CPR was going to fix for $100 but when they went to repair they realized it was not the lens and only the lens guard and it actually did not need repaired. They could have easily charged me and I likely would not have known. Vey honest!

samuel dumas: Where do I even begin? When I worked in this industry a few years ago everyone was shady, weird, dishonest, an alcoholic. Things have changed. The front desk dude Matt was warm, inviting, and gave me a sense of trust. But the person who I worked with the most was Juan. Master of Electricity and Computers Juan. I brought some parts in to have my computer rebuilt and he took care of the whole thing in a few short hours. he took great care to organize and place all the cables so the inside looks clean and neat. When I had a couple of questions he was more than happy to follow up. They were very thorough and professional and I'll definitely be going back for all my repairs needs.
A. Stouticus: My son’s iPad screen was absolutely destroyed, they fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. The new screen wasn’t to their standard so they replaced it again to take care of their customer. I appreciate the quality care this business provides.

David Alex: Was Informed my screen had a lifetime warranty from defects, six months later I found a defect with the screen a simple horizontal line. When I came in to claim this warranty I was told that I had made some internal damage, as there is no external damage to the screen. Will not use again will not recommend to anybody. They were nice enough to offer to fix the screen for more then they charged the last time they repaired it too! I would give zero stars but I have to give one to post this.

My experience with CPR started out with something of a disaster, because when they replaced the screen on my iPhone, the Face ID sensor broke.However, Matthew, the tech working on my issue, didn't get upset, even when I showed my obvious frustration. Instead, he assured me that they would stand behind their work and fix the issue, pretty much whatever it took. And, it ended up taking a lot.They went through several step, and it took more time that we might have liked. And, it even required replacing my phone with one of like kind and quality.But, through it all, Matt kept his cool, kept his good spirits, and worked away on the issue until I ended up with what I wanted in the first place: an iPhone with a good screen, Face recognition, all of my data intact, and, additionally, a new acquaintance with someone who could become a friend.

Scott Marchal: April 6, 2021: Phone MD is located on the premises of the Verizon Store at West 86th Street and Ditch Road in Indianapolis, IN. Kruz Shah is the Manager of Phone MD, and Hardeep Singh is he General Manager of the Verizon Store. Both individuals provided me with customer service and technical service for my iPhone 6. The results were miraculous! I brought them a phone with a badly fractured touch screen, a broken Home button, and an original battery long past its prime---and they replaced the broken or worn items with new parts and produced my refurbished iPhone 6 in, what appears to me, to be virtually "like-new" condition. The entire process was quoted on a part-by-part-cost basis, and the repair job as a whole took slightly longer than an hour, longer than just a touch-screen replacement---but only because more repairs had to be done on my phone. However, I believe the extra time and expense were easily worth it, especially considering the substantial cost of new phones. Phone MD performed just an amazing repair job! Overall, both Kruz Shah of Phone MD and Hardeep Singh were professional and friendly; Phone MD demonstrated great craftsmanship; and the Phone MD work represented great value for the money and time that I spent obtaining these repairs! -Scott F. Steve McQuaid: Jordan is a magician! He not only fixed my phone battery & camera, but provided updates throughout the process! He was able to get the necessary parts for my phone within 24 hours of me even calling. He updated me about when the parts would arrive and again a couple hours later when he completed the fix. My phone looks as good as new and I couldn't be happier with Jordan/One Stop Cellular Repair's work!11/10 will be recommending to all my friends.Update 2021: the replacement battery exploded on me and I was forced to get a new phone. It lasted longer than their warranty but I was disappointed that my trusty phone is now ruined. Oh well.

I came in today wanting to get my phone fixed and he was so kind and helpful the whole time. He gave me really good, free advice about what was best for me and ended up saving me a bunch of money. My funds didn't allow me to get back glass replaced at the same time but was needed to be taken off to fix the front glass, he took great care into taken back glass off and replacing the front back to prefect working condition. To my surprise the back isn't in worse shape then, when I brought it in. I will be back to get back replaced to when able too but if I could give him a higher rating I would, he is awesome, very friendly, and very informative. Will recommend to everyone I know

Chris Hunt: My iPhone 11 Pro Max was stuck in a “boot loop”. My computer could not recognize the phone when plugged in. I am fairly tech savvy & I was pretty confident my phone was a total loss..I had not made any backups for 3 years as I’d always done direct transfers when purchasing new phones. Not only was iMechanic able to pull all of the data from my phone but they were able to find and fix the issue! Kevin is a great guy, btw. Very kind, matter of fact, and to the point.
Jason Thees: Not knowledgable at all. The factory installed screen protector on my Samsung Fold 3 was peeling and bubbling. Quick bit of research shows this is a replaceable part, and a common issue covered by Samsung. iMechanic told me it isn't replaceable without replacing the entire screen, for approximately $400.I questioned them a bit, and got attitude back, so I left.Took it down the street to UBreakIFix, and they had the thing replaced with an OEM Samsung screen protector, and had me out the door in 15 minutes, for $0.
K B: Took in my iPhone SE 2020 to get new glass put in for $110. The website claims they will diagnose and insure the phone works properly when this is done. I got attitude from the guy at the counter, I think his name was Kevin. I get my phone back and the proximity sensor is not working. After investigating I find out it could not be lined up properly if a new glass is installed. I called them right away to have it looked at and I was told it needs a new sensor. This is without even considering the guy didn't line it up properly. I was then told it would be $79 to replace it. It's been 3 weeks now and to make matters worse, my phone fell off my bed 16" onto the wood floor and the new screen cracked. The phone is in an otterbox case and should not have broke. Its junk glass. I'm am now taking my phone elsewhere and pay another $100 and have it done correctly. I will never recommend this place again.

Benjamin Richter: Went in because I was having trouble with my Macbook air dropping all of it's charge at around 50% and freezing up. Took it into iMechanic with the charger and the man was very helpful. Told me I was using the wrong charger for it (turns out you can't use iPad chargers for Macbooks). Didn't talk down to me or anything, just told me it might fix the issues and quoted me for a new battery if it didn't. I asked him what I owed after he explained it all to me, he said I didn't owe him anything. Went home, used the old charger, and it's working fine now. Definitely a great place with great people. He could've tried to sell me a new battery anyway or charged for taking a look at it. He didn't! If any of my apple products *actually* need repairs in the future, this will be the first place I go. I highly recommend.

Repo ManND (RepoManIndy): I brought my laptop in because the lid was broken at the hinges. I dropped it off and picked it up later that day. They had to order the part and called me once it came in. The same day I dropped my iPad off for a new battery, new screen, and screen protector. They fixed it all inside a few hours and only charged a reasonable rate. I will be back for any future device problems and give them my full recommendation.
Jay S: I had a less than few months old new model new 2020 Iphone SE with no insurance and unfortunately accidently cracked the screen and could not even use it anymore as it was so bad. I thought it was a goner and then I brought it to Imechanic after making an easy drop off appointment on their website. I arrived at the store and the professional employee said no problem sir, we will call you in about an hour once we repair it and assured me it would not be a problem. Surely enough, I received a phone call about an hour later and my phone is good as new with the brand new glass! The price I thought was great and very competitive considering I was given a $10 coupon which made the cost of repair about a hundred bucks. My phone would have cost over $500 to replace! They did miracle work on my phone and I will go back again for any repairs! I highly recommend them!

The resolution, refresh rate, and color contrast on this after market screen are disgusting compared to the stock screen on my OnePlus 9. Dropped it off in the morning and was able to pick it up before I even went out for lunch. The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. Even fixed the charging port free of charge after noticing some issues with it I didn’t even know about! They are priced VERY reasonably and got it done a lot faster than I could have ever imagined. If I am in need of a repair on any device again I will go out of my way to take it to this location for sure. Highly recommend for anyone that is in need of their services. 5 star no doubt.

David Henderson: I took my sons Xbox to them now o replace the hdmi port …after paying $104 took it home but the sync button was stuck…Now one would deduce that any problems from the machine being open up…could cause the problem. Well after they had it for a couple of days….these people had the nerve to charge me ….for their problem….they opened it up but give it back to me and charge me for their mistake….when I called the shop the guy said it was what HIS BOSS TOLD HIM TO CHARGE….BEST BELIVE NEVER SOING BUSINESS EVER….RIP-OFF ARTISTS

After shortly receiving my watch back after being repaired, it stopped working. Brought it back in to be looked at and was told there was water damage to the circuit board which voided my warranty after already being charged for the repairs. I was told I couldn’t get a refund or even store credit because of the water damage even though one of the techs told me it was fixable in the beginning. Will never bring my nuisance back here again. Someone at the store should have caught it while or before they started repairing my watch

I was very specific that I wanted to watch part of it so I could learn how to watch for malware etc. I specifically stated I didn't want someone who was taking care of the phones, the counter and fixing electronics while working with me. He assured me that wouldn't happen. Appt made for next morning early. Got there. There was one person there. He knew nothing about me coming in, he was taking care of walk ins, the phone and fixing things. He could not help me. I left and had to start all over looking for someone else!
