The attention they are able to give to customers is considerable especially with the amount of people who come in the door. They have food pantry and other community resources available for anyone in immediate need.

Ashley G: Well I only had a redertermination interview. Turned in all of my documents AHEAD OF TIME. I was suppose to receive my SNAP on the 9th of August. It is the 16th and still have not received them. I have been calling everyday, to see why I haven't received my SNAP. It has just been a run around. I also was checking my online account and ALL OF MY DOCUMENTS that I uploaded has been accepted and approved . Was told that I should get them on the 10th..No SNAP then the 11th no SNAP. Then I called again and was told that they just sent it to S.R.E.D on the 13th. It's the 16th still no SNAP. They are lazy at this location..I know I use to work there. There is no reason why that task shouldn't be taken care of by the 9th so I could receive my stamps to feed my child. Then the last lady I spoke to was so rude. What is the wait about. I NEED MY S.N.A.P

Billie Bell: Recently lost home care, aide went back to school. Have not replaced yet. Visually and mobility impaired. Case closed March 28- documents not submitted timely. Went into this office 4/12/2022 submitted all documents at this time. Still no determination on SNAP benefits even though I have no income for May as SS IN SUSPENION. They were unable to verify address. Former tenant was still using this address. Corrected but unable to pay bills or buy food. Called this a.m. asked for supervisor, told me she would call me. Would not take my phone number. Very rude with much laughter in background. I need help and I need answers.

Jennifer Stamper: Seems to be a lot faster than other offices yet the amount of employees sitting behind the desk seemed very unprofessional by the amount of gossip I witnessed and only 3 out of the 8-10 employees were actually "working" and doing the job their paid to do. Not really even sure as to why they would even need that many people working at the front desk but hey at least 3 of them were actually working and not getting paid to sit around and socialize. May have something to do with why they never seem to receive my faxes and I actually have to make an unnecessary trip down there to personally hand deliver any necessary paperwork! Just a thought...

Haley Hegwald: They tell you to take a number but then pick and choose people that got there after you. Extremely unprofessional! Expect to wait an hour or more for people AFTER you to be helped first!!!! The old, blonde white woman will pick you first if she knows you, otherwise expect to get skipped!
