Victor Mosley: Went to this place of business September 2021 to get a new convertible top put on all new vinyl interior done with new door panels a complete redo of my car more or less they scheduled me for November 5, 2021 and I put $1000 down for a deposit I went to the facility November 4 to let them know it will be dropped off first thing that the following morning by the paint shop it was currently at and they informed me they were still waiting for my convertible top to come in and I would receive a call soon as it did here we are May 2022 I’ve never received a call I’ve called them twice and didn’t get an answer I had to have another company do all the work to my vehicle and I’m out $1000 now because of their horrible customer service and lack of communication the funny part was when they had problems receiving the convertible top as they said for some reason this other company was able to place the order and have the convertible top three days later they do great work there but I would never recommend them due to their customer service and me losing $1000Service:Upholstery installation

They also foam lined the area between my headliner and roof on my old truck so it much quieter in there on the Freeway. They did a great job and it all matches! It's extra thick and plush and I love the way it looks it makes my car way more enjoyable to be in!

Giianee Of Course: My experience overall was poor. I had a custom boat cover made and the quality of the product was excellent, however the customer service and overall experience was really bad. I'm sure there are other companies out there like Smitty's that would have made the same quality cover however with a better customer experience. That being said, I would never go back and have any work done, nor would I ever recommend anyone go here. In fact when anyone asks me about my cover I am going to thoroughly explain why I would never use them. This is really sad because customer service is just as important as product quality anymore. I have a slip at Morse Reservoir and I'm there nearly every weekend of the summer so I talk to a lot of other boaters. BTW, go there in person and don't waste your time getting a phone quote (even if you have detailed specifics) because it's way off. Also be prepared to get a "Total Price", then watch as they charge you sales tax when it comes time to pay. If they can calculate sales tax when it's time to pay, then they can sure as hell calculate it when they give you the "Total Price".

J. Marc Overhage: A seam on my driver's side front seat came loose and I asked Claude and Greg's to replace the front seat coverings and carpet (which was worn and water damaged). Everything was great, from the person who helped me determine what they could do to help me by offering various options, to the follow-up and the final product I couldn't have been happier. Even though they cautioned before the sale that the carpet fit might not be perfect since they have to form the carpet correctly themselves it looked perfect to my eye. samantha bonsall: I went to get the hood of my car replaced. I went to Roman's because of the good reviews which was a huge mistake. When I got there I had to call the manager just to give me directions of where to park which was a back alley filled with pot holes and a grave yard of other cars. They had so many cars waiting to be worked on that i had to change my parking spot 3 times as they played shuffle board with all of them. Finally got to speak to a mechanic and he quoted us for $600 in cash only. As he's explaining his process a man comes up to sell him stolen tide pods and he accepts it. So then they order my parts and have me come back in when it got there only for the part to be for the wrong car. They said they would order the right parts and call me back. They never did. I tried to call them and suddenly they forgot I had ever visited them. I would highly recommend going anywhere else.Service:Body Trim

Tayler: So we took our Dodge Charger here needing a back bumper painted matched to the vehicle after having a spiel said to us about how they do good work and will be able to paint match it with no problem and have it look nice. the price for just the bumper was a little high, but we went them anyway because we went off reviews and what the owner Roman was saying. Then he mentioned after quoting $425 for JUST the bumper painted he said another $350 for blending in. We knew to at from the get go. Which is ridiculous 800 for a bumper? Come on now. We get the car back okor is not the same, big difference and multiple mess ups in multiple spots, even a scratch on our FENDER that was just freshly painted by another business. We bring the car back saying there was mess ups pointing them out and the owner Roman said he’s a simple man and would fix it. We bring the car back up there at 8 am. The car was sitting there from 8-3:30 with NO call from them until I called at that time. He proceeds to say he can pretty much either fix the mess ups but the color still won’t match or give us 200 out of all the money we paid and not fix ANYTHING his shop did wrong and that $200 was pretty much sufficient enough for us which is not. It’s not good customer service. The owner is nice but he tries to go around things turn things around and should’ve been straightforward from the beginning if he couldn’t get the color match correctly. Overall wouldn’t recommend based off our experience regardless of the reviews or who owns the business. Cheap paint job and looks amateurish.Service:Painting
