Indiana Repertory Theatre: what do users think?
Tayler Coleman: My only issue is the sound, no mics, but the performers speak loud to where you can hear most of the show.Staff is great, seating anywhere is great and in a great part of downtown Indy!
Marisol Mahony: This is my 2nd year going to IRT and I really enjoy it. Most plays are very good and interesting. Last night we watched Shakespeare's will. Tracyichelle Arnold was amazing. It is very hard for one actor to carry the whole play by herself but she did it. I can't wait for next year's performances...
Aishat Eko: That was my first time in a theater and I enjoyed every moment, the actors were amazing and the costumes was on point. Will definitely go again.
Sherri Smithey: Oedipus was a great production. Wonderful theater, small enough to have all good seating. Beautiful venue.
Roger Kennedy: Watched a performance by Dance Kaleidascope..incredible show and wonderful venue!
Ernest Berman: Very nice venue. Very good plays.
Stephen Heitman: This review speaks only to the theater itself, not to any individual production I've seen there. It's a beautiful venue, large enough to stage any production that readily comes to mind, small enough to have a feeling of intimacy, which I enjoy. My chief complaint is the same as I have with all arts venues. The seats are uncomfortable. Mostly, they're too hard with no lumbar support. As a disabled veteran with chronic hip and leg pain issues, I'm usually more grateful than most when the intermission comes around. But, as I said, this particular critique applies to virtually every arts theater I've ever been to, not just IRT. Put some more padding on those seats and you'd get five stars. Overall, though, I would highly recommend IRT for seeing a play.
Laurel Clark: Came to see Oedipus (Sunday matinee) - it was a great experience. Plenty of parking in the area, comfy seats, great sightlines, great audio, amaz6 actors! Very excited to see more here! Bravo!
John Montgomery: Was at Tony's steak house food was great Had a reservation and still had to wait 40 minutes to get seated what a joke Very slow at the door
Tim Parham: We enjoyed the show, and the theater itself is great. Would love it if seats provided a little more space. It's definitely a great place to visit!
Connie Jennings: Seats were good, play was good. $5.00 cookie was stale. No good refreshments.
Susan Petrey Carriker: Beautiful theatre, excellent production, talented actors. We took a group of middle school students to a play. It was a very unique event for the students and a truly memorable experience for all of us.Update: I returned with my husband to see FLYIN' WEST for my birthday and it was awesome. The actors were excellent, the story was compelling and some of the dialogue was hysterical. There is so much history in this story and this production made it seam so real. I am glad I had an opportunity to enjoy this theatre again.
Jeremy Tuterow: Love this place!
Ansley Valentine: The IRT is an Indiana treasure. The shows are always great.
Sean Daniels: A Christmas Carol was the feature of this evening. Actors did a splendid job! We had a wonderful time with the family. Comfortable seating. Short waits during intermission. Easy to find parking.
Cary Albin: Love this place. We go see a Christmas Carol every year for almost 20 years now
briskets'N'bourbons: Gem of a place
Sara Brown-Janowiak: I did not take photos, but I always forget how beautiful this theatre is. The architecture is gorgeous.
Cary Miller: Beautiful theatre with an engaging staff. We watched the Christmas Carol and we were blown away by the impressive set and technical features of the facility.
Yorik Castillo: I lost 20$ here but I had fun
Cody Amos: We went to see A Christmas Carol and it was amazing! Love the theater love the actors they put on a fantastic show!

Clowes Memorial Hall: what do users think?
Stephen Jones: Music for All Band Festival 2023!Outstanding event.
Scott Ruby: The clues all pointed to a great place.
Sean Eaves: Nice auditorium
Brian Beaman: Parking can be tough, nice venue otherwise
Jeff Slyn: Very nice venue. Reminds me of the main hall at the Louisville Performing Arts Center, where the Broadway Series plays are put on.
Karen Sink: Convenient parking nice place.
Linda Woodburn: Had a wonderful time at th Earth, Wind & Fire Concert! Clowes acoustics are second to none! ❤️
Hazel Taylor: Enjoy myself and very nice enjoy the whole concert
Darren Anderson: Had great time. I believe any seat in this place would be good.
Anna Haehnel: Gorgeous venue! Easy to find and convenient parking.
Judith Cooper: I haven't visited here in several years. I know they have historically had problems with the acoustics. They have done an awesome job on the improvements. My 14 year old granddaughter didn't know the word acoustics when I described some of the problems they had experienced. During the intermission I researched the work they have done, impressive. After one of the main songs from Les Miserables I looked at her and she put her hand over her heart and said acoustics.
Marilyn Renner: Clowes is a world class performance venue with covered parking very close by.
Aaron Bunch: Nice area. Butler is a lovely place.Getting into the venue has issues though.
Henry Meyer: Great venue.
Gus G: Disappointed that Butler would host a cult to dupe patrons into seeing their propaganda by disguising it as a musical show. Shen Yun was nothing more than thatWe went for my moms birthday and we were all so thrown off by what we saw/heard. Left a sour taste in my mouth."Atheism and Evolution bar the path to heaven" direct quote from the performance I kid you not.I learned afterwards that almost all of their performers dont get paid. Shame on you for hosting this propaganda group.
Brian Snyder: Great hilarious comedy from Morgan! Nice seats n space.
Marilyn Meadows: We love attending special events at Clowes. Its a beautiful venue, and associates are helpful and friendly. I was on a crutch, and altho i did not require additional assistance, it was cheerfully offered several times.
Princess Lakshmi: Excellent audio but seating is very cramped.
Chuck Hamerin: Lived here my whole life and have never been to clowes hall very enjoyable
Kerly: Enjoyed coming to the venue for the LeeAnn Morgan show. The parking lot is very well lit, but quite narrow, so if you have a larger auto, park where no one is behind you. The lighting and sound was good and the seats were comfortable. I didn't feel like I was seated on top of the person next to me nor the person in front.
Lainna Cohen: Clowes always offers an excellent experience! There isn't one bad seat in the house.
