McDonald's the menu is primarily the same, but what I appreciate is that by me being a diabetic there's always something on the menu that I can find to eat and I think that that's a great thing!! Samantha Laswell: Giving 1 star because it’s the lowest option. Went through the drive thru and waited over ten minutes and didn’t not get a response. I drive around and come inside. I see four people in the store. I asked if drive thru was closed and was told no. However not one person had on a headset. The manager on duty snickered when I walked in as she knew there was a line of customers in the drive thru. After waiting on my food I still got cold fries. Customer service needs work

TJ C: This McDonalds seems like they never have any lines in the drive thru. Even during busy times I have never had to wait in a line and this McD's is in the busiest part of Greenwood. I would expect to have a line or two out the WAZZOO. But have never had to wait very long at all.THE ONLY issue I have with McDonalds, (this is not a problem with only this location, I have had the issue with many) Here is the problem, when I order a smoothie *which can cost $5 and over sometimes* many times the person making the smoothie will literally hand me a smoothie that's three inches down from the lid. I'm sorry, I know there should be a space between the lid and the drink, maybe a quarter of an inch at most in my opinion. However 3 inches where the cup is the largest. This could be like missing half of the smoothie. And honestly how do you even bring that up to someone working the drive thru line at McDonalds.They probably barely cared about your food for the 3 seconds they had in their hands. They are really not interested in your smoothie that's a little under filled. Most of the time I just drive off irritated promising to never buy a McDonalds smoothie again. But I have made that promise hundreds of times and here I sit with one in my mitts.Oh almost forgot. . . really McD's. . . The $3 for a lemonade McDonalds. Don't you all have that in the drink station? Why is this 3 times the amount of other drinks. I'm sure no teenagers are sitting in the back with blisters from the lemon press. The drink isn't any better than the fountain drink.

Very unorganized… We ordered food and they gave us the wrong things and not all of the foods we asked for. When we told them of this, we were told to go to the back of the very long line. Megan Brown: This location always messes up the DoorDash orders. I can’t choose another location because it’s the automatic one on DoorDash. Every time I order I’m missing something and something is the wrong size.
Heather Day: My family went to this location on Sunday 3/5/2023. Horrible experience from the moment we walked in. We went inside because we had a big order. Once inside, the manager working at 4:30pm got a attitude and snapped at us saying, "You need to go through the drive thru! There is nobody to work the cash registers right now!". First of all, it is not my family's problem that you don't have anyone to run your cash register. So we went ahead and tried the drive thru because I had my kids with me. Once we all got to the drive thru, the young man working the drive thru, (Again, this was at 4:30pm on Sunday, 3/5/2023), said "Can I take your order?" Then when I started to place the order, he cut me off and started arguing with someone in the back about being out of nuggets. BOTH employees we spoke to that day at this location ruined our chances of ever coming back. This isn't just a McDonald's problem, this is a problem for every fast food restaurant located on E. 38th Street. As usual.

IxXOutlawedXxI [Lgnd]: OK so I've been here a few times and the service has always been nothing to write about....Exceptttt. the last few times I've been they have been killing it, my food is great, my order is correct and I feed a family of 4, and I was in a long line but my order was ready when I got to the window whoch was quick. For real Thank you to that crew.Well be back.
