Mark Price: This BB location is an absolute disappointment to the main clothier I’ve frequented since 1995. I’m used to top shelf customer service at factory stores & mediocre from the outlets.This store had 4 employees standing at the counter chatting & never greeted or engaged me for the customer service I’m use to. Store was clean & up to expectations but the employees were a massive disappointment to say the least.I guess at this stage in our wonderful economy & national leadership, this must be our new level of “normal”. Total shame. Very disappointing.

Alee: In love with this store. The clothing for women is absolutely perfect! They make you look classic and very elegant! I got my graduation dress there and I absolutely loved it!! The only thing I didn’t like was the feeling of the zipper, felt dull and cheap. The design and the material of the dress was just right and I felt comfortable and very confident in it and I liked how the length was just perfect, it wasn’t to short nor to long! And YES, it’s very expensive but if your ever looking for something elegant just go to this store and there’s a ton of options to choose from and the employees are always so nice and friendly! They make you feel at home!
Amanda Mapes: Jessica is the best! Arrived with a pair of dress pants bought elsewhere, hoping to find a shirt or two that would match. Left with 4 shirts and 2 ties! Great sales and friendly staff to help without being pushy.

Jay Kot: Went to brooks brothers and tried their raincoats. The store associate was excited to sell me the item. It costs 499. I tried it on and the zipper was unable to properly zip. The product was a dud! The zipper would close up but then the jacket would come apart.The associate looked on very embarrassed as I declined it further and quickly left.Brooks brothers would love to charge you polo and patagonia prices but cant seem to make the quality. Not sure why they think they can get away with it.Please dont sell garbage. I know your customers are wealthy but we are not stupid.

PIRATE: I loved the gucci store in Indianapolis. It IS a pretty good size store as well. It had a decent range of accessories, as well as Versace, Balenciaga, and DG items. I got some slides. Great range of choices. The employees were also attentive and friendly. I don't understand why so many designer stores have a pretentious air of superiority. I mean, they're literally just rubber sandals. But ima still pay four hundred for em, but I like being around nice people when I'm shopping.

Amanda Murphy: One of the women who worked at Madewell was so kind and so helpful. I entered the store and had to buy my first pair of jeans after I had my son. I had never purchased Madewell before, but I heard the high rise was great for mamas. She saw me looking at the jeans and approached me and said, “It’s gonna be okay. We’re gonna do this together.” She helped me find a great pair of jeans and I was so grateful to skip the whole crying in the dressing room phase of trying on new jeans. I’ll always associate that positive memory with the brand.

Lauren Blake: Went into the store and had no problems untill going to purchase my one item. The cashier lady who was middle aged heavy set with short hair was with someone else and looked frustrated. She looked at me and told me to see of the other cashier was available. I did and couldn't see anyone else that worked there. Went back to original cashier and told her that. She said " well we can't stand up there all day". I didnt say a word and went to find the other worker. Talk about rude. I am a paying customer and I did not deserve to be talked to like I'm not welcomed.

Jordan Devers: Went into this store with a full intentions on buying some sneakers and possibly a bag if they had the one I wanted. My mom and I walked in and was not greeted by anyone. Which they could have all been busy. We walk around the entire store looking at multiple things. I found the shoes I wanted and we waited around a moment and was greeted by no one. I was looking at a purse while I waited and a lady walked up and told me to stop touching it and walked away. Never offered any help. So we just left and I ordered the shoes online. Worst experience.

RE-UP GANG LLC: I visited this location about 6 weeks ago... I was barely greeted when I walked into the store. While waiting for a sales rep to come help me I aimlessly wondered around the store until I had no more time or items that I could pretend to look at... I can't go into that store & spend thousands of dollars sensibly while being ignored 😒

Cadillac Escalade: Everything was ok when I went in to purchase the bag but when I came back to return it the blond girl with the ipad told me I had to wait an hour and a half. I said for a return? She said yes. Then I asked if there's a separate list for returns and she said no then rudely asked if I wanted to be added to the list or not. I told her yes because I live on the Southside and needed to return this. I also told her I will not be doing business with them in the future. Magically I get a text within 5 minutes and walk back to her. She said she pulled some strings. It's a return, there are no strings to pull because I'll be in and out. Their system is bad for returns, the face of the store should be nice and inviting not dismissive and rude, and I should not have had to go through this. That person is making it hard for the real workers that are inside the store. I will NEVER come back here.

Ian Macias: I went to LV Indy when I saw they potentially had a Keepall Bandouliere 55 in the monogram macassar. To my luck they did! The SAs were very polite and helpful, and even gave me tips on how to care for my new keepall. I was very happy with my experience and purchase and will definitely be going back.

My first encounter was a no pressure by! I was looking for Luxembourg's! She said I'll be over here take all the time you need! A few weeks later she texted me and asked how they were working out! She's the first person in my Lv experience to this day to reach out and make sure everything is working great! I have had wonderful experience with all of the other CAs here! My best advice for people who do not wish to stand in line is get a CA here and set up appointments that way you can skip the line! Build that relationship and it will be the best shopping experience ever! I will never forget I had my dog with me and asked if I could set up an appointment and if I could just run in and grab my order real quick!
