Ashley Cosby: After having a horrible day experience with Global, we switched to Med Ex Inc.They delivered clean working equipment quickly and were very helpful. The delivery guy and office staff were very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this company.
Jessica Sandoval: While they did not have what I needed, they were able to tell me over the phone and gave me 2 places to find exactly what I needed.
Russell Smith: Pick this place off of the Internet. Staying downtown for the USAV Nationals. Needed a wheelchair temporarily for my elderly mom who fell and pulled a muscle so she could get around and still watch her grand daughter play. They person who answered "Lisa" was very helpful. And they delivered a wheelchair to the hotel within the hour for a very reasonable price. We were departing the city over a holiday and they offered to pick it up from the hotel and coordinated with the hotel to do so. Very helpful a very positive experience. Thank you

Amber Johnson: They never showed up to my house when they said they would.Had to keep calling, after hour calls are sent overseas I believe. I tried my best to understand the woman but there was a language barrier there. My gma ran out of oxygen, was forced to call 911 because of there negligence. Gentleman that did show up says it happens all the time. They are playing with peoples lives. The manager called me and apologized but then tried to blame it on the office. I dont care whos fault it was. It should of never happened in the first place. I do believe they did it on purpose because I had not provided them with her updated insurance 😐
Kara Northern: Office staff is wonderful never had a problem with them, but Sleep Central is joke telling me I have to make a preference on a headgear of the male version headgear or the female version of the headgear come on now. Best believe I will pass this on to my Dr about the rudeness from Sleep Central! Only reason your getting a 1 star is due to Sleep Central giving you guys a bad name for there rudeness

Krista Smith: I want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Jeff Carmichael, he is an account executive with Hooks, and works with our Sleep Medicine office at Community Health. He has gone above and beyond for our patients and goes out of his way to help whenever I reach out. Due to outside circumstance, getting patient's set up with new Cpap's has been a long, frustrating process. I have had several patient's where I was in desperate need of a timely set up. I called him directly, he almost always answers and is always happy to help. He went to a patients house twice in one day, after business hours the second time, trying to get this patient's issues resolved, which he did. Christine Ellis: Dealing with this company has been like a nightmare. For months and months trying to resolve and issue that was caused on their end. Get told different things. Numerous times been told everything is fine. Even had to go to a doctor's appointment that I didn't need because they didn't have my 1st doctor's notes. Thought it was resolved called today still ongoing.
The Sheq: Had a sleep study june first was told my machine would be delivered within the week. It’s now halfway through july and no machine. Terrible company terrible service.

Joe Mannelly: This place is a joke. Couldn’t t deliver oxygen to hospital for several hours, driver got lost.Next scheduled pick up two weeks ago, they are a no show. I m not even on the schedule. Closed Indianapolis office forcing me to drive hour from my home to get supplies due to a noncaring employee who did not follow instructions. Cpap machine was not measured for me and I was not given all my supplies . Machine is not working correctly because hoses were incorrect size.Ask your doctor for a different company.
Paul Jones: My wife has crazy allergies, so her doctor recommended a nebulizer for breathing treatments. I do know that the nebulizer was supposed to be delivered to our home, and there was a bit of a struggle with that, but since I work literally right around the corner from Hooks, I was able to stop by on my lunch and pick up the nebulizer. Honestly, it was a quick and painless experience. Everyone was friendly, and helpful, and made sure I knew how to assemble, and do general maintenance on the nebulizer, and I was out in like two minutes. I guess it would have been nice to have the nebulizer delivered, but this was super convenient for me, so no biggie.

Joseph Formato: Delivery staff was incredibly rude to family of hospice patient.Once the patient had passed, the company attempted to drop off new equipment and pick up the previously used equipment THE SAME DAY THE INDIVIDUAL PASSED WITH NO CALL AHEAD. Company sent the same individual who was just as rude.The only saving grace of this company was James, who I believe was a warehouse manager.At Home Health Equipment should be avoided if possible.
Dave King: Try to get your c-pap supplies somewhere else. Avoid this place! Talk to different staff members very rude and no answer.
Doug Faulls: Absolutely Rude. I've been waiting for months for this appointment, arrived and was told I was a day early. That's fine but I had other questions so I wanted to ask them. The rude bald headed ginger not only wouldn't allow me to get my questions out, he cut off another employee who asked if she was able to help me as he scrambled off to another part of the building. Completely unprofessional.
Raymond Fatig: I have had interactions with them for many years, first with my mother in law's issues and now with mine. Have typically had very good service from the personnel there. The only down side might have been that sometimes they have to pull from secondary areas, but such is only a minor problem.

David Moore: Go to At Home Health Equipment! Thank you Debra!I contacted Lincare about their equipment and they hung up on me...probably an accident just not a good start. Then I called back to get prices and was kept on hold for 20 minutes for them to come back on and say they could not give me prices they would have someone call me back. Three days later because my Doctor said this is who we use. I called back they needed Doctor script before I could be served. I said fine got Doctor to call and fax a script. Now I am on my way there and they call me and tell me they can not serve me that fast it will be tomorrow before they can get the order processed. They never did give me a price which is what I had originally called for. They were also short & rude to me. Note after being treated poorly I called the competition and was served that very same day and purchased additional items because of the great service I received. Plus, I was educated about additional products. Thank you God for putting these service slackers in my life allowing me to move in a more positive direction using their competition which provided me better results and answers to questions I had not yet explored. Thank you At Home Health Equipment for your great service! No more Lincare for me!

Timy Weaver: At Home Health Equipment has served my wife's equipment needs first in her time in a home nursing program and now in her hospice care. Their service has been absolutely incredible. Whenever a problem has arisen with the equipment a serviceman has been out to take care of the problem extremely quickly. The servicemen are really good people and truly care about the patients they serve.We are currently changing hospice providers and one of the reasons we chose the new provider is because they also use AHHE as their equipment supplier.How good are these folks? Our previous hospice provider dumped my wife from their program with no warning. My fear was that our equipment would be immediately picked up and leave my wife to sit in a chair but Kaitlin (my apologies if I didn't spell her name correctly) has allowed us plenty of time for the transition between providers eliminating this worry. For this reason alone I cannot thank them enough.The change of hospice providers has been stressful enough but AHHE has helped smooth the process and I'm forever grateful to them.
pj Ad: Absolutely terrible service. I contacted them numerous times to make good on a mistake they made which would cost me close to 1,000 of insurance benefits and they refuse to fix their error. There is little competition in this business so they don’t care. Sleazy way to do business in my opinion. Looking at the reviews, it looks like their service is terrible across the board. Insurance companies should take them off their list.

They insist to bill your insurance.No one can tell you that if you choose to pay out of pocket that you cannot!!!!Find another supplier they aren't the only game in town.This business is a bottom feeder that gets high reimbursements for insurance claims.And if anyone is wondering, I had a qualified prescription in hand, that was not the issue.Just horrible. Next stop AG hotline, I'm so mad!
Eric Stoner: I have to say my experience was quite fair. It took a little time to get the paperwork in line but that’s not 100% on them. They have to jump through a lot of loop holes in order to issue a CPAP machine. There was a 2 hour training in order to get the machine. While it sounds annoying, the class was actually quite informative. These machines have so many features and what good are they if you don’t know about them because who really reads the manual. The only area they could improve on is informing you of the class ahead of time so you could be planning on it.
Mary England: It took two months for them to get my husbands CPAP machine. They kept blaming our doctor but I went to the doctors office and they proved that they sent everything needed for approval of the CPAP machine. Staff was rude. They made a appointment to finally pick up the machine which ended up being a 2 hour class. They never mentioned the class or my husband would have scheduled differently. The communication between staff and clients is poor. We would never recommend this company.
