Nicholas Hoagland: I was helped by Alison and America and they both did a fantastic job. My time in store took a lot longer than I would have liked because I transferred my old phone to my new phone. If you are trading in your old phone I suggest backing up everything online so you don't have to wait around the store for the transfer

This past Sunday June 5 my husband took my daughter’s iPhone into the store to have it activated, and a woman who initially helped told him that the phone probably had a software problem because he hadn’t purchased the iPhone from T-Mobile. I knew this was wrong. The T-Mobile store on 38th St. fixed the problem and apologized.

Elizabeth Iozzo: This was my first time at this store... I walked in and there was one customer being helped. From the looks of it there were at least 3 people working. One, understandably was on the phone. I was not greeted, nor was I given the simple nicety of "we will be right with you." Instead, I stood there until the only female employee there (I didn't get her name), playing with a Rubik's Cube, dismissively said, "we will be right with you," rolled her eyes, and looked away. Her rude demeanor and leisurely attitude made me feel as though my time was not of her concern, so I left. I just moved to the area and I am appalled that THIS is the accepted behavior towards customer service at my new local T-Mobile store.
Sabrina Boyett: A few months ago my phone turned off and did not turn back on. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Apple didn’t have any immediate availability and the 3 other T-Mobile locations I went to were zero help. I decided to try this location on a Saturday morning. The guys were EXTREMELY helpful. They were able to get my phone turned on by using my laptop. They were super patient and really nice. I wish I would have gone to this store before going to the others! The help was much appreciated.

Went here a couple days ago I believe to help my aunt and uncle get their phones back on and the guy that had helped me and my family was absolutely positively disrespectful to my grandmother and myself and I did not appreciate it I do not take disrespect lightly and because of that I had to get home grab my wallet and go to metro pcs on 10th Street where I got my Apple phone from and get their phones back on the guy that took care of me when I got my iPhone gave the best customer service at metro pcs and helped get my phone bill down and got my aunt and uncles phones back on

Bre Corona: I literally have never had a good experience at this location (let's be real, the service is trash too) so I switched to sprint thinking I'd be done with TMobile all together and unfortunately we all know how that went. Yes I know there are other stores I could go to, this one happened to be closest to me. Everyone always has an attitude like they don't want to be there. Hey neither do I, friend, but here we both are. I'm CONSTANTLY having service issues (in store and cellular). I'm throwing in the flag and switching carriers at this point.

This store has always had friendly, knowledgeable staff in all the years Ive been going there. With that said I do hope as an eight year plus customer of the company, that they do start to improve on their overall service, coverage and customer satisfaction. A few years ago I felt the company was well on its way to being the number one cell company. Since the merger that confidence has dropped dramatically. They tell me all the time, that they are working hard to get the ship upright. I hope this is true. Thoughts from a long time, loyal, concerned customer.

Joshua Cotterman: I bought a screen protector from here and was told as long as I have the phone they would replace it if it broke. When I took it it to have it replaced they said i had to also have phone insurance and when I told the manager I wasn't told that he said that they definitely would have told me that because they get paid almost as much commission for selling insurance as they do for selling a phone. So they did nothing to help me, were very rude to me and accused me of lying.
Juan Medina: We are extremely disappointed with the customer service received by Keith J.First off, his sales/retention tactics were the worst we have seen in the area. We came in ready to make the official switch from Sprint to T-Mobile but instead we walked away after a 10 minute conversation. We have done over a week worth of research and visited other stores. Keith J. encouraged us to take our business elsewhere.We called T-Mobile customer service and explained how we have been loyal Sprint customers for 12 years, and how after visiting this store we were ready to switch over to Verizon. The retention rep was able to get us an amazing deal and answered all of our questions. Sprint customers, if you are considering to migrate to T-Mobile, DO NOT visit this store instead call customer service.

Vicky White: Not sure if I’m doing this right .!!Last night around 7pm I went to T-Mobile off of Emerson , the team members were busy with other customers ( annoying ones at that) but a young lady by the name of Samantha (Sam) came over and started assisting me and the other chick that was with me .. We had a situation that was complicated but she did her best to try and make it easy. While she was helping us , another family kept asking for her assistance and having her help them at the same time .. It was really aggravating, but she handled herself in a manor that I could never ..I stayed in that store damn near until closing and my situation was halfway completed. She told me that she would check up on my new account tomorrow afternoon whenever she started her shift, And that’s exactly what she did.. Now my service is one with my same number.This young lady is exactly the true definition of great customer service . T-Mobile is lucky to have hired an employee like her .. Plus the other lady was nice as well.. Didn’t speak to her that much but I could tell she was very respectful and knew what she was doing . Sooooo, thank you ladies for working on my service and completing it even tho I wasn’t in the store the next day .

Paige Templeton: This Verizon store stole $200 from me. They placed my order incorrectly and then once it was fixed they insisted I would still receive my credit for trading in my old iPhone. The credit never came. I went into the store and they said the district manager would take care of it. He never did. Six months later and no resolution and $200 still owed to me. This place is full of incompetent people. Run far away!
