Emergency - Ascension St. Vincent Hospital - Indianapolis: what do users think?
Dennis Grabow: Very pleasant and caring folks. The er doctor was great! Jenn was so wonderful my nurse ❤️
David M. Rusk: Scott was a fantastic nurse.
Virjinia Lopez: Me atendieron bien estuvieron pendiente de mi y la atención fue muy excelente
Ralph Nangle: We were well treated each step of the way thu our time in the ER.
Cynthia Babb: Long wait. Staff was great.
Deborah Beck: Excellent, well-run ER with highly trained team and efficient processes. My RN, Val is an amazing nurse who demonstrated the Ideal for the Nursing profession.
عراقي وافتخر: ☹️☹️☹️I gotta hear send 8.30pm o'clock. There is a lot of issues First thing start with the reception when you gotta in. It's very mean with patiens also . From 9 o'clock to 11:30 PM I didn't see the doctor I waiting . Also I can't asking eny think Elina to me
Aaron Paugh: Staff was friendly and responsive to my needs. They gave me as much info as they could when they got it.
Dianna M: I was referred to ER due to a fall in a local parking lot. The registration girl was very short and abrupt with her questions and answers and at times rude and we felt she was too busied and rushed. The Dr and X-ray staff were much nicer. We had a long three hour wait
Ralph Ayers: There was an rn there named Ally she was really nice and really caring I really appreciate it all the help she gave me and everyone else was excellent too
Mark: The tip of my Hearing Aid came off and got lodged in my ear. I tried absolutely everything I could, but couldn't remove it. I went to St. V. ER and they took wonderful care of me. I gave them a run for their money, but the Dr. was a pro and after a couple of tries, he got me removed the tip and I was good to go. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and supportive.
Charmayne Saylors: Quick. Kind. Explained what she was doing.
Jocelynn Rosencrance: My labor and delivery team went above and beyond while I labored for over 48 hours. Especially my nurse Shelby. She made my transition going into my c-section very calming and she made sure I was prepared. I wish I got the chance to thank her because she went above and beyond for me. I will definitely have my next baby with them again
Scott Roellchen: Staff was very, friendly, very caring. They attended to my needs promptly. ER RNs Kayla and Isaac were great, as was Dr Hu. My situation was a complication from surgery that could not be helped, but they were able to attend to my needs until my surgeon could intervene. Many thanks to them all.
Carla Eley: Called 911 due to my 91 year old Mother falling and needing fire department assistance to get up and check her out. We were there 12 hours and arrived by army ambulance to be told she had nothing wrong . They took several X-rays and cat scans. I told them I was concerned she had uti because her mental confusion was the worst ever in her life. She wanted to know why I wasn’t at school. I’m 70 years old. Never acted like this. She does have dementia but always knows me. I’m her caretaker. They found some gull bladder irritation and no uti. No broken bones. 12 hours to do this and talk to caseworker and be told I could get some home physical therapy. Maybe some aide . I am recovering from knee replacement surgery and sitting in cold room with lupus bones was so painful for me not to mention my mother got nothing to eat until 8:30 that night
Chezney: St Hospital and the Ascension network is the only place I've ever felt truly cared about and have been cared for. I've never felt discriminated against and the staff is always very nice and thorough.
jennifer Moore: My experience at this place was awesome and the nurses and doctors did an amazing job
Cheryl Williams: I was treated poorly and no one came to check on me in the hallway they stuck me in for close to 5hrs and kept telIing me they had no beds, a male nurse put me in the hallway half exposed to others behind a partion ( which I didn’t see anyone else behind one and people kept bumping into it.) No one really came to check on me or tell me anything unless I asked. I ask the male nurse twice for a blanket to cover and I felt cold, he basically blew me off and I had to stop a woman nurse to give me one. They didn’t care how they were to me, I left wanting to just go home and try to get myself well on my own and now I’m sure I have a huge bill coming there. Very disappointing
william smith: I had a great experience with St. Vincent as I always do. They’re diagnoses was prompt and accurate. Nurses were very pleasant and helpful. I feel much better today and I’m on my way to a successful recovery. Thanks to all who aided.
Claire Farrokh: I went to the ER at about 12:30AM and was taken immediately in to get seen by a nurse and get my vitals taken. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility was very clean and well kept. I was out and on my way within the hour.
doggi doggi: Horrible Horrible experience! Security was called because a worker lied on me. I did call her out of her name but that was after she stared at me with her hands on her hips and didn't even attempt to ask or assist me getting off the forbidden bed. Don't take patients attitude personally especially when you know they have an emergency going on and you are only there to get paid.

The Emergency Physicians of Indianapolis, P.C.: what do users think?
Heather Forler: The representative they have taking calls in their billing department is EXTREMELY RUDE...ZERO customer service skills!! ...and not helpful at all!!I have an issue with a bill that my insurance has denied due to the notes that the attending physician put in my medical record. I've had to file an appeal to have those changed. Appeal was approved and records were amended but yet they did not send to insurance! I'm left doing the work...again! And they want to send me a bill for ×××!!! What a joke! This is our healthcare system these days! Pay a high insurance premium AND have to fix problems on your own!Update- even though I have made a number of calls and claim was supposed to be put on hold during investigation, they still sent to collection agency. So now I have them calling me!!! Coding was finally changed and now have to wait for updated bill since insurance has approved. Almost 1 year later but FINALLY bill is corrected!
Ray Dean: This is horribly run operation!! The people are absolutely rude and have no clue how to do their jobs,
Scott Wright: I was seen in the emergency room for St Vincent’s Indianapolis in February of 2021. I told them I was a veteran and to bill the VA. Everyone else that took care of me at the hospital managed to get paid except them. They billed the wrong address and sent it to collections. They said once they get paid they will remove it. I said it’s your error so how about you remove the request from collections then finish going about getting paid. I had to talk to the director of billing to get this done but she still did it for me which was great so I’ll give them credit for that. It is now December of 2021 and they still haven’t gotten themselves paid because despite being on a three way call with their billing department, the VA billing representative, and myself on the line at the same time and they STILL send the claim incorrectly to the VA. She said they don’t have the authorization number even though it was in their notes and they sent the claim with that box blank because they didn’t believe it was the right number DESPITE being told three times in the span of months what to put on the claim. The VA finally advised me to get the itemized statement from them and to hand write the authorization number on it myself, send it to them, and they will pay it. The level of incompetence is absolutely baffling. I know no one reads these reviews before going into an emergency room but if you’re reading this because you’ve already received a bill from them… God help you.
Connie Waters: Be careful when you go to ER . They sent a out of network bill even though hospital is in network. Fighting this bill!
Matthew Barnes: Whatever you do, don't go here. Astronomical bill and terrible customer service. Received a bill from a collection agency AFTER paying the bill in full! It's a hassle and a racket. Disappointed.
Mabel: This is a scam. I've never been here and they sent me a massive bill. I was a child the dates they said I was there. If you get a bill from them don't believe it, this listing is fake.
Nick Harritt: They sent me to collections for a bill that i did not rack up then deleted it but still brought my credit score down. I had not even been to the hospital during the times they said.

IU Health University Hospital: what do users think?
Nessa Sue: Poor organization and systems. Spent 7 hours here for doctors' appointments due to disorganization.
Michael finch: I'm waiting for this hospital to send me a text for an appointment to check my sugar been two weeks stay away from this hospital
Willy P: Even though there are signs up front about patient drop off/ pick up, they will harass you non stop if youre waiting for a handicapped family member making their way down. Theres plethora of places if youre a cab or doordash just waiting in the drive taking up space. But if you're a patient or dropping off/ picking one up then youre an inconvenience to them. You can call to file a complaint but the hospital passes the buck to the valet Company whom then shoots it right back to the hospital. So no one is there to actually take any responsibility for anything. They might be able to heal you, but basic parking operations are apparently wayyy over their head or too difficult for them to figure out. Zero stars.
Erin Brown: 🚨🛑 THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!! 🛑🚨This hospital is so outdated and DIRTY!!! I wish I could give ZERO STARS. Every person I've ever known to be treated here has gotten MRSA or a staph infection. It isn't just old, but it is NOT CLEAN.DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THIS FILTHY ENVIRONMENT!! OPEN WOUNDS AND INCISIONS FROM SURGERIES CAN NOT HEAL WITHOUT INFECTION AT THIS PLACE.I genuinely pray this saves at least one person from subjecting themselves to this kind of care.
Robert Mays: Please think about bringing your family alot of the staff are rude. They look at the chart and not the patients.not all the staff but a lot. If I could remove my child I would.
Robert “The Equalizer” Barrett: Hello gangIU HAS SOME GREAT DRS DR DONICAN BUT DR SAVAGE AND DR ELISA ELING DONE MY PUTUATARY TUMOR AREMOVAL AT ESKANAZI HOSPITAL now IM mostly blind with double vision because savage md is a suff boarding person and he done my surgery with a head injury black and blue eye so as you see Iu has playboy Dr and other Drs Eling md see nothing say nothing Thank you Savage md and Elisa Eling md
Samantha Miller: I had a horrible experience with scheduling directions and even had 2 nurses tell me they was too busy to help me with directions after being directed to the wrong place twice .I came across this woman name Connie that works in registration who was an absolute godsend. She calmed me down made calls to get transportation to navigate thru the hospital to walking me to where I needed to go and explain the process. Connie in radiology you ma'am are EVERYTHING that hospital needs and for that I thank you you have made the beginning on my journey a little easier 😊
Kimberly Sharp: May 2022 I had to go through surgery to remove a mass that was on my right lung. The doctor that did the procedure was Dr Karen Reiger & she walked me through how long the procedure was going to be & what she was going to do. I’m not going to lie I was terrified but she let me know I was in good hands. After surgery I had to stay in the hospital for 2 weeks & the staff there were awesome & they made sure that I got everything I needed. I owe everything to the staff at IU & Dr Reiger. Thank you guys so much for saving my life. 💕
Sandra Faught: I want to commend your lab employee, Tatiana Jones, for a job well done! She was very kind and pleasant, and I could tell she really loved her job! I was impressed, that she was able to draw my blood, on the very first try too. Nobody ever gets it on the first try! She's a keeper! 🙂
Renee Naylor: I wish I could give 0 stars. My mom was transferred here after determining she had late stage bone cancer. I was in town for 3 days, requesting to speak with the hematology/oncology TEAM. I never spoke with 1 doctor on that team, after multiple requests. Communication is key, and there is no accountability in that hospital. The doctors need to be told they do not walk on water, and communication is part of their JOB. In addition, it’s filthy, and no resources on the weekend. Never send a loved one here, ever.
Shelly O'Hara: Don't bother-they don't care or listen to complaints.
Kimberly Link: Very very nasty hospital. Looks like it gets cleaned once a month. Stay away from their bathrooms, just wait and go someplace else.
Becky Oyler: I'm a new patient here i was recommended by my brother when I had to move unexpectedly and have allot of needs for specialist i have so far seen a nuse practitioner for a reg doc and the spine clinic and have set up appointment w PT w more to come i am extremely impressed at the care and time doctor nurses and even staff at hospital take to help you and truly seem to care about getting you help and listen to your issues that's a rereity for me as i have lived in many states and w chronic pain doc's don't seem to care especially if you don't want narcotics they just seem to say well you're screwed here they tried and cared to do what they could for me i could not be more impressed i hope they continue to impress mego IU
iamrepete: The staff ⚕️ is the best and actually makes me not mind going to "the hospital". Cancer Center has nice reflection area and information center.
Joyce Larson: I have a friend who is currently a patient there. He didn't get supper last night. He cannot get out of bed to bathroom an when he puts his light on it takes 20 min for nurse to come.
Queen Frost: Worst experience ever. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want your care and time valued. I got a complete run around on my appointment day, nobody was competent or on the same page. I was late due to all of this. Trust me you can get better care .
william atkinson: Was there for pulmonary function test and pet scanBoth staffs treated me tremendous and with courtesy. The students were very knowledgeable and I’m very happy IU is my hospital
Dani Dean: This is one of the worst hospitals I’ve ever seen. There is absolutely no communication among the staff across the hospital, the wait time for any care is atrocious and the rooms are unbelievably outdated. My mom went here in excruciating pain after a stent procedure she received at the same hospital days priors and we could not get in contact with the original doctors or nurses who did the procedure for DAYS. When we finally got there, the nurses helping us had no idea what was going on because of the lack of communication and we had to wait another two+ hours for a doctor while my mom was literally crying in pain. Dr. Bohm’s office didn’t call us back when we needed serious medical attention, nor did they call the general nurses or doctors back when I called their front desk requesting it. Avoid this hospital at ALL costs if you can.
Cheryl P: The staff is rude and does not care whether you live or die. Worst hospital in the country.
Tori Pauley: There were a lot of miscommunicating in the beginning of my stay and the dr didn't really do much and they weren't able to help my pain but I will say 2821 2nd floor cancer unit was probably one of the best ones I've been on. The nurses were nice and very understanding.
Abdullahi Abdulwahab: I've never been to the United states before, but I pray one day my savings can help treat me in this hospital. I have dysphagia for more than a year. Can't eat or drink. Been living more than one year of my life in severe pains. If God help me and I have enough money I'll surely visit this hospital. They are just too good. Great people.

Kindred Hospital Indianapolis: what do users think?
Barb Foley: I was really pleased with the care I received. Would definitely recommend.
Lori Beach: The experience I had with the nursing team was amazing, they were friendly, we shared laughs and they explained the process and also answered questions as much as they could. My daughters physical condition was pretty serious when she was admitted but she improved tremendously in the few weeks she was here, I compliment the physical therapy, the staff, those who kept her engaged and encouraged and those who opened the do and welcomed her into this facility. Thank you I’m so grateful!
Gary Printy: On behalf of my Wife: Marianne Printy and myself: Gary Printy, I want to sincerely express my thanks for the care that your organization provided for Marianne. This journey Marianne was on started November 18, 2022 and has not concluded at the time of this letter; however, I am confident that she will join her family back home soon. I am a very rich man with her and I feared that I would lose her and needless to say, I was living on the edge.Kindred delivering quality patient care1. Show respect.2. Involve patients' family members and friends.3. Coordinate patient care with other providers.4. Provide emotional support.5. Engage patients in their care plan.6. Address your patients' physical needs.I am thanking some wonderful people:Involve patients' family members and friends – Jennifer and Shantel: Several times during Marianne’s care they would stop their busy day to make time for conversations. It could be answering questions, calming and reducing fear, a friend and advocate.Caring – Dajia, Tonica, Tangie, Brandon, and Margerett: They certainly do not have an easy job and seem to always be there when Marianne needed them. They truly demonstrated patients first as no task was too hard or complicated when it came to Marianne’s care. It is a humbling experience being a patient, bed bound, not able to care for oneself yet these four truly maintained Marianne’s dignity and self-wealth.Deliver compassionate care – Cory, Amy C., Stephanie, Michelle, Rochelle, Rachel, Chris, and Gabby: This is where the rubber hit the road. Putting Marianne first, their commitment to excellence and group collaboration amongst them meant that Marianne was always in caring hands. In the beginning of Marianne’s hospital stay her health was riddled with complications, from high sugars, headaches from dialysis and blood pressure. Working as a team, amongst themselves, Marianne was always attended to with the highest care and physical needs.Coordinate patient care, emotional support, challenge and respect – Anna, Tracy, Sonal and Ally: Physical and Occupational Therapy was able to move the world in Marianne’s health. She was scared that she would never walk again or have the physical strength to get out of bed. A real fear. They challenged Marianne with task and celebrated each accomplishment; big or small. They understood the importance of providing emotional support to reduce the fears of the what ifs.Caring, Communicating, and Competence – David, Cara, and Linda: Leadership on the floor. Always with respect and gratitude they enable access to care by involving patients’ family members and coordinating patient care with others. They simply win.One other person I would like to give a shout out to: Ms. Bernaditte She seemed to make a harbor that I could de-stress.I am sure that I have missed people and for that I want to apologize; but I wanted to mention as many by names that came to myself or my wife’s mind. Thank you… Thank you all.
GARY COPRA: So you're admitting your not a Hospital??? Your only a short term rehabilitation center which is short for nursing home. Is that correct????? You need to lose your license with the State of Indiana and I'm gonna take my last breathe doing just that. Because your facility killed my sister. And I'm gonna prove just that due to your negligence and poor staff care. The only time she was given hygiene care is when my sister would come to visit then your staff would say step outside so you could bath her no matter what time it was. Let's get to the Truth not just what you say your staff didn't do what was the reason to administer narcan???
Reginal Williams: This was a awesome stay at Kindred, wasTreated with a lot of respect & love. Big thanks to Shannon,Kristy,Carmen,Tangie, Brandon, Shantel,Gerri, Michelle & all the staff. For going above & beyond for me at Kindred. Thanks A Million,Reginal Williams
Angela Pizano: I love my recent stay at kindred. I would recommend any friends or family to this place. Thank you to all the nurses that took care of me.
Sherry Tribett: The staff is fantastic thank you so much 💗💗💗💗
Annette Gross: My husband Jeff has been here since September 2, 2022 and has received great care, not just him but myself and my family. Would definitely recommend them.
Adam Kemmerer: I came to Kindred after undergoing a heart procedure in early August 2022. I have been in other facilities for rehabilitation for this particular heart issue over the past 18 months, and my experience at Kindred was drastically better in almost every conceivable way. My treatment consisted only of IV antibiotics and physical therapy to increase my cardiovascular endurance, but all of my nurses and CNA's were extremely attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable even though they were caring for other patients whose treatment was a higher level of priority, medically speaking. I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration throughout my stay, as every Kindred employee regardless of position consistently asked how I was doing and if there was anything I needed. My treatment during my stay wasn't unique as I observed other patients in the surrounding rooms, all of whom had more serious medical ailments than myself, being treated in the same manner that I had. Can't say enough good things about Kindred and it's employees.
Indy Muscle: After surgery on August 15 at Saint Francis hospital and a weeklong recovery I was moved to Kindred North Hospital solely for the care of my wound. I have been here for three weeks and have had the best of care. The recommendations that I received before coming were all outstanding for the wound care at this facility. It turns out that the recommendations were all on the money. The wound care specialist, Michelle and Heather, are outstanding. Fun, professional, encouraging, gentle, they make every effort to be available when needed. This is definitely a five star wound care facility.
Judy Cooper: Fantastic facility the staff here has helped me a great bit. I am really excited to be going home. Would definitely recommend.
Jim Berlier: Outstanding patient advocate. Great facility and staff.
timothey roberts: Very wonderful facility with great staff!!!
dave harden: My wife was admitted to Kindred. It has been the best experience we've ever had with any hospital. The nurses and doctors are amazing. I would highly recommend this hospital. The speech, pt and ot therapist are wonderful. So thankful we chose this place until we were discharged. The case manager which is an RN wearing a doctors white jacket. Said she would supply transportation to the next facility. She hired an ambulance service which my insurance does NOT cover. Now I'm stuck with a HUGE ambulance bill. Thank you KINDRED for hiring such lame administrative assistants.
Lorri VonDielingen: I was a patient here from June 30, 2022 to July 25, 2022, and was treated with respect from day one. Everyone was super nice to me. The PT & OT Dept would push me a little bit harder each day so I could get better. The Nurses, CNAs, and Drs. took great care of me and they would listen tto me when I had a concern.. I would recommend Kindred for your needs as wellto me
Rod Lambert: I had a fantastic time with Kendrick Hospital and I recommend Kendrick Hospital for your care and needs. They are excellent on wound care and patients with tracks and the food is good
Anthony Smith: A year ago today my mother was admitted to Kindred long-term care hospital from another hospital. I'm so thankful for Kindred accepting my mother to their hospital and giving my mom a chance to recover, instead of allowing her to go straight to a nursing home from another hospital. She was clearly not ready. The time at Kindred was needed for my mom to get better before going to a nursing home. My mother had a lot of trauma, but she was able to get better. My mom was able to come home for a short time and my family took care of her before she passed away. Kindred staff listened to my family, and we worked as a team for my mom to be able to have the best recovery she could have, and I'm so thankful for that. My mom was able to spend some time with us and talk with us everyday while we took care of her at home before she passed away. I just can not thank the staff and case worker enough for giving my mom the time she needed last year. Our family really appreciated it. Thank you!
Anna Helton: I had a wonderful experience with all the staff !!! They was wonderful!! Especially Anna she went above and beyond with surprising me with a visit from my granddaughters that made my day for sure !!!
Jason Wentz: I have many friends and colleagues in the medical profession, so I am reluctant to say anything negative about my fellow health care workers. However, my best friend was sent here from Eskenazi after being in a coma due to a serious car wreck. After nearly a month, she finally came out of the coma, but certain staff here made a point to tell her family that she would not get any better, that she was basically brain dead and that we would have to begin to let her go. By the grace of God, she has recovered, but since waking up and speaking and breathing on her own, she was still having trouble with the staff (especially night shift) not helping her. She called repeatedly for hours one night because she was cold and no one would bring her a blanket. She eventually attempted to reach one herself and she fell to the floor in doing so. Another incident occurred because she needed to use the bathroom and no one would come to assist. It certainly seems like they send people to Kindred to die, and that the staff are not intent on helping with the needs of the patients, perhaps because they are understaffed, or because they have steeled themselves having seen so much suffering and death. Either way, I recommend advocating for your loved ones to be sent somewhere else besides Kindred!
Charissa Matthews: Truly wonderful care, far exceeding our expectations! All of the Kindred team really cares for their patients and wants the best for them, doing all they can to make them comfortable and make their stay as well as it can be.
Donna Harris: Kindred in Northwest Indiana Saint Margaret’s what’s the worst facility in caretakers and administration I have ever experienced in my life they are directly responsible for my mothers death and they tried to cover it up at all possible stay away from kindred they euthanize people. I am more than happy that they shut it down God answered my prayers.

Emergency Room - Ascension St. Vincent Castleton: what do users think?
Nicole Owens: Quick, staff very nice and understanding!
Key Winnin: Staff was excellent
Jason Bernard: They were knowledgeable about what going though.
jsrmommi 2: I was in and out within an hour and that includes issues with the pharmacy. The nurse called right over and handled the issues. I appreciate the urgency, friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Thank you all.
Megan Padgett: I'm 9 weeks pregnant and was struggling with dehydration and morning sickness, so I went in and got dome fluids and anti-nausea medication. One of the best experiences with doctors and nurses that I have ever had. It was quick to get in a room, all the staff were kind, and most importantly, they LISTEN to their patients needs. If I ever need to go back to the ER, this is where I'll be going every time!!
Gary Hewitt: Had a very good experience
Whitney Craig: This was honestly the BEST urgent care experience I've ever had. The staff were very nice and attentive. They patiently listened to my issues and acted accordingly. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Not once did they discredit what I was feeling just because I am a younger person. There was no wait, and check in was very smooth and painless. Going to urgent care is never a fun experience, but this place is a breath of fresh air compared to the very few other urgent cares I've been to. 100% recommend this place if you have need to go to urgent care.
bethany nelms: Staff was quick but services and charges were outrageous. Amongst the charges was $250 for a pregnancy test even through I told the doctor I could not be pregnant and didn’t want a test he ran one anyways. Trying to get ahold of customer service is a joke and nobody can answer billing questions.
Krasimira Karchovska: ER Doc did great job. Very nice staff. Great experience especially if you are not from the area. Thank you.
tamara turner (Monique): This place is amazing great new location and the speed of service is outstanding I love the fact that we have a neighborhood hospital. The customer service was nice and friendly and the facility bathroom should have been cleaner.
Rebekah Reese: I had a really great experience with the nurses and doctor, everyone was very welcoming and very efficient at their jobs! Barry in particular was amazing, I have been to this hospital a few time and have had him before and every time he has been extremely welcoming and easy going. He makes everything more relaxed and comfortable! I was very happy to see him this time around, he does a great job at explaining what he has to do and makes sure I understand everything before he does anything. Barry is a very warming and welcoming individual and does such a great job at his job!
Mom Po: I was able to be seen immediately and was treated with respect. They did a great job & I am sincerely grateful for each person I saw.
Dalila Cruz: La vdd eh ido dos veces y es rrapido y muy profesionales y el doctor trato muy bien ami hijo le reseto medesina y medio una nota para el prescolar
Angela Patton: They were very compassionate and explained to me every detail what was wrong
Vincent Smith: Had to go into their ER due to an injury to my head. Was able to get in to see a doctor, get treated, and discharged within 25 minutes. Very happy with my experience there.
Tomeka Graves-Gross: The nurses and the doctor got on their job before I knew it. They take care of my daughter right away she was having a seizure while we was in the car and I thank God for there
Dawn Brown: Was in and out in 45 minutes with great quality care! Everyone was friendly and proficient.
Madi Correy: Staff was amazing. Doctor was in and out of the room multiple times and took time to discuss things in depth. Nurses were all kind and accommodating and made things as comfortable as possible. There was no wait and I was taken care of immediately. I would recommend this ER to anyone in the area!
Rob Vas: The wait to get called back after checking in was very fast, as well as doctor coming in to see what was going on. Really appreciated the quickness of visit there. Nurses there really went beyond to make my time there as comfortable as possible. Explained to me everything that would be done in detail. Very thorough. Very thoughtful. Very friendly 😊
Mrs G.: I had a very positive experience here. I felt that the doctor did her due diligence to rule out everything serious when I went in for severe chest and back pain. Everyone was also kind and considerate. It look less than 5 mins for my name to be called and less than 30 for me to see the doc. I also liked that registration was done completely through my phone which was convenient since I only had digital copies of my insurance card that I was able to locate. Also, the facility was mostly clean except for a gross spot on the floor of my room that looked like blood? 🤢4/5 stars overall.
Cokorda Sidhi: Great customer service
